변기가 있는 섹션이 유리문이고 룸과 화장실 사이에 따로 문이 없어서 볼일 볼때 소리가 들릴까봐 걱정됐음.

とにかく何度連絡しても返事ナシ。急遽友人が入院手術になり1ヶ月以上前にキャンセル可能かの連絡しても診断書送っても不可。まぁ、それはいかしかたないとしても、Bookingやアゴダから連絡入れてもらっても一つも返事なしで前日にキャンセル希望ですか？とか言ってきた。本当に理解不能。2人で２部屋を予約になったまま、一部屋キングベッド２つある部屋に一人ずつ宿泊、シャワー風呂は臭いし、駅近だけどもう泊まることはない。

부산역을 이용하는 일정이었는데 역바로 근처라 접근과 이동이 편리했으며 깨끗하고 욕실크고 샤워와 탕을 모두 갖추고 있는 가성비 최고의 호텔이었슴

房间够大，位置就在釜山高铁站旁步行可到达，楼下有便利店。离地铁和公交站很近，去各个景点很方便。

卫生有待改善，尤其卫生间没有冷水，大热天的水烫人，放一会才能勉强洗澡，头一次见。

-there was certain language barrier at the reception, -there was water on the bathroom floor upon my arrival, -some furniture inside the room was significantly damaged, -there were only face towels in the room, -in general it was acceptable, but such a place cannot be called a VIP room, not in given condition

立地と広い部屋部屋からの眺め 東横インの並びと思っていたら、海沿い側の裏側？になる方で夜間に到着して探した。でも、とても駅から近くて良かった。

古さと、広いけど使いにくいバスルーム 仕切りが無いので気をつけないと床が濡れまくる。使い捨てスリッパ持参がいい。

close to busan station...this booking was cheap...the eventual room had good facillities

they emailed me to ask when we would arrive. i replied that we would be there before checkin time (11am) to leave luggage...we got there at 11, left our luggage and reconfirmed checkin time of 4pm...after exploring the city and retreating to the hotel at 4pm to escape the heat...we were told that the room would not be ready until 9-10pm and they literally just told us to 'go out somewhere'...so we came back around 9 and the room was ready and we had been 'upgraded'...they even had a printed, laminated sheet in multiple languages asking for a good review because of the room not being ready and therefore us being given an upgrade....so perhaps this is not some rare and unexpected incident...plus they tried to increase the price from what was agreed through booking.com, claiming if i paid with CC then there would be an extra tax...which i refused and they didnt push that...but basically a terrible experience

Tried to add ‘tax’ for paying with credit card. After pointing out agreed price on booking.com charged original price. They Emailed to ask when we would arrive. Room still not ready at 6:45 pm despite a 4 pm check in time. And having informed them of arrival time. ‘Upgraded’ to a room where the shower didn’t work ( they told us this when they handed over the key so we knew) but there was a bath with a working shower head. However the glass bathroom door was off its hinges and propped up beside the bath. And there was a big muddy boot print in the bath itself.

オーナーの態度が最悪だった。 アップグレードすると言いながら、ベッド、バスタブのない部屋に勝手に変更された。 元の部屋に戻してと言うとオーバーブッキングでもうないと言われた。その後オーナーが出てきて、12000Wディスカウントするor無料でキャンセルするのどちらかを選べと言われた。 交渉の末30000Wディスカウントしてくれることになったが、気分も悪いので無料キャンセルすることにした。 しかし驚きだったのが、やはり無料キャンセルと伝えた際にチェックインから2時間近く経っている分宿泊代を払えとオーナーから言われ、呆れて言葉も出なかった。 唯一良かったのは、レセプションの方がディスカウントで足りない分は私が出しますので値段を言ってくださいと申し出てくれたことだ。 さすがに申し出は断ったが、オーナーによるトラブルは頻繁に起こっているらしく身銭を切ってアフターフォローをする様もある意味慣れているように見えてしまった。 こうした善意のある方が、オーナーの私腹を肥やすために搾取されている現実に一石を投じるにはこちらに声をあげるのが1番だと考えた次第です。 数千円追加で出せばかなりグレードを上げられるので、あえてここに泊まる必要はないと思います。

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très pratique, juste à côté de la gare de Busan, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements et constitue son principal point fort.

Hôtel relativement bien situé, à proximité de la gare et métro. La rue n'est pas terrible, peu de commerces à proximité, mais accès pratique à la gare. Propreté ok.

Accueil peu sympathique (le réceptionniste semblait dormir à l'accueil, sans se soucier des arrivants). Wifi avec peu de débit. Problème d'eau (pas d'eau froide, uniquement de l'eau très chaude ce qui est étrange). Literie pas terrible, pas d'oreiller (uniquement un coussin de décoration)

客人pm3點多到 櫃檯說pm4:00才能check in ，還告知提前入住要再加錢@@感覺很不好 ；一般來說pm3點就可入住才對，有問題用手機飯店即時通問也沒回應~，飯店不提供牙刷跟牙膏也可以備註讓房客知悉，沒有規劃曬衣區及洗衣房之類的

The room isn’t soundproof, we heard the foot step of upper floor’s room. It was very annoying. There is no hanger or closet in the room.

需要非常小心～ 住宿前一天還有用mail和飯店聯絡確定住宿細節，也有得到回覆。 晚上8:00我們坐船抵達飯店後，發現預約被飯店擅自取消，已經給其他人住宿。（應該是他們overbook或想取得更好住宿價格) 飯店擅自取消我們的住宿，原因為住房當天月16:00p.m.飯店mail我們沒有回復（因為坐船去釜山，海上沒有網路）。 我們不太會韓文，和飯店人員交談，他們不會英文。且態度極差，說無法處理。 如果當他其他飯店都沒有了，我們就得露宿街頭。 請大家一定要注意這家飯店～

部屋の照明が点滅してた 　夜中だったからフロントに言わなかったけど、気味が悪かった 　風呂場の排水口が詰まってた

釜山駅にも近く隣りがコンビニ BTSライブの為、かなりの高価格だったせいもあり、BTSのシールをくれました。

BTSのライブの為とはいえ1泊6万円以上は高過ぎるホテルでした。 ホテルのレベルや立地、状況など加味しても高過ぎると思います。

距離車站很近

我們家庭9個人，預定三個房間的家庭房，結果到房間之後，其中一間是用密碼鎖上鎖的，另外一間房間是沒有冷氣空調的，想向服務人員反應，但等了30幾分鐘櫃檯人員都沒有出現，導致其中4個人只能窩在客廳睡覺，而且沒有窗簾，隔天退房時反應，櫃台告知我們，他只是臨時工，沒辦法處理。

1. Price gouging during BTS concert in June 2026. The rate was $400/night when the standard of the hotel is more in line with $50-60/night. 2. Calls itself a business hotel (on the main door) and it gives condoms with the amenities. What kind of "business" happens here? Never in my life have I stayed at a hotel that does this. 3. Hangers x2 are used to hang hotel robes, no more. 4. Shows on Booking as 3* - it's more 2*. Room is sparse and furniture is tired

Vi fick inte det rumet som vi beställt, utan ett annat som var sämre för det höga pris vi betalat. Högt pris för att det var Kosert i Stan. Väldigt besviken över ersättnigrummet vi fick då de bokat in annan gäst i der vi bokat. Vi fick heller ingen etsättning för deras misstag.

Lo único, las toallas para el cuerpo son chicas. Entiendo que es algo cultural, asi que si sos del extranjero lleva una toalla grande. Todo lo demás impecable

Our booking was confirmed and fully paid, yet we were denied check-in upon arrival due to room unavailability. Initially, we were asked to cancel our reservation. Later, we were informed that we could only stay from June 8–11, as the rooms for June 12–13 were no longer available—possibly due to the BTS concert period. With nowhere else to go, we were forced to find another hotel at the last minute. Fortunately, Business Hotel Busan Station accommodated us and offered fair rates despite the high demand and major event taking place during our stay.

We do not recommend this hotel at all, especially during major events. Even with a confirmed and fully paid reservation, there's a high chance you may not be able to check in due to room unavailability.

İstasyona yürüme mesafesiydi, çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Gezmeye gelip sadece yatmak için oteli kullanacaklara fazlasıyla yeterli. Check-in öncesi veya check-out sonrası bagaj tutuyorlar

Çalışanlar pek yardımcı değillerdi. Oglen saat 4te oda hazır olacaktı biz daha geç geldikki direkt odamıza girebilelim diye. Ancak yaklasik 4saat geç gelmemize rağmen odanın elektrik sıkıntısı olduğu tamirde olduğu ve beklememiz gerektiği söylendi, yarım saatliğine bizi başka bir odaya koydular. Odaya geçtiğimizde ise hiç konforlu değildi, yastıklar çok rahatsız ve küçük. Büyük yastık istediğimizde olmadığı söylendi ams geçici yerleştirdiler odada vardı ve odaya girdiğimizde sigara kokuyordu.ertesi gün oda temizliğinde sadece çöp alınmıştı, wc hiç temizlenmemisti.

From Hotel, just walking few minutes to Busan station, and near New Camillia Ferry Line. It’s easy to go to Busan airport by Taxi, or subway (cheaper, but have to transfer twice, and need more time)

I paid full time staying (including 1 extra day), but they forgot adding my paid extra day on their payment system. I have to show my receipt to prove full paid when starting stay in one extra day

La localisation était génial 👍 5 minutes à pieds à côté de la station de gare de Busan. Même situé en dessous des rails de trains aucun bruit car fenêtre double vitrage et moustiquaire fort appréciable car il y a 2 ou 3 moustiques. Grande chambre, lit énorme pour 2 et très comfortable., Salle de bain magnifique, une douche italienne et grande baignoire et des toilettes à part.

La climatisation que nous ne pouvons pas réduire le volume et le changement entre l'eau chaude et l'eau froide qui prend beaucoup de temps. La pression de l'eau était super par contre!

Permanent marks from different thing in the last years everywhere; damaged furniture and dirty glass in the bathroom. Could not cancel stay.

It is close to KTX railway station. Therefore it is in the public transportation HUB. The rooms are ok, however as it is close to station you cannot avoid from the iron's sound of trains. This hotel is comfortable, however we did not have breakfast which is not a problem as the area is full of shops, foocourts.

The hotel has a great location very near Busan Station, and the room size and TV were good. Most of the staff we encountered were also friendly. Unfortunately, one staff member completely ruined the experience for us. From check-in, he was very unfriendly and even made us wait for him to finish his call before attending to us. The biggest issue was that we had to change rooms THREE times because the air conditioning was not working in every room assigned to us. During the first issue, we called for assistance and were questioned repeatedly if we were “sure” the air conditioning was not working. When the staff member finally came to the room to check reluctantly, he immediately spoke to us in an extremely rude manner, saying “You are very rude. I’m not your friend,” before stomping into the room. We were shocked, as we had spoken politely throughout and were simply asking for help as paying guests. After confirming himself that the air conditioning indeed did not work, he rudely told us to pack our bags and go downstairs to collect a new room key. There was no apology or assistance despite us having to repack everything and move all our luggage again late at night before even having dinner. The same situation happened again in the second room, and once more we were told to pack everything and go down to reception ourselves. No effort was made to bring the key to us or assist with the repeated inconvenience. Even after the third room change, despite him confidently assuring us he had checked the room and confirmed the air conditioning worked, it still did not function. Another issue was the toilet and shower layout, which felt awkward and poorly designed. Although the shower area had its own door, the clothes hanging/changing area was outside of it, and there was no proper door separating the bathroom area from the main room entrance.

The place could be cleaner. There was visible rust and the walls and headboards were visibly dirty as well.

## Wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Sehr empfehlenswert Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotelzimmer sehr genossen und kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Zimmer war sauber, hell und bot alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den **hohen Schlafkomfort**: Die Betten sind unglaublich gemütlich und haben nach einem langen Tag für eine erholsame Nacht gesorgt. Ein weiteres tolles Detail, das den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat, war der **kostenlose Kaffee und Tee** auf dem Zimmer. Es ist eine kleine, aber sehr aufmerksame Geste, die den Start in den Tag versüßt hat. Auch das Badezimmer ist modern gestaltet, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Aufteilung in verschiedene Bereiche (Toilette, Dusche/Wanne und Waschbecken) ist zudem äußerst praktisch. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – ich komme gerne wieder!
