627 On King Bed and Breakfast

Loved much of the stay. Very nice people, but fireplace not available in room. Not cold enough per owner. Shower is cruise ship tiny and extra fee for paying with credit card. We used debit card and still charged for credit card fee after we left. Garden is beautiful!!

This is what a B&B should be! Our room, with attached bathroom was a little small but more than adequate and very well appointed with table and chairs to allow breakfast to be served in the room. The breakfasts were outstanding with a wide choice including gluten free options. In addition there was real ground coffee, tea, milk, juices, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, chocolates and other snacks in the room. The home was on a quiet street with easy, direct access to the main part of town for shopping, theaters and restaurants within walking distance. Off street parking is veey good and includes a EV charging station. As a bonus guests have access to a gorgeous back garden with a covered seating area to relax and unwind.Wanda and Kacper made us feel like welcome friends not just guests. A+ 5 STARS!

Amazing hospitality. Room was equipped with absolutely everything you need. And the breakfast was wonderful! The location of this B&B is perfect - nice quiet streets for lovely walks. Access to the backyard was a bonus. And the surrounding gardens are gorgeous. Perfect spot for an afternoon glass of wine! Our host was delightful and so welcoming. Thank you Wanda!

Wanda and Kacper are the ultimate hosts! Their property is impeccably decorated and updated and clean! Breakfast is served each morning on time and hot and delicious! I would stay there again in a heartbeat if I were in Canada!! So friendly and welcoming.

Great hosts. Clean and comfortable rooom. Good breakfast.

The hosts were amazing and so accommodating when we explained our breakfast dietary needs. Would highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay if you're in town for the Shaw Festival or just to visit. Great hosts, quiet and well appointed rooms, a beautiful backyard garden and an amazing breakfast. Highly recommend!!

Great experience! Clean, delicious food, and close to downtown. Highly recommend!

Wonderful breakfast

Beautiful garden, friendly service, located close to Shaw & Wineries

Clean, comfortable room in quiet beautiful area with lots of amenities. A delicious breakfast was provided each morning and Wanda provided helpful information for our stay. Would highly recommend.

Lovely attentive hosts. Delicious breakfast.

This place was amazing. The grounds were spectacular. The rooms were comfy & clean. They thought of everything to make our stay perfect. Walking distance from great restaurants & shopping. My favorite part was the fantastic breakfasts in the garden every morning. Well be back!!!

Lovely B & B. Hit were great. One of the best breakfasts we have been served. But a 20 walk from Main Street. Not bad except a nite. Sidewalks are uneven. No cabs except horse drawn. Would highly recommend

excellent accommodations and service, and a great breakfast

Delicious breakfast in the garden

Wondeful B&B. Wanda/kacper are great host! Thank you for a amazing stay

Great attentive hosts and likely the best breakfasts my wife and I ever had!

Wanda and Kasper were fabulous hosts! Breakfasts were amazing! They have a lovely garden to relax in. We enjoyed cycling, wineries and walking downtown to dinner. Highly recommend!

Excellent little bed and breakfast the hosts are friendly and kind room is cozy and the bed is amazingly soft and comfortable breakfast was delicious cannot go wrong staying here while in the area

NOTL is a great get away and plenty of options for staying. This property is a little oasis with a private backyard where you feel you are by yourselves. I would hasten to add, do not skip breakfast it is a real pleasure and great way to start the day.

Hosts were amazing. Fantastic breakfast options.

If you want a bed and breakfast but also like privacy this is the place for you!

Our experience here was amazing. It's such a beautiful neighborhood. The hosts had such an eye for details in the room. The breakfast was delicious and personalized.

This was by far the best B&B I have been in for years. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious. The room was so clean, spacious and cosy. We will definitely be back.

The host was very sweet. Delicious fresh breakfast and the room was beautiful. A must stay if you are in the area.

Should advise there are no closets. Otherwise it was a delightful stay with great breakfasts.

One of the best i stayed at

Everything was wonderful. The best bed and breakfast that i have ever been to. They are wonderful hosts.

Wonderfully charming and hospitable hosts. Great breakfasts.

Wanda and Kasper very welcoming. Enjoyed breakfast choice of being served in room or garden. The room had a coffee and tea station and the fridge had juice and a fruit platter . The garden was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting in the gazebo in the evening...we will go back

We spent one night at 627 on King and it was just lovely. We met at the door on check-in and walked through the room and the breakfast selection process. Lots of nice little touches, like fresh fruit tray in the in-room fridge, a selection of teas and coffee in the room, a bowl of chocolates, some candles (and a lighter!) and more. Breakfast was delicious and was ready on time - actually early - and served right in the room. Location is close to the Queen Street/downtown area and is a great base for exploring the nearby wineries in the Niagara region. We would highly recommend this property. Clean, conveniently located, private. Five stars.

Best breakfast we ever had at an AirBNB

Very thing was great. The breakfast was excellent!

wonderful get away in a beautiful setting and fantastic breakfasts! We'll be back

Jasper & Wanda went above & beyond to make us feel at home. Breakfast was outstanding. Room was extremely clean & close to the the main boulevard.

Beautiful gardens, helpful owners, and great breakfast

Lovely quiet location, excellent clean room & bath. Delicious breakfast - super B&B.

Room was immaculate and pleasant to stay in. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and soft comfortable bed! Had a great stay, thank you!

Good idea to call a few days ahead and speak directly with the owners. They provide useful tips.

Many options for breakfast which was delicious. Accommodated our different check-in time as well.

Casper and Wanda made our visit inviting and comfortable.

The property was beautiful, especially the back garden where we ate breakfast. The hosts were lovely people and very accomodating. The room was well equipped and quiet - just what we needed and the property was very close to the village. Perfect!

Five star!! We had a very enjoyable and memorable stay. The room was artfully decorated, clean, spacious and more than fully equipped. The ref had juices and cut fruit, while the pantry had chips, chocolates. The bathroom was large and modern. The grounds are masterfully landscaped with colorful flowers, shrubs and trees. We enjoyed a quiet (except for chirping birds!) and private breakfast in the back garden. The food was super! It was fancy, very delicious and presented beautifully.

Accomodations were excellent and the breakfasts were amazing!

Perfect stay: delightful experience on all fronts. We were eating breakfast in the garden when rain started; one of the hosts was out with two umbrellas within seconds. Breakfast choices were beyond adequate; greatly appreciated.

The hosts were both welcoming and professional. They prepare a custom breakfast for each visiting party and bring it hot to the room. Each room provides snacks, fresh fruit, yogurt, and tea/coffee service. We didn't use the whirlpool, but it looked inviting. Off street parking. Walking to the theater is doable, but you need to plan your time.

Our 2 night stay was perfect from start to finish! Our accommodation was very comfortable and immaculate. The kitchenette was well stocked with everything you need as well as snacks and fresh fruit, yoghurt and juice in the fridge. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious and served in our room (you have the option of eating outside in the gorgeous yard). You can easily walk to the down town area, and have close access to the trail along the river to Niagara Falls and many wineries. Wanda and Kacper were wonderful hosts and we look forward to going back! Highly recommend!

The host is very welcoming. Service is excellent!

Very clean, well maintained property. Lovely garden. Exceptional hosts.

Great breakfast options, beautiful garden

Hubby and I stayed in the Algonquin room which was bright and spotlessly clean, with a bay window overlooking the front garden. The room did not have a thermostat, but there was a gas fireplace, and a ceiling fan with a light, operated by remote-control. Our kitchenette had a sink, but drinking water was available in the foyer, as were DVDs and maps. The kitchenette had a microwave, kettle, small teapot, French press, coffee maker (with wrong size coffee filters, but owner said she would fix that). The area was well supplied with granola, snacks, a variety of tea including herbal tea, coffee, hot chocolate, as well as dishes, glassware and cutlery. Upon check-in, our fridge was stocked with a fresh fruit plate, yogurt, orange and cranberry juices, and cream for coffee. The king-sized bed was comfortable. There was a chest of drawers, but we used the luggage rack. The bathroom had a warming light, a night light, and a jetted tub big enough for one person, with Epsom salts provided. The shower had a high-pressure massage - hubby said it felt like needles on his back; I didn't find that, but it did have strong pressure. Breakfast was amazing - order the night before, and specify a delivery time. Choose from bacon and eggs, omelette, pancakes, French toast, avocado toast, fresh baked goods with fruit preserves. Fresh fruit came with every breakfast. Hubby and I enjoyed our private breakfast at our table next to the window. Be aware: there is a 3% fee to pay by credit card.

Amazing hosts. Adorable bedroom and amenities. Delicious breakfast.

Great experience. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous.

Great stay, perfect for a little getaway.

Good location.

Lovely B&B in a great location! Hosts were very friendly, and the room was immaculate and spacious. The homemade breakfast was outstanding. Easy to walk to downtown (and even to a couple of wineries). We would definitely recommend this place!!

Beautiful property and delicious hot breakfast options, made to order. Wonda and Kasper are both friendly and helpful.

The owners are so nice and the breakfast are phenomenal. We will ne back for sure next year! Csilla, Micky, Joanne and Pierre

completely exceeded our expectations! so clean, great location, and the daily morning breakfasts were heavenly. definitely would visit again.

Wanda and Kacper are amazing hosts! The breakfast was incredible, so delicious. The room was modern, clean and fresh. We stayed in suite 1 (Algonquin) the bed was so comfortable. The backyard was great! Very well laid out and so nice to relax in. Easy walking distance to the heart of downtown. Will stay again without hesitation

We had a lovely visit, this B&B delivered as promised. Pristine accommodations, friendly and responsive service. Thank you !

Nice and quiet

My husband and I booked a last-minute ’mini-honeymoon’ in NOTL and stumbled upon Wanda and Kacper’s lovely Bnb! Not only were they extremely accommodating with our late check in time... to our surprise, they left a lovely congratulatory card, some bubbly, and treats for us on our table upon arrival. We were also the only guests staying there which made us feel safe during our stay (COVID time). Breakfast in our room was delicious and really convenient. If you're looking for a BnB experience but crave a bit of privacy, we would absolutely recommend 627 on King! It's also within convenient walking distance to the main downtown/ historic part of town

A spotlessly clean B&B in beautiful Niagara on the lake. The food was sensational, the hosts respectful and non-intrusive.

Biked from Toronto to Niagara with my daughter and booked this B+B for an overnight stay. Very warm welcome when we arrived with fresh fruit plate, and yogurt also in our room. Accommodations were awesome. Felt more like a little bachelor apt but with all the comforts of b+b hosts. Enjoyed the jacuzzi tub after a long day and the breakfast in bed was amazing. Definitely would book again another time

Wanda was fabulous, from the moment we spoke on the phone right up to our departure. She was lovely and accommodating, walking us through each of the amenities. Breakfast in our room was a superb change from most BnB's, and the menu options were excellent. Overnight there had been quite the snowfall - our car had even been brushed off! We will DEFINITELY be returning. Thanks, Wanda!

Our hosts were so welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble!

The breakfast was wonderful and we like that you got to stay in your room to eat it. The property was very close to many restaurants, shops and wineries.

A wonderful place to stay off the beaten path. Not your typical Bed and Breakfast, every amenity you could ask for in your room. Quiet and clean with breakfast served in your room. I would definitely stay there again.

Property location is great and close to downtown. Rooms are comfortable and roomy. Breakfast in our room looking out to the gardens was outstanding. We will be back each year. Hosts Wanda and Kaspar were very friendly and helpful.

The B&B was lovely and cozy. Breakfast was served in the room and was incredible. 627 on King was such a great place to stay, and the couple running it was incredibly nice and accommodating!

Really enjoyed our stay. Terrific hosts.

Wanda made us feel welcome and at home. Her breakfasts are very good—especially enjoyed the unique French toast. We love the location of this B&B because it is quiet and tucked away yet convenient to the theater and other NOTL attractions.

Amazing breakfasts

The property was great. The breakfast choices are amazing and delicious. The hosts are wonderful. The room is dated but it is clean and felt like home for the weekend. We will be back and I highly recommend to anyone. We did the grape escapes wine tour while there and got picked up and dropped off from there. It was seamless and I would recommend that company as well.

Comfortable bed tasty breakfast beautiful garden great service

Our stay was outstanding, as was the property. Highlights were the made-to-order breakfast, including vegan options, and the generously appointed room. A big bonus for us was that we where a few blocks away from the downtown crowds and congestion.

Well-appointed and clean room. Tasty breakfast. Good water pressure.

Room service. We chose our hot breakfast and the time we wanted it and they delivered it to our room and set it up at our table. Excellent!

Beautiful property, very friendly hosts in Wanda and Kacper, walking distance to downtown, absolutely phenomenal breakfast!

Excellent time great location very kind owners! Loved the elegant touches to breakfast that was brought to your room! Delicious food items on the menu! Loved our stay and would recommend everyone to go!!!!

Loved the fridge in room with a fruit plate and yogurt. We were starving upon arrival. Menu options for breakfast including a very delicious vegan avocado toast served in room.

Property is in a safe quiet residential area of niagara on the lake. Room was comfortable with a nice bathroom. Easy walking to shops and restaurants in this lovely town. Breakfast was very good and plenty of choice. We didn’t like having to eat in our room and there was no guest lounge. Only saw owners when they delivered breakfast. Felt confined to our room. Lovely rear garden but no access to it. Felt uncomfortable sitting out on the front lawn in a residential area.

We loved everything about it, the location was perfect, the breakfast was excellent and the friendliness of the hosts was above and beyond.

Wanda & Kasper couldn’t have been nicer and their breakfasts were to die for. Thanks for your hospitality!

Excellent service ! Very, very clean ! Wanda was ust a pleasant host ! Just like family! Highly recommend this B&B ! You cannot go wrong! We will return !

We enjoyed our stay. The B&B is in a nice, quiet neighbourhood, about a 15-20 minute walk to the shops and restaurants on Queen Street. The kitchenette in our room with snacks and water was very handy and the hot breakfast served in our room was great. The queen size mattress was a little soft, but still comfortable. Our hosts were friendly and very accommodating. Thanks Wanda and Kacper for an enjoyable stay!

Great breakfast served in our room. Very nice hosts. Attentive to all of our needs. Wonderful time.

I thought it was closer to the center of town . ...... the breakfast was perfect, the owner was really nice

The hosts were friendly and very approachable for answers to questions or our needs while there. The place was clean and the grounds kept well. The food was delicious and filling. Will recommend and stay there again in the future.

very friendly hosts welcoming us to their home. great service and cute accommodations. nothing was left out. food was awesome. will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the B&B, service was great and we look forward to our next visit.

Our stay was amazing! The breakfast in the bedroom was excelent, Maurice definetly pampered us! The B&B is located at a walkable distance from downtown, the room had a mini fridge and it came with fruit, yogurt, juices, water. There was also cofee, tea, pretzels, cookies... all included! Maurice gave is recommendations and also was super interesting to talk to. We would definitely like to come back and stay here again.

Wonderful bed and breakfast. Maurice was a wonderful host and served the most delicious breakfasts to a table in our room overlooking the garden! We will be back for sure.

Great experience. Maurice was a fantastic host. Location was in a good spot and the breakfasts were all amazing.

Very nice stay. Host was very accommodating - first class

Fantastic experience! Breakfast is well beyond expectations. We ordered four different items from the menu over two days and each were as good or better than you could expect in a fine dining establishment. Easy check-in and check-out. Centrally located. Just an all around great B&B!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Maurice and Anne were excellent hosts, and the service was second to none. The room was clean and well kept, the many breakfast options were delicious, and the presentation was amazing. We would not hesitate to recommend this B&B to our family and friends. Overall, a great experience!
