Отдыхали неделю в этом отеле, всё соответствует фотографии. И предыдущим отзывам. Всё понравилось. Питание супер, угощали всем рыба, мясо, морепродукты, сладости всё на любой вкус. Очень впечатлило, то что у нас выселение было в 12:00, а наш вылет в 22:0 и администрации позволила нам находится и пользоваться всей инфраструктурой отеля до 18:0. Спасибо.

It's a huge resort with 7 pools and 5 restaurants, plenty of sun beds around the pools and there's also water slides.

The beach area wasn't very attractive, but plenty of sunbeds.

Loved how close it was to the airport and how clean everwhere was. Staff was lovely and really helpful at all times. Delish food and great activities.

The beds were uncomfortable and our room didn’t get any sunlight but other than that everything was amazing.

Es wurde leider nicht erlaubt, Kinder die kein Englisch reden an den einfachsten Aktivitäten teilzunehmen. Aufgrund dessen würde ich dieses Hotel nur für Kinder empfehlen, die fließend Englisch reden. Insgesamt sehr auf Englisches Publikum ausgerichtet. Seht nirgendwo in den Unterlagen.

Top Anlage

Bei All Inclusive sollte auch wirklich alles kostenlos sein. Flaschen Biere und einige Kaffeesorten waren kostenpflichtig. Das fanden wir nicht schön. Und alles war nur in Englisch. 99 % der Kunden sowie alle Animateure. Bei Taxifahrten vorher den Preis erfragen wäre ratsam

It was great for a family (not couples or adults) Loads of food options. Right on the beach. Great entertainment. Lots of pools. Staff went above and beyond.

Kids! Lots of them! Everywhere.. I didn’t realise it was such a children’s focus hotel. Luckily we were only there 3 nights as a base and found quiet pockets of the hotel / pool to keep distance. But I would’ve been quite disappointed if this was my main summer holiday as non children booking. Just be aware when booking what environment you want.

Soft and noisy beds. Not all stuff was nice

We had a really enjoyable stay at Holiday Village overall. There is a very good variety of food, so we always found something we liked, and we enjoyed all 3 à la carte restaurants. These need to be booked through the app, which is worth doing during your stay. The main swimming pool is huge and the resort is very wheelchair accessible, which was particularly important for us. There is a special pool seat/lift to help wheelchair users get in and out of the swimming pool, which was fantastic to see. The beach is very close to the hotel and the sea was absolutely lovely during our stay – incredibly warm, clear and really enjoyable to swim in. There were a couple of negatives. The cocktails weren't particularly good and I actually got heartburn after some of them, so I stopped having them. It was also disappointing that there was no sparkling wine or Prosecco available. Beer is quite good! Lots of sunbeds around the pool, though front seats get taken fairly early. We had a lovely holiday. The food, huge pool, beautiful warm sea and especially the wheelchair accessibility made it a very enjoyable resort for our family.

It was our 2nd visit and it is an amazing place, we will definitely be back. Barstaff, waiting/table cleaning staff are so efficient and room service is superb. Food for all meals is excellent and an amazing variety of food and food themes day and night. Very safe and clean swimming pools and life guards on all day.

I think because of the amount of children up dancing, doing pool bingo etc each day the entertainment crew could be a bit more fair with certificates etc, give more out it’s just a piece of paper but means so much to the children. Also in the pool bingo they know what number is going to win, maybe make it random as we were twice skipped the winning number in my family because it was an adult coming for the winning number, entertainment crew could easily have switched me or my wife with our children instead of skipping the number altogether. Also at night in the Beach Bar if certs are not handed out, give a mention to the children that are up dancing regularly when all others remain on their seats..

4 gece kaldık. Genel olarak normal, güzel bir konaklama geçirdik. Otelin imkanları ve hizmeti yemekleri yeterliydi. Personel ilgiliydi, temizlik de iyiydi.

Sadece denizi biraz beklentimizin altında kaldı.

Dies ist unser vierter Besuch in Sarıgerme. Wir haben immer in einem TUI Hotel übernachtet. Wie immer hat uns an diesem Ort die einzigartige Natur der Gegend besonders gut gefallen. Auch der Hotelgarten ist wunderschön und gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite türkische Personal. Das Speisenangebot ist abwechslungsreich.

Das Hotel war sicherlich früher sehr schön. Allerdings ist insbesondere das Badezimmer sehr alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Wir fühlten uns eher wie im Urlaub in England als in der Türkei. Eines unserer Kinder wollte am Kinderanimationsprogramm von TUI teilnehmen, aber ein britischer Mitarbeiter verweigerte dies, weil unser siebenjähriges Kind kein Englisch sprach und die Anweisungen nicht verstehen würde. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass zumindest ein Mitarbeiter sich dafür eingesetzt hätte, dass auch türkische Kinder teilnehmen konnten. Auch die Abendunterhaltung ist nur für britische Touristen geeignet. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass mindestens 10–20 % der Abendprogramme auf türkische Gäste zugeschnitten wären. Schließlich befinden wir uns ja in der Türkei.

Poháre neboli vždy dokonale čisté /pri baneroch s vodou, pri automatoch s kávu,.../. Hosť by si nemal kontrolovať čistotu umytia riadu, ktorý ide použiť. Toalety pri bazénoch tiež boli skoro stále špinavé a tvorili sa tam rady. Pri tom množstve ľudí ich tam je podľa môjho názoru málo a čistiť by sa mali častejšie, keďže väčšina ľudí tam chodí mokrá. Personál hotela sa veľmi snaží, berte to prosím len ako podnet na zlepšenie k dokonalosti.

Am allermeisten hervorgehoben werden muss das Essensangebot! Außergewöhnlich gut für eine Clubanlage. Jederzeit alles wünschenswerte vorhanden! Auch die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption müssen noch gelobt werden (allen voran eine Dame namens Ezra), welche mit persönlichem Einsatz dafür gesorgt haben, dass wir unseren verschollenen Koffer doch noch erhalten haben. Sowohl Pool als auch der Strand waren erwartungsgemäß ausgestattet.

Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack sehr hart.

Şezlonglar sabah 07:00 itibari ile rezerve ediliyor ve gün içinde iyi konumlarda yer bulamıyorsunuz. Bazı günler havuzlar çok kalabalık olabiliyor.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Village Turkey and would happily come back again. Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless every day, and you could really tell how much effort the housekeeping team put into keeping everything clean. We even left a gift for our housekeeper (Nurdan) because the service deserved it. The food was another highlight. There was plenty of variety throughout our stay, and everything we tried was fresh and tasty. We had absolutely no issues with the food, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The hotel grounds are beautiful. The gardens are full of mature trees, colourful flowers, and well-maintained plants, making the entire resort feel peaceful and relaxing. It’s obvious that a lot of care goes into maintaining the property. The beach is also lovely. Sarıgerme has soft sand and crystal-clear water. The sea was a little wavy at times, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying it. One thing that really impressed us was how the hotel handled our late departure. We had to check out at noon, but our flight wasn’t until almost midnight. Instead of charging us to keep using the facilities, the reception team kindly allowed us to continue enjoying the pools, beach, restaurants, bars, and even use the spa showers before leaving. They also stored our luggage for us, which made our last day completely stress-free. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday so enjoyable. We had a fantastic time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel was full of families with children despite it quiet, many activities, animations, pools, delicious food and stuff was friendly and professional:) the sea is on the windy side, so you can swimm till noon, beach was like a private beach, very relaxing

Easy to access

Plates and glasses were not cleaned, on buffet they put wet plates. There is no any drink point in beach even water.

What’s not to love? The good was incredible with loads of choices for every meal. The pools were huge and had plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. There were plenty of bars for drinks. The room had amazing space and was extraordinarily clean. Already can’t wait to go back!

The kids’s beds were comfortable, but the main bed was a bit hard.

Staff was the best. I would like to thank Ayten, responsible for our room, and Hediye, who cleaned our room on a Wednesday (not a cleaning day), Feray who always greeted us at the dining room with a smile and a nice chat, İbrahim the icecream professor ;) and many more exceptionally friendly and hardworking people. I will remember this place with the amazing staff.

The sea is basically not a feature here. We tried once, there were only a few people and the sea was very wavy. It is a protection area because of the sea turtles and they are not allowed to build facilities. This hotel is basically for pool-people. Another related problem is mosquitos at night. They are not allowed to spray chemicals so especially the seaside is full of mosquitos after the sunset.

It was our fourth visit and we enjoyed our stay here again. Room was clean, great food selection, garden is big and nicely maintained. We liked the beach, because it is very calm and quiet. Kudos for the renovated chillout bar.

The bathroom was clean, but it is a bit old. Evening entertainment could have been better. We would like to see more shows like acrobats (those from Kenya were truly amazing) or maybe some illusionists, etc., rather than the animation team singing.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit gut gepflegter Gartenanlage und mehreren Pool, große Essensauswahl und freundliches Personal Das Hotel hat viel Potential.

Lediglich auf englische Touristen eingestellt, im Hauptrestaurant Gäste teils nur in Badeshort oder anderer Badekleidung. Zimmerreinigung erfolgt sporadisch und nicht täglich. Im Gym turnen Kleinkinder! Schade, dass keiner im Restaurant, Gym oder ähnlichen auf Regeln hinweist.

The staff were excellent, very clean complex and plenty to do.

We had a suite, 4 Adults (family) and a 1 year old, the room had steps and my grandson fell down them, luckily he wasn’t hurt.

Kahvaltısı yeterliydi. Herkesi mutlu eder. Öğle yemeği farklı alanda olması bebekli aileler için biraz zorlayıcı oda sadece sıcaklık bakımından. Akşam yemekleri çok yeterli. Onun dışında içeceğiniz, atıştırmalıklarınız hep mevcut. Banyoları böyle bir otel için zayıf buldum. Şampuan koyma şekliniz özel hissettirmiyor. Kaliteye pek yakıştırmadım. Odaları geniş ve fazlasıyla yeterli. Deniz kısmına pek önem verilmemiş. Şemsiyeleri daha büyük ve sık beklerdim çocuklu aileler için gölge neredeyse olmuyor çok zorlandık. Personel çok güleç ve çözüm odaklı.

Kahvaltıda hamur işleri biraz daha özenli ve lezzetli olabilirdi. Çeşit yeterli fakat lezzet zayıf. Banyo kısmı iyileştirilmeli öyle şampuan misafire sunulmaz. Yakışık kalmıyor.

Everything was great for kids and for adult .The room was big and clean ,the restaurant is great.

One person by team animation didn’t behave well with the kids ,she explained how they didn’t understand her,but in fact they understand everything.So another person came after her and they agree with him about attractions.

nepohodlny matrac, ktory bol prilis makky a kazde rano som sa budila dolamana. Vecerny animacny program je vhodnejsi pre vacsie deti. Dcera niektore dni oznacila ako prilis hlucne a strasidelne. Pre najmensich je potrebne zabalit aj sluchadla na tlmenie hluku. Na izbe pocut kazdu hlasnejsiu konverzaciu z vedlajsich izieb alebo TV.

Tento hotel sme navštívili už po 2-krát a nemáme absolútne čo vytknúť. Všetko bolo opäť super, krásne prostredie, čistá voda, vynikajúce jedlo a veľmi, veľmi milí personál. Určite každému odporúčam, vhodné najmä pre rodiny s deťmi. Super lokalita 20 min z letiska a pár minút aj od centra Sarigerme, kde sú obchody.

Some things are advertised as part of your stay but in reality only accessible if u stay more than X days. Such as aerial parkour, archery etc

Отель расположен в 20 минутах от аэропорта Даламан, удобная локация на пару дней после перелета. Красивая, зеленая и большая территория. Несколько бассейнов. Вкусная, разнообразная качественная еда. Активная анимация для взрослых, ориентированная на англоязычную аудиторию, но нам тоже было интересно. Понравилась игра угадай мелодию и танцы в наушниках👍🏻 На пляже много свободных лежаков, вода и берег чистые.

Не помогли довезти вещи до номера и не проводили, ходили сами искали свой номер.

Pour notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel, tout était aussi parfait que la première fois : des vacances magiques. Piscines et plage magnifiques, personnel aux petits soins, buffet de qualité et abondant, équipements modernes, et surtout, tout est pensé pour les familles, y compris avec enfants en bas age.

Not sure where to start but here it goes 😁 The rooms were spacious and really clean. Bar staffs were friendly and always served you with a smile. The hotel was very busy with it being half term here in the uk but never had to wait more than few minutes to be served. Food was exceptionally good, we stayed 3 food days and each day had different cuisine on. Plenty of choice of food for everyone. This was our second visit to this hotel and would recommend to anyone with a family. Plenty of activities throughout the day to keep the kids entertained. Will definitely return again in the near future. Many thanks to all bar, restaurant, entertainment and cleaning staffs to make our holiday really special.

Мы отдыхали в конце мая, начале июня. Номер был семейный люкс. Номер был достаточно просторный и удобный для трех взрослых и одного ребенка. Уборка номера и смена полотенец была регулярной. Питание было отличным, довольно разнообразным, свежая выпечка и фрукты в избытке. Территория отеля красивая и ухоженная. Много баров и куллеров с водой. Бассейны на любой возраст. Также мы посетили Спа. Турецкий пилинг и массаж по приезду перед загаром был отличным решением. Качество услуг было хорошим. Отель в основном англоязычный, даже цены везде в фунтах. Для нас это не было проблемой, просто имейте ввиду. Мы платили в евро.

СПА немного выглядит уставшим, необходим небольшой косметический ремонт, чтобы он соответствовал отелю. Море было немного прохладным, но это не к отелю вопрос) Горки на наш взгляд закрывались рановато и в целом работали немного до обеда и немного после.

We just needed a place to stay for one night but it was a huge surprise. Food was more than average. Staff was all great. Thanks for all. (Especially gluten free and healthy options were big plus)

Not something negative but it is a real family holiday village so not for people who need silence and calm atmosphere. Great for big families and children. We were ok with all the crowd and fun around.

Hard mattress on double bed. Outdated bathroom. Water in the shower was either extremely hot or cold, so would spend time trying to get it to the right temperature. You can hear conversations of other guests through the walls very clearly too, especially in the evenings when trying to sleep - it’s something very noticeable.. Having to constantly book the kids activities, which were nearly always full, even if making a booking within a minute of booking slots being released.. Although the entertainment team were good, we felt like there were lots of quizzes in the evenings and not much else for adults. Last night of our stay was nice to see acrobat show, but apart of this was a bit repetitive…

Bed was hard but the next person might like it. Sadly you are supplied shampoo but if your like my wife and need something better bring it. Also hairdryer isn’t very good but at least it has one.

Krásne ubytovanie, super služby. Vynikajúce jedlo na raňajky, obed aj večeru. Veľmi nás potešila výborná zmrzlina a turecké palacinky. Koktaily sú dobre pre deti aj dospelých. Pri mori je kľud. Večerný program bol výborný. Hodnotíme na 10 bodov.

Chýbal mi na izbe kondicioner na vlasy. Šmykľavky do vody zatvárali aj skôr. Posteľ v izbe pre 15 ročne dieťa bola krátka, keďže má 180 cm.

Super lokalita, velka zahrada,vela bazenov,obedy vonku pri bazenoch - netreba sa obliekat na obed.personal vzdy mily,usmiaty.kusok od mesta sarigerme kde su nakupne moznosti,restauracie… Uzasny vyber jedal. A vybornych 😍 Vrelo odporucam

Jedine negativum bolo asi to, ze v programe allinclusive nebola zmrzlina, za ktoru pytali 4€/kopcek. A personal vedel anglicky veeelmi malicko.

Mâncare foarte bună, piscine suficiente, plaja aproape, dar nu prea amenajată, curățenie, camere spațioase.

Am ajuns la 5.30 dimineața dupa un zbor de noapte și nu ni s-a permis accesul în hotel. Am solicitat sa plătim extra doar pentru a avea acces în recepție, dar fără succes. Am rămas pe strada insarcinata, și cu un copil de 7 ani pana la ora 10, când ni s-a permis accesul în hotel. Înțeleg politica de check-in și check-out, dar a fost șocant sa ne lase pe strada aproape 5 ore. Mergem frecvent în Dalaman cu acest zbor de noapte și nu am avut aceasta problema la alte hoteluri. Pentru cei care ajung cu un zbor prea dimineata si in special cu copii este de evitat acest hotel.
