控制燈光的主電源關閉後，其他插座就停止供電，晚間如果要充電，就非得開一盞小燈，有點影響睡眠品質

櫃台服務員的應變能力要加強! 如果大廳寬敞又舒適就還好，但是大廳不大又沒椅子，冷氣偏弱，真的很不適合一堆人在那邊等待，有的客人還在車上等待，建議要有彈性的應變措施!

浴室地板非常滑、電視插座接觸不良、枕頭跟床很不好睡、玄關燈若關掉會導致其它插座也一同斷電。

非常乾淨，櫃檯人員還會協助停車事宜，真心覺得非常棒，一定還會回訪。

服務人員算親切。

1.飯店沒有提供瓶裝礦泉水、只有飲水機。 2.早餐只有一個半小時、8:30就停止供應、說是因為平日人少、但是觀察其實只是為了配合旅遊團作息、讓散客的我們感到不舒服。 3.有看到早餐人員直接用手去整理餐包吐司、沒有戴手套或使用夾子、衛生度使人堪憂。 4.既然是平日人少住房間很多吧、但偏偏給冷氣直吹床鋪房、舒適度感覺非常不舒服。兩千多的價格實在覺得很不值得。

Look, it's not a terrible hotel, and I guess you won't hate it, but it's such a missed opportunity of a place. So, it has a view of the beautiful mountains near Puli, and has a huge balcony to sit and enjoy the view. Great, right? Only....customers aren't allowed on the balcony ( are the owners high or something ?) . There's a gym ( it's shut ) a cafe inside the cafe to enjoy a quite drink in the evening ( it's shut ) . There's no chairs in the rooms to sit and chat even though there's the room. On the basics , the air con doesn't really work and there aren't enough towels, and the shower alternates from boiling to freezing. Honestly, what a waste of a cool venue. I could vomit up a better breakfast, but this is to be expected. All in all, you can do better.

The hotel is loacated out of the center of the town. The hotel is dated, and over-all service is inadequate. The room is spacious and the sheets were clean. The most inconvenient is the bath room, where there is a 18 inch- wide of the glass that seperates the bath tub ( with the shower) from the rest of the bathe room. As a result, the whole bath room is flooded after a shower. The hotel doesn't provide phone access fo make outside-calls. The hall way is dark because of the lights were turned off, I think they try to save expenses on electricity. Even the main entrance to the hotel was opened, I guess they were too cheap to operate the air-conditioner. The air condition was out of order on our third night of stay. The hotel didn't even have the courtesy to inform us or take any action to provide comfort. The breakfast was included , but it is not very good. However, the staffs were courteous and tried to be helpful.

I had very good experience in the hotel. Initially they had put in a small room but was upgraded to a much bigger with more facilities from the second day. The reception staffs were very polite, made the check-in and out really smooth. The rooms I stayed in had all amenities, were cleaned. The room service was equally good. The lady in the reception also helped me with some local directions. There is a cafe for breakfast where they have ample choice between local and western foods. The hotel is also not expensive.
