We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is fantastic, ideally located close to the city center while remaining very quiet and peaceful. The staff was incredible, extremely polite, and always willing to help, while the owner went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was great—fresh and satisfying to start the day. There was genuinely nothing negative to mention. We will definitely be back again at the first opportunity. Highly recommended!

Our only regret is that we booked just four nights — both at Nyoman Sandi and in Ubud in general, we wish we had stayed longer. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, with strong Wi-Fi and delicious breakfasts. Every evening the staff light a mosquito coil by the room, and there is repellent inside as well — a small thing, but it is exactly these small things that make you feel looked after. The pool is clean and beautiful, and the grounds are beautifully kept — a pleasure just to walk around. The location is excellent: ten minutes on foot from Ubud's main street, yet the guesthouse itself sits in complete quiet. There is a grocery shop and several good cafés a couple of minutes away. The staff are kind and genuinely helpful — they arranged our transfers and day trips for us. We will definitely be back.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Location was great, a short walk down to get to the main area of Ubud. Also located close to some good restaurants as well without having to go to the main area if you didn't feel like it. While close to the main area of Ubud, Nyoman was always quiet which was great.

Curtains are a bit sheer so the light does come in the mornings quiet easily but thats really a nit pick more than anything.

Een mooi verblijf, net iets buiten het centrum van Ubud. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze regelde zonder moeite onze trip met raften en een driver naar onze volgende bestemming. Kamer was keurig en met een heerlijk vers ontbijt! Mooi zwembad.

Magnifique endroit, entrer dans le cadre familial, côtoyer la famille et le temple familiale. Aménagement des lodges très zen. Piscines agréables, naturelles. Chambre agréable, grande salle de bain. Vraiment super. Pas très loin du centre d'Ubud... même à pied !

La calle para llegar andando desde el centro no está toda bien pavimentada.

Camera molto grossa e pulita. 10 minuti a piedi dal centro 3 diverse proposte a colazione, che viene servita al mattino nel terrazzo di fronte a ogni camera. Lo staff si è reso disponibile a prepararci dei box per la colazione nei giorni in cui ci siamo dovuti svegliare molto presto per le escursioni

Probably had the best sleep in all of my Bali trip at Nyoman Sandi! Perhaps it's the comfortable beds, the aircon just a good positioning away from an intense blast, the huge size of the room, or Ubud vibes, in general. The property itself is lush, and the room - humongous! There are two working desks in the room I booked - take your pick! Pool was lovely. I managed to rent a scooter, easy peasy - trips around and to Kintamani. Would stay here again if I'm ever back in Ubud. They also let me check out 2 hours later for free. Thanks guys x

Es un lugar increíble, el ambiente, las personas, la limpieza, todo! Junto a una ubicación muy cómoda hacen que sea un alojamiento ideal… La atención es un 10, siempre pendientes y listos para ayudarte, todo súper limpio, un desayuno increíble y dos piscinas para refrescarte después de un día intenso! En couple, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de 4 nuits dans cet hôtel au cadre magnifique et à la chambre confortable et spacieuse, proche de la piscine. Le propriétaire et le personnel ont été vraiment charmants, aux petits soins et très réactifs à nos demandes. Les petits déjeuners étaient délicieux. L'hôtel est situé à un quart d'heure du centre d'Ubud à pied, nous avons pu nous déplacer facilement.

L'accueil était parfait. Le personnel très professionnel et à l'écoute. L'emplacement et les chambres étaient très bien

Reservamos este alojamiento por 3 noches, nos encantó el lugar, sus instalaciones y sobre todo el personal, un ambiente muy familiar y con el mejor servicio que se puede pedir. Sin duda repetiría sin pensarlo.

Some distance from the CBD which may/may not be for you. You ought to hire a scooter or a driver or use Grab. This actually was our own problem to fix.

Nos ha encantado alojarnos aquí. El primer día llegamos de madrugada, pudimos hacer el check in sin problema y pudimos pedir el desayuno al día siguiente más tarde para poder dormir. Tienen un sistema muy cómodo en el que tocas un timbre y te lo traen a la habitación. Además estaban riquísimos, los pancakes de piña increíbles. El personal era muy agradable. Estaban pendientes de cada detalle y el lugar es muy tranquilo y sin ruido. Es una estancia que sin duda repetiríamos.

Personale super disponibile e sempre pronto ad accontentare ogni esigenza. Camera spaziosa e con ogni confort. Ottima la varietà a colazione. È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole! La struttura ha tutto ciò di cui c'è bisogno ed è vicina al centro di Ubud (raggiungibile a piedi). Nelle vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi necessari (bar, noleggio scooter, minimarket)

Guest house avec plusieurs chambres et 3 piscines reparties sur la propriete. Tout était parfait. Nous avions 2 chambres magnifiques dont une donnait sur la piscine. Literie impeccable avec un grand lit. Serviette de bain et de piscine fournies. Petit déjeuner copieux et excellent. Personnel très attentionné, accueillant, respectueux, discret. Au calme et a 10mn a pieds du centre.

Tenia refrigerador y enfriaba, aire acondicionado y era muy silencioso, uno podia estar tranquilo, sin el sonido de las motos. HO soggiornato assieme a mia moglie in questo hotel per quattro notti e nonostante dovessi continuare il mio viaggio in Indonesia il giorno della partenza eravamo tristi di lasciare Gunedi il manager e la sua famiglia e il suo staff per l accoglienza gentilezza e disponibilità riservata a noi. Consiglio, senza se e senza ma, questo hotel e se non avete organizzato tour per Ubud affidatevi a Gunedi si serve di autisti capaci e macchine comode ed è meno caro rispetto agli tour che si trovano sui web. Inoltre è possibile noleggiare anche moto sempre tramite l'hotel ad un prezzo ottimo e moto nuove e sicure. La struttura è immersa nella giungla noi avevamo una camera con piscina davanti condivisa con altre due camere, la colazione viene servita fuori al patio della camera basta bussare affianco alla porta d ingresso e dopo poco ti serviranno una ottima colazione che sceglierete voi stessi la sera prima sia continentale americana e locale. La stanza è grande pulita con un bagno enorme. Mi trasferirei ad Ubud per vivere in questo hotel. Grazie ancora Ganudi a PRESTO

Tranquilidad, te sientes como en casa (es fácil de decir, pero así fue). Bien ubicado. El personal muy muy atento, en especial la chica joven y a la abuela de la familia que salió a despedirnos y que cada día la veíamos poniendo una ofrenda.

El baño un poco antiguo (por poner algo negativo). Aunque era grande y compensa.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning to visit Ubud and is still spending a lot of time comparing hotels, reading reviews, and worrying about whether they are choosing the right place. We are very happy that we chose this hotel. The environment is really special and peaceful. It is only about a 15-minute walk from the busy center of Ubud, but here you can enjoy complete quietness. If you care about rest and sleep quality, this place is excellent. The hotel has beautiful greenery, a nice swimming pool, very clean rooms, and strong air conditioning, which was very comfortable after a day outside.The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise. There are three choices: Continental, American, and Indonesian breakfast. During our stay, we tried all of them and enjoyed every one. The food was fresh and delicious, and it was a great way to start the day. Everything in the hotel was well maintained, and we always felt comfortable and relaxed staying here. Most importantly, every staff member was extremely friendly and welcoming. They always greeted us warmly and helped us with our luggage when we arrived and left. I would especially like to thank Wira and a gentleman with glasses whose name I unfortunately didn’t ask. On our last day, we left our luggage at the hotel while we went rafting, and they even helped us find and keep an item that we accidentally left behind. Thank you very much for your kindness and hospitality. We truly appreciated it and wish everyone at the hotel all the best. ❤️

This hotel is set back a bit from the noisy traffic and busyness of the city. It's quiet, and very beautiful- interesting architecture and grounds. There is a pool and staff are very kind.

The initial room was a little damp, so they let me move into a nicer room thankfully. I was very happy with the second room.

아침 식사와 풀장이 매우 맘에 들었어요. 위치도 좋았고요.. 조용하고 모기도 없었어요(모기향을 피워주어서 그런 것 같아요)

Perfect place stay! The location is great, just a quick walk to the Ubud main street. The host and all stuff were incredibly welcoming an organized. The place was clean all the time. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for several nights and had a very relaxing experience. One of the biggest advantages is how quiet the property is. It’s set back from the busy streets, so you can enjoy the sounds of nature without the constant traffic noise that can be common in central Ubud. The guesthouse has three swimming pools, which were never crowded during my stay, and I appreciated that they were accessible at all hours. The grounds are lush and peaceful, creating a very calm atmosphere. Breakfast was served on my terrace each morning, and the staff were flexible with timing, which I found very convenient. The family running the guesthouse was friendly, attentive, and always helpful without being intrusive. Another thing I liked was the overall atmosphere. The guests were respectful and quiet, and there was no party scene. There are also no TVs in the rooms, which helped make the experience feel more restful and connected to the surroundings. Despite the peaceful setting, there are still cafes and restaurants within a short 4–5 minute walk. Overall, a great choice for travelers looking for a quiet, relaxed, and authentic stay in Ubud.

Wenn man ganz früh aufsteht um einen Ausflug zu machen, bekommt man eine Lunch Box. Netter kleiner Pool zum am Abend eine Runde drehen. Top freundliches Personal und das alles zum super Preis. Tutto.....camera molto grande...con una bellissima terrazza...ottima colazione servita sulla veranda... pulitissima....bravissimi e accoglienti tutto lo staff.... gentilissimi.. Molto belle le piscine.

De ingang is, als je er de eerste keer komt, niet heel goed zichtbaar maar als je eenmaal binnen bent kom je in een prachtige tuin met een aantal gebouwen waar de kamers in gesitueerd zijn. Het ziet er verzorgd en netjes uit en de kamers zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. 3 zwembaden die je kunt gebruiken. Ontbijt is prima en wordt geserveerd op je terras. De medewerkers zijn allemaal even aardig en behulpzaam, wij hebben vonden het een super plek! En het is een goed kwartier (bergaf) lopen naar het centrum. Prima te doen en terug met een grab scooter of taxi.

Понравились замечательные завтраки с учетом моих пожеланий продуктов. Я вегетарианка. Мне разрешили пользоваться кухней, так как мне иногда хотелось приготовить себе салат. Удобно наличие персонального пространства для завтраков за столом около комнаты.

Иногда шумело оборудование-автомат по нагреву воды. Но это не было критичным.

Sehr liebes Personal, dass sich extrem viel Mühe gibt und versucht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Dass das Frühstück auf unsere Terrasse gebracht wurde, fanden wir ebenfalls gut.

The staff were great, humble, welcoming and kind, when I missed the time of the breakfast they offered to serve a meal even after the specified hours.. great service The place is also awesome, in the middle of a tree forest, the view is nice and the pools are great

The cleanliness of the place wasn’t the best, it was clean but for example when I peeked under the bed to look for something I noticed dust there… it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for a while.. and of course that would attract insects, bugs and bacteria.. and there was more than one geko getting inside the room multiple times.. I mean yeah of course the place is in the middle of the jungle but still.. I believe if there was better cleaning, sanitation and treatment lots of this trouble would have been avoided.. Also the bathroom window wouldn’t close no matter how I try… would’ve preferred to close it

The place is very peaceful, breakfast was very delicious and the people are so relaxed and kind . UBUD center is just 10-15 minutes walking .. you can go to the monkey forest by walking too , but we used motorbikes just for fun.

Very spacious bungalow type room, amazing pool and good location just a 10 min walk to the city center which makes it ideal since its not gonna be noisy in the evening. I extended 2 days cause I loved it. You can also choose out of three breakfast types. Awesome.
