EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT I WILL DEFINITIVELY STAY AGAIN IN THIS HOTEL

Everything was perfect. Great hotel, breakfast was varied and good quality, lovely gardens with fruit trees. Very peaceful framed with a mountain backdrop and lovely pool.

Hôtel de qualité sur un format "boutique hôtel". Nous avons fait plusieurs 5 étoiles pendant les vacances et cet hôtel était de loin le meilleur. Chambre grande, propre et agréable. Une très grande piscine bien entretenue, avec des chaises longues partout autour. Le petit déjeuner, servit à la table est délicieux. Le tout dans des jardins remplis de fleurs. A distance de marche de la ville (10min à pieds max avec 2 enfants).

Le prix du lit d'appoint dans la chambre était très élevé.

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Hotel. Wir waren nur eine Nacht vor unserem Segeltörn da. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Wunderbare Mitarbeiter, immer hilfsbereit. Das Essen und das Frühstück waren ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Hauptgebäude. Für eine Nacht top. Es gibt auch Zimmer abseits vom Hauptgebäude, für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu überlegen. Sehr gepflegt und der Pool ist ein plus.

Понравилось абсолютно всё! Очень уютная, почти домашняя атмосфера — ощущение, будто отдыхаешь в собственном загородном доме с красивым тихим двориком. Номера чистые и комфортные, территория ухоженная. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал: невероятно доброжелательные, внимательные и отзывчивые люди, которые действительно стараются сделать отдых максимально приятным. Здесь спокойно, уютно и по-домашнему тепло. С удовольствием вернулись бы снова!

Luxurious and quiet hotel with amazing service. Comfortable beds and great WiFi and A/C Breakfast until noon which is great on holiday.

It was fabulous Short trip from airport and cosy and warm, when we got there, as it was cold and rainy. It was perfect. Lovely fire burning and cosy. Lovely lady looked after us and our room was superb. Breakfast fantastic. We will definitely return.

The location was good, staff very attentive, very clean etc. The pool was beautiful. For us our room was very small, a bigger one not available, and we just couldn’t get comfortable on the bed! The spa facilities are excellent. I would return but I’d have to have a much bigger room.

Chambre agréable (avec les pierres visibles dans le batiment d'acceuil) et munie de l'air conditionné. Deux terraces, côté rue et côté piscine, agréables lorsque le soleil est plus bas. Piscine chauffée, de belle dimensions et agréablement entourée par le jardin. Le chois du petit déjeuner est varié, cependant je recomande le pdj turque.

The hotel was clean, located in a lovely quiet spot, amazing pool/sun loungers with thick mattresses, fabulous breakfast with freshly cooked items included… Above all this was the team. Our flight was cancelled, they moved everything on by one day and rearranged our airport transfer. Perfection. Would highly recommend and be happy to return.

The hotel staff are what make a pleasant stay, they cannot do enough for you. We stayed in a stone room which overlooked the beautiful pool and had a second balcony. The breakfast is amazing, the pool is so peaceful with the most comfortable beds and the grounds are lovely, pomegranate, avocado and olive trees surrounding the grounds. The walk to the marina is an easy 6 minute walk with lovely shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. We will be definitely come back.

Otel gerçekten harikaydı. Odalar çok temiz, ferah ve zevkli bir şekilde dizayn edilmiş. Çalışanların hepsi son derece kibar, misafirperver ve ilgiliydi. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği ve lezzeti mükemmeldi. Konaklamam boyunca kendimi çok rahat ve değerli hissettim. Misafir memnuniyetine bu kadar önem veren bir otelde kaldığım için çok şanslı hissediyorum. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim ve herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. 🌿

Otel temiz ve güzeldi. Ancak ekstralar çok pahalıydı. Bir şise su bile 250 tl idi. Disaridan su alalim dedik buzdolabi yoktu kucuk de olsa onun disinda kahvaltisi havuzu temizligi cok guzeldi. Bir puani ekstralardan kirdik.

I love so much about the property, but I think the breakfast could’ve been better. A little more choices, more beautiful breads, and jams and egg choices.

The staff here were super accommodating, very helpful. Clean, quiet hotel with nice pool, convenient for the airport, but it’s the helpful staff that we really liked.

Beautiful Hotel and staff were very helpful and friendly and there was an adorable little dog. Room was lovely and everywhere was very clean and pretty gardens and pool.

The walk to town was down quiet back streets and was very lonely and a bit scary when walking back at night as two females on their own. Also just had a sheet on the bed. Would have liked a duvet as got cold.

This was a beautiful oasis in Gocek. All of the staff were friendly, polite and wanted to be of help. The pool area was beautiful and quiet with lovely comfortable sun beds. The spa was lovely - we had a great Turkish bath. Breakfast was served by the pool each morning between 8 and 12 and the service was great whatever time we went down. We were given a traditional Turkish platter and then were also asked to choose from a selection of hot and cold options. The walk to town with all its restaurants by the marinas took about 10 minutes and was easy. It also took you past some great noisy frogs!

I want to acknowledge the professionalism and courtesy of the two gentlemen at the front desk and the young woman at the spa reception. Their kindness and service were the only redeeming aspects of my stay. Unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by the owner of the hotel, whose arrogance, rudeness, and above all dishonesty were simply unacceptable. Staying in a double room, I had booked private access to the spa for one hour, which was included in my reservation. To my surprise, at checkout, I discovered that this access had also been charged to my friend, on the direct instruction of the owner, even though it was clearly a private session I had booked. In the end, we were forced to pay twice for the same service. Such dishonest practices are unworthy of a hotel, and do not reflect the warmth and generosity of the Turkish people, whom I deeply respect and have experienced positively many times in Turkey. Hotel & Spa Renka is a disappointment and does not deserve your trust. Avoid it if you expect a fair, respectful, and honest experience.

This is a beautiful little family hotel - very boutique, beautiful breakfast, large comfortable and extremely clean rooms, every amenity you could need, even a kettle and a fridge in the room - not often found in Turkish hotels. The pool and sun-beds are gorgeous, the spa/haman is perfect and the team really look after everyone as if they are VIP's. We ate lunch and dinner here too over the course of our stay and every meal was delicious and served quickly and piping hot - fresh from the order. Especially loved the chips and the salads! The garden is full of fruit trees, and the whole feeling is of an oasis in the quieter part of town. We were also given a late check out which was a great help as we had a late flight on the last day - and we arrived before our room was ready but were able to use the facilities and have breakfast at the hotel until we could check in.I can personally recommend the Stone Rooms 401 & 402. It was a perfect stay and great value for money and only a 10 minute walk into the main street in town.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Staff very kind and accommodating. Excellent Turkish bath spa. Dining poolside at the hotel which made it very comfortable and convenient. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. We would definitely stay at the Renka again!

A hot walk into town.

Services at the bar wasn’t to good always had to go get someone to serve you closed early at night due to lack of people around no atm at nighttime

Laundry was late and had to come back another day to pick it up. The laundry fee was ridiculously high at 3000TRY. No discount offered either for the untimeliness. Disappointing after an otherwise lovely stay.

Room didn't get cleaned until late in the day Bed was 2 twin beds together we asked for double

Clean, felt pretty luxurious to be honest. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until after 11pm but they kindly cooked us a meal there and then. Staff were all unfailingly helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. They also upgraded one of our rooms to ensure my son and daughter had separate beds. Wonderful.

Wir haben ein größeres Zimmer bekommen, das war sehr gut. Der Pool war sauber und schön. Was jedoch sehr gestört hat, das tagsüber der Rasen gemäht wurde während wir und andere Gäste am Pool waren. Es wurde sogar direkt hinter den Liegen gemäht. Der arme Mann der bei der Hitze den Rasen mäht, kann nichts dafür. Obwohl das Hotelpersonal auch ständig vor Ort war, schien es denen egal zu sein oder sie haben es einfach nicht wahrgenommen. Einen Minuspunkt gibt es auch für das Frühstück. Man musste für Wasser extra zahlen. Saft musste man auch extra zahlen. Menemen musste man auch extra zahlen. Es gab auch im Allgemeinen wenig Auswahl.
