Boulevard Hotel

A bit bumpy at check in, but the stay was overall comfy and quiet. Pool.was nice. Breakfast was acceptable.

The pool looked nothing like the photos. It had two lounge chairs made from rotten wood that fell apart.

Stayed here 4 nights, breakfast is ok the rooms are spotless and all at a good price, no hot water reported it but nothing done apart from a couple of small problems it’s ok, not sure if I would return to this hotel on my next trip. But, it’s definitely worth a stay.

Bra hotell nära till mycket.

Our tour operator booked our stay in this hotel and it wasn't a pleasant experience! Service: There was hardly any staff available to service the guests. When we reached the hotel, there was not a single staff/bell boy to carry our luggage. We had to carry it ourselves to the room. The hotel seemed vacant with hardly any occupancy! The reception guy told us that breakfast will be served portion wise/per guest and to be ordered a day before from the set menu (hardly any choice was available in menu) and due to lack of occupancy no buffet will be served! Then why do the hotel commit of providing buffet breakfast? Also many services were closed/discontinued but still the posters were still placed at different areas. The swimming pool area had no lights and no lifeguards. Overall the service was not good! Rooms: The Rooms looked dark even when all the lights were switched on. Very low lighting and no ventilation. There were also mosquitoes in the room! The room was also not at all spacious.Overall the Rooms were not good! Food: The quality of food was not good and most of it was bland. Also limited variety of fruits were served during breakfast of which only watermelons were good! Location: The location of the hotel was good and we could reach nearby restaurants and eateries by walk. Also the beach was at walkable distance.(the only positive point) So overall our experience at this hotel was not good and we would not recommend this hotel at all!

Breakfeast was good

Very reasonably priced hotel, centrally located, with lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. The beach across the road is by no means the best on the island. It’s advisable to make the effort to go to beaches such as Bai Sao if you want a clean beach and clean water. The main town is walking distance and the hotel will rent you a car and driver for very good rates to go further afield (or get a cab).

First time holidays to Phu Quoc, and I get introduced about Boulevard Hotel from a friend... I call Boulevard HotelPhone and get excellent sharing & advice booking from Ms Ty Nguyen - sales/ Recep... She also arrange for booking us from airport to hotel and also helping us to plan for visit places in Phu Quoc.. Boulevard Hotel is really nice hotel & breakfast also good.. Intertaiment with Tennis Court green view , Gym and nice Pool .Phu Quoc is really beautiful beach in Viet Nam.. I will come back to Phu Quoc and stay in Boulevard in next year..

Nice hotel but need facelift. Our room has water damage on both walls. Breakfast is OK.

We extended our stay by a few days and the staff would not match Expedia pricing...but we decided to stay anyways as it was easier than moving...however when we went to check out the visa machine wasn’t working...they just stared at us like what were we going to do about it??? We had a cab waiting to take us to airport and they were in no hurry to fix problem....finally we went to go to cash machine down street and they freaked out that we were leaving....I had already showed them I didn’t have enough money to pay...how exactly did they expect me to get money?? Wished we had moved when we had the chance....

Nice hotel, in a good quiet area. Breakfast buffet is good. Room need upkeep. Our room, 302, has good view of the ocean but the walls have water stain and damaged.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and had a specious and clean room. The breakfast was very nice and the temperature of the water at the pool was a bit cold and we enjoyed swimming in it. They offer great customer service and I would return to stay at the hotel again at the future if needed.

big room, good breakfast. just wondering why swimming pools are not at the sunny side of the property, backyard (in the shadow) of the hotel... near the center and the beach. many restaurants close

I am lying here in the Bed and wondering until when I have to go back to work?I don't want to leave out of this heaven Boulevard Hotel.First of all I would like to say thank you to Mr Phat Receptionist for the quick checkin. My room with Sea view I can enjoy the Sunset, the restaurant with many choice and the clean swimming Pool.Be side that's tennis court, fitness room quite small but enough for basic workout. They're also have many Karaoke room and one Spa.The hotel was about a 10 minute by walk to town. I went into town multiple times and were always happy to return to the quiet room after being in town. As I said in the title perfection..

I stayed at the Boulevard Hotel Phu Quoc Island in September 2017 and really enjoyed my visit. The hotel rooms are very nice for the modest price and it feels more upmarket than the price would suggest which was a pleasant surprise. Very nice pool and garden area as well The location is good with lots of restaurants close by and the beach is only a short walk away across the road from the hotel. But a special thanks to the hotel reception staff who were very helpful and speak good English, especially Mr Thinh on reception who went out of his way to make me feel welcome and was only too happy to help with advice on local sights. The breakfast could be improved a little more for western tastes but overall a great hotel in a good location and excellent staff

This was the first (and the most basic/cheapest hotel) we stayed in during our stay in Phu Quoc. We were very pleasantly surprised! Rooms huge, very clean and bright. Staff were lovely, breakfast was nice and the hotel is located near all the bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was our base in Phu Quoc. It;s starting to show it age and is due for some remodeling. The rooms were clean but not in the condition of the pics currently on the website due to age. It's better than some other hotels were based on conversations from other visitors in the area. The breakfast selections could definitely be improved.

Our stay at this hotel is fantastic. We love the beautiful European style structures inside out. We like the high ceilings in all rooms and lobby. Also the lobby is so comfortable, roomy with nice seating for reading. We like the big outdoor pool and tennis court. Foods are pretty good. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Great services. I sure will 100% come back this hotel.

Our stay was indeed amazing. We were impressed by the beautiful hotel architecture in all floors, rooms, lobby, restaurant, pool, tennis court, courtyards etc...We feel safe staying here. Well designed 3 wings of rooms with 2 or more safe exits. Stairs are gorgeously designed and safe Staff services are excellent and super courteous! Foods are so soso good. All of the above for such a reasonable & good cost for staying here. We will certainly return on the next chance available ! Thumbs up 100% satisfied !

Staffs are very good. Hotel looks good from the outside but not so impressive from the inside. Should have kept better good maintain in the hotel. Somehow really appreciated the nice decorated honeymoon room. They have wide spread of choices for the buffet breakfast. Very good location, near to shops and walking distance to the beach.

Toller Service.

From the outside the hotel looks very grand, but inside needed to be refurbished. Room ok, no balcony. Wifi was not the best, and breakfast was very much Asian oriented. Staff were helpful. Would not hurry back. Hotel says it has a spa, the hotel even has signs for spa when I asked about it was told there was spa.

Good room, fresh food, reasonable prices, attentive service staff. Vietnamese visitors and guests for the West. Open space, without having to go to the night market jostle.and infomation about phu quoc nice

Firstly, please be aware that I am writing this review based on the extremely reasonable price we paid for this place and that this is not a five star hotel. The value for money was well above average. The air conditioned rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they consistently went above and beyond in trying to make our stay extra special. there is a pool, tennis courts and a gym. The beach is a 3 min walk away and the hotel provides a complimentary towel service. It is centrally located, easy to walk to night market, local bars and restaurants. If you are looking for a clean, convenient, easy, mid-range hotel then I highly recommend this place, mainly due to the helpful staff.

The hotel exterior is a bit gaudy but hotel itself was fine. Comfortable, clean, good breakfast, polite and helpful staff. The beach is on other side of the main road, but not much for swimming anyway. Hotel is close to night market and plenty of cafes, bars and eateries.

It was a very comfortable stay, good bed, good breakfast, nice pool and small gym.

I dont think i would stay here again. I gave it the benefit of the doubt after my last stay and came back again for a little more money you can find a hotel on the west side of the main road (on the other side of the road) and have the benefit of a pretty garden, a swimming pool that is not permanently in the shade, and sea front location. I switched hotel to the Orange Resort during this stay. A bit more expensive but much more appropriate for Duong Dong. This feels a little like a business hotel a bit out of place The breakfasts were very tired indeed but at the weekends it was possible to get a fresh omelette. On the plus side, I was impressed with the quality of the pre arrival communication and the pick up from the port where the Rach Gia ferry arrives

Good location looks great from outside but could do with more maintenance inside. Pool and tennis court great. Breakfast buffet caters more for Asian appetite. No cereal or yogurt. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good value for money.Rooms clean and tidy. Restaurant not to pricey. Family room good size ideal for family of four kids shared queen and we had super king two TVs and two showers and a bath. Lighting in room bot great for reading at night and difficult to do makeup or shave in bathroom as quite dark but a great size bathroom.

The double room is quite small, and the air con places right infront of the door so the bed couldn't be cooled. The way to the beach quite far and unconvinient. But I would like the attitude of staff, they made us comfortable

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in November 2015. We have stayed at several other hotels and this is a rare gem. Superior customer services, won't find elsewhere. The staff is awesome, very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Room is very clean and spacious, modern, new- definitely worth its value. Will stay here again. Highly recommending this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights in this nice hotel. Staff from the beginning to the end were very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The food in the morning was honestly.. GREAT. I ate until I was full and service is awesome. I got to know a gentleman by the name of AJAY KUMAR which was the food and beverage Manager, he was by far the nicest staff member. I would definitely stay there again because pricing was very reasonable and rooms are clean. The food was definitely worth coming here alone.

Stayed in this hotel for 6 nights in April. The room is nice, comfortable beds, aircon, good cleaning in the mornings.. Breakfast is always the same for the whole week which is very boring. There was one day we got a menu we could choose from but the options were the same as the other days buffet. At least we got a hot food! Also was very disappointed that we had to wake up very early and go for breakfast at 7.45am on our holiday otherwise we got leftovers only. At 8am most of the food was cold, very little amount of ham or vegetables. Watermelon juice tasted as red colored water only. One morning we went down at 8.40 and the stuff cleared down the tables, no cutlery, nothing. They looked tired when they had to prepare the table for us. Felt so uncomfortable and felt like they didnt expect us. They have circled the room numbers who had breakfast yet so obviously they knew we are coming. Not mentioning the breakfast is until 9.30am. We had dinner here one night which was ok until I've asked one more tea. The lady took the tea pot and poured more warm/not even hot water on a tea bag. So I've got a very weak yellow colored English black tea with no flavour whatsoever which turned completely white when added the milk. Please! Valuate your guests bit more especially if they staying that long and dont try to save on a tea bag! Was very disappointed especially that we were on the road for a month and really missed my English tea. The location is great otherwise lots of good restaurants around which I would recommend more for dining even for breakfast! The hotel looks stunning. Swimming pool at the back of the building with jacuzzi. They have a connection with a hotel in front "Moon"hotel so we could use the beach here. Mind that the umbrellas and chairs/beach bed is for Moon hotel guests only. You can use the sand or pay 100K Dong to use them. The other mistake from the hotel was that they put us on a floor with large groups of Chinese people right in the middle! Was extremly laud, early morning late evening, on the afternoon we couldnt take a nap or sleep as they were shutting the doors, screaming, running, felt like we are in the middle of a battle. When walking through the corridor all of their rooms widely open, eating smelly food (which is stated in the hotel book is prohibited) and very loud talking and laughing. Screaming to each other in two doors down the corridor like they ate the only ones in the hotel..I undersand that this is not the hotels fault but they should consider the room allocation better so couples and people with no children get a quiet room as we have requested. Not surrounded with groups! Not that the children were the laudest ones... You can rent a motorbike but only with Vietnameese driving license. If you have an European or International they call someone to bring you a motorbike from a different company which was good also. Oh we just really hoped after busy walking in Hanoi, trekking in Sapa we can relax in Phu Quoc finally but we didnt choose the right hotel this time....

I walked into this hotel today seeking a rooms and was told that I could get a 15% discount. I booked the room thinking this was not a bad deal. Looked later on Booking.com to find that in fact even with a 15% discount it was not competitive with the Booking .com rate To be fair to the hotel I complained late,r and they were prepared to match the Booking, com rate

In general our stay was OK, except the hotel's control of next door drunk man who shouted and made noise every night. That disturbed everyone on the same floor and we could not sleep well at all.

First of all this is a new hotel with a helpful staff , the room is very clean and comfort , beautiful decor . However upon checked in I was inform that I need to do inventory what inside the room , and any breakage occur I will be charge , for me that is inconvenient and sound like hotel try to nickle and dime customer. This issue is a nuisance for people on vacation . Hopefully management change this policy so it can be a truly 4 star hotel

Book this place if and only if all the other hotels on the beach have been booked up. Not to say this hotel is bad or anything, it is quite average and the price is right. But after going around the beach, we really wished we had been able to book one of the other many hotels that were on the beach. Also, the in-room wifi is pretty darn bad.
