Reviewed Jun 16, 2025Le GPS te conduit devant le parking et l'on ne sait pas si c'est l'entrée de l'hôtel, puis dans le parking (cher)tu ne sais pas ou tu dois aller jusqu'à ce que tu ressortes. les réceptionniste super sympas, le PDJ cher pour ce que c'est et la propreté de la douche extérieur convenable mais intérieur extrêmement moisi. Le matelas confortable. je n'y retourne pas rapport quailté prix

Reviewed Sep 25, 2024The property was well kept, friendly, bright and clean.the housekeeping staff are thoughtful, kind and professional. staff were welcoming and reception speak a number of languages. Do keep in mind the lovely ladies at breakfast don’t speak English (not a problem at all it’s their country after all, but something to be aware of, an opportunity to brush up on your French! The breakfast selection is wonderful and fresh, and there can be a takeaway bag, fork and cup with a lid if you are in a rush or want to eat on the go. the surroundings are a little far from the centre and train station (Lille-Europe & lille-flandres) which is something to be aware of, though there is a metro nearby, and there is another shopping centre not far from the property about a 7 minute walk, and there is a lovely dining restaurant (flunch) inside, which we went to everyday for dinner. there is also an Auchan downstairs in the shopping centre to get supplies from. As well as a pharmacy and other clothes/retail shops. It’s generally quiet and a good experience. Always a pleasure to visit France. Also the Lille Europe station is linked to a shopping centre which has a carrefour in it, about a 10-15 minute walk away so it’s perfect for getting last minute perishables and snacks to bring back with you on the Eurostar in a cool bag.

Je décide donc de descendre prendre un café à la machine qui me débite 2,30€ mais ne me sert pas de café. Sofiane me propose gentiment un café au bar. Salle de bain : saleté en bas de la vitre de douche et le distributeur de savon très sal dans la douche si vous le retirer de son socle. Justine très sympathique au petit déjeuner . 130€ + 9€ de parking , trop pour la prestation standard

Reviewed May 4, 2024Geschikt hotel voor een kort verblijf. Vriendelijk onthaal en dito bediening in de ontbijtruimte. De kamer is basic, maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Goede WiFi-connectie. Het ontbijtbuffet is in orde. Parkeren gebeurt ondergronds, en dus veilig. Het hotel ligt in de schaduw van het voetbalstadion van Lille.

Un parking sécurisé pour la voiture de location. Et le plus , me suis fait une première séance ciné depuis 2019. Une petite bouteille d'eau dans la chambre serait le plus même s'il y a un distributeur à la réception.

Petite remarque : il faudrait juste une petite tablette d'angle dans la douche pour y poser son gel douche ou alors proposer un petit set gel et savon que le client peut utiliser individuellement. Seule ombre : le parking qui bien qu'il soit surveillé, reste peut être un peu cher d'autant plus que certains véhicules n'ont pas bougé de la nuit, de la zone "dépose minute". Le uns payent et les autres ne sont pas très respectueux. Dommage de constater ce manque de civisme. Bilan général : Impression très satisfaisante.

Reviewed Jan 22, 2019The 24 hour reception service is really a plus. Professional and friendly. Enclosed parking under the building is convenient and secure. Also within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and Metro station. Great location!

Reviewed May 12, 2017I always like the easy check-in/out of this B&B hotel. The room is very basic but functional for one night business trip. I personally appreciated the kindness of one of the staff :) and personnel were very friendly which made my stay very pleasant.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2017Not near any transport links. Room was not cleaned everyday. Corridors smelled of smoke. Not that cheap in comparison to the four star Radisson Blu next door
