Lovely location and we enjoyed the roof terrace bar. The beds were comfy. It was peaceful in spite of being close to the town centre - we slept well.

Hard to find the entrance if coming from the Old Town centre - no sign on the door directing you to the actual entrance up the slope. Also whilst she was friendly and tried to help, the member of staff did not speak much English. Previous reviews about the great welcome and lovely hosts was not our experience on this occasion. The rooms are a good size but the decor is a little outdated - particularly the kitchen and bathroom (although they were very clean).

Minos pension is probably named after the guy from upstairs, managing the roof-top bar, where the icecream, the beer and the view are excellent. the place is IN the labyrinth of rhodes. the receptionist is very helpful, but sometimes there are misunderstandings. she said youtube, i thought U2, i am sorry! warning: stay with your car outside the walls!

La struttura era sporca. La colazione oltre ad avere le pietanze di qualità scarsa era povera o dolce, solo yogurt con miele o salata solo omelette. La proprietaria spesso scorbutica.

Super location!

The location was great, right next to the amazing old town. We stayed for eight days and liked it very much. The cozy front yard was lovely, and they cleaned our room on a regular basis. In addition, the view from the roof terrace was beautiful and relaxing, and breakfast up there was wonderful—especially the crepes with yogurt and honey!

The lication is very convenient for the public transport, some of the beaches that are in walking distance and the amenities of the old town. The rooms are very clean, the lady is very welcoming, friendly and helpful! Thank you!

Posizione strategica all'interno della città medioevale. Lo staff molto gentile. La pensione dispone di una terrazza per la colazione (non inclusa nel prezzo) da cui si può godere di una vista spettacolare

Il bagno. Eravamo in 4 con un bagno solo. Per carità, anche un solo bagno va bene però andrebbe ristrutturato. La doccia ha la tenda, il lavabo è piccolo. I soffitti necessitano manutenzione.

The staff was extremely nice and very accommodating. As mentioned in the comments view from the tatrach is terrific it’s worth going there to eat or drink and see the panoramic view of the old town and sea. For the rooms you get exactly what’s shown in the pictures.

Ero già stato da Minos, e mi è sempre rimasta in mente la splendida terrazza. I proprietari e la signora che si occupa degli ospiti sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Camere semplici e confortevoli. Un ottimo posto ancheper raggiungere la sera un ristorante, ce ne sono vari buoni nelle vicinanze.

Forse un rinnovo del materasso nella camera avuta non sarebbe male. Inoltre il corrimano della scala a chiocciola andrebbe pulito con uno sgrassatore. Piccoli dettagli che nell'insieme non costituiscono un problema irrisolvibile. Il soggiorno, cosa importante, è andato bene come sempre

Buscabamos un alojamiento centrico y cerca del puerto para la mañana siguiente coger un ferry. Por todo ello el minos pension nos valio perfectamente. Esta dentro de la muralla, a 15 minutos andando del nuevo puerto de ferrys y a 10-15 de la estacion de buses donde te deja el bus del aeropuerto. Esta en una calle tranquila a un minuto andando de las calles principales de rodas. Tiene una cafeteria en su azotea con espectaculares vistas al casco antiguo de rodas. En recepcion una chica chilena muy agradable por lo que pudimos hablar en español. Nos dejaron dos aguas y dos zumos gratis en la nevera. Todo estuvo perfecto

Posizione veramente comoda per visitare il centro e per trovare parcheggio, molto tranquillo e bella parte un po' più caratteristica del centro

La pensión tiene una decoración bonita en sus zonas comunes. Las habitaciones y el baño están viejos. Uno de los aires acondicionados no funcionaba, pero pudimos arreglarnos con el otro. La habitación no tenía mes alta para comer, pero hay un patio en la entrada, muy acogedor, que se puede usar. La terraza de la cubierta tiene unas vistas espectaculares y la habitación del establecimiento to, muy buena. Está dentro de la muralla por lo que no tiene acceso de vehículo pero se puede aparcar en las inmediaciones, de un estadio, y caminas tres minutos para llegar. La pensión la atiende Patricia, que es un encanto. Nos atendió muy bien y nos espero hasta tarde para el checking

Está todo un poco viejo

Hotel posizionato nella città medievale di Rodi, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla zona stadio dove si può comodamente parcheggiare l'auto gratuitamente (Attenzione al mercato del giovedì dove rimuovono le auto) e a 5 minuiti a piedi dalle vie del passeggio e dei ristoranti, a 20 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge della zona Casinò. Hotel bello, pulito, con una bellissima terrazza dove fare colazione. Ottimi i check in e il check out

Colazione: armatevi di pazienza. La colazione viene preparata sul momento, spremuta, caffè, acqua, diverse proposte, ma c'è solo una persona che la serve, bisogna considerare almeno mezzora / 40 minuti di attesa, un po' troppi.

Πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία βολική για τις βόλτες σου στο κάστρο. Μαγαζιά εστιατόρια κλπ όλα πολύ κοντά προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια. Άνετο δωμάτιο και ήσυχο.

Όλα πολύ καλά δεν είχαμε κάποιο θέμα, απλά το βράδυ όταν κλείναμε το παράθυρο για να ανάψουμε το κλιματιστικό ένιωθες μια αίσθηση κλεισούρας στο δωμάτιο.

Struttura in un’ottima posizione, nel centro storico della città di Rodi. Bellissima terrazza con una vista magnifica sui tetti e una piacevole brezza fresca alla sera. L’accoglienza della signora cilena squisita, ha predisposto acqua fresca e succhi al nostro arrivo in stanza. Tuttavia, la struttura in sé è un po’ datata, stanza piccola e bagno minuscolo: bisogna adattarsi e chiudere un occhio sulla pulizia. Per pochi giorni va benissimo considerando tutti gli altri aspetti positivi.

Posizione perfetta. La signora gentilissima che ci ha offerto acqua e succhi freschi all'arrivo. Per raggiungere il porto di Rodi ha chiamato un transfer in auto elettrica che ci ha portato gratis fino al Arkandia new gate. Condizionatore in camera.

Per chi soggiorna più giorni e ha bambini piccoli la camera che ci è stata data necessita di migliorie, poco pulita e rumorosa. Dovrebbero mettere più appoggi soprattutto in bagno. Noi avendo dei bambini piccoli abbiamo mangiato sempre in stanza e non c'è un tavolo su cui mangiare e ci siamo dovuti arrangiare. La cucina è poco fornita. Il taxi non può entrare nelle mura della città e quindi non può fermarvi davanti alla pensione. Chiedete all'autista di lasciarvi a Saint John's Gate a 4 minuti a piedi dalla pensione

Bizim bir sonraki adamız Halki’ydi ve Halki feribotunun kalktığı limana transfer için bize Old Town içi ring ayarladılar. Tamamen ücretsiz olan bu hizmetten haberimiz yoktu ve otel çalışanı bize kendisi teklif etti

Everything is excellent. That's why we keep coming back!

We spent the last two nights of our week in Rhodes here, and we only wished we had stayed longer. The location was exactly what we wanted — right in the city centre, within walking distance of the Old Town and the shops. Being able to go out for dinner in the evening and simply walk back was a real comfort, and we never had to worry about parking. The host was genuinely attentive. She helped us with everything and sorted out our needs without the slightest fuss. That kind of care takes a stay to a completely different level. The room was larger than we expected, with plenty of space to settle in properly. There was nothing lacking when it came to cleanliness — the towels were spotless and soft, the bed was comfortable, and we slept perfectly well throughout. If we come back to Rhodes, we would choose this place again without hesitation. Thank you!

Our stay at Minos Pension was truly wonderful. The atmosphere was very warm and family-like. The hosts took great care of us from the very beginning until the very end of our stay. They were always helpful and gave us great advice, especially when one of us became ill. Thanks to their kindness and care, I truly felt like I was staying with family. The pension is located right in the centre, close to all the important places, restaurants and shops, which is a great advantage. I wholeheartedly recommend Minos Pension! We would be very happy to come back again.

...seit 9 Jahren freuen wir uns jedesmal sehr, wenn auch nur für 2-3 Nächte, Minos mit Familie und Patrizia zu sehen. Wir fühlen uns dort immer sehr wohl und auf Wünsche wird eingegangen. Das Essen von Patrizia ist so lecker, wir essen immer im wunderschönen Roof Garden. Wir fühlen uns als Freunde willkommen, Danke ihr Lieben.

Tesisin konumu çok güzeldi. Birkaç adımda old towndasınız, Elli beach 25dk yürüyüş mesafesinde Oda çok geniş, odada mutfak ve bazı temel araç gereçler mevcut, biz sadece kahve yaptık.. Kahvaltı menüden seçmeliydi, doyurucu ve lezzetliydi yanında çay/kahve ve sıkma portakal suyu ile geliyor...Çalışan hanımefendi çok ilgili, güleryüzlü çok teşekkür ederiz..

Ci siamo stati solo poche ore dall' arrivo del volo alla partenza del traghetto la mattina successiva, comunque la struttura è carina, curata, pulita e in una posizione perfetta nella città medievale ma a 15 minuti a piedi dal porto. Il gestore gentilissimo ci ha mandato WhatsApp per spiegarci come fare il late check in. Abbiamo trovato acqua e succhi di frutta per noi nel frigorifero. Aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante lenzuola pulitissime.

Un hôtel un peu reculé par rapport à la cohue du centre tout en restant très proche des restaurants et monuments. La propriétaire est adorable. Le petit déjeuner copieux est offert.

hotel in a very strategic position. the room was basic but functional for what we needed. do not expect anything fancy but if you are travellers that need a place for a shower and for sleeping this is a good deal. the back entrance of the old town also allows you to park your rental close very close. staff was friendly and supportive

The lady we met at reception and at breakfast was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful. When we checked out, she went above and beyond to help us by calling the driver of the electric shuttle so we could get to the bus station. She made us feel like part of her family. The gentleman we met at the entrance, who we believe was the owner of the hotel, was also very friendly and welcoming. Minos has become our home in Rhodes. Thank you so much for everything. We will definitely come back!

The view, the view and the view. The view from the rooftop is stunning. I got up at 6.30am to watch the sun rise. The family room was very large and spacious, the beds super comfortable and we really appreciated the starched white bed linen and fluffy towels.

Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro della città vecchia, la camera era spaziosa e dotata di aria condizionata e angolo cottura, bellissima la terrazza da cui godere di una meravigliosa vista sul mare e la città di Rodi con possibilità di mangiare e bere.

Really friendly staff upon our arrival. We arrived early to drop our bags off but our room was already ready for us so that was a pleasant surprise. They also let us leave our bags on the checkout day while we had a day out, that was really appreciated. We had a cocktail on the roof in the evening before heading out to dinner and ate breakfast up there in the morning too. Lovely views and quiet streets. Aircon and comfy beds meant a great nights sleep. I’d stay here again.

Úžasný výhled ze střešní terasy, kde se podávají snídaně (výběr asi z 6 možností). Výborná lokalita - Old Town Rhodos, ale klid, v okolí obchůdky s lokálními výrobky a dostatek restaurací, taveren aj. Nedaleko je supermarket.

Chyběl nám stůl se židlemi, ale lze využít ty na terase před penzionem.

The structure is in a very good position in the old town, it has a beautiful terrace where you can see the castle and a great view. The room has everything you need and the host was very nice, she also left water and juices as a welcome in the fridge.

Our little window in the room was stuck. We stayed just one night so wasn't a big problem as there is air conditioning in the room.

La signora è gentile e accogliente, la posizione è buona, nella old Town, ma lontano dal caos, la terrazza per la colazione è molto bella e panoramica.

Prezzo davvero troppo alto per una struttura piuttosto datata, che ha bisogno di un ammodernamento generale. Il letto e il cuscino non erano molto comodi , c'erano un po' troppi rumori, non ho dormito bene, purtroppo.

Emplacement idéal dans la vieille ville mais pas dans les rues achalandées. Personnel accueillant. La terrasse sur le toit nous offre une vue super sur les environs et est évidemment un gros plus !

La pensione è un una posizione molto bella nella città vecchia, vicino a molti locali e raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi se si ha la macchina, lasciandola fuori dalla porta rossa. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile. Lo spazio esterno è bene curato e carino anche per mangiare qualcosa di preparato a casa. Molto bella la terrazza dove si può anche fare colazione, pranzare e cenare. Comodo il divano letto.

La struttura è un po’ vecchia, l’appartamento è carino ma sarebbe un po’ da rinnovare, soprattutto il bagno e la cucina, magari con l’aggiunta di un fornetto e di una macchina per il caffè. Nel complesso comunque ci siamo trovati bene e sono più i pro dei contro.

La posizione è il punto forte forse l’unico

Allora non è da me fare recensioni cattive fra virgolette alla struttura , infatti è la prima che scrivo ma purtroppo mi sento di evitare ad altri soggiorni spiacevoli. Non riesco a capire come possa avere buone recensioni, che mi hanno ingannato nella prenotazione. Camere abbastanza vecchie ma sopratutto sporche, sul mobile dove è riposto il frigorifero c’è una sporcizia di mesi e mesi abbastanza vomitevole, il termosifone non vi dico proprio la sporcizia e in bagno fra doccia e luci polvere assurda. Ma la cosa per me assurda è stato trovare una blatta enorme al mio arrivo, e un altra il mattino dopo, scrivo all’host e la sua risposta è di non aprire la finestra , ovviamente già ci era stato detto e dal nostro arrivo la finestra non era mai stata aperta quindi erano già lì . La cosa ancora più assurda è non poter aprire una finestra e far passare l’aria durante un soggiorno perché la camera e la finestra erano totalmente sprovviste di zanzariere una cosa assurda nel 2026, non poter aprire la finestra per far circolare l’aria. La prima sera avendo la camera che dava al terrazzino non ho dormito essendo che c’erano ospiti che urlavano fuori al terrazzino in un modo assurdo, ho provato durante la notte a chiamare l’host essendo che era molto alterata l’ospite che urlava ma nulla , non c’è un numero per le emergenze, e io non ho dormito. Purtroppo non è giusto far dormire le persone in posti sporchi con insetti. La posizione è centralissima e quindi ha del potenziale ma è totalmente abbondata e trascurata

La camera troppo piccola e buia, situata nel sottoscala e la finestra non era utilizzabile. Il bagno senza finestra nè aspiratore, il telefono doccia non stava fisso.

Lo staff è molto gentile e amichevole. La posizione è ottima, appena fuori dalla confusione del centro. La terrazza panoramica è un valore aggiunto. La camera è ben equipaggiata e l'aria condizionata funziona bene.

La camera è piccola, e i mobili della camera così come i sanitari sono piuttosto datati, ma funzionano bene. L'unica finestra della camera si affaccia su un muro. La camera è fresca, con l'aria condizionata, ma relativamente umida. È praticamente un seminterrato con la finestra su un fossetto per l'areazione. I letti erano scomodi.

Il punto di forza è la posizione vicinissima al centro. Altra cosa apprezzabile il Roof Garden dal quale si ha la visione su tutta la città.

La struttura è molto carina e ha una posizione strategica in quanto è nel centro storico di Rodi. Bellissima la terrazza e facile il parcheggio libero appena fuori dalla una delle porte della Old Town.

We had such a lovely experience. The host was very friendly and kind but Patricia was the best hostess I’ve ever met. I would totally recommend and I would definitely go back again. It was a 10/10 experience.

Remek elhelyezkedés az óváros szívében. A kikötő és minden óvárosi rész maximum 10-15 perc sétára található. A tetőteraszon eltöltött reggelik igazán fantasztikusan, csodás kilátással. A reggeli nem svédasztalos hanem választani lehet az étlapról édes-sós ételből amit frissen készítenek el narancslével és kávéval/teával szolgálnak fel. Nekem ez is kifejezetten tetszett. A házigazda nagyon kedves volt, rugalmas érkezéssel hiszen a gépünk késő este szállt le és kulcsszéffel be tudunk menni.

A képeken is látható, hogy maga a panzió egy kicsit retro. A szobák nem túl modernek és ez azért visszaköszön a légkondiban, a kulcskártyát nehezen használtuk, néha nem volt áram a szobában, a fürdőszoba is teljesen használható de nem túl modern. A kevés és rosszul beállított lámpák zavartak kifejezetten.

Parfaite petite chambre au cœur de la cité médiévale de Rhodes! L’établissement est propre et joliment décoré. Le personnel est adorable! Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit pour avoir notre correspondance vol/ferry mais c’était super!

Leggermente lontana dal terminal dei bus. Il numero civico indicato sull'indirizzo di Booking è il numero 5, ma non è l'ingresso principale. Bisogna girare l'angolo per entrare dal vero ingresso.

Very basic accommodation

The rooftop is amazing, the food is very nice too, the receptionist is sweet. Be aware that it is in a closed old town area so you cannot drive in, but you can call the reception and they can book you an electric vehicle to transfer you and your luggage. The receptionist is always at the rooftop and they come down for checkin when you arrive.

The mattresses are absolutely awful, hard as a rock and I woke up every day with a sore limb. I couldn’t really relax. And I have a mattress qualified “extra hard” from ikea at home… This was the only minor fault with the hotel.

Location and the panoramic view. Complimentary juice and water in the fridge. Air con very good. Working hairdryer.

Absence d'accès rapproché en voiture...et un peu difficile à trouver sans plan détaillé...!!! Climatisation extérieure située sous notre fenêtre un peu trop bruyante .... quand elle se déclenche la nuit..!
