My ranking is high for the hotel as it did exceed my expectations for the price and location. Traveling alone or as couple it is very nicely located with direct access and view from the breakfast to the beach. Quite at night (low season) and walking distant to restaurant, bar, dive center.. Special thanks to the team - all done with care and foresight. Freshly prepared breakfast, any unusual requests taken care of, you made it a memorable stay. I was here in low season. The team up with partner is working well and I realy appreciate you recommendation. btw- the morning coffee, freshly grinded and brewed (coffee maker not the horrible coffee maschines) was the best I had since months.

The glass swing door in my bath needs just a minor adjustment to not scratch the floor. Nothing serious.. To the owner. You should get organised with your neighbours to get the cleaning of the beach done on a regular schedule. This is a serious issue in the low season.

I can confidently say I won’t book anywhere else in Boracay except WaterColors. The staff are incredibly friendly and hospitable—super bait sobra—and they made our stay feel genuinely cared for from start to finish. The food is great, and their Mango Shake is honestly the best on the island. Even if you’re not staying here, that alone deserves a visit. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and everything feels thoughtfully prepared. The location is perfect—right on the shores of Station 1—so we had sun loungers reserved for us throughout our stay. It’s peaceful, beachfront, and exactly the kind of Boracay experience people look for. Thank you again to the whole WaterColors team. You made our trip unforgettable, and we’ll definitely be back next year. Shoutout to Ate Mitzi!

The bathroom could use a little updating, and the toilet feels a bit small compared to today’s standards. It’s a minor thing, and everything else about our stay was truly wonderful.

👍👍👍👍👍 We had such an amazing stay at this resort in Boracay! The location is absolutely perfect. Right in front of the beach and super accessible to all the hotspots around the island, which made everything so convenient for our group. The sunset view from the rooftop is superb! What truly made our stay unforgettable though was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm and accommodating. Special shoutout to Ate Michi, Kuya Abel, and Ate Gay -they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. Even the staff whose names we didn’t get were just as kind and helpful. They also gave us great recommendations on where to eat and shared helpful tips for getting around the island, which really enhanced our overall experience. I would definitely recommend this resort to my friends and to anyone planning a trip to Boracay. We’d love to come back!

Besonders schön sind die kleinen Details wie angezündete Teelichter am Abend und täglich eine Schokolade auf dem Kopfkissen. Die Lage ist ruhig und direkt am schönen Strand. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Nachts hört man gelegentlich Geräusche von Wasserpumpen, was den Schlaf manchmal kurz stören kann.

We got this place at the last minute, due to a glitch, and thank God we did. You’ll see the incredible ratings for this place— they are all deserved. Some of the most caring people you will ever meet. Wonderful facility. Meticulous attention to detail. Right on the beach-maybe the best location at Stage 1. Terrific breakfast. Very nice room. Big commitment to nature. Very attentive to every need. They had such big hearts, and they care truly about their customers like family. This is where you need to stay. We will be coming back. Everything, on the beach. Scuba diving. Best Mango Shake. Breakfast made fresh to your liking, not a cold buffet. Staff engaged in conversation and very informative! It may be small but it’s mighty good!!!

I give this place the highest rating possible. I travel all over the world and stay in many different places, from private apartments to top luxury hotels. I chose this place because of the great location, but after arriving I discovered that the location is only a small part of what makes it special. The people here are amazing and very welcoming. The chef is outstanding and cooks at a level worthy of three Michelin stars. The atmosphere makes you feel like you are at home, even though it was my first time in the Philippines. Thank you for everything. I will definitely come back.

Mein Zimmer (mit Balkon und Meerblick) war relativ klein und entspricht meinen Erfahrungen nach nicht dem Standard eines Zimmer von über 100 Euro. Das Zimmer machte einen schon etwas 'abgewohnten' Eindruck. Frühstück ab 8 Uhr ist im Zimmerpreis enthalten; allerdings wenn man es vor 8 Uhr haben möchte, muss man es bezahlen! Einen Wasserkocher mit dem üblichen Sortiment (Tee, Kaffee ...) gibt es nicht.

Der Standort war super - direkt am White Beach. Das Personal super freundlich und herzlich. Sehr leckeres Filippino Frühstück und angerichtet wie in einem 5 Sternenhotel. Gay war sehr aufmerksam und der Service einfach top.

Everything was perfect. The room is exactly like on the pictures. The location is convinient, right on the beach at station 1. It's quiet and far from the partying. The staff was amazing, they were looking after us during our whole stay. I would really recommend to stay here.

The location is great at station 1, I stayed in the penthouse, nice views, quiet, clean, hot shower, comfortable bed - you will sleep well, very accommodating staff, breakfast was perfect for me as I prefer coffee and toast, the other options looked great as well, fresh brewed coffee with milk. It is very easy to walk to the other restaurants and bars in station 2, 5minutes and your at the mid point of entertainment and D’Mall.

Amazing location, straight on to the beach in the quieter part of station 1. The staff were brilliant and the room was cleaned every day. Nice simple breakfast daily as well.

The penthouse isn’t worth the extra money as you have no private balcony. The price was also high compared to what else you could get that includes a pool and sun loungers in the area.

The staff were so friendly and the location was excellent, every morning we were met with smiles from all (but one, see below) and great service! It had a relaxed feel and was the perfect inbetween for the party and night life plus the relaxing Dini beach. The rooftop had a great sitting area to enjoy the view with cocktails (however it does need a bit of repair work to the benches and other small parts)

When booking the penthouse I thought it had its own rooftop area, this was not the case, it just had a door that lead out to the communal area. One night some restaurant customers were even seated basically outside of the glass door to my room. The diving instructor looked like he absolutely hated me and my group (of 3 total) it could have just been how he is, or the fact we weren’t there to dive, but he would have this look of pure hate on his face each time he saw us and if we said hello/good morning etc to him we were met with either a grunt or just silence, it made us feel uncomfortable and was a large part of why we didn’t spend a lot of time in the restaurant area downstairs

1. Great location - direct beach and street access. 2. Excellent service - helpful staff, clean rooms, daily bedding & bathroom linen changes. 3. Penthouse unit had both ocean and street views from the room. 4. Environmental advocacy - no disposable plasticwares.

1. Ongoing building demolition noise beside the property as well as ongoing construction across the street at the time of our stay. 2. The room iPads were under maintenance at the time, so it was difficult to go up and down from the 3rd floor to the lobby to communicate with the staff when we needed something in the room.

Staff was absolutely perfect. Room cleaned every day. Breakfast quite nice and delivered to the balcony at desired time. All necessary amenities in the room. View from balcony absolutely amazing. Cosy roof deck where one can relax and sunbathe if desired. Cute baby daughter of one of the staff made us smile every time we saw her. Small local shop right across the street and couple of nice restaurants with reasonable prices nearby at the beach. Place is located in Station 1 but really close to station 2 so can have fun at the evenings within 10 minutes walk and come back to quiet night place.

Our room was wall to wall with another property that was under construction so could hear loud works from 7AM but of course that's nothing to do with Watercolors workers and hotel itself.

Nice boutique hotel in section 1 in a very quiet area but in a walking distance to everything. The staff is amazing, very nice and friendly. And they have scuba diving services on-site.

The Watercolors is an excellent hotel for a stay in Boracay. The service is impeccable. All of the staff are friendly and willing to help. The hotel is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. There is construction going on adjacent to the building; however, if you are out of the room during the day, it won’t bother you, I highly recommend a stay at the Watercolors.

There is substantial renovations happening immediately next to the water Color’s building only between 9 and 5pm. If you are out at this time it will not affect you. If you sleep in or work from home this is not the place for you until the major construction is completed. It’s a small hotel, the room a little small, minimal facilities but the staff do what they can to make the most of what it is. The location is ok but a 10-15 minutes walk to station 2 attractions like D mall and some main clubs, Starbucks etc.

Watercolors was a great resort to stay while my husband and I honeymooned in Boracay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were fantastic and super friendly. Would recommend to anyone visiting Boracay.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left every single staff member was super welcoming, helpful and super friendly. The beach front room was brilliant with a balcony to while away the hours watching the gorgeous white sand beach. So easy to walk to everything. Flat beach, good footpaths and easy walking distance. Great breakfast! The French toast was amazing oh and their cocktails!!!!’ The smoking gin and tonic was so special. Having to entrances - the main room door and access up the spiral stairs to the balcony was a great extra touch

The room was service twice daily but the bathroom was getting a bit tired and the wooden floors warped. The door to the balcony gave u a work out when trying to open and close it.

The staff is wonderful!!! And the food is great at the restaurant. The rooms are small but who cares? You’re only sleeping there! The Expedia site about the property needs to be updated to let future guests know that there are no longer sun loungers or umbrellas allowed on the beach which was a huge bummer as I can’t sit in the sun for too long without frying. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Watercolors and would highly recommend staying there.

First, remember where you are. You're in a primitive beach community in the Phillippines. For that environment, it is excellent. The staff there is excellent! They were so attentive. They arranged side tours for us and they were more than accommodating. They were spectacular. Hotel facility is clean, food is good. Right on the beach, which is one of the most beautiful I have seen.

Absolutely fantastic from the first day to the last. Wonderful staff, welcoming and available that makes us feel like family. Located in front of the beach near everything, spectacular rooms. There is a diving team always available that we also recommend if you want to go diving. We highly recommend the meals at Watercolours! We don't know when we will come back but we will definitely stay here again. A big hug to all the staff

Perfect location for a quiet stay in Boracay at Station 1. Close enough to all of the restaurants and shopping that you can walk to everything. The staff is amazingly attentive, and the food at the hotel is excellent. Also, the WiFi connection is very good in the room. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect location right on the beach and only a 10minute walk from all the restaurants. The continental breakfast was great, we did upgrade and the pancakes and French toast were very tasty. The bedroom and bathroom were decorated nicely, shower was great. we had the penthouse and the terrace overlooking the beach was great for sunsets. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.

It’s a shame the penthouse doesn’t overlook the beach but as we had the terrace it was fine.

Staff extremely friendly and available to give suggestions and support. Position is great with direct access to the beach and quieter than other places nearby. Fantastic food and lovely cocktails (try "Dirty Mango"!!). I really hope to have the chance to return soon as it is in my "top ten" places I ever been.

ステーション2からほんの少し離れていますが、目の前がすぐビーチでロケーションはいいと思います。 ホテルというより民宿みたいな感じのホテルでしたが、スタッフはとてもみんな親切で、ロビーは居心地の良いところではありました。 ダイビングショップ何併設されてるので、昼間はダイビング客の出入りが頻繁。 一月前に予約したため、部屋はオーシャンビューではなく、シティビューだったのでカーテンは開けられず一度も外の光を入れられず、単に寝るだけでした。 ホテルでリゾート感を味わいたいならお勧めしません。

This is a perfect boutique hotel with 6 rooms that are beautifully appointed and laid out, they do not mess about with the nonsense of bottled single use water and individual shampoo and bath wash. Their focus is you the customers and how to make you feel at home. The location is perfect in boat station 1 away from the noise and bustle of station 2.

There is nothing not to like, there is no pool but that is no problem as the sea is 20 or 30 steps away and the waters are so clear and the sand so white it is idyllic.

En vistelse jag sent skall glömma då det mesta var helt i min smak,så jag förordar och kommer gärna tillbaka till detta hotell. They clean your room TWICE a day and the level of service that you get is amazing. The breakfast is tasty and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance and the beach in perfect. They also have lounge chairs with umbrellas for free for guests.

Watercolors was perfect for us, great location close to everything but not in the busiest section. What really set it apart was the great staff who constantly went out of their way to make our visit perfect and the manager who checked on our stay several times. Enjoyed happy hour watching the sun go down and was pleasantly surprised how tasty the food from the kitchen was since its a small hotel. I went on 3 dives and it was spectacular. Amazing visibility and sealife, small groups, and great price. Jenny was the dive master and a true professional, highly recommend her. Will definitely return

We stayed at Watercolors in April 2017, just to relax (not to dive) and enjoyed it heaps. Friendly and helpful with all of our requests for help. Thank you guys, we wish you well!

Really helpful management and ALL the staff were incredibly helpful, polite and professional. Everything had been pro-actively thought of, so no niggling "if only this place had abc". Range of food and drink was good. You step off the breakfast terrace ONTO the white beach with water lapping the terrace at high water. The room was well appointed and good bathroom. Note though that the rooms on the road side have a window over looking the back of the rooms on the sea side, so I never drew the curtain (that said, I wasn't there to live in the room!). Well organised dives - 3-4 every day. Note the arrival trip (NOT a service of any of the hotels except the very highest end ones, but contracted out) from either local airport is "complex", but because Boracay is an Island, they have to "dig out" to get any/all guests there, so the process is slick and efficient as you get handed down the chain from aircraft to resort front door, and v/v, but it's way too complex to explain here. Anywhere else it'd be a bonanza for locals to rip you off, but tourism is the local golden egg, so my guess is that it's self policed VERY thoroughly to prevent bad reviews from tourists killing the golden egg

From the moment of our arrival to our final farewell we were blown away by the warmth and friendliness of all the staff at Watercolors. Watercolors is a small resort incorporating a PADI dive centre. The location of Watercolors on White Beach was excellent and the view from our beachfront room was absolutely stunning. There was a gorgeous patio with some tables and chairs as well as a couple of lounges where we would enjoy our breakfast each and every morning and admire the beautiful blue waters and white sand of Boracay and also where, come evening, we would chill out with a few icy cold beers as we watched the sun set over Willy's Rock. It was just an incredible spot at any time of day. There was also a roof deck from we could enjoy the view if we preferred and we had our private balcony too. Mini iPads were used for check in, ordering food and to contact the front desk if required. Breakfast was included in our room rate and there was a nice range to choose from. We had no plans of going diving on this trip but after seeing how beautiful and clear the water was and seeing the excitement in the faces of the divers coming and going we did do an introductory dive and I enjoyed it so much I now want to do a full dive course. A big thank you to Chester and his amazing team for a wonderful, wonderful stay.

Great hotel right on the beach in Station 1. You can easily walk down the beach to the busier area. I liked it because it was a little more quiet. Staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and courteous. They all knew my name after the first day. Small hotel. Rooms are small but it's made up for because of the view of the beach. I had the beachfront room. Food was good. in the restaurant. Bed very comfortable. Complimentary fruit and water in the room. Concierge was always available if you needed anything. Tip on getting to Boracay. Book an airport transfer to the hotel. It's very confusing when you get off the airplane if you've never been there before.

The hotel welcomed us like we were VIPs. I booked 3 rooms and me and my friends all loved it. Great bar on the beach lounge chair and fantastic location. I loved room 201 facing the beach, the bed was super comfortable, room was cleaned twice a day, I loved the staff the bar staff and food was all FANTASTIC! The place felt like a home breakfast was awesome unlimited juice. This was one of my favorite hotel staff experiences I have ever had, they made you feel like VIP family.

The resort is very convenient and just right by the side of the beach. It situated beside Station 1 beach side. You can access the beach directly from the dining area which is very convenient. Willy's rock and Jonah's fruit shake is also just round the corner. We were given a complimentary upgrade for the breakfast from continental to American which was great and filling. They also provide complimentary fruits upon arrival and chocolate during turn down service. I had arranged for a marriage proposal with the resort for my girlfriend as a surprise on Valentine's day at midnight with Nhel. He was patient and detailed in assisting me to set up a wonderful arrangement at the beach with candles, flowers, champagne, sand design and even helped in printing of photos. The resort possessed many wonderful and friendly staff such as Yang who helped my girlfriend to dress her wound as she fell down on the first day. Another wonderful staff is Gregchen who always never fail to greet us and serve us breakfast with the brightest smile on her face. Highly recommended for stay as a couple especially for those who likes scuba diving as they provide scuba diving services. However, some points to note is that the WIFI in the room kept disconnecting which can be quite frustrating and remember to book the room facing the beach as the street noise for rooms facing the main street can be disturbing and unable to rest well.

We were very delighted with our stay at the Watercolors. First, we were very surprised to be greet with a welcome drink and snack. All the staffs are very helpful especially (i forgot the name - who introduce us to a great tour guide). We enjoyed our stay there and will definitely introduce this hotel to everyone. My girlfriend loves the bed very much but we forgot to ask for the brand of the mattress :P
