Facilement accessible l'hôtel est situé à +/- 2 kms du centre à pieds. Parking protégé dans la cour arrière de l'hôtel, très appréciable pour nos 2 motos. Accueil chaleureux et conseils avisés du personnel pour les visites et l'accès aux différents sites. Petit déjeuner sur place correct sans plus La chambre que nous avions côté rue était très calme malgré la circulation. Un peu vieillotte avec une douche dans laquelle les plus de 1.80 et 75 kg vont se sentir à l'étroit !

Rénovation de notre chambre qui ne correspondait pas vraiment aux photos visibles sur le site. Petit-déjeuner à améliorer : pain frais, confiture pas en barquette, œufs brouillés ou omelette...

Situé à 20 mn. du centre ancien à pied. c'était parfait

Les travaux devant l'entrée de l'etablissement ont compliqué notre accés au parking. Il a fallu téléphonner à l'hotel et une personne est venu nous chercher. Merci

Il buffet della colazione purtroppo molto povero. La camera purtroppo era sporca, peli/capelli corti all’arrivo sia nella doccia sia sulle lenzuola quando ancora non avevamo usufruito di nulla, il giorno dopo teoricamente sono state effettuate le pulizie perché avevamo il letto rifatto ma purtroppo stesso problema anzi il piatto doccia era più sporco del giorno prima. Oltre che la presenza di muffa bordo doccia.

Estancia muy cómoda, sin lujos ni pretensiones. Cubre las necesidades básicas a la perfección. Está limpio, desayuno más que correcto, servicio amable y atento. Lo recomiendo.

Really good location, 30 minutes from the Uffizi Museum, lovely breakfast choices, friendly and helpful staff. The bedroom was a good size and the bed was comfortable.

I would have liked to have a small safe in the bedroom. I would like to have a couple bottles of water available in the bedroom. I know there is a vending machine dispensing bottled water at Reception.

Skvělá lokalita, do centra pěšky cca 20 minut. Velkou výhodou bylo parkování v areálu hotelu. Snídaně průměrná, ale dostačující. Jen nám chybělo pečivo. Pokoje přesně podle recenzí ostatních, celkové čisté, ale na stěnách byly stopy po komárech. Nyní jsou v oknech sítě, jako prevence.

El hotel a pesar de ser una edificio bastante antiguo (no tiene ascensor) es bastante cómodo. Sin duda lo mejor es su ubicación ya que puedes llegar andando al centro. El desayuno está bastante bien, aunque le faltan opciones calientes y más variadas.

Teniendo un espacio para que puedas aparcar, no es gratis, y debes pagar un precio que es casi idéntico al que se te puede cobrar en un parking publico. Tampoco me parece bien que la habitación no tenga una mini nevera para poder enfriar tus bebidas, y más teniendo en cuenta el calor que hace en Florencia en agosto.

La ubicación es próxima al centro histórico. La habitación es grande, camas y almohadas correctas.

La puerta no ofrecía mucha confianza. El acceso a la habitación es sin ascensor, y hay muchas escaleras para desplazarse por el hotel. No hay nevera en la habitación. El aire acondicionado no se puede apagar ya que se controla desde recepción.

Un bémol concernant les travaux du tramway heureusement à l'arrêt au mois d'août. Finis ce sera parfait pour se rendre au centre ville. Un bus pour le moment.

La habitación hermosa y espaciosa, las camas súper cómodas, detalle importante porque caminábamos todo el día. Nos tocaron días de mucho calor pero por suerte la habitación tiene aire acondicionado. El desayuno muy variado, abundante, todo muy rico y fresco. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, se puede ir caminando a todas partes, está frente a un parque y el río Arno. El trato es excelente, son todos súper amables y atentos.

We stayed in a beautifully renovated ground-floor room for four people. It was spacious and clean, and had air conditioning. It was in a great location, about a half-hour/45 min walk from the center of Florence. The staff were helpful. Parkerings place in i hotels area. Overall, it was a good stay.

A lot of road works in front of the hotel, which made it little difficult for us to come in and go from hotel

Śniadanie typowe europejskie. Dobre wędliny. Ser mógłby być lokalny a nie typu Hochland. Bardzo pomocna obsługa hotelu. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja. Pokój i łazienka były codziennie sprzątane. A typical European breakfast. Good cold cuts. The cheese could have been a local variety rather than something like Hochland. Very helpful hotel staff. Air conditioning worked well. The room and bathroom were cleaned daily.

Starting from the convenient location of the hotel, through the friendly staff, to the comfortable room, my stay was excellent! The "economy single room" is in reality not as cramped as you might expect. Even the pictures here don't do it justice, as they made it seem a bit smaller. It's clean, the service is great, the breakfast buffet is just as you might expect, so there's no problem there either. All in all, I had a great stay and would recommend the hotel. If I come back to Florence, there's no question which hotel I'm choosing!

Hôtel très agréable, pas trop bruyant. Accueil très serviable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié pouvoir échanger en français vu la pauvreté de notre italien et de notre anglais. Chambre pour 4 spacieuse au charme un peu vieillot mais très confortable. Salle de bain correcte mais pas très propre et quelques difficultés d’évacuation de l’eau. Le grand plus, la place de parking à l’hôtel pour 15€ par jour.

Qualité moyenne des chambres. La décoration est largement dépassée. Qualité moyenne voir vétusté de la salle de bain. Pas de mini réfrigérateur dans les chambres, ni de bouilloire. Pas de souplesse du personnel.

La relación calidad-precio es difícil de mejorar. La habitación era muy amplia, el personal bastante amable y atento. Hemos estado bastante a gusto y la limpieza y el servicio general muy correcto para la calificación de este hotel porque en realidad tiene dos estrellas y es como un hostal. He estado en hoteles de tres estrellas iguales o peores y bastante más caros. Está bien comunicado por autobús con el centro tiene paradas a unos 200, 300m. El desayuno es bastante completo si consideramos que está incluido en un precio que ya de por sí es barato. El aire acondicionado está bastante nuevo y funciona muy bien. Las ventanas también tienen mosquiteras.

Tuvimos problemas con la wifi durante dos de los cuatro días que estuvimos allí. Parece ser que fue un problema externo, o eso nos dijeron. Los alrededores estaban todos en obras y llegar andando allí desde puntos que no tenían conexión en autobús fue un poco una odisea con el calor que hacía. La cisterna del baño a veces hacía ruidos raros. Los sanitarios están bien pero tienen algo de antigüedad.

El alojamiento son varios edificios antiguos unidos por lo que hay distintas alturas y no hay ascensor. Tiene su encanto. El mobiliario era nuevo y las camas cómodas y limpias

Los baños, en especial las duchas son muy mejorables. El aspecto de la entrada, pasillos etc es decadente. Una capa de pintura y renovar algo de mobiliario no le vendría mal. El desayuno con lo justo

Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr ansprechend. Die Croissants waren sehr trocken und auch die Gurke sah nicht frisch aus. Da aber das frühstücken nicht so ausgeprägt ist wie bei uns in Deutschland habe ich es nicht üppiger erwartet.

Der Duschkopf war sehr provisorisch montiert. Schimmelige Stellen wurden überstrichen. Wir hatten einen Holztürrahmen der unten am verrotten war und aus dem Ameisen kamen. Dennoch war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Das Gebäude ist halt nicht das neueste und sollte ein wenig aufgehübscht werden.

Habitación muy cómoda con AA y baño completo. El hotel está ubicado sobre una avenida que está en obra lo que hacía dificultoso cruzar al río. El desayuno es continental muy completo.

No contaba con frigobar en la habitación y justo nos tocó la ola de calor. No hay comercios cerca.

The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the city center, which was convenient for us. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff were very friendly and responsive, always helping us quickly whenever we needed anything. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options.

The room would have been much more convenient with a kettle and a small mini fridge, especially during the hot summer when it would have been nice to keep drinks cold. Also, breakfast ending at 9:30 a.m. felt a bit too early.

L' hôtel est très vétuste, les moquettes tâchées et présence de quelques toiles d'araignée dans l'établissement. Pour le moment, l'hôtel est un peu loin du centre, mais la construction d'une ligne de métro juste devant l'hôtel, va lui donner une bonne situation géographique d'ici quelques mois.

Hotel is located close to everywhere on foot and the value for money is pretty good. Staff at the reception was nice and very helpful. I really appreciate no wasted time during check-in and check-out.

One cannot get rid of the feeling that the best times of the hotel are over. Equipment of the room is at the necessary minimum; generally, accomodation is modest, nevertheless comfortable.

Gute Lage, nah zur Innenstadt (ca. 1,5km Laufweg am Arno entlang bis zur Ponte Vecchio). Hoteleigener Parkplatz. Wir hatten Zimmer zum Parkplatz/Innenhof, so dass wir von der Baustelle auf der Straße nichts gehört haben. Frische Ananas zum Frühstück.

Leider ist es sehr hellhörig, in unseren Zimmern hat man nachts/morgens sehr laut gehört, wenn jemand die Klospülung betätigt oder geduscht hat. Und Rücksicht war für einige andere Gäste ein Fremdwort, v.a. eine Gruppe mit etwa 8 jungen Frauen musste im Innenhof bis spät in die Nacht laut quatschen/lachen/trinken.

La doccia, sarebbe più comodo avere un soffione più grande e mobile per le donne che non vogliono lavarsi necessariamente i capelli e fare la doccia in comodità.

Perfecte lokatie tov de oude stad via een mooie wandeling langs de rivier eenvoudig te bereiken. De fietsen stonden ook op de afgesloten binnen plaats waar ook de auto geparkeerd konden worden. De kamers zijn eenvoudig maar heel netjes.

Good service and polite employes, good location and price but average "continental" breakfast and very very basic room, we didnt even have a glass for a toothbrush...but again, very afordable price since its in a Florence, very expensive city..so if its your plan just to sleep and eat and then go out its okay but again, very basic room

Soba je čista, doručak odličan, u dvorištu je dovoljno parkirnih mjesta. Nakon početne zbunjenosti sa stubištima sve je dalje u redu. Za sadržaje, a i ostalo, treba uzeti u obzir da je ovo hotel sa 2 zvjezdice i u toj kategoriji mislim da je izvrstan. Hotel je od samog centra udaljen 20 - 25 minuta hoda.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, und die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden geöffnet, sodass auch ein nächtlicher Check-in möglich ist.

Der Preis ist im Vergleich zum Aussehen des Hotels etwas zu hoch. Die Wände sind sehr dünn – man hört buchstäblich, wenn jemand duscht oder die Toilettenspülung benutzt. Deshalb konnten wir kaum schlafen, und ehrlich gesagt haben wir für diesen Preis schon in deutlich besseren Zimmern bzw. Hotels übernachtet. Es war sauber und die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber das ist eben der tatsächliche Zustand des Hotels. Vielleicht wäre es etwas besser gewesen, wenn wir ein Zimmer in einem der oberen Stockwerke bekommen hätten. So haben wir jedoch alles gehört und insgesamt vielleicht drei Stunden geschlafen. Die Gäste respektieren Ruhe und Stille leider kaum, egal wie spät es ist – auf den Hotelgängen wird sehr laut gesprochen.
