Noisy very early in the morning - a meeting with lots of people in attendance directly below my room, I think

We have stayed here 3 times now as a stop over for Gatwick airport. The first time everything was great, but since then the service and food has been terrible. This last visit the food was inedible. We won’t be going back

Fenster gehen nur 10cm auf,keine Klimaanlage nur ein Lüfter auf dem Tisch. Das Badezimmer ist sehr veraltet. Für große Menschen ist die Dusche zu klein,der Duschkopf ist zu niedrig .

It was located close to the event we were attending. Had loads of parking.

Although outwardly looked very nice, inside is dated and could do with some tlc. The room we had was comfortable and clean but you unfortunately you could hear noise from the road.

Staff very friendly & helpful. Breakfast good. Great snack/bar food menu which was freshly prepared & extremely tasty. Great location. Room quiet mostly bar music on til 1am on the Sat nite.

Our room was on the small side but adequate. It was very warm tho we had a fan which was of great benefit. The toilet flush wasn't working on arrival to the room. We reported it & it was sorted, however it was a recurring issue as it kept sticking. On our first morning the shower wouldn't work which was disappointing. We reported it & the girl on reception said she would report it & asked if we were in a hurry out which we were. We said we had used the sink & would take a full shower once back again. There was talk of moving rooms but they were fully booked. The shower was fixed when we arrived back late afternoon. However on the Sun morning it again did not work & again we reported it & again the man on reception talked about moving us. It was fixed but we weren't offered to move rooms. Seems the shower needed reset each time. The toilet had an awkward flush fitting which stuck a lot and will recur until fitting is replaced. We are not awkward people nor complainers but there obviously are/were problems with this room. On checking out we explained to the girl on reception how it was, we had enjoyed our stay but undortunately these 2 things were not satisfactory at all. On presentation of charged items to our room she said she could deduct the 2 coffees & we need only pay for 2 breakfasts from previous morning. However I suggested it would be a goodwill gesture to not charge us for the breakfast either, to which she agreed. We thanked her very much.

Sooo quiet! Lacked a bit of atmosphere.

Comfortable accommodation. Nice large bed with soft pillows. Well-stocked tea and coffee tray. Lovely old photos of Reigate on the walls around the hotel

Decor is rather dated, especially in the bathroom (awful tiles!). 25-30 min walk from town centre on top of a hill. Buffet hot breakfast meant much of the food was dried out and lukewarm. Restaurant food average with a limited menu and not cheap.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable - and a lovely hot shower after travelling for 20+ hours from Australia!

Guests need to be aware that a refundable deposit is required on arrival.

Amazing location

Easy location from motorway but relatively quiet, plenty of parking. Generally high standards throughout and clean and comfortable. Very good staff at reception

Bath needed a little TLC eg tap loose but otherwise really clean and tidy

We paid a budget price for a mid week stay as my wife wanted to visit her parents memorial. We were extremely surprised at the quality and value for money we received especially for a hotel that we paid a budget price for. The room was in very good condition. And extremely clean. The massive bed was very comfortable. The staff couldn't have been any more helpful and attentive. Breakfast was a very good quality and very tasty. If there was just one annoyance it was that on the day we stayed there was a business Breakfast being held and they made a bit of noise when waiting to go into there Breakfast .It was just one of them things and wasn't the hotel's fault. We will definitely be using them again.

The TV was a bit awkward to turn on possibly the battery ? and the door to the bedroom have a very strong spring which means if your not careful closes with an almighty bang, not nice for my neighbours?

Lovely setting staff were absolutely lovely nothing was too much trouble dident try the restaurant but the breakfast was lovely

I expected an out of date old fashioned hotel given the price paid It was actually lovely and well maintained with good parking, a good range of dining options and a bar. The staff were friendly and attentive the room was clean and the facilities and welcome tray were stocked with Coffee bags and biscuits and good toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the lighting was very good for working etc.

There are no USB sockets for charging phones if you don't bring a plug and the hotel has a stairs only access so if you are disabled(which I'm not) you might struggle.

It’s location suited our needs for the onward journey

There was no hot water to the shower or basin. I was told that this happens when there were too many guests using their rooms at once.

The food was lovely, and the staff were friendly & and helpful & very comfy beds.

No milk for morning coffee in the room only one bath towel. Having said this, reception told us when checking out, milk could have been supplied by then on request & spare towels were in the wardrobe. This information should have been a check in though.

Decor is tired. They need to rip the old carpets up in the rooms and have some sort of flooring that is less potentially unclean. I put towels on the floor to cover my way to shower. The carpets in the room need to be updated. In hallways it's not important, but in the rooms definitely. Could almost feel the dust mites climbing up my ankles. This is my abiding memory and it could be so much better.

It was very hot and we were given a lower floor room which was so appreciated! Great location as so close to London without paying the London prices. We stayed here the night before we were to drop the rental car off in London, and it worked very well

Great location close to lovely walks on Reigate Hill with amazing views. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Fish & Chips highly recommended! Comfortable bed & clean room / bathroom.

We paid a little extra for a bigger premium room - it really needs a small fridge - surprised there is not one in a hotel of this standard.

Bed way too soft, Breakfast choice good but execution poor. Not the best quality wise. Chef could do a lot better

The property is beautiful. Photos do not do it justice. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel in front of the petrol station and across the road as well. Easy to go into town and back.

Very close to town I had a modern room but parts of the hotel are a bit tired.

Breakfast: the whole process was very clunky. Eggs on toast served on unbuttered toast, scrambled eggs served as a mountain (of putting and wasteful) and they need a couple more staff as once one has gone off with an order there’s nobody to help anyone else. Doesn’t put me off the hotel but puts me off having breakfast there

Staff were very pleasant (when you saw one) Plenty of room outside for a drink and plenty of car parking spaces. The room was nicely furnished & clean. Tea & coffee was provided. 1/2 hourly bus service to Reigate & Gatwick.

Often, there was no staff available either at reception or at the bar. Not their fault, but the rooms were very hot despite a fan being provided although the corridors were nice and cool. Wi-fi was intermittent.

Breakfast very disappointing and quite expensive

Dit hotel is geschikt als tussenstop omdat het 5 minuten van de M25 af ligt, in het stadje Reigate. Het is nog wel 25 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Er rijdt ook een bus, taxi voor die afstand kost 7,50 pond. Het ontbijt is typisch Engels; cereals (cornflakes e.d.), fruit, toast, jam en een buffet met witte bonen in tomatensaus, bacon, worstjes (van uitstekende kwaliteit) en gebakken champignons. Gebakken eieren kunnen ter plaatse besteld worden. Geen kaas of vleeswaren e.d.

De inrichting is wat verouderd hoewel redelijk goed onderhouden. Wastafel met 2 kranen, 1 voor (kokend) heet water, 1 voor koud water. Douche is in het bad, douchekop zit aan de muur bevestigd en dus geen handdouche. Van de handoekrekken kon de verwarming niet worden uitgezet, vervelend als het buiten 33 graden is en er geen airco op de kamers aanwezig is. De matrassen op d bedden zijn ook aan vervanging toezien ieder geval 1 zat een ligkuil in. Er zijn diverse zalen voor feesten partijen die, net als de ontbijtzaal wel airco hebben. Van de feestzalen heb je relatief weinig last, maar we beschikten wel over de twee verste kamers in de gang naast het hoofdgebouw. De kamers wordt erg laat schoongemaakt, bij aankomst om half vier was er 1 kamer (van de 2) nog niet klaar, dat kan beter. Maar 140 euro per kamer per nacht is echt teveel van het goede.

Bed was very comfortable. Shower had excellent pressure. Nice size bathroom considering the 'cosy' size of the room.

No Wifi in room. Food in lounge is faintly average pub food. Hardly any staff available, always had to wait a while at any desk. Room keys had to be 'reset' every single day. Tired, stuffy decor.

Room hot no aircon and quite small, but we weren’t in it for long. Housekeeping tried to clean room before checkout time.

Could do with better signage as drove straight past it

The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. the breakfast was very good and served quickly. Overall we were happy with the 2 nights we spent there.

The hotel itself is a bit tired / dated and needs refreshing. Our room was ideal for our needs but could have been a bit cleaner. Getting across the road to get into the hotel if you are walking is a bit dangerous as its on a busy road with no path on the side of the road that the hotel entrance is.

The room had been. Partly cleaned but a bottle top was found on the bedside cabinet and a plastic wrapper. The top bunk bed had not been made not that we were using them and the bathroom floor needed a mop.

Overpriced food and drink, the golf club was cheaper. Superior double room had nothing superior about it, just what you expect from a standard double. Not the cleanest and glasses, cigarette ends etc still there the following morning. Breakfast was cold and no berries etc to go with the fresh yoghurt. No omelette available even though they had plenty of eggs. Coffee luke warm.

Bathroom could do with a more vigorous clean, full of brown/black various body hairs. Not us where blonde and ginger. Had to clean it myself

Staff are always fantastic in the Manor. They really make the place. Stay with work most weeks for 1 or 2 nights and have done so for years. Best hotel on price in the area.

The photos are really misleading - looks way nicer in the photos than it is. It’s very very dated, our room smelt really damp. The hotel needs renovating (in my personal opinion). It looks tired and rundown. I was rather shocked to be be totally honest. In need of painting, new doors in rooms, new carpets, new furniture, new bathroom suites. The bed was comfyish.

The staff were really friendly. It’s great that you don’t have to travel after having an event at the Manor. Having the option of breakfast is good. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Tea making facilities are providing in the room.

We were there for a family party and booked months in advance. Another family member booked a room a couple of weeks before. We paid the same price for the same room - we had a small room at the very top with an infant, they had a large room with a king bed a bathtub on the ground floor. The prices of drinks was also extortionate. There was no fridge in the room.

Definitely the hotel needs more staff especially in bar area as 1 person seems to have to attend the customers in restaurants and bar so you have to wait Plus was a nice young man who made us all fresh sandwiches on the Sunday night when we arrived back to the hotel late in the evening was much appreciated

Located right off of Pilgrim's Way. It was a natural choice when hiking the North Downs Way. The hotel has character, a bar, a cellar, and a restaurant. Bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and professional.

There's some disconnect between staff on what rooms have been made up and ready. Room decor is showing it's age, especially bathroom. Noise from the road is pronounced.
