Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel, moderne und dennoch gemütliche Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer und kleinem Kühlschrank, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal (Herr Gnann und seine Mitarbeiter sind sehr entgegenkommend und immer sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen oder etwaigen Problemen mit der Buchung, Bezahlung, Verlängerung etc), ruhige Lage am Stadtrand von Augsburg (dennoch gut mit Auto und ÖPNV zu erreichen, Straßenbahnhaltestelle ca fünf Minuten entfernt...), bin immer wieder gerne Gast dort und auch schon öfters gewesen...

This was the worst experience we had. Cleanliness you can forget as there is a "carpet of death" inside which has I do not know what living inside. We arrived after midnight the first night (more like early in the morning) the second night, the smell became so unbearable that we just went to our car to sleep. Cannot emphasise enough, do not book this place even if it is for free!

Im Dachgeschosszimmer ist es während der Sommertage sehr heiß. Eine Klimaanlage fehlt.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026For the whole duration of my stay there was no person at the reception, but I easily got the key by talking on the phone with a person that gave me the code for the entrance. Overall, the hotel is small and quiet, in a very safe zone and I was told that the parking on the street is free. For a short stay, price / quality is great.
No coffee, no shower gel refill, only 3 parking space. One morning I found a kind lady that was doing cleaning maintenance and I asked for a cup of coffee and I received one from a back office or something. The next two mornings I didn't find anybody to ask for a coffee and I had to drive to a gas station to get some. Also, I forgot to bring my own shower gel, and the bathroom only had one tiny envelop with shower gel. I also had to go to the supermarket and buy some. Thirdly, there are only 3 parking spaces in front of the hotel, but I was told that the parking on the street was free, so that was ok. There are little things, but can really disturb your schedule if you're not prepared in advance.

La proprietate sunt doar 3 locuri de parcare. Am scris gazdei sa faciliteze găsirea parcării, însă ne-a ignorat mesajul. Am fost nevoiți să blocăm mașinile parcate. Deoarece am ieșit la 6 dimineata, nimeni n-a simțit inconveniente.

Reviewed Dec 23, 2025Die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe gehabt, waren sehr sauber und gepflegt (nichts war kaputt). Die Lage ist sehr Zentrumnahe, mit dem Auto war alles schnell und gut erreichbar. Die Betten waren super bequem, alle haben gut geschlafen Es war draußen auch sehr ruhig. Wir haben darum gebeten, dass unsere Zimmer nebeneinander liegen, auch dieser Wusch wurde uns erfüllt. Wir haben nur eine Sache zu bemängeln, dass es trotz aufgedrehter Heizung nachts recht kalt war. Jedoch konnten die Decken uns gut wärmen. Und für alle denen diese Info entgangen ist, es gibt kein Frühstück vor Ort, jedoch gibt es Bäcker in der Umgebung, welche fußläufig zu erreichen sind
Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat Wenn wir wieder in Augsburg sind, checken wir gerne wieder bei Ihnen ein.

Reviewed Oct 20, 2025I was looking for a weekend accomodation in this part of Augsburg. Think hotel fit the bill just fine. Liked the timely check-in information, the hotel is cozy and generally clean, room was well equiped and in a good condition, and the hotel is connected well enough to the city center for getting there and back.
The sofa and the carpet had some suspiciously looking stains, bathroom was tiny which in general wouldn't be an issue but getting in and out of the shower tub requires some gymnastic skills.
