B&B HOTEL Marseille Aéroport Saint-Victoret

Very basic accommodations, the pillows were just horrible; couldn’t sleep for the whole night. We were checked in earlier; thank you for that, but overall stay was just very very basic with poor selection of food for breakfast. Free shuttle to the airport was a bonus.

I chose this hotel because it was close to Marseille airport and our flight light was very early in the morning. Taxi service was excellent and everyone was helpful with the language barrier. The room is sparse but very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable.

I booked this room twice as I needed a stay before and after my cruise. On arrival, the hotel staff's greeting was warm and very friendly. No issues. The second reservation was met with a different male who was not courteous or attentive. He was very disinterested when I asked for another blanket. This location was chosen based on its proximity to Marseille International Airport and the cruise ports.

Great shuttle service and friendly staff

Definetely a one night place, perfect for early morning flights or late flights where you want to just crash. No frills, mostly clean and easy to get to/from airport.

Good property for the airport access. Great staff.

We arrived late at night and they sent us a code to check into our room. The check in process was very fast and efficient. The shower was not draining in our room. We had to stop the shower every 30 seconds or the water would overflow on the floor. Since there was no one working in the lobby, we were unable to get it fixed. Other then that the bed was normal quality and the hotel was close to the airport.

Next to airport . Noisy but with closed windows u dont hear a noise .staff is nice ! Check in easy . Very clean . Worth it !I recommend !

The breakfast was great!

Great to have the airport shuttle!

Desk staff was helpful, a bit loud with planes flying right over my room. Very basic hotel for one night.

Service and cleanliness were excellent!

Very basic. No blow dryer. Mold in grout. AC didn’t work in room. Front desk worker did move us to another room. Close to airport.

Friendly airport hotel with great free shuttle service

Good

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, with good communication, a very easy shuttle from the airport, and advice for where to find dinner. Also, very convenient to have a tasty breakfast provided!

The shuttle service was excellent. Very clean hotel, great for a nights stay at the airport. Friendly staff.

The best hotel friendly and very goot staff

Their breakfast was very good. Staff very pleasant and kind. Prompt pick-up at the airport.

The hotel advertised air conditioning. We arrive during a "heat wave" and tell the front desk that the air conditioning does not work. (It's impossible to open the windows and get cooler air overnight because the hotel is 2 miles from the airport and DIRECTLY under the flight path.) They changed our room and told us they called maintenance. When we checked a 3rd time to report the air still does not work, and we simply wanted an update, they told us they do not use the air conditioning this time of year and wait until June. The young man at the desk was polite, as was the female who was working earlier upon check in. However, the older man who lied to us originally about it being broken, then switches to "no air conditioning this time" of year, was horribly rude and threw his hands up. Rooms: 1 star due to the misrepresented aircon Staff: Zero stars for the rude, older man; but 5 stars for the young man at the front desk and the woman who checked us in.

Functional airport hotel. Very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast and bathroom not the best I've experienced but tolerable. Fine for a night. 5 minute walk to the nice village behind the hotel if you have time to kill.

Airport suttle Personnel vraiment aimable serviable et pro! Je reviendrai!

Parfait si vous êtes en transit entre l’aéroport et le port.

Spacious clean rooms and close to the airport. They recommended a taxi service to use since it was very early in the morning and their shuttle didn't run during that time. Also allowed us to use their scale to balance our luggage weight. Definitely recommend especially since it's cheaper than other options.

Beau concept de chambre. Il lui manquait un coup de balai puis un bon coup d'éponge dans la salle de bain. C'est dommage! Lit très confortable. Tout près de l'aéroport. Service de navette. Personnel très aimable.

Close to airport. Airport shuttle was fast to arrive once I found the outside phone to call hotel shuttles No fridge in room. Use plug-in air scent diffuser in hallway that gave me a bit of a headache. Easy walk to town. Many restaurants were closed on Wednesday. Can hear planes.

I had an impossible time trying to schedule airport pick up. I conclusion everything worked out well. The facility is very good.

Was quite happy about my stay. I had expected the surroundings not to be as nice as they were, with convenient places to eat nearby and some green spaces and even a river. Room was fine. Just one night lamp was broken.

Excellent! Nice staff, clean property, airport shuttle. A

Wonderful staff and great place for 1 night

The staff at this property went above and beyond. I was given a shuttle lift to the airport and after he dropped me off, I realized I left my fairly expensive hat in the room. I called thotel and he brought it all the way back to me at the airport. Exceptional service! Thank you to him and the other staff members that were also helpful and friendly. The breakfast here was also worth the small charge with very tasty choices of breads, cheeses, and eggs.

Excellent value and very quiet besides the regular airport noise.

The location was perfect, close to MRS and they have a designated taxi service which we so desperately needed for our 3:30am departure. Very clean rooms which I could smell of the bleach during checkout times when the maids were working. Hot water for showers! The staff were excellent, quick, and helpful. The one who checked us in at 9pm could tell we were tired travelers and was curt and quick! We stayed for 2 nights.

Helpful staff

We had a terrible problem with arrivals. Didn’t know how to get in to the hotel. It was closed. We all most left and went to another hotel at night. So 5 other families in the same situation

Very efficient

Although a basic room (no fridge), it was exceptionally clean. The next day the maids were cleaning and I smelled bleach, so I know clean! The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly; one helped me get our taxi to take us to MRS at 3:30am - I was so relieved and grateful for the help. Walking distance to the small town was short and enjoyable. We enjoyed a particular restaurant, next to the aviation museum (which I also loved). The town of Saint Victoret is small and quaint, reverent of their local soldiers that died in WWII. Although planes flew above, I dismissed it as a negative view. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the airport! Plane noises did not go on all night (I think they considered noise pollution, wise on the FFA). The shuttle service was fast also, completely reliable, same with the taxi they recommend “Gerard”. I’d stay again.

Extremely helpful staff. Also nice to have a few local neighbourhood restaurant options within easy walking distance.

The staff was so friendly and very pleasant. The room was clean and quiet.

I like the nice service and the convenience of getting to the airport

Property was clean and comfortable. It was a short stay so didnt use food options, the hotel was convenient for the airport. Taxi booked for early morning arrived on time and friendly service.

I was surprised to find a small path to town across a bridge with a waterfall and many falls all along the creek. It was peaceful. There were many places to eat nearby, however, it was Sunday and many were closed. The town was a little like a ghost town.

The pick up from the airport was great. The room was very simple but suits the need. I was told the bolt would be the same price as the bus to town which I doubted, but I took the bike at 28 euros anyway.

My only real concern is the limited english language abilities of the staff. For an airport hotel any questions beyond the most basic of checking in or out were met with confusion. I observed another guest having trouble relaying the message that she did t have any towels in her room, our question about advice on getting to downtown Marseille were completely misunderstood. The staff were courteous and polite. But even using a translation app or something could have helped. Because we were not confident that our airport shuttle time was clearly understood we got up earlier than needed to ensure we were ready and waiting.

Staff/Management made a special effort to accommodate our special transportation and baggage requirements.

Was easy to find off the motorway. Didnt see any staff on arrival....all checkin and entry by machines.

It was fine. Clean and convenient location to get to the airport. Beds were not very comfortable.

Close to airport. Free shuttle to and from airport before 9 pm, please verify with front desk.

Great hotel 5 minutes from the airport. After hours check-in was very easy. No issues.

This is an excellent budget airport hotel. The staff was very friendly and the on-call shuttle service during the day was very convenient. The hotel is a 5 - 10 minute walk to a small shopping/dining area that even has a small aviation museum. While not a large room, it was entirely adequate for our stay the night before flying out. I would choose it again.

It was amazing. It had great service. Breakfast was good. Room was very high standard.

Enjoyed the stay

Terrible and insulting- self service starts at 8 pm while the sun still up, parking is a pain leave the car outside walk in register all on ur own get a stupid code that u need to bring ur car in- worst of all is the room : bed wasn’t comfortable no AC, super hot, fan only made noise fuseless and when I opened the window the mosquitoes all over- also planes so close so that was a bad option - I basically was up all night no one to call not even a phone in the room - garbage

Exactly as described

It was a nice place to stop with our family of 4 after landing in Marseille Airport. Our room had 3 beds (one double and two single) so it worked out perfectly for our family. Place seem well maintained, price is competitive, and we could check-in (self check-in) easily in the late evening, which made it convenient for us.

Arrived late - Overnight stay at airport - to pick up car rental next morning. Took taxi to hotel and free shuttle back to A’ port next am. Good breakfast Excellent value for money and would stay again for one night

Very comfortable bed! Room was small but comfortable, and was all we needed after a transatlantic flight. A quick 5 minute walk into town gave us access to restaurants and a grocery store. Airport transport was reliable, friendly and easy to access.

This was a great find for overnight stay before flight the next day. Basic room, very clean comfortable bed. Easy 10 minutes walk into town, lovely river walk to cafe. Would definitely use again

Very convenient to the airport. Breakfast was delicious and bountiful (eggs, bacon, croissants, bread, muesli, fruit, coffee (lots of different kinds), apple and orange juice)

Everyone was very helpful and hotel was clean

Smaller, no cups, no microwave, no coffee machine, no refrigerator No conditions, super small

Just a place for taking a shower and sleep Not more

A

Property is spare but so clean. The best part is the staff. Very kind friendly and helpful

Hotel is simple and clean, good for a stop before a flight. Relatively close to airport, but shuttles are not regularly scheduled. Front desk not staffed 24/7. Locked/gated parking area is good considering general area around the airport seems not to be the safest at night.

Rooms are small but very convenient . Breakfast is very good.

The perfect place to stay for an overnight transit. We walked from Pas de lanciers train station which was about 2.2kms away. On arrival we were welcomed and checked in quickly and efficiently. Turns out they would have picked us up from the station if we had requested. Reception provided us with a list of restaurant options within short walking distance. At 6am they shuttled us to the airport for our early flight. Room was simple but well appointed and service was perfect.

Simple and clean rooms. Convenient shuttle service to airport.

Friendly staff and efficient transportation to the Marseille airport.

This hotel was a surprising value. The staff got us checked-in 3 hours before the official 2:00 pm checkin time. This was highly appreciated. The hotel room was small but functional. It had a queen sized bed, closet to hang clothes (if you are so inclined), and a toilet, shower and sink. There is limited food in the hotel but the staff provided a diagram for nearby restaurants. We ate at 2 restaurants in the area that were both inexpensive but had quality food. If you are looking for excellent pizza, there is a family owned place if you turn left when coming to the main road (based on the diagram provided by the hotel staff). They have a wood fired oven and were delightful to chat with. We chose the hotel based on the ratings. It’s not a cozy hotel but is utilitarian. If you are looking for a fancy hotel, this is not it. The hotel provided shuttle service to the Marseille airport exactly as scheduled. We were surprised at how comfortable we felt with the hotel staff and the area. A negative is that the hotel is in the flight path of the airport. With the window open, the planes were loud and regular but closing the window significantly reduced the noise level. We didn’t hear planes after about 11:00 PM until around 7:00 AM. We usually like higher end hotels but this one served us well for a great price.

Very simple rooms but it was completely adequate for a short overnight stay before an early flight.

Guests must be aware that this hotel use the self checking system. I arrived hotel at 9.30 pm found no staff at the property and had to checkin with the screen.

Nothing fancy but gets the job done for an overnight near the airport. Good shuttle service and walking distance to restaurants.

Very helpful and friendly! Free shuttle from the airport, and allowed me to check in early after a very long day of travelling. Provided a little map of helpful things near the hotel, and offered to help me get where I was going the next day. If you need a simple, clean place to stay, this is it!

5 minute walk from town centre with restaurants and supermarket. Nice rooms. Friendly owner and transfer to airport provided. Recommend!

Very basic (no fridge, tea/coffee etc) but perfect for a pre or post flight sleep. Very comfy bed, good air con, good pressure in the shower, clean sheets & towels. Very good value

Everything met or exceeded expectations, in terms of cleanliness, size, convenience and style. I will be forever grateful for the service of the staff. I made a mistake in scheduling of the complimentary airport shuttle and was also having difficulty in getting my phone to connect to a taxi company. They ensured that I was taken to the airport quickly. I truly appreciated their efforts, even when it was my problem to solve and probably an inconvenience to them.

Great hotel for quick overnight stay. P.s. i left my travel mirror in room 9. It would be great if hotel managment voukd tell me how to recover it. Thanks

Very convenient including nearby supermarket as well as some dining options ( not a lot but all walking distance). Check in/ out super easy and comas well

although this is listed as B&B , breakfast is not included

Manager was great allowed us to move into our room 5 hours early. Had breakfast and made sure we were taken care of.

The size of the room is good there is plenty of space the bathroom is very narrow and not enough shower gel the bad sheet cover was dirty, the air conditioner wasn't working, and outside the temperature was 32. the driver was very rude and not helpful.

We stayed for one night having arrived at Marseille v late. Really close to the airport, plenty of space for the four of us in our 4 person room. The rooms are basic but clean and perfect for our purposes. The main thing that struck me was the courteousness and helpfulness of the staff. I would recommend

This was the best hotel stay I have ever experienced. The proprietors were very attentive and accommodating. The hotel advertised as no frills but it was very impressive. I will stay there again whenever I visit Marseille

Clean and comfortable. Easy late check in. Good breakfast.

Very nice place, nice decoration.

Comfortabe bed , clean bathroom, hot water, all good;

Clean

Saint Victoret is a cute town and easily accessible, with good food options, on foot. The shuttle service from and to the airport was great. We also enjoyed the breakfastwhich was very reasonably priced.

This place was a great choice for my budget! I feel I needed a car because of its location, it wasn’t very walkable. I felt safe. My room and the halls were clean and the staff was helpful! I enjoyed my stay and was very comfortable! I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Don't hesitate to book this hotel. It's 5 mins from the airport, has spotlessly clean rooms and friendly staff ! If you need to contact the hotel by text they reply very quickly. Crisp bedding and air conditioning too. The car park is secure. Topps in my book and will return !

Very clean and cozy rooms. Perfect place to rest after a flight.

Great overall experience

The property was great - so close to the airport - and room and rate were great but what really stands out to me is that I realized I had forgotten my wallet in my room after I checked out and was at the airport and the manager found it and brought it to me at the airport. Exceptional!!!!

Convenient -- close to the airport. Very attentive and helpful proprietor. You can take a relaxing walk by a wooded stream nearby.

No shower curtain, but that was minor as the bathroom was very large by European standards. Square toilet paper sheets rather than roll, but that was OK too. My concern was the bed sheets still remained soiled even after cleaning. So thoughts ran through my head. The facility was very nice and well placed near the airport which was good for us traveling back home. The hotel shuttle was up early and on time for our departure. We departed as the breakfast was arriving from the bakery, looked good, but we did not have time to partake.

Superb service, much more than I expected for the price.

Friendly hotel only 5 minutes from airport by hotel shuttle. The hotel is with 5 minutes walk of a number if restaurants in the area.

Great stay. Love the non-smoking. And there is an airport shuttle. Detail oriented cleaning staff. Only thing is over an hour to get to Marseille with public transportation. So a rental car is best. The local area is really nice. Good restaurants with friendly people.
