Excellent séjour de quatre nuits. Accueil, service, propreté, calme, toutes les conditions sont au maximum de qualité. Merci à l'ensemble du personnel pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité.

Chambre et salle de bain très propre, bien insonorisée, lit très confortable.

Luxe kamer, goede bedden, prachtige badkamer zeer schoon en alles nieuw en mooi materiaal. Hele prettige warme service en een werkelijk top restaurant. Enige min punt voor ons: als je met open ramen wil.slapen ervaar je minder privacy, doordat ze alleen openen naar het gangpad en de kleine court.

Mooie kamer en prachtige badkamer. Heerlijke bedden

Service et accueil impeccable. Parking juste à côté. Petit dejeuner buffet nickel. Les chambres sont vieillissantes. Pas de prise électriques près du lit. Téléphone fixe pas branché et lumières de lit qui ne fonctionnent pas.

Wij hebben een nacht bij het hotel geslapen nadat we heerlijk bij het bijbehorende restaurant hadden gegeten. De kamers zijn ruim en netjes. Het ontbijt was goed.

Hotel situé au coeur de Spa. Chambres spacieuses et environnement trés calme. Donnant sur un petit jardin en redz de chaussé. Petit déj trés correcte .

We stayed here at this hotel because we travelled to Spa in the middle of the flood incident in Wallonia Region. The train and buses were stopped and cancelled, we rushed to book this place. : the train station and bus stops were near the hotel, so it was convenient for us to go round. There was a big supermarket that's 2min away from the hotel. The hotel was surrounded by the trees and nature so, it was very peaceful and quiet. There was a table tennis table where you can play and refresh. But, what's most important is that the hotel is nearby the Thermes de Spa and other tourists places. You can go around there by walking. -: unfortunately, the smell from the ventilator (in the bathroom) or maybe from a different room was a bit weird. Next time when I come to spa, I would like to stay here again.

Aangenaam hotel midden in het centrum van Spa, op wandelafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden en Les Thermes de Spa. Kalme omgeving en ruime kamers.

De kamer was proper. Veiligheid in douche zou beter kunnen door plaatsen van handvat. Er waren geen stopcontacten aan bed en tafeltje.

A good location, close to the centre of town. Nice room, and good breakfast. The shower was particularly good.

Instalações simples, mas todo muito bem cuidado e confortável. Atendimento simpático e café da manhã bem servido. Atendeu às expectativas.

Hotel was a little hard to find needs a bigger sign , reserved parking was great, breakfast was alittle basic, for the cost.

Parfait pour une nuitée en amoureux, a proximité du centre (on peut s'y rendre à pieds), des restaurants, du casino, à 2 min en voiture des thermes. La chambre était propre et confortable. Le personnel est chaleureux. Il y a du choix au petit-déjeuner. Par contre parking payant ou stationnement dans la rue avec disque c'est le seul inconvénient. Sinon séjour très agréable.

We gaan er zeker terug !!!

Mooi vernieuwd hotel vlak bij het centrum van Spa. Nette kamers, goed ontbijt en leukrestaurant. Enige nadeel is dat er geen overdekte toegang is tussen kamers en restaurant.

hôtel moderne pas loin du centre de Spa (300m). Les installations sont disposées comme un motel américain. Très bonne expérience.

Average hotel, no airco with 35 degrees, so had to open the doors and windows and since it’s built on the ground floor every guest that passed could see you sweating in the room. Staff doesn’t smile they can also be abrupt by hanging up on you but that’s probably because of the language barrier even though I understand french. Room size and cleanliness are good, the bathroom door needs fixing though it kept falling off. Overall average, smiles and friendliness would make a big difference.

Gammalt trevligt hotell som fått en ny "bostadsavdelning" in mot gården och gräsmattan. Mycket komfortabelt. Restaurangen strålande. Menyn och vinerna impeccalbe.

Spa is a lovely little town and the prices of hotels generally is expensive. This hotel was reasonably priced compared to others. It was fairly well located at one end of the town and only 5 minutes walk to the centre. Room was decent size with good facilities and nice and clean. Wifi was good. Service was efficient. I would certainly stay again. The only minor issue is that there is no air conditioning and when I stayed it was very hot during the day.

The restaurant was magnifique, but breakfast was boring, even for belgium standards

a very cozy and clean hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast is good enough. The location is also very good. It is close to Center and thermes the spa.

Restaurant fermé le lundi et mardi soir

We stayed one night en route to Germany. The hotel was easy to find, clean and comfortable, with its own small car park at the back. The rooms are "motel" style - opening directly out onto a small garden. The walkway to the main building is partly covered but outdoor, so not ideal in the middle of winter. The room also lacked privacy and had no view. Otherwise generally good. We didn't eat there so cannot comment on the food.

Good overall experience. Clean and well located

Sympathique accueil, cadre agréable (jardin) chambre spacieuse mais un peu sombre, propreté irréprochable et situation proche du centre et des thermes. Lors de mon séjour il faisait caniculaire ...faute d'airco, un petit ventilateur aurait été apprécié mais j'y retournerai sans hésitation!

It was a very comfortable hotel, short walking distance to the Spa, main shopping centre, just opposite the Museum, good chinese restaurant very nearby. The breakfast was great! We had a great time there in Spa!

Small hotel in garden of former hotel building. Simple to park car, Nice restaurant and bar. Very good breakfast. Large room with large bathroom. Only one downside: no AC. Will stay here next time.

Hotellet vanskelig å finne i mørket ingen lysreklame. Rommene trenger nye senger, puter og dyner. Frokosten var av de BESTE. God service

Deux nuits tres agréables dans cet hôtel près du centre de Spa. Chambres fonctionnelles et salles de bain spatieuse et confortable. Hôtelier sympathique, parking et wifi gratuit. Seul petit bémol : lumières un peu froides dans les chambres et buffet de déjeuner un peu succinct. Au global: une bonne adresse !
