Very dirty pillow covers and linen ..

it was a bit pricey regarding the quality of the room. the cleanliness should be improved, please do clean the unseen part in the room thoroughly (like behind the bed, behind the small table) 'cause i found hairs, lots of dust on those location. Use the vacuum cleaner properly to reach the unseen part or location. the room is normal in size and the bathroom also clean and spacious compare to other equal hotel. just a little touch then your room can be shiny clean!

Nice staff and neat place

The bedsheets was usually old and bit smelly. The shower tiles was slippery and the towel hanger was very high to reach up. I once fell very badly but luckily no any injury.

The staffs are nice and helpful. The hotel and the room, in general, are clean. The location is perfect since it is on the main road and very close to the train station.

I booked and stayed in the Suite Room. The information provided on Booking.com indicates that the Suite Room has a kitchenette. When it says 'kitchenette', I expect cutleries, dinnerware, and a single-burner stove or a microwave. Unfortunately, the kitchenette only has a sink and a mini fridge. That's it. The Suite Room does indeed have proper space for a kitchenette, but the kitchenette facilities are disappointing. I travelled with a 10-months old baby. I booked the Suite Room because it is the only room with a kitchenette. I need the kitchenette to prepare the baby's food. Since the kitchenette facilities are minimal, I had to find a way to prepare the food for my baby. The room also does not provide a safe deposit box. It is rather unusual for a hotel, especially for a Suite Room, not to provide a safe deposit box.

Bed, wifi

Price is not suitable with the facilities. Far low from the expectation. Feels not clean.
