Highly recommend!!! I have never stayed in this type of accommodation. However The space was Amazing!! Clean, well appointed. . Karen + Jerome were very accommodating and helpful. Excellent Hosts... We stayed in an apartment with a private pool. I absolutely enjoyed our stay.

The entire apartment was spacious and clean. Very modern and love the convenience of the personal pluge pool. Can see the sun rise from the balcony, its amazing! Everything is as seen in the photos! I stayed in the one bedroom.

We rented a one bedroom and two bedroom units for our son and family and ourselves. We had a car for our 14 day stay so the location was perfect. Peaceful, quiet, lovely. The units were exceptionally spacious and clean. Had everything we needed. Our hosts Karen and Jerome were very accommodating. Any requests were attended to promptly. Cleaning lady was very thorough. I could easily spend an extended length of time here. It truly is a home away from home. We are definitely coming back.

Driveway very steep but manageable once you get the hang of it! Location a little bit far away from beaches etc so you definitely need to hire a car, but again not a problem once you get used to it all. Suggest the hosts could provide a carton of milk in fridge for guests who have travelled across Atlantic and need a cup of tea upon arrival ( We all know the British love their tea!)

Karen is easy to communicate with and she is very attentive. We had a medical problem, and she was very caring and came down to check in on us even when we returned late. Karen tried her best to accommodate any requests and responded promptly. The housekeeper was very friendly too. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. Lovely views from the balcony. Quiet residential location. You would need a car to stay at South Sea House. 5-10 mins from Pidgeon point, and in my opinion, the best beach, with great eateries. 10 mins depending on traffic to Rodney Bay.

There was not much not to like about South Sea House. It's a good base to see the northern part of St Lucia. The property is gated and felt safe, with our own parking space. The drive is steep, but soon got used to it.

Very friendly and helpful owners that life on the property. The apartment is decent sized and has Airconditioning and Fridge (with some complementarity beers and water). It was also very clean, and internet connection was proper. There is space to park the car and the property is protected by a gate. The location is near the Cas and Bas Kite beach.

The parking is uphill and I would recommend not to try it out with a manual gear car. It's a bit remote and the road to it is not the best. I didn't really like the bed, but it's personal taste. But still within 15 min drive to Pigeon Island, Gros Islet and Rodney Bay.

Ausgezeichnete Lage. Man hat fast das Gefühl, auf dem Golfplatz zu wohnen. Für Golfer ideal. Aber auch für alle anderen super, da man eine tolle Aussicht hat und schnell Strände, Hafen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht. Ideal for Familien, da man ausreichen Platz und zwei verschiedene Zimmer sowie Möglichkeiten zum Kochen hat. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unübertroffen. Ich habe für den Preis keine vergleichbare Unterkunft auf der Insel gefunden. Meiner Familie hat auch das kleine Wasserbecken vor der Wohnung gefallen. Es bot am Abend eine schöne Abkühlung.

The views were amazing and we loved that you could walk to the beach. The unit was bright, spacious, and super clean. Karen was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

My two friends and I stayed here for 4 nights on our trip to St Lucia and absolutely loved it. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well equipped, and we enjoyed being able to have a lazy day by the pool. The apartment is a little way out of town but if you have a car or don't mind a short (10-15min) taxi it's no issue at all, and it's a good base to explore the surrounding area from. Karen was very helpful and friendly when we first arrived, and the digital guidebook we were provided with was also very helpful. We highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a comfy, quiet stay in the north of the island :)

Si vraiment je devais mettre un bémols (pour chipoter) je dirais que les lits sont un peu trop fermes et l’eau chaude un peu longue à arriver et les piscines un peu fraîches. Mais rien qui ne mette de l’ombre au tableau.

Oui énormément. Il est très propre. Bien équipé. La laiterie d’un confort digne de 5 étoiles. Karen a été au petit soin de la réservation à notre départ.

We liked almost everything about South Sea House. Host was thoughtful considerate and kind. Pool though small was very welcoming. Everything you need is provided and available in the kitchen. Bedrooms were spacious both also had an en-suite. Views are magnificent.

WIFI can be hit or miss outside of the lounge. If more of the units were occupied they would likely be a problem with there only being four loungers round the pool.

Another wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. The swimming pool and plunge pool are an added bonus. The hosts are very friendly and attentive to all requirements.

There is little to fault therefore nothing to mind.

Weer 2 heerlijke weken gehad in dit fijne verblijf. De ruimte met een gezin van 4 is echt top. 2 slaapkamers, een keuken met alles dat je nodig hebt en een wasmachine. Prima zwembad om even in af te koelen en een heerlijke rustige omgeving!

We have just returned from two weeks here. The location was close to everything and easy to find if you have access to a vehicle, which we did. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The private plunge pool and outdoor pool were amazing. Karen and Jerome were fantastic hosts and had two bottles of cold Pitons in the fridge on arrival. We will definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable apartment with an infinity pool. Views are amazing. All facilities available to cook a meal. The neighborhood is quiet. Can’t think of a better way to spend a peaceful holiday.

Not much to dislike but if I had to chose one, then the terrain is challenging. One needs to have very good driving skills to get to the apartment.

Location was good and it has a beautiful view. The appartement was clean at arrival. It looks exactly like the pictures. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi were a real plus.

Our hosts, Karen and Jérôme, were absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, Karen made sure we had everything we needed ahead of our arrival and was always available to answer any questions. Their hospitality really made our stay special. The house itself is stunning—spacious, clean, filled with natural light, and even more beautiful in person. The view, and the sunrise were one of the highlights of our stay. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for preparing our own meals and made us feel right at home. If you’re planning to visit SLU, especially around carnival time, I can’t recommend this place enough. Local shops, restaurants and most of the fêtes are just a few minutes drive away, making it the perfect spot to enjoy all the celebrations. Thank you for your hospitality Karen! I look forward to staying at South Sea House again very soon!

Karen and Jerome were friendly and helpful hosts. We had everything we needed. Francis our taxi driver was reliable and helpful. We self catered for the week and visited Marjorie’s bar when we had energy.

The hills were a challenge for us as we didn’t have a car.

The Host met me as promised to allow access to the property. Felt welcoming and facilities were clean and Spacious. Quiet Neighborhood and Views are Spectacular. I would Highly Recommend a Stay at this Property if you're in the North of Island. Close to Rodney Bay and few other activities.

Would have liked at least a TV in one of the Bedrooms and a few more Towels in the Bathrooms. Because Neighborhood is a bit Remote (But accessible to all activities) would also recommend Renting a car to get around.

As with all my reviews I’ll be open and honest….me and my partner were staying in Soufriere, our accommodation wasn’t the best & we also wanted to see more of the island, we saw this place become available and had a “it’s too good to be true” moment and from the moment we booked it all I can say is Karen and Jerome were so accommodating, provided helpful resources & guides for the area. I will say that for some reason people struggle to find this accommodation, something to do with Sat Nav’s sending people wrong or confusion as to exactly where it is, BUT everyone has simply called Karen, she’s explained on the phone and then each driver we had instantly knew! Karen also has a taxi driver ‘Francis’ on hand who is a great guy, very funny, and helpful. This place is pretty tucked away, very peaceful so we just did a bit of a shop before we arrived to stock up, then got taxi trips when needed and tied them in with our day trips, in an ideal world I’d say get a car just to make things easier, for us it was just cheaper to do taxi journeys rather than get a car for how long we were there. People have mentioned the driveway, it is very steep I will say that, but I just used it as chance to burn some more calories to eat more food haha! But yeah honestly Karen was so helpful, very on it & provided everything for a truly incredible stay, and we genuinely would stay here again without a question.

Not having Umbrellas over the deck chairs by the pool Not having a complete written guide in the apartment of what’s nearby, or where to go to eat/drink, cost of taxis, do’s and dont’s, a map of the area, how to use the equipment in the apartment, etc Not having little reminders to close the windows when having the aircon on, instead to be ‘told off’ for not getting this right . For not knowing how far away from the main areas the apartment was. Not being able to reach the host quickly by phone, instead we had to wait for delayed email replies

The location and cleanliness

Karen was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. Able to give me lots of tips and advice for my stay. Flat was in beautiful condition and kitchen very well equipped. Karen answered any questions promptly and as two female travellers made us feel extremely safe & welcome.

Great apartment, much bigger and more comfortable than expected. Very friendly hosts. Location in the hills with a beautiful view over the valley and the sea.

The steep entrance road may be a challenge for some, but personally not an issue.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights recently and loved it! A little difficult to find at first, but it's a hidden gem! The apartment was perfect for us - spacious... air conditioned... great views... comfy bed... access to a communal pool... a personal plunge pool (!)... wifi... it had everything! The apartments are super secure and you need to use your key fob to buzz the access gate open. When we arrived, Karen gave us a warm welcome and a full induction in to all the apartment had to offer. This was much appreciated. This apartment is a great base for people wanting to explore the north of the island. We managed to visit beaches on the east and west with ease and they were all beautiful. Pigeon Island Beach was a personal favourite. If you're wanting a nice secluded place to stay, I can't recommend this place enough. Big thank you to Karen and Jerome!

Very peaceful location. Karen was very helpful giving us information about the area. We booked a fantastic boat trip through her from Rodney Bay Marina. We were on holiday with family who were staying in a different place, There were five in our party and we had a wonderful day out on the boat with Titus and his nephew. It was great as we had the smaller boat just to ourselves. Rum punch beer water and soft drinks were available throughout the day.

The shower wasn’t very powerful and at times wasn’t very warm. Everything else was really good. Very comfortable, clean and spacious apartment with a very well equipped kitchen. We had super views from the apartment.

Amazing location! Karen and Jerome were so friendly and really helpful suggesting the best things to do around the area. I was worried the 90 minute drive across the island might be a bit tricky but it was actually really easy. No problems at all. Just use Karen’s directions as well as google maps as it’ll try and take you twice down wrong roads. Definitely coming back next year!

The fact is a bit far away from stores and restaurants. Took as 2h driving to see the Pitons.

Very easy to get to the grocery, great restaurant and local pub in close proximity. Great little town with amazing, friendly people. Property was clean, spacious and had all the amenities. I would stay here again in an instant. Host was very responsive as well and wanted our trip to be perfect.

Apartment had an amazing view

I had a wonderful week in the bottom apartment. It was very spacious with a large kitchen area and living room. I only used the larger bedroom in the back. I enjoyed having breakfast on my terrace with a cold plunge and went swimming in the infinity pool at the top several times. It was very quiet as well. I walked to a different beach every day and even hitchhiked as it is very hilly.

Everything was perfect.

South Sea House is a wonderful place to stay! Near by everything in the north side of St. Lucia. Sailing, beaches, golf , tennis, horse back riding, boat tours, para sailing.

Nothing. South Sea House has it all. The driveway is a little steep, but you get used to it.

Was a beautiful home with all the amenities you could ask for . Peaceful and serene . Hosts Karen and Jerome were very accommodating and amazing friendly couple . We would go back for sure !! Stunning views from our balcony with a cool dip pool on it !

Although the owner lived on site there was still privacy you never really saw or heard anyone.If you did it was a friendly smile and wave.the plunge pool on balcony is heaven sent on hot days and a good place to mode from mosquitoes at night.Plus you get complimentary drinks a fully stocked home while away .5 stars

Our host was fantastic to accomodate our last minute tour request and the apartment had everything needed. There should be an AC installed in the living/dining/kitchen area as it was needed at times, even when the windows were opened.

Quiet peaceful area. Karen is always available if you need any help or information.

This property was amazing. I had a great stay. The views from your apt is peaceful and unimaginable. The pictures don’t do the apt justice. I felt very safe and the apt is very clean. The owner is very nice and available 24/7 when you need her. I will definitely be coming back to stay here.

The property was exactly like the pictures displayed! I was extremely pleased. I felt very at home there, really enjoyed my time. Karen and Jerome were very helpful. It was my first time in St. Lucia, I would defo recommend this property to anyone. I would recommend the property especially for drivers, but if you do not drive a taxi service is recommended. Me and my partner used taxis the whole time we were there, and it was still okay.

Our two-bed apartment was absolutely superb! From the pre arrival communications, to the arrival (late at night), the stay itself with the use of the pool to the final departure, everything was brilliant. The views from our balcony out to the sea were fantastic and the cooling breeze was very welcome! The location is extremely quiet but an easy 10 minute drive to shops & restaurants in Rodney Bay (hire car highly recommended). We particularly enjoyed lunch on Reduit Bay at Marie's Fish Shack (service took a while but the food was first class).

The views and plunge pool were very enjoyable. We had all the amenities one could need-the unit is ver spacious and well laid out for a family of four. Karen and her family are very nice and have a plethora of knowledge to share on Saint Lucia and help any visitors with ideas on where to go. We especially loved the food truck area nearby to grab local food, Cafe Ole (great smoothies and coffee), and both Pigeon Beach II and Landings Beach next to the hotel per Karen’s recommendations.

The property was fantastic. The location, view, balcony and breeze were great, and after driving around the island we decided that we had definitely made the right choice. Communication and check in were easy. You will need a car but there is a great rental place just nearby.

The only thing is the roads, you have to take your time and look out for pot holes or you can definitely bust a tyre.

The owners are friendly and helpful. This is a wonderful place to stay in the North of St. Lucia. Just above the golf course, Cas-en-Bas beach and near by Rodney Bay shopping. The views from your guest room are exceptional. Everything you need is in your suite. The plunge pool and pool are terrific.
