Le petit déjeuner était diversifié, il y avait même une machine à café (espresso et americano). Le cadre est superbe, par avec des poissons et canards.

Ce n'est pas grave, mais il n'y a pas de coffre-fort dans la chambre. La carte de crédit n'est acceptée qu'avec une charge de 3%

Generally a very pleasant stay. Nice welcome (and check-out). Nice size double room with small balcony overlooking the lovely outside grounds. Good quiet location, close to many restaurants, small shops and and a supermarket within a short walking distance. Good inexpensive breakfast with decent choice. Overall very good value-for-money. Will definitely come back when visiting Khon Kaen!

Only one small "niggle" is that there are no electric sockets on either side of the bed which is impractical for charging phones for example. But it wasn't a big deal!

The air conditioner was old, dysfunctional and very noisy - it ruined everything good about this hotel

Location is not far from the airport and city center. Room is clean and comfortable.

Lift is too old but OK

The location was very good for our purposes. The duck pond was nice. One lady at the reception was helpful.

I didn't like the space in the door paneling that allowed anyone outside the room to look into our room. I didn't like the incredible amount of noise generated throughout the night by other guests in the hotel. I didn't like a drunk hotel guest trying to barge into the room during the night. I didn't like the breakfast. And in sum, I don't think a hotel should call itself a resort if it doesn't have a swimming pool or a restaurant, or any other facility apart from the basic.

The service was good, the staff was very kind, the room is also very spacious and very clean, all in all we had a very nice stay.

Cleanliness and size of the room

The room wasn’t ready for the check in time despite we arrived at the hotel 2.45 but we still had to wait 15 minutes at least for the room to be ready for us. My little boy was so hot and needed a shower before we going out for appointment. I have asked to the staff at the front desk about the room and she pick her walkie talkie up and disappeared behind the counter till the male staff at the table by the front door and came to us ( 5 minutes after we asked the receptionist who disappeared to the back of the reception’s desk) said the room was ready to he then lead us to the room. I would totally understand that if we arrived before the check in time that the room will not be ready but we arrived 45 minutes after the check in time and still need to sit and wait 15-20 minutes for the room isn’t what we need !

Our Hotel room was very clean and spacious. All facilities worked well and the bed was comfortable. The parking ground was spacious as well and the hotel has a nice garden wish fish pond. Around the hotel we found many restaurants and a night market.

This hotel was excellent value for money. It is located in a vibrant area with lots of young students. There are a variety of eating options within easy walking distance including a large indoor food markets and higher end (but reasonably priced) options. A good laundry is also very close to the property. Staff at the hotel were highly responsive and friendly. The English speaking manager was particularly helpful and her manner transmitted to other staff members.

Our stay was great. Check in was fast and easy.

The Charm Hotel is an oasis in Khon Kaen. A lovely building set in it’s gardens, quiet and serene. I had four nights at Charm and enjoyed my stay. The staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and had a good view of Khon Kaen. There are many restaurants and shops close by and Central Plaza is a cheap taxi fare. A great hotel.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff was friendly. The view from the balcony was nice. Landscaped beautifully. Breakfast was fine and the food from the restaurant was very good. If the hotel management reads this, I would suggest they need to add a couple of electrical outlets. Preferably by the bed. There already is power in the night stands and wouldn't take much to add an outlet at each one. Otherwise the only other two outlets are one behind the refrigerator and the other at the desk. I would stay here again.

It had a pleasant garden surrounding the property with a lake around it. The hotel itself was well clean and very well maintained. Rooms were cosy and comfortable with good facilities and overall it was a very pleasant experience.

So far the best place we’ve stayed in KK and we’ve stayed in many when we’ve visited family there. Good location as well.

Bra hotell, men ligger ganska långt från platsen runt Pullman där det mesta verkar hända. Klockan 5 på morgonen började tuppar utanför hotellet att gala vilket var störande. Jag som vaknar mycket tidigt frågade om en kopp kaffe klockan 04.00 på morgonen, men det gick inte att ordna förens frukosten kl 06.30. Kaffe borde så klart gå att få dygnet runt, och då menar jag inte frystorkat snabbkaffe utan färskt bryggkaffe. I övrigt bra hotell.

Very quiet and many green. Due to near university, many restrans are surrounding.

Beatiful garden and tidy room with style have made me choose this hotel for the second time and will make me stay for next times. Overall services are superb if only the noise of the aircon is quite loud. I was staying in room 312.

I love the fish pool and pond. They keep everything so nice. The breakfast is very good with many things to eat. There are some Thai dishes, and some western staples like toast and eggs. I've stayed here many times and I really like it.

I don't think that you could find a nicer hotel for the price you pay. I personally could find no fault in anything.

Beautiful and close to restaraunts, but a little secluded with a nice feeling of privacy. Breakfast was excellent and the thaff was wonderful.
