Also the wifi connection was very bad, i could only connect to it when i was on the stairs or in front of the building, as soon as i enterred my room the connection was cut.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Wir waren als 6er Gruppe im großen Appartement und da war es super drei von einander getrennte Zimmer zu haben.👍🏻 Die Lage war perfekt. Direkte Verkehrsanbindung in der direkten Nähe.
Die Betten hatten keine richtigen Lattenroste und waren dadurch ein bisschen unbequem. Und die Schränke könnten mal ausgetauscht werden, man hatte ein etwas Angst, dass sie auseinander fallen .

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Every where was urine on the floor and under the bed there was a lot of mud and sand. I stayed in room 304 and the lift dint wrk for hrs. The door to the corr was full of urine. We had to jump over it. There was stool on and in the toilet. The place stunk like he'll. I thought for 88 euros. I would get at least somewhere to rest my head for a few hours. But this was more than horror. Please get this facility out of your website. It's a disgrace for booking.com. I need to know if I can get my money back because I couldn't fall asleep in that stinking facility. Never again shall I be lured by some nice online photos. It's so sad I didn't take any photos, but you can do a test by yourself.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026The apartment was well cleaned and towels were solf to touch. The room basically had everything one may need for a couple of days. The AC in the room was absent, but it was thoughtful of the stuff to leave the ventilator, which helped survive the hot nights in summer.
The TV was working, but there was no connection to the YouTube or Netflix, so I couldn't really make use of it. It would have been nice to have them, or alternatively the HDMI wire to connect the laptop to it. In the kitchen cutlery there were no sharp knife to be able to cut veggies and cook something.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Funktional und gut eingerichtete Räume, die kleine Kochnische im Zimmer natürlich nur für ganz einfaches Kochen geeignet. Bad war ausreichend geräumig. Matratze angenehm hart. Alles wirkt neu und es war sehr sauber. Die Gegend ist ruhig, daher kann man auch bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen (keine Klimaanlage vorhanden). Statt einer Lobby gibt es einen Container vor dem Gebäude, in dem sich die Rezeption befindet. Außerdem gibt es hier gratis Kaffee aus einer guten Maschine. Personal am Empfang war sehr herzlich und locker. Da hier anscheinend noch weiter ausgebaut werden soll, wird die Rezeption in Zukunft wohl nochmal umziehen (?). Check-in war schon um 14:30 möglich (auf Nachfrage).
Ob die Verkehrsanbindung gut ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs war. Eine Straßenbahnlinie gibt es in der Nähe.

Es war sehr hellhörig, die Zimmer Nachbarn war sehr nachtaktiv. Es war jedes Geräusch zu hören . Da es keine Klima Anlage gab war es bei der Hitze sehr schwer die Nacht zu verbringen. Wir sind dann in ein neues modernes Hotel umgezogen.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Super lieber Empfang mit kostenlosem Kaffee. Küchenecke im Zimmer hatte alles,sogar Töpfe. Altes mit Charme integriert (Holzschemel im Bad,Retrolampen,bequemer Sessel). Doppelzimmer zum Innenhof absolut ruhig. Weiterer Vorteil war die Abreise bis 11 Uhr. Jederzeit wieder!

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Staff was really friendly. All was clean and well organized. It was easy to get the tram or bus into town. Lots of good restaurants. I felt safe walking at night. Close to the Messe (convention center). One guest was 79 years old so the manager kindly gave us a room on the first floor. Free coffee in the morning.
There was a lot of construction going on in the building. My sister is 79 year old and there was no elevator and lots of small steps. The manager was kind and friendly and gave us another room on first floor.

In dem Zimmer hat die Hitze gestanden. Und für diese Jahreszeit waren die decken zu dick.

Unfortunately, although the heatwave had already ended, the rooms had retained so much heat that simply opening the windows was not enough to cool them down. The hotel does not have air conditioning, which was the only real downside of my stay. Of course, this is only likely to be an issue during periods of extreme heat, with temperatures above 30°C

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026The location is really good. Not too far from the central station and in quiet neighbourhood. The room had all the necessary stuff. The staff was really nice. The view from the room was really nice with the sight of the city skyline.
There is no elevator. I don’t hold it against the property that the weather was extremely hot (which is quite rare for Germany in my experience) but the room was on 4th floor and no air conditioning. A working fan was provided but unfortunately the rotator part was broken. Had to leave the windows open for it to get ventilated.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und vieles ist machbar. Restaurants, Einkaufläden sind auch unmittelbar ( in 700 m abstand). Ich würde immer wieder das Bold buchen. Leider ist kein Frühstück dabei.
Kein Frühstücksbereich. Schade! Aber auch machbar! Der Innenhof sieht seit Jahren wie eine Baustelle aus. Hat mich aber noch nie gestört! Ich will nur schlafen und einen Rückzugsort haben😊

Tough to keep cool after a shower and boiling water. Windows did not open enough. Also the cab they called me tried to charge me 15 euro more than the arrival cab when arrival was into traffic at the same time. He kept his meter off and demanded more until I told him off and paid him only 5 Euro more than previous trip. I should have been able to trust the cab they called

Reviewed May 30, 2026Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Zur S-Bahn und Straßenbahn sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber, mit kleiner Küchenzeile (Grundausstattung an Geschirr und Kochutensilien war vorhanden), Schreibtisch, Esstisch, Kleiderschrank. Für ein Stadthotel ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Da kein Aufzug vorhanden ist, sollte man gut Treppen steigen können, wenn man in einer der oberen Etagen wohnt.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Otimo atendimento pelos funcionários, localização muito boa na esquina de duas ruas tranquilas e bem proximo da estação Gallus. O apartamento, roupas de cama e de banho todos bem limpos e suficientes para uma estada confortavel e com preço justo.
Apenas estranhei nao haver ar condicionado, mas entendo que os dias quentes são raros e talvez nao justifique instalar. Nao senti incômodo por calor, pois embora Frankfurt estivesse quente durante o dia, as noites foram mais frescas.

Treppenhaus und Flure sollten bald renoviert werden. Machen einen ungepflegten Eindruck.

There was some renovation/ construction work going on, so some of the hallways in the hotel were closed and there was some noise during the day. This was not stated during the reservation process, so it was a surprise. There is no elevator.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, kamer netjes en modern. Locatie fijn, vlakbij het station en op 15 minuten wandelen een winkelcentrum.
De kamer was ontzettend gehorig. Aan de ene kant hadden ze bezoekers tot 2 uur 's nachts, de andere kant genoot elke avond van elkaar wat je helaas erg goed hoorde. Zonde, want de kamer was verder prima!

The location is pretty noisy - ear plugs are a must. The bath cabin could have been better
