Sehr laut, in einem Apartment hörte man die Wasserleitung extrem und in den Zimmern haben die Türen unten einen Spalt, weshalb man in der Früh vom „Lärm“ im Hotel geweckt wird

Zimmer und Lage sind Super. An den Pool sind wir nicht, Das war uns zu voll und eng. Frühstück naja, frisches Obst anstelle von Dosen Aprikosen wäre schon nett gewesen.

L’ascensore si è bloccato appena siamo arrivati, ci hanno fatti uscire subito ma dalla reazione sembrava un problema comune, se l’ascensore non funziona non va fatto utilizzare, oltretutto nonostante il problema riscontrato hanno continuato a farlo utilizzare. L’appartamento non era pulito, in bagno c’erano capelli e anche nella doccia. Inoltre alla 11:00 è entrata la donna delle pulizie in camera prima che facessimo in tempo a fare il check out, il quale è dalle 11 alle 12; insomma non è stato per niente professionale entrare in stanza con gli ospiti in stanza e esortando a fare check out quando c’era ancora tempo. Inoltre la colazione è abbastanza limitata, c’era la possibilità di fare solo colazione inglese e neanche di qualità.

Sehr günstiges Hotel mit einem netten Pool, einen für griechische Verhältnisse gutem Frühstück und gutem Kaffee. Wenn es in diesem Ort gefällt, ist mir diesen Hotel gut versorgt

Stanza grande e spaziosa con letto matrimoniale e letto singolo in 2 camere separate,aria condizionata ottima,tv con canali internazionali anche italiani,in camera c'era il bollitore senza nessuna bustina di caffè o the a disposizione,letto matrimoniale molto grande,balconcino vista mare,ci sono specchi grandi in camera e bagno,prese vicino al letto anche prese usb,cassaforte,frigo bar,camera abbastanza pulita,mobilio semplice ma funzionale,materasso buono compreso i cuscini,in camera ci sono tanti cassetti,mi sono piaciute le piastrelle in camera,l'oscurità notturna buona ma non eccellente,ascensore tra i piani molto comodo,staff reception gentilissime,la piscina è tenuta bene tante sdraio ma praticamente occupate al mattino presto dagli inglesi,buona la posizione in 5/10 minuti si arriva dappertutto,nel complesso personale gentile.

Wi-fi scarso,non ci sono stendini in camera per stendere gli asciugamani e costumi,come kit di benvenuto solo 2 saponette e il dispenser nella doccia era completamento vuoto,nessuna bottiglia d'acqua in frigo all'arrivo,manca un ombrellone in balcone per difedersi dal sole,i meccanismi degli infissi erano arrugginiti,purtroppo nel periodo che sono stato ospite del argiri era un feudo inglese dell'agenzia turistica jet2 perciò la colazione è pensata per loro,pulizia nei dettagli migliorabile,prezzi bar alti

Geräumiges, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Nettes Personal, Frühstück unkompliziert dazubuchbar.

Geruch von der Straße/Kanalisation, stark befahrene Straße dicht daneben, eine Nacht laufend Wassergeräusche wegen undichter Rohre hat den Schlaf geraubt. Das klingt jetzt alles schlimmer, als es war... Unterm Strich war es durchaus okay :-)

Le stanze sono carine e il letto è comodo, l'hotel è abbastanza vicino all'inizio di una delle vie commerciali.

La doccia non ha il gancio per appendere il soffione, quindi deve essere tenuta in mano tutto il tempo e l'acqua non esce bene. La piscina apre alle 10 e chiude alle 18, se si dorme solo una notte considerando le difficoltà di raggiungere la città per mancanza di taxi è impossibile usarla.

Great location and friendly staff

Bed uncomfortable, only a sheet, so felt cold in the night with the aircon. There was a padded top sheet, but we didn’t want to use those as the appeared grubby.

Great location, nice size pool, friendly staff we would return.

No shade on Balcony in the afternoon/evening if facing the pool. Apreaciate some people would love this however it gets very hot, a parasol on the balcony would be a good solution.

Cambio asciugamani non previsto nemmeno al quarto giorno, la piscina é molto chiassosa perche benche ci siano le regole scritte nessuno le fa rispettare e bambini e adulti si tuffano come fossero ad un acquapark. Biliardo utilizzabile solo entro le 23.00 al costo di due euro.

La posizione della struttura è comoda vicino al centro, Camera ben equipaggiata e pulita. Personale disponibile. Ospiti in prevalenza inglesi.

Struttura piuttosto grande e quindi situazione un po' caotica soprattutto nell'area piscina. A colazione la scelta è prevalentemente salata ma comunque sufficiente.

Albergo per turisti inglesi, convenzionato con tour operator inglesi e infatti è pieno quasi esclusivamente di inglesi. Utile se si arriva o si riparte dall'aeroporto di Kos e serve un punto di appoggio per una notte. Assolutamente no per una vacanza a Kos. Personale molto gentile.

Camere minuscole, climatizzatore che spara sul letto.

Location was perfect, did have a room on the road so view was not the best. Pool was lovely and we ate every lunch at the restaurant. Food was good

More storage we had one wardrobe but could really do with some drawers. There were 3 adults and 1 teenager and 2 of us kept must of our clothes in suitcase

Value for money

Easy access to Kardamena town, 5 minute walking distance to beach bars, restaurants and supermarket. Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful- especially Diana who helped us arrange transport multiple times throughout our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable, pool area always had sun loungers available, towels provided at property.

Struttura ben ristrutturata, camera grande e curata come gli spazi comuni e la piscina.

L’insonorizzazione della camera praticamente assente, forse un problema della porta o forse un problema da attribuire a dei turisti molto molesti? Dormire senza essere risvegliati almeno 4 volte nel corso della notte è stato impossibile. Per un breve soggiorno di due notti la cosa può essere trascurabile, per soggiorni più lunghi direi sconsigliato o comunque consiglierei di risolvere il problema.

Le fait que le linge de toilette et les draps n’aient pas été changés autrement que quand nous l’avons demandé à l’accueil. Pour 9 jours on s’attendait à 2 ou 3 changements qui n’ont pas été fait spontanément. La femme de ménage ne parlait pas anglais du tout et il a fallu utiliser réserverso pour lui dire de venir plus tard, 10h30 quand nous serions partis.

La struttura è ben curata e collegata alle varie attrazioni dell’isola. Le ragazze della reception sono state molto utili e disponibili, hanno contribuito a rendere più che piacevole il nostro soggiorno.

La colazione non era molto ricca ed il menù pranzo è molto turistico. Non c’erano molti piatti tipici.

Κάτω του μετρίου. Δωμάτιο στο 2ο block, νομίζω ήταν το 510. Μείνετε μακριά του. Είναι ενα δωμάτιο στον 3 όροφο, βασικά δεν ήταν καν όροφος ήταν μια ταράτσα με ενα χτιστό έξτρα δωμάτιο εξ ολοκλήρου από γυψοσανίδα. Είχε τρομερή ζέστη μέσα στο δωμάτιο και το σαλόνι. Ο καναπές κρεβάτι στο σαλόνι βρώμικος. Η τηλεόραση στο σαλόνι δεν δούλευε, air condition δεν είχε. Δεν μπορούσες να ανοίξεις την πόρτα του μπαλκονιού-ταράτσας επειδή δεν είχε σίτες και έμπαινε ότι έντομο υπήρχε στην Κω. Το air condition στο δωμάτιο δούλευε με το ζόρι, βάλαμε και ανεμιστήρα από κάτω του με κλειστή την πόρτα μπας και κάνει λίγο δροσιά. Το μπάνιο, η τουαλέτα ήταν χαλασμένο το καζανάκι και έμενε πατημένο, κα η ντουζιέρα ΔΕΝ ΕΙΧΕ ΚΑΝ τηλέφωνο για να κάνουμε μπάνιο, είχε μόνο εκείνο το τετράγωνο από πάνω ΑΛΛΑ η παροχή του τηλεφώνου ΠΟΥ ΕΛΕΙΠΕ πετούσε κανονικά νερό απ τον σωλήνα πλάγια στο πλακάκι του μπάνιου. Επίσης ήταν σπασμένο το τζάμι στην ντουζιέρα. Τα πλακάκια του δωμάτιο όλου δεν ήταν στο ίδιο ύψος και σκονταφτές και είχαν και σπασίματα. Είχε okay πρωινό και το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό. Όλα τα παραπάνω αναφέρθηκαν στην reception.

More storage space for families to put clothes away in family room . A high drier for the balcony would be useful . Some more pots/pans cutlery and crockery for the S/C rooms . Even a starter pack, wash cloth, and dish cloth for the sink too . i’ve stayed in many other places in Kardamena for less money and found it more homely and value for money

Buona posizione per mare e rent, colazione variabile e buona anche se con poca scelta (pochissimo dolce se non pane e nutella e ogni tanto briochine), molto apprezzata l’area piscina con molti lettini (anche se vanno accaparrati prima delle 8 per non trovarli tutti occupati) e il biliardo (che costa 2€ a partita)

Poco parcheggio solo davanti o di fianco alla struttura, colazione con poca scelta, piscina abbastanza piccola e completamente assente di cloro (l’ultimo giorno ho fatto il bagno dopo alcune leggerissime escoriazioni da sale dell’acqua marina e mi si sono infettate poiché l’acqua era parecchio sporca e non disinfettata) e aperta dalle 10 alle 18, camera non sendente e la seconda tessera per la camera l’abbiamo dovuta richiedere.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in un appartamento molto spazioso e dotato di cucina. Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla via principale e dal mare. Piscina pulita e con tanti lettini a disposizione. Parcheggio accanto all'hotel.

Colazione molto varia, più scelte salate rispetto al dolce ma tutto ottimo

Camera essenziale, pulita e comoda per una notte di passaggio a Kos.

Il minibar era un po' rumoroso durante la notte.

Free WiFi included. It was visible but with no internet, throughout our 7-night stay, despite our reports and modem restarts. Cleaning staff could not communicate with us for requests or clarifications in Greek or any major language

Only english breakfast I thought we're having something greek for breakfast. Hotel looks much bigger in images when you go there its a bit underwhelming

Είχε απίστευτη ζέστη στο δωμάτιο καθώς το χτυπάει ο ήλιος . Δεν είχε απλώστρα κ μανταλάκια για να κρεμάμε πετσέτες , μαγιώ κλπ.

La posizione davvero strategica, personale molto cordiale ed educato, bellissima la piscina molto comoda

Nella stanza proveniva una puzza terribile dagli scarichi, nonostante chiudessimo la porta l'odore era in tutta la stanza, e in oltre l'assenza di un ascensore, con un passeggino era abbastanza scomodo, nonostante fosse solo un piano

Struttura ben tenuta con camere dislocate anche in edifici di recente ristrutturazione. Posizione ottima a due passi della fermata del bus, a due passi da negozi noleggio auto e con un parco giochi alle spalle per chi ha bimbi piccoli.

What’s not to like

Erg schoon. Behulpzaam personeel. Goede airco. Een mooi zwembad met fijne ligbedden. Ontbijt is prima voor 10 euro. Daarnaast is het hotel vlakbij een supermarkt en het strand en op 10 minuten lopen van de bushalte.

Het enige minpunt is de slechte en tergend langzame wifi.

Otelin konumu çok iyi, güzel bir havuzu var ve gayet temiz, odalar son derece temiz ve rahat. Personel her konuda çok yardımcıydı. Odada mini bar ve kettle var. Saç kurutma makinası var. Oda tasarımını da beğendim. Ferah ve güzel bir otel. Merkeze yakın (5 dk yürüyüş mesafesi) ama dibinde değil dolayısıyla herhangi bir gürültü hissetmedik. Ayrıca otel havaalanı ve merkeze giden otobüslere de çok yakın. Hemen yanında güzel bir restoran var.

Lobi de wifi güzel çekiyordu ancak odada hiç çekmiyordu. Kahvaltısı bir otel kahvaltısına göre çok ortalama.

We stayed in a two bed apartment which was perfect as we had a room each (Mum & Daughter). Beds were very comfy, basic furniture and plenty of cupboard space - only in one room though. The kitchen area had everything you need - we only used the kettle and cups. Location is perfect! Just outside the main strip and a 5 minute walk to the beach which is all level. Cleaner came daily.

Only moan was the smell from drains, but I think this is a thing in Greece as we noticed this elsewhere also.

Hotel je na super lokaciji, odmah do plaže, uredan okoliš i čiste sobe. Doručak je odličan, veliki izbor jela, lijep pogled na bazen i palme. Osoblje na recepciji i u sali za doručak je izuzetno ljubazno.

Voda u kupaonici je imala čudan miris pa se nije bilo ugodno ni tuširati ni umivati.

-Modern, stylish and very clean room. -Jacuzzi was clean -Comfortable king-size mattress.

We booked the Penthouse Suite with Jacuzzi and, while the room itself was beautiful, our overall experience was disappointing and did not justify the price. The owners have clearly invested in making the property look beautiful, but appearance alone is not enough. Real hospitality is about making guests feel welcomed and cared for. We have stayed in far cheaper hotels and apartments that offered better amenities, greater comfort, and a much warmer guest experience. Unfortunately, we do not feel this property provides value for the price and would not recommend it. - No luggage assistance Our penthouse was located on the second floor, yet there was no elevator and no staff available to help with luggage. -No drinking water on arrival (!!) After more than six hours of travelling in very hot weather, we arrived to find no complimentary water in the room. There was also no information regarding the local water supply. Despite having coffee and sugar provided (in jars without brand logo), we were told to go and buy water ourselves when we asked for some. My mother-in-law's standard room did not even include basic tea or coffee sachets, which meant we had to purchase them ourselves. -Poor amenities for the room rate The bathroom only offered a basic 2-in-1 shampoo and bodywash dispenser, along with two hand soaps. No body lotion, dental kit, vanity kit, or separate conditioner was provided. -Poorly equipped kitchenette Although plates, cups, and utensils were available, there was no sponge or washing-up liquid, making it impossible to properly clean and reuse them during our stay. -Limited bedroom comforts The bed was very comfortable, but only one small pillow per guest was provided. The duvet also had no cover, which made us uncomfortable using it.

Breakfast was not great

Zeer lieve en behulpzame mensen aan de receptie. Kamer was schoon en erg comfortabel. Zwembad was fijn, en er waren fijne ligbedden. Veelal Britse gasten, maar helemaal oké. Centrum en strand zijn dichtbij.

We were in the Penthouse Apartment which is new this year. It was extremely comfortable.

There were a few teething problems regarding the jacuzzi but these were sorted out . Would be nice if breakfast was included in the price .
