the space of the room is extremely smalllll ! i've to alot of hostels but i have never seen a room with such small space and the beds make noises once you stretch on them + the door to the room is very difficult to open.

Une fois arrivez vous savez pourquoi vous avez payé si peu cher. L'endroit est très exiguë. Chaques recoins est sale. Toute l'auberge a besoin d'être rénovée. La douches est moisie car la VMC ne fonctionne pas. ll y en a qu'une en fonction pour toute l'auberge.

Everything. Staff was rude, wasn't organized. No bed was assigned. The bed I was assigned someone else was sleeping on it and when asked the staff about it, they told they cannot do anything. Worst experience. Never book this accommodation.

Some people are just pigs, they're eating and watching videos all night while others are trying to sleep. Beds have no curtains so there is constantly someone flashing you with their phone's light. Beds are screeching anytime someone moves. Also its either someone's head right behind yours or smelly feet... Cheap isn't good and good isn't cheap, it's not bad but curtains should be in every bed.

C'est une autre Histoire !!!!!!!... après avoir sauvé ma copine de la noyade, j'ai demander de rester dans la salle commune car j'étais en dortoir , il était tôt genre 2 h du matin. Sous le choc de l'événement ma copine prise en charge sur place par les pompiers après l avoir sauver mouillé bien-sûr je me dirige vers le point commun car pour ne pas réveiller les gens qui dorment ( dortoir 8 pers ) le mec a l accueil me gueul déçu de ne pas rester là mes avc mon anglais explicite je lui dit nn et je vais juste me changer , il me pousse agressivement,je fait 60 kilos donc j atterri contre un mur et lui 150 kilos il me fou un coup de poing,je me suis énervé et lui est fait quelques prises de judo car oui!!!!!! je suis ceinture noir le metrisant et lui montrer que je ne veux pas lui faire du mal et le relâchant me fou un autre coup de poing et appel la police !!!? Alors la suite est irréel !!! La police arrive !!!! Je descends les escaliers du coup ne pas pouvoir me changer tremper l' ambulance est déjà là pour ma copine je me fait fouiller normalement j'explique au policier la situation que je vous est narer déjà ça a durée plus de 3 heures pour faire comprendre que je n avais rien fait de mal! et que le mec de l' accueil me donne des excuses.a la fin et que le policier lui a même dit qui ferait un rapport car il a regardé les caméras et que les image ne mente pas ...😏 J'espère que mon histoire vous a fait passer un moment de bouquins car c reel enfin a part ca j ai aimer cet guest house et aller au toilette en premier car c horrible après malheureusement les gens pense pas a l'autre ... stevengarin@gmail.com

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Personale amichevole, posizione con vista sui canali, a 2 passi sia dal centro sia dai musei principali, raggiungibile facilmente con i mezzi. Letti comodi, camere abbastanza spaziose e ambienti generalmente puliti, per quello che si paga non si può chiedere di più.
Le scale all'ingresso sono decisamente pericolose ma basta un po di attenzione.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Le cadre était magnifique et l'emplacement super, l'accueil était très chaleureux mais malheureusement personne ne parlait français et nous nous ne parlons pas anglais mais ça ne nous a pas empêché d'y être très bien
La chambre sentait la moisissure, la clim que l'on ne peut pas éteindre il vaut mieux savoir dormir avec le bruit et des poils dans la douche.

La ducha dentro del baño tiene un pequeño vinil que tapa, pero no cubre por completo. A mi parecer debería ser más grande por privacidad.

WiFi signals were very bad in the room sometimes not at all, speedy internet were only available by the reception. Eight dorm room were quite small only one small shower in that level.

Não tinha paciência para falar em inglês devagar comigo e me criticou por segundo ela eu não saber falar inglês. Tenho nível avançado de inglês. Não lembro o nome da funcionária, mas ela é branca, loira, em torno de 35 anos. Acho que é holandesa. Jamais deveria trabalhar com público

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Mise à part l'emplacement très proche de tout, cet établissement est catastrophique.
Les conditions sanitaires de l'établissement laissent plus qu'à désirer... Je me suis fait piquer par des punaises de lit et ai retrouvé un cafard dans la salle de bain. J'ai dû quitter l'établissement en urgence et, malgré de nombreuses relances et négociations qui ont duré presque 1 mois, je ne me suis fait rembourser que la moitié de mon séjour, alors que je demandais au moins les nuits que je n'ai pas passées dans leur établissement (ils ne voulaient me rembourser qu'une nuit à la base). La patronne est de très mauvaise foi et ne répond pas à mes messages. Elle ne souhaite pas me rembourser pour manque de preuves de ma part (j'avais des photos). De leur côté, ils disent ne pas avoir retrouvé de cafard ou de punaises de lit, mais ils ne m'apportent aucune preuve de leurs vérifications sanitaires! Je n'ai plus jamais eu de nouvelles de la patronne après cela, impossible de discuter avec elle, j'ai dû relancer Booking plusieurs fois pour avoir un signe de vie de leur part. Les lits étaient très inconfortables, presque à même le sol, et le dessous du lit était absolument dégoûtant et très sale, à croire que cela n'avait jamais été nettoyé avant. Les escaliers sont très casse-gueules, limite dangereux! Fuyez cet endroit si vous tenez à votre santé et à votre argent!!!

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026The location was very good, and the price wasn't bad per person for the area.
The "AC" was completely ineffective, and being at the top of the house, it got VERY hot on a summer day. We opened the door to at least have some sort of cross-breeze, but it was stiflingly hot. We booked all four beds for our group, but I imagine it would be a lot less comfortable if shared with strangers as it's very close quarters up there.

Everything about this hostel is terrible. The rooms are very small, the staff are rude, and the entire place smells of drugs. The stairs are in poor condition, and the showers were not working properly. They don’t assign fixed berths. It’s strictly first come, first served, so if you arrive late at night and all the berths are taken, you may not get one even if you have a valid booking. That’s completely unacceptable. Out of the 13 countries I’ve visited, this is by far the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Stay away at all costs, or you’ll regret it.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Great location. Easily accessible. Young guests and interesting people. Nice that they have a smoking room, but that's about it.
They checked me out a day early without telling me because "they thought I had left." They then proceeded to give out my bed to someone else, and wanted to kick me out, claiming that it was a booking.com issue and that I need to discuss with booking support. Eventually, one of their employees admitted that she had checked me out, and they managed to find an extra bed for me, but the staff was quite frankly rude and it was an unpleasant experience to deal with at the end of a long weekend.

Overall very bad experience.... Very congested toilets and washi area... Male staff at night from Pakistan is too bad in behavior... Not worth to stay as I can compare being traveled to so many European hostels... Worse thing happened at night in that guys duty I saw two people on one bed... In very objectionable condition... Whole night got spoiled.... Lots need to be done to improve
