Room wasnt cleaned very good, there were hair from the previous guests in bathroom and even in dining room the cutlery, glass, plates werent washed very good- particles of food were on them.

Overall positive experience. Quiet area. The pool is fantastic , enough chairs both in the sun and/ or shade. Amazing staff 👏: Christian from reception and Leonard from the entertainment team ! Good food and plentiful + fabulous sangria 😋 Fridge in the room with complimentary drinks on arrival. Safe for valuable items. A lovely balcony. Good size tv. Large bed , sparkling white sheets. 2 slides for kids and adults alike , clean & large toilets near the pool , bar with plenty of drinks for all ages. Great value for money. Relaxed holiday.

The hotel looks like a 4 star facility in the lobby and surrounding grounds. However , personally I will rate it as a 3 , 3 and 1/2. Attention to details , details , details. The bathroom , while roomy and working perfectly is dated. To the attention of management : - please make sure the hallway is hoovered at least every 2- 3 days The carpet in front of my room wasn't hoovered ONCE in 10 days - the towels should be crispy white ! Even if fresh , clean they looked dirty , of greysh colour - in restaurant one can't leave the plate or cutlery unattended for a second as the staff will remove it promptly Suggestion : have a station were patrons can bring and leave their own used plates once they done

J'ai beaucoup aimé les animations pour enfants et adultes ...les repas étaient tous diversifiés. Et lorsque la baie vitrée de la chanbre est ouverte, la climatisation s'arrête d'elle-même... Les lits sont grands et confortables. Le ménage est réalisé tous les jours comme dans les hôtels...la réception est toujours là pour répondre aux différentes questions ou préoccupations et réactifs ( j'avais le lavabo de la salle d'eau qui fuyait et le lendemain matin il avait réparé pendant notre excursion)...Sans parler des buffets avec thèmes tout les soirs ...rien à réduire La piscine était au sel donc pas d'odeur de chlore est toujours propre

Zimmergrösse,- habe ein Zimmer für 2 Personen und ein Zimmer für drei Personen gebucht,- beide Räume waren identisch. Zumal wurden die Schlafuntelsilien für die dritte Person gar nicht berücksichtigt. Ganze Einrichtung sehr alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Habe mich die ganze Zeit gewundert, wofür hat Delta 4 Sterne bekommen?! Speiseraum-eine Katastrophe! Von 3 Kaffeemaschinen hat nur eine funktioniert, so dass die Zeit für Frühstück sich extrem verzögert hat, dafür um 10:15 eine Ansage, dass in 15 min wird geschlossen. Über die Zimmerzustände kann man einen Roman schreiben. Alles lieblos und für die Massenabfertigung eingerichtet.

Η καθαριότητα ήταν κατώτερη των 4 αστέρων, η ποιότητα του φαγητού κακή. Βρίσκαμε τα ρούχα μας πεταμένα στο πάτωμα. Οι πετσέτες του μπάνιου σε πάχος χαρτιου.

Las habitaciones están anticuadas, ascensores y pasillos con moqueta anticuada, la limpieza de las habitaciones las hacían a todo correr y ni las camas estaban bien hechas

absolutely loved the hotel, the food was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. every evening there was a different theme for the food which was really great and made sure it wasn't repetitive. the little store inside the hotel was also cool since we could just get our souvenirs there. calling a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay was also no hassle and way cheaper than ordering an uber (the taxi showed up within 5 minutes).

we were a bit disappointed by the pool since it wasn't very deep (you could just stand in it). it would also be great if the massages were included in the price and not to be paid separately. The entertainment felt a bit repetitive, we didnt watch but you could still hear it from the room even with the balcony door closed so that felt a bit annoying. the TV in the room also only showed spanish channels so we couldn't really watch anything like youtube or netflix so that was disappointing.

The receptionist people were kind and did their job very nicely. Arriving and leaving was smooth.

I had a truly awful experience at this hotel. Both breakfast and dinner were terrible, with food that honestly deserved no more than one star. To make matters worse, the dishes were dirty, and the water they served tasted like pool water because of the glasses they used. We eventually stopped accepting water entirely. The biggest disappointment, however, was Daniel, who I believe is the manager. His behavior was unprofessional and unpleasant, and it made an already bad dining experience even worse. I noticed he treated multiple guests the same way, while other staff members were far more professional. I cannot understand why he is leading the team, as his actions clearly damage the hotel’s reputation. Because of this experience, I will never return to this hotel, and I will not recommend it to anyone as long as Daniel is still working there. This was an extremely disappointing stay with bad food, bad service, and overall a bad experience.

El desayuno y la cena estuvieron muy bien, muy completos y ricos. En cuanto a la ubicacion como estabamos con auto nos parecio ideal. Volveria a ir.

Hotel dostosowany dla dzieci, ciepła woda w basenach, czyste pokoje. Dużo atrakcji w ciągu dnia dla dzieci i dorosłych.

Kuchnia jest dość pretensjonalna. Zamiast serwować lokalne menu, hotel proponuje wieczory tematyczne np Asia lub tex mex. Niestety, kucharze nie są wprawieni w obce kuchnie i różnie to wychodzi. Mi najbardziej smakowała kuchnia hiszpańska , serwowana w jednym z dni pobytu. W każdy jednak dzień coś smacznego się znalazło. Pyszne gofry, dobre zupy, duża różnorodność. Czystość szkła też do poprawienia.

Micul dejun a fost excelent cu o varietate de produse din care se poate alege. Am decis sa luam suplimentar si cina si nu am regretat caci produsele au fost diverse si pe gustul nostru. Pisicinile au fost bune, mai ales cele cea cu tobogan pentru copii si adulti.

Usa de la baie scartaia de fiecare data cand era utilizata, ceea ce era deranjant noaptea sau dimineata caci se trezeau copiii. Robinetele de la baie erau foarte rigide, noi adultii ne chinuiam sa le deschidem - ar fi putut pune unele mai bune sau cu utilizare mai indelungata.

Hotel di grandi dimensioni in zona decentrata rispetto a Palma de Mallorca ma che a noi andava bene perchè abbiamo dei parenti lì vicino. Zona molto verde e tranquilla. Colazione e cena con tante cose, ma niente davvero di qualità. Personale molto gentile. Adatto a vacanze per famiglie.

El espacio muy grande no habiendo problema de hamacas ni necesario cola para las comidas. Poca cola también para los toboganes.

El baño necesita una reforma, la cisterna sonaba mucho y la bañera tenía roto el agarrador, además la limpieza un poco deficiente las pelusas crecían por día. Uno de los ascensores ha estado roto toda la semana con lo cual había mucha cola al funcionar solo uno. Muy muy escasa la opción de sin gluten no lo recomiendo para celíacos.El último día no funcionaba las duchas de la piscina.

Świetne miejsce na wypoczynek na Majorce! Hotel Delta to doskonała baza wypadowa do zwiedzania wyspy. Położony jest niedaleko Palmy, dzięki czemu bez problemu można dotrzeć do stolicy i innych atrakcji, a jednocześnie okolica jest bardzo spokojna i pozwala naprawdę odpocząć od zgiełku. Na szczególne pochwały zasługuje personel. Wszyscy byli bardzo uprzejmi, pomocni i pozytywnie nastawieni do gości. Szczególnie chcielibyśmy wyróżnić Panią Paulę z restauracji, która swoją życzliwością, uśmiechem i profesjonalnym podejściem sprawiała, że każdy posiłek był jeszcze przyjemniejszy.

El check in, a pesar de llevarlo pre-hecho con antelación, demoró más de 45 minutos.

Dobrá dostupnost hromadné dopravy, dostupnost obchodů. Perfektní výhled na moře a západ slunce. Uvítací pozornost v minibaru na pokoji. Klimatizace fungovala dostatečně. Vstupní čip na ruce nebylo možné ztratit ani zapomenout.

Před příjezdem nedostatečná komunikace ohledně požadavků na zajištění jídla při pozdním příletu a brzkém odletu. Nedostatečně označené alergeny, malá nabídka bezlepkových jídel. Sklenice by mohly být čistější, v koupelně by mohl být kromě šamponu i kondicionér. Postele byly pohodlné, ale kovová konstrukce příliš vrzala. Automatické světlo na balkoně nešlo ručně vypnout dříve než zhaslo globálně v celém hotelu.

Ottima posizione, ideale per girare e scoprire l’isola. L’hotel offre buoni servizi, la camera era molto spaziosa e confortevole e il personale gentile. Il cibo è di tipo internazionale, ma di buona qualità; in particolare, ho apprezzato molto la colazione, ricca e varia.

Todo lo demás , no podíamos utilizar nada todo era de pago . Las comidas y cenas muy mal, las habitaciones pequeñas y sucias , las toallas viejas, hasta raspaban. Para colmo no nos dejaron ni desayunar ni comer el primero y último dia, teniendo un todo incluido.

When we booked and read the reviews, we were really worried about this hotel but we've had an amazing stay. On arrival, after a delay, we arrived at the hotel late. The reception staff were lovely and welcoming. They even offered us food even though all the bars and restaurants were closed. Our room was clean and tidy when we got there and we had complimentary drinks in the fridge which i though was a great touch after arriving late. In the morning we went down for breakfast, was as expected from an all inclusive hotel. Waiting staff were once again lovely and didnt experience any rudeness as other reviews have said. On the evening, each night there are different themes so you get a wide variety to choose from including live cooking stations. We always managed to find something to eat. Around the pool there are always sunbeds, no need to rush on a morning to get a bed as even arriving at the pool past 12pm you will get a sunbed. Pool bar was very good. Soft drinks are all self service, premium drinks are included. Food available from the pool bar too, we choose to eat from here for lunch rather then the restaurant. Once again people said the elderly gentleman serving was rude, but we didnt experience this, other then the language barrier, he was always polite and helpful to us. Entertainment on an evening was a kids disco, then more adult entertainment. It wasnt really our thing, but thats personal choice. The hotel isnt in a very touristy area, so getting about you can either use the buses, get a taxi, or rent a car. We didnt really do any of these things because we just came for a relaxing pool break holiday. There is a supermarket about 5 minutes walk from the hotel, so you can get bits and bobs from there. Also save your water bottles or bring an empty bottle with you as they dont supply water in bottles, its from a fountain, so you need your own bottle. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back again for a relaxing break. I have no complaints.

Here is my very much honest opinion about this hotel . I stayed at “Best” Delta for 12 days with family (all inclusive) so here is what was going through my brain as I was there . Food / All inclusive: In the restaurant, there was a buffet . The presentation of the food was decent and made you tempted to try it , although every night , dinner would be a different style ( such as Italian, Mexican etc ) but they wasn’t very honest and would have repetition in their meals EVERYDAY , even I overheard people complaining about the food saying they would rather go out and pay for their meals instead of eating at the buffet . When I was looking at the description of the all inclusive it look so worth it , which caused me to book it , very excited to see how it is , until I got there . When you book an all inclusive hotel , you expect ALL included , but nope , not with Best delta . On certain ice creams I had to pay , but I had already paid a lot for all inclusive. My dads partner ordered baileys and got a cheap off brand version that looked similar but no where near the same , with out warning , and I promise she would not have gotten it if she knew that is what she was getting . Staff : The staff were very kind . The receptionist was lovely and treated everyone fairly un like a bartender by the pool . My dad ordered two coffees and this bartender named Sergio gave him two cups filled half way , who in the right mind does that ? HE TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR WATER , what if I was choking ? The animation team were very kind and I have nothing bad to say about them . Atmosphere: The pool was very refreshing and the slides were very fun although I wish they had a bigger variety for a better experience. At night time they had night shows such as Queen , ABBA and some of the best rock song on history , like Oasis . They also had mini disco’s for boys and girls from ages from 2-6 So here is the main question, Will I return to this hotel ? No , after this experience.

The reception staff were excellent and very welcoming. The dinner also offered great value for money.

When we entered the room, there was a very unpleasant smell. It became even worse when we turned on the shower. The area around the sink was also not very clean. Because of the smell and the overall condition of the room, we did not feel comfortable staying there for long. Unfortunately, I had to give the hotel a lower rating because of this.

Overall a good stay, but some inconsistencies with staff and the "all-inclusive" offering We enjoyed our stay overall — the rooms are clean and tidied daily, and the pool area is really nice. Staff: The reception team were always very friendly. In the restaurant, the welcome staff were inconsistent — sometimes friendly, sometimes not. However, the servers who bring food and drinks were always lovely and helpful. At the pool bar, there is an older gentleman called Sergio — he can be very friendly and in a good mood, but sometimes he seems in a bad mood and not so welcoming. Food & Drink / All-Inclusive: This was the main issue. When something is advertised as "all-inclusive," it should be truly inclusive. We were asked to pay extra for things that should have been covered — such as certain crisps and specific ice creams (they wanted half-price extra). When I asked for Baileys, I was given a different, cheaper brand that came "free," but the actual Baileys I saw on the shelf had to be paid for separately. If I ask for Baileys, I should get Baileys — or be told clearly up front what is and isn't included, instead of the "all-inclusive" label being misleading. Summary: The place itself is nice, rooms are fine, pool is lovely. But the all-inclusive offering needs to be clearer, and some staff need to be more consistently welcoming. Would I return? Probably not.

La porta di accesso alla stanza era difettosa e certe volte non si chiudeva e dovevo aspettare un tecnico. È accaduto più volte finché non ci hanno sostituito la stanza dietro nostra richiesta.

The hotel is really good when you got all inclusive mainly all the staff isre nice especially this one man in reception who is really kind and sometimes checks you into the restaurant the food is nice and the atmosphere is electric when they get top class singers singing oasis abba and queen songs and the food snack and drink there is quite nice would totally recommend the animation staff are also friendly and there is often water activitys to do that are really fun but i just cant shake off this one bar worker called sergio hes not nice to certain customers at all, when i went to go get some food from the bar side he gives you judgemental looks at bigger people who go get food he looked at me as if hes disappointed i went to go and eat so when hes there i couldnt bring myself to go and eat and from what ive heard from my mum and my mums partner is that he treats customers differently aswell my mums partner asked for a latte and he gave it in this little paper cup and when he asked for more he just gave him a dirty look and sent him away and when my mum when to get a latte she got a full cup of it treating them differently overall the 2 weeks here was amazing but sergio ruined this 5 stars for me horrible service and a disgusting attitude towards people

Location is great. We hired a car and it had lots of parking. This meant we could easily access close places of interest like the water park and sea. We’ve been there 4 years in a row now and the manager and staff have remembered us. Food is excellent. The pancakes for breakfast are freshly made for you as well as omelettes and eggs. My son loves these with chocolate spread on. Great coffee machines too. They change the evening meal each night to different cuisines like Italian or Asian or Mediterranean. Pool area is clean and there are always plenty of sun beds. No towel rush needed. The rooms are very spacious and have everything you need also. We love it here as a family of five.

Albergone per famiglie con bambini urlanti. Senza un'auto (soprattutto con alte temperature estive), l'hotel resta isolato. Colazione insufficiente per un hotel quattro stelle. Pulizia delle stanze inadeguata. Materassi troppo morbidi. Asciugamani decisamente vecchi, molto, molto usati. Esperienza negativa: Prenoto il 25 gennaio con Booking una stanza per due persone dal 31 luglio al 2 agosto. Il 21 luglio (10 gg prima del soggiorno, il limite è 5) tento di contattare la struttura per avvisare l'hotel che viaggerò da sola. Nessuna risposta. Contatto Booking, che a sua volta non riceve risposta dall'hotel. Arrivo il 31 luglio. Spiego alla reception la situazione e un gelido portiere mi fa pagare in anticipo l'intero soggiorno per due persone. Il 1° agosto pago anche la colazione (9 euro non meritati). In mattinata, avviso la portineria che lascerò l'albergo il giorno stesso. Nessuna reazione. Senza la minima empatia, un portiere mi dice che posso solo lasciare il bagaglio in una stanza adiacente, con la porta sempre

I can away as a lone parent with my 13 year old son. He usually makes friends very easily but I hadn’t realised that this is a prominently French and German hotel so if you are English with an only child bear it in mind. This is obviously not the hotels fault but it made his stay less enjoyable as he had nobody to hang out with. The hotel itself is nice and I liked the way it was set out.. Not much happening outside the hotel but I knew that when I booked it. It is basically set in a residential area with just a supermarket and pharmacy about a five minute walk away. Always plenty of subbed’s to choose from at anytime of day. My son liked the water slides but he did complain they hurt his back after spending a few hours on them. The evening entertainment is good. We particularly enjoyed Duo Maritim, amazing singers. Food is ok for AI what you would expect. Themed nights for evening meal. The arcade isn’t great my son wanted to play on the football kicking machine and twice on two occasions he put 2 euro in and the ball wouldn’t release. I told reception and we got a refund but nobody fixed it the whole time throughout our stay. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Very quiet at night. All in all it was a pleasant stay but we won’t be returning.

Ottima la posizione per muoversi a Maiorca, i servizi sono completi, sia per le attività in hotel che outdoor (dalle escursioni al noleggio auto low cost), quasi tutto lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Ricco il buffet sia a colazione che a cena.

La pulizia delle camere lascia molto a desiderare. Abbiamo trovato la camera non del tutto pulita al nostro arrivo, né nei giorni successivi. I sanitari spesso non sono stati puliti e abbiamo trovato in doccia capelli che non erano nostri. Sabbia e briciole sono rimaste lì dove erano per tutta il soggiorno. Il balconcino non è stato mai spazzato. In buona sostanza la pulizia delle stanze si riduce al rifacimento letto, al cambio biancheria ed un sommario lavaggio del pavimento. Confusione nella gestione delle diverse formule di soggiorno. Noi avevamo la mezza pensione e tutti gli altri servizi a pagamento. Chiaramente la struttura differenzia il servizio tra chi ha la formula all inclusive e chi paga per i servizi accessori. Spesso ci è capitato di avere un servizio da all inclusive (più “easy”) e averlo pagato per intero, nonostante avessimo fatto notare che fosse a pagamento (alcuni barman ti ignorano completamente, altri hanno sostituito quanto ordinato con la formula corretta).

Le restaurant, repas variés et bons. Les piscines, très adaptées pour les enfants en bas âge, surveillance facile. Beaucoup de transats. L'emplacement proche de l'aéroport de palma mais sans le bruit des avions. La climatisation dans les chambres, le restaurant et le hall.

Chambre et équipements (baignoire, literie) un peu vieux. Télé récente mais sans connexion réseau possible

Die Räume waren abgewohnt, teilweise waren Dinge kaputt oder dreckig . Auch im Restaurant war das Geschirr und die Gläser dreckig . Das Frühstück war ok.

Przyjazny personel, duży pokój, niekrępująca atmosfera, smaczne i różnorodne śniadanie. Pobyt uważam za udany.

Ambiente piccolo,tanttissime persone,piscina piccola,molto calda,forse l'aqua si cambiava rarramente,sono scivolata sulla piscina e mi sono fatta male al piede. Zappavo perche non riesco ad abbasare il piede giu.

En general todo, es un buen sitio para descansar con tu familia

The view from the balcony, if you are lucky with a room facing the pool area. Food was really good. Local food corner. Wine prices reasonable.

The separation between visitors with Half board and visitors with All inclusive. Half board is a very good choice and people should not be made feel like second hand. No beach nearby. Not much to do if you do not have a car hire.

El personal muy amable, buffet amplio y de buena calidad especialmente los platos preparados al momento, cenas temáticas. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Piscinas adecuadas para famila.

Ottimo cibo, con tantissime varietà e tipologie. Disponibili alternative anche per vegetariani e intolleranze.

Per arrivare al mare è necessario un mezzo (auto/moto/bus) perché la spiaggia non è vicinissima

Två fina pooler och vattenrutschbanor mycket att göra för familjer med mindre barn 5-8 år. Maten va bra med olika teman varje kväll. Trevlig personal. Supermarket nära ca 5 min gång samt souvenirshop och några mysiga restauranger. Gratis buss från hotellet in till Palma några ggr i veckan. Vi bokade ett stort rum för 5 pers, det var två rum med en dörr emellan.

Ingen strand nära, då får man hyra bil och åka iväg. Inne på gymmet var det alldeles för varmt.

An sich ist das Hotel ganz nett, allerdings kann man dort nicht mit der Amex bezahlen, was vorher allerdings angegeben war. Das war für uns sehr schade. Ansonsten ist das Hotel Familienbedingt sehr laut, vor allem Abends wenn das Unterhaltungsprogramm läuft. Das Buffet war sehr vielfältigt allerdings kein 4 Sterne Standard.

Das Hotel war abends sehr laut, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Der Hotelpool ging uns nur bis zur Hüfte, also nicht wirklich zum Schwimmen geeignet.

Hotel war gut ausgetattet , leider typisch AllIn Hotel . Kinderclub und Animation sind gut organisiert . Das Essen hat uns zum Frühstück gefallen. Das Gym ist ausreichend ausgestattet und wurde von uns genutzt . Der große Pool könnte noch etwas tiefer sein als 1,20m .
