Reviewed Aug 29, 2026La ubicacion es muy buena. En el centro de Verbier y al lado hay un parking donde se puede dejar el coche. Permiten perros.
Habitacion demasiado pequeña y con camas muy pequeñas. No habia personal en el desayuno y no se reponian algunos alimentos.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026The view from the room was great and had everything been in order in the room it would have been really good. All staff were helpful and kind.
The room was not clean there was hair everywhere behind doors and the rugs at the side of the bed in particular . A tower fan had been placed in the room for some cooling but it was useless. The shower riser didn't work, the entire shower fitting was loose. The towel rail was hanging off the wall at both ends. The shower screen leaked so it was wet all around the toilet. The balcony was big but in wrapping around the room and the far end of it went to a waste collection area which smelt badly so certain windows couldn't be opened. Someone had also been smoking in this area and left a packet of fags on the floor however with bin area so close I could chuck it over!!! The parasol on the balcony was broken a reflection of the room in itself. Another hotel with no bar drinks available at reception in bottles. Just disappointing overall.

Peut-être un peignoir, dommage que ma chambre n'avait pas de terrasse je sais pas si on pouvait avoir des œufs brouilléspour le petit déjeuner la partie a côté de la salle du petit déjeuner devrait être couverte (le grand cendrier pour les fumeurs plus souvent nettoyé svp merci)

Mega varmt om sommeren, når der ikke var aircondition. Personalet gav os ikke besked om VIP card til liften, så det kostede os 50+ EUR inden vi selv fandt ud af det. Der var meget støj fra vejen fra tunge køretøjer- også tidligt om morgen.

Balkon, MiniBar, Bügelbrett & mega freundliches Personal, das Frühstück war als Buffet in einer eher kleineren Form, hatte aber alles was man zum Frühstücken mag! Man kriegt sogar eine VerbierCard wo man mit der Seilbahn dann hoch kann, fanden wir ausgezeichnet! Wir würden das Hotel immer wieder buchen!
Das es keine Klimaanlage gab, kein Verschulden des Hotels eher aufgrund Kantonaler Regulatorien - eine Alternative wurde bevor wir eingecheckt haben direkt gestellt mit einem Power Ventilator! das war ausgezeichnet!!

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Chambre : Correcte, 2 lits 1 place. Grand balcon. Malheureusement il y avait des mauvaises odeurs dans ma chambre, ça venait des WC. Chambre mal insonorisée. Hôtel bien placé et déjeuner correcte.
J'ai signaler un problème d'odeur dans la salle de bain, malheureusement la réponse du personnel n'était pas pertinente, en effet un homme est venu voir et il m'a dit que des mauvaises odeurs pouvaient survenir car il venait d'y avoir un fort orage, l'argument est bon malheureusement les mauvaises odeurs existaient déjà avant l'arrivé de l'orage. Il est ensuite aller sentir dans la salle de bain en affirmant qu'il avait un odorat sensible mais il n'a rien senti. C'est certainement mon odorat qui devrait pour le coup être très très sensible.

A bit warm in July and the mini-fridge kept the room toasty.

Nous avions une chambre de 3 lits - très petite pour 3 lits ! Le troisième lit était peu confortable Il faisait très chaud - pas de climatisation dans la chambre !! ... et pas de fenêtres qui s'ouvrent en oscillo-battant. Heureusement, on pouvait ouvrir les fenêtres matin et soir mais pas de moustiquaires ... et compliqué pour la nuit car avec les tentures, les fenêtres se refermaient ! Le nettoyage de la chambre n'était fait que l'après-midi (au moment de la sieste)

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bristol Verbier. The location is perfect, right in the center of Verbier, with beautiful mountain views. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. What truly made our stay special was the amazing staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming, especially the housekeeping team, who were incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout our stay. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026They had organised for the breakfast to be from 5 a.m. instead of the usual time (as many of the guests were there to run the UTMB Verbier trail races, and would have had to leave before breakfast had the usual time applied).
They did not offer the "VIP Pass" when checking in, which then meant I had to buy tickets for the télécabines. Lack of lighting in the room (looked like the main uplighter was broken and not replaced.

I thought the breakfast was just OK, really limited choice. Also, because it's so central, it might be noisy in peak season (we were there in quiet season, so no issues) - but if you have a front facing room in peak season, bring earplugs!

Our room was near the lift and stairwell and we were woken up every night by people coming home late.

Breakfast was delicious; however, I wish they had restocked the eggs and bacon a bit more regularly :)
