這次房間在D棟，離外面比較近，

Beautiful accommodations! Third floor B building view was amazing. The food here is impeccable! Breakfast buffet had everything for everyone’s different taste. And the on-site dinning was very very good and the service was perfect! Thank you for the attention to detail and taking care of us while we stayed.

優點： 1.房間整潔、明亮 2.可以看得到山跟湖 3.餐廳服務人員友善，餐點還不賴 缺點 1.房間比想像中小一點、床偏軟。樓上房間的人走路會聽到聲音 2.雙人房裡行李攤開後需要側身才能過走道 3.電視比床略低，需要一直低頭看電視 4.非AB棟的住戶，需要走很陡的上坡去用餐

Chenkin時女性人員態度不友善，早餐時間也沒說 房間狹小、但是乾淨 在清境地區來說景觀還有更好的民宿～

雖是安排在較遠的D棟，但與主館A棟的接駁車服務快速且方便，感謝這兩天的接送。

明琴莊園環境優美，景色視野很棒！ 最棒的是早上的生態導覽，

晚上辦理入住的櫃檯人員態度非常糟糕，我們的小朋友未滿三歲，卻堅持要依身高另做收費，當初在官網時並未註明不佔床小朋友需依身高另做收費，櫃檯人員在辦理入住在說明時態度惡劣！這間民宿已列入不會再入住清單！

房間內部是很舒適空間設計也沒有問題還有有露台可以看星星 但是因為房間面對外面走道有很多樹木跟植物即使門窗關閉也會有很多小蟲跟飛蛾跑進房間、浴室還有看到蜘蛛爬行這應該很難避免、 唯一有點嚇到是半夜有蟲掉到臉上嚇了很大一跳，小小建議可能可以考慮是否有方式驅蟲精油或是擺設在房內可能會更舒適一點。

房間舒適採光佳，整體而言都很不錯，唯獨乾濕分離做得不好，站在浴缸內洗澡容易把水潑濺在外面，且洗澡時水會有點忽冷忽熱

我這次在app點選2人房，但是飯店給我4人房，不知道是那裡發生了錯誤？ 飯店：清境明琴山莊 花蓮翰品酒店：app上也沒載明，此房價沒有附早餐的價格？

景觀很棒.房間舒適.早上有園區導覽是一大特點.覺得房間內可提供些零食.因為山上晚上採買不方便.對於家庭出遊或是有吃消夜習慣的人來說.較貼心

我覺得服務態度蠻好的，check in時也都講的很清楚，早餐的樣式也很多，清潔真的很乾淨，陽台沒有像評論說的蟲子很多，但可能會有蛾，畢竟夜晚趨光，不過不至於誇張（我們也才遇到一隻）。我們住C棟尊爵，房間有全身鏡，但沒有梳妝台，建議可以在全身鏡旁設置插頭，畢竟在浴室用美髮用品真的不太方便安全。

房間比照片看起來小一點，但風景很美，住起來也很舒適，缺點是早餐明明9:30結束，但8:30去吃，很多東西都沒了，補的速度也很慢

一開始被分配到的房間，完全不是hotels.com網站所顯示的房間示意圖，也不是飯店官網上的任一間四人房型，而是位於A棟2F、狹小、浴室老舊的隱藏房間(下訂的價格是六千多不含平台手續費)。經反映後，我們此行決定加價入住其它房間。若有朋友要入住此間民宿，務必打電話直接溝通，才不會發生此種和認知不同有所落差的情況。早餐到9:30，服務人員就必須開始做清場，收餐牌、收公筷，不是很愜意。此外，民宿景觀、後來換到的房間都是很不錯的。

飯店舒適，風景優，餐點也不錯，服務人員也很熱心。 距離清境農場還有一段車程（約10分鐘） 飯店標示清楚，不用迷路。 值得入住 我們住Ａ棟，有陽台的房型，很推薦

I needed to add one more bed to the room. After I made the request at check-in. I am required to pay NTD1200 immediately. Then we had dinner at the restaurant, I also need to pay for dinner immediately. So it is quite rare for a place where we can’t put bills on tap and pay at check-out. The added bed, isn’t exactly a bed with frame per se, but a thin mat on the floor with blankets and pillow.

整體住宿經驗不錯，尤其是附近環境與景觀，只可惜此次住宿不是晴天也沒住到有陽台的房間，其他很棒的!

Amazing view from the hotel main building. Breakfast is good and the restaurant serve nice set lunch.

服務員貼心，對客人細心講解,食物幾好，上落要駁車，就不方便。

Had a few correspondences with the Hotel prior to checking in. Response was prompt. There’s a few blocks so pls research well before booking. We stayed at Block B, very short walk uphill from reception to the block . If you have a car and want to drive up to drop your luggage , the car CAN ONLY REVERSE to go up. There are NO LIFT. If you are traveling with elderly , good luck or you can request for lower floor rooms prior arriving. Someone that didn’t look too delighted helped us carry some of the luggages up to our room in second floor. Lol. We stayed in the bigger room for 4. For the kind of price paid , room was acceptable. It was clean. Shower area was quite spacious as there’s no bath tub. Breakfast was average but service was good. They even packed food for us to “take away” for the late risers. All in all it was a ok place and it’s just for a night and the price point was super friendly. So why not ?

景色優美 算是優質民宿 有機會會再次體驗

Stayed at C block, room with balcony with great view. Room comes with heater which is good for visit during winter. Bed is very comfortable and bathroom is huge. Cons: the service of front desk reception could be improved. Upon check-in, the 2 service staffs (a guy and a lady) on duty asked for booking confirmation no. Gave them both itinerary and confirmation no. provided by Expedia but they said its not the correct no. Provided them my passport to check booking name but they did not bother to check. Finally they checked us in but the bad attitude of the lady staff caused an unpleasant check-in experience.

民宿環境綠化優美，空氣清新。房間有大陽台，景觀太美了! 室內整潔舒適，下次到清境度假，還會再住這裏。

酒店房間非常靚，環境優美

員工態度友善，我住D棟三樓無電梯服務人員主動幫忙拿行李上樓而且D棟跟主樓（餐廳）分開頗遠，每次到餐廳都要聯絡員工開車接送，員工都好快到達接送，亦主動關心客人，很友善感覺親切

環境優美，很適合旅遊， 放鬆心情的地方。

整體入住感覺良好，可惜房間較小，床太軟。餐廳食西餐不錯，只是價錢有點貴。飯點環境一流，可以看到日落及雲海。

Overall the stay at Ming Ging Farm is great but the only thing is the location is too deep inside from the main road and ard there has no restaurant that we can have our lunch and dinner.

房間很好，職員也很樂意幫忙。餐廳食物一般。位置離7-11比較遠。。zzzzzzxxxxxxxzzzzzz
