Amazing stay, it is a real apartment, comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. The area is also super nice, central and with a nice vibe, cute bars restaurants and shop. I felt safe, the apartment building is elegant and everything is well organized. Also the communication before the chek in was excelent.

maybe the cleaning was not 5 stars, I found some hairs in the bathroom, but nothing too bad

Me gustó mucho la comodidad de tener cocina equipada y una ubicación muy buena estando cerca del centro en un lugar tranquilo

No me gustó mucho el trato con el chico que nos atendió, ya que no contesto a ninguno de los mensajes que le escribí solicitando información por un desayuno que no recibimos. Otra de las cosas que no me gustó nada de nada, fue contratar "breakfast a casa", ya que de tres días recibí el desayuno dos y sin ninguna explicación ni devolución del dinero. Demasiado caro para lo que contiene la caja de desayuno, sin duda un tremendo error.

Très bruyant, petit déjeuner médiocre, pas de réponse lorsque nous avons rencontré un problème (bip bip toute la nuit dans les parties communes), nous étions au premier étage il y avait plein de bruit en bas au RDC la laverie doit s’y trouver..)

Apartamentos todo lo que se puede necesitar, muy grande y espacioso, y muy bonito.

El sitio aunque céntrico está en un callejón, que la verdad no es de recibo, imposible acceder con tu coche, zona muy mala para aparcar,hay que meter el coche en un parking de pago, 13 euros el dia que hay un poco más arriba en la misma calle. Y te saca del apuro

Ubicación Limpieza Acogedor Luminoso La verdad que es un alojamiento que repetiríamos. Es acogedor, tranquilo y céntrico. Sales a la calle y tienes enseguida el funicular. Caminando vas a todos los sitios con paseo agradable porque está bastante cerca de todo (lo más lejano es la torre de Belém y el monasterio). El apartamento tiene de todo, es cómodo, luminoso y bonito. Tiene una terraza con buen tamaño que viene genial si quieres cenar a la fresquita. Dispone de cafetera, tostadora, hervidor, lavavajillas etc… Además está muy limpio. Lo recomendamos y volveríamos a repetir si se diera la ocasión. No tiene aire acondicionado pero no os preocupéis porque por la noche entra una brisa fresquita y duermes hasta tapado!

Por decir algo… no tiene aire acondicionado y si estáis durante la tarde puede notarse algo de calor, pero llevadero con los ventiladores. Por la noche no es necesario ni poner el ventilador así que genial.

apartamento práctico con terraza, bien ubicado, por la noche no se oye mucho ruido del exterior. Cerca de zona de restaurantes y bares. A pocos minutos del centro.

la puerta de la ducha no cerraba bien. Faltaba cubo y fregona cuando ponía que había.

Mancanza di aria condizionata, in totale è poco più di mq 35 e non mq 50 come descritto e quindi non può essere considerata una sistemazione “superior”

Le seul point positif est l'emplacement, qui permet de visiter facilement Lisbonne.

Nous avons été extrêmement déçus par cet hébergement. Les photos sont trompeuses et ne reflètent absolument pas la réalité. L'appartement est bien moins qualitatif que ce qui est annoncé. Il n'y a pas de climatisation, seulement un ventilateur extrêmement bruyant qui empêche de dormir. À cela s'ajoute un environnement très bruyant, de jour comme de nuit. Nous avons passé deux très mauvaises nuits. Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement indigne. Il est très pauvre, de mauvaise qualité et ne correspond absolument pas à ce que l'on peut attendre d'un hébergement de ce standing. Au vu du prix payé, les prestations sont très insuffisantes. Le rapport qualité/prix est très mauvais. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet établissement.

Don’t go there. I can find only one advantage: great location in the heart of Bairro Alto district. Except from this only problems. First thing was a big constant noise and vibration of the floor in the living room. It felt like a huge fridge was located directly under this room. The owner said it is caused by the restaurant below, so they basically can do nothing, moreover they have no more available rooms, so if that noise will remain after restaurant closes, well, sh*t happens. Fortunately after the restaurant closes at 17 pm the noise stops, but comes back in the morning. The condition of all tailor made pieces of furniture is a joke. The are completely broken and every single piece needs to be repaired. Looks like the pictures come from about 10 years ago. There is no AC! And right next to the windows there is a tram line. So it is not possible to sleep with the noise of the tram, street, loud people, etc. But with closed windows (which are surprisingly well sound proof) you can die because of heat and lack of fresh air. There was also a problem with the front gate. We and other guest couldn’t come in or get out, because of the electrical emergency. The electrician came several times. We could predict if this particular time we would be able to get in to the apartment. Basically never book it, 1/10!!!

Die Lage war sehr zentral, die Betten sehr gut und insgesamt top sauber.

Es gab eine Waschmaschine aber leider keine Möglichkeit etwas aufzuhängen. Auch fehlte ein Schrank.

The room was very spacious and airy. Great kitchen facilities with all cutlery and crockery. Also washing machine with washing tablets which is a real bonus. If staying for a week even has a dishwasher which didn’t need to use but in good order. Loved the location for eateries and morning coffee hangouts. Very helpful getting ph charger left behind sent back to me.

The shower well was blocked so could only have short showers or flannel wash. Would be a quick fix so hopefully sorted when we left. Also a pity sofa bed broken as enough room for 4 people but can only take 1 or 2.

De tram die in de straat rijd was heel fijn, zo konden we snel en op een leuke manier van A naar B.

Tijdens ons verblijf is 1 van de avonden het brandalarm van het complex af gegaan. Na meer dan 2 uur buiten te hebben gestaan met gezinnen in pyjama of gezinnen met baby's op hun arm was de gezellige vakantiepret snel weg. We hebben meerdere telefoonnummers geprobeerd waarbij we continue naar een ander nummer doorverwezen werden. Uiteindelijk in contact gekomen met een SOS nummer. Dit nummer werd alleen beantwoord via Whatsapp berichten. Hier werd vertelt dat de gebouwmanager en de brandweer onze kant op zouden komen. Wij hebben nooit meer iemand gezien! Een vervangend appartement voor het moment of een geruststellend bericht vanuit iemand van de organisatie was ver te zoeken. Na de volgende dag alsnog gevraagd te hebben of alles in orde was in het gebouw hebben wij nooit meer een bericht vernomen behalve de vraag of we nog tips nodig hadden om overige bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken. Erg jammer..!

La proximité du centre, simplicité pour rentrer dans le logement

Il y a des cafards dans le logement ce qui gâche totalement le séjour et beaucoup d’humidité (moisissure à certains endroits). La conciergerie nous a proposé comme solution de faire le ménage gratuitement le lendemain matin………

Bed & pillows were so uncomfortable, hard to get ahold of maintenance

the location is awesome and handy to cool areas of the city and walking is easy to everything. we did take the trams to go futher afield. it is a studio apt with your bed in the living/kitchen. the bath is separate. there is a washer. they kept asking, via whatsapp to help us (bit annoying) but they did get us a good rec for a massage nearby.

this unit does not live up to its photos which, i suspect, are about 10 years old. all the doors, floors, cabinets were chipped and dinged. the kitchen is minimally equipped and its a bit of a joke. the dishwasher did not work. there is no space in the bathroom for anything and the shower is not great. there is no luggage rack. Eating must take place on the coffee table with couch and one chair - not comfortable. the place is a bit dark and we tripped over each other regularly. the map on the coffee table has no links that work anymore (they told me, "oh thats a very old one"...). i sent a list of all the broken equipment and parts to the host and never heard back about that.

Our location was great! The apartment had good facilities, the hosts were very helpful with transfers & restaurant advise, would stay again.

One thing, the coffee machine came with coffees for one day (on our 10 night stay) if the coffee machine is stated as a facility you should be able to use it, we thought more pods would come with our breakfast pack but it was only instant coffee.

Location was perfect here. Amazingly quiet location, close to bars and restaurants. Great service by Pedro and the team at Five Stars!

Appartamento molto grande dotato di ogni comfort. Buona posizione, a due passi c’è la fermata del tram 28.

L’appartamento avrebbe bisogno di un po di manutenzione. Molto rumore dal piano di sopra causa pavimento flottante. Il materasso è scomodo.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πάρα πολύ καλό, καθαρό, ήσυχο, με πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού. Περίπου 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Μπορείς να επιστρέψεις αργά τη νύχτα χωρίς φόβο, καθώς βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό δρόμο.

The advertisement suggested the keys had to be collected from a different location, but upon seeking clarification, an access code was given (which worked smoothly). This was much more convenient, and appreciated

La proximité avec les quartiers

It was a very short stay. I didn't have the chance to use the kitchen, so I'm not sure if everything is working there. The location is perfect, access is very easy, the space is bright with many windows, and everything was cleaned (sheets, towels, and the apartment in general).

Besides everything being clean and as shown in the photos, some of the wood needs maintenance, and the shower needs a proper door. Right now, when you close the shower, there is a considerable gap that lets water run onto the floor.

Location on quiet street but walkable to all tourist areas

Me gusto lo acogedor del lugar, todo bien conservado es como estar en casa pero en Lisboa. Me sentí comodo. Incluí desayuno y de verdad vale la pena. Es bastabte completo. Toallas limpias, pisos limpios. Volvería sin pensarlo dos veces. Personal muy atento. Gracias.

La propiedad está muy bien ubicada, a unos minutos caminando de estaciones de metro, tren y paraderos.

Everything is good and clean, location perfect and the is nice apartment, just my complaint is that bed and pillows are not comfortable and clean.

Everything except the bathroom shower’s wall needs to be fixed / repainted.

Excellent appartment. Big, bright, clean, cosy and quiet. It was a pleasure to take rest there after whole day of exploring Lisbon and surroundings. Very easy and save access. Close, walking distance, to the city center. We liked it a lot and for sure come back while visiting Lisbon again. Thank you :)

Bequemes Bett, angenehme Größe unkomplizierter Zugang.

Unklare Kommunikation vor der Anreise, bei Ankunft sehr kalt und schlecht zu beheizen, kein Geschirrtuch zum Abspülen, Duschtür schließt nicht, Schimmel im Bad, sehr hellhörig, kein Schrank oder ausreichende Ablagemöglichkeiten.

The kitchen could have essential cooking supplies such as vinegar, olive oil, and salt, and more coffee capsules. The bed was not too good. It was comfortable but made a lot of noise. We also have a bit of difficulty opening some windows.

The apartment is a great size for a couple which included a washing machine and cooking equipment. It’s in a nice quiet street with good security and close to restaurants.

Only downside is the bathroom has has some previous water damage and made the bathroom feel dirty.

We think it was not worth the price we paid. We had to change our room on the first night because the bathroom was leaking water from the ceiling and we had to move to a room we had not chosen. We received no support or refund and our complaint went unanswered. I would not recommend.
