The pillows were horrible

Newer facility with clean rooms.

The price is steep for an economy hotel.

It was good but it would have been nice to have hot items like eggs, sausage and bacon.

Priced too high in comparison to other big Hotel in area.

Clean, staff helpful, central location, facilities close by.

Breakfast was fine, what you would expect for breakfast included. Staff were excellent, especially Brenda. Ease of check in and out was great.

Thought was quite expensive at $220.00 per night.

We stayed here for three nights, with only minor issues. Grandson was the one to sleep on the pull-out sofa couch, it was noisy and uncomfortable.

Friendly staff. Clean building. Lots of parking available. Heat unit is quite loud.

Front desk staff was excellent. The room was clean, the place was quiet, the beds were fantastic. Very impressed with the breakfast. I should have paid closer attention to the details, as the pool is not inside the hotel, but at the rec centre across the road. The hours for the pool access also seemed very limited We will surely stay here again.

Dealing with booking.com. Their business practices have devolved into a practice of “policy” not help.

This was a great spot to stay for work. The building is a bit older but the rooms are clean, comfortable and renovated. It's in a good spot close to restaurants and other amenities. The breakfast is basic compared to other more expensive hotels. But for the price it's fine.

The staff was very friendly and our room was clean. The location is ideal and we were thrilled our dogs could travel with us.

Staff was great and the place was clean. Check-in was seamless and even a couple of minutes early. Would highly recommend.

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

We were placed in a small room with a single bed - not what we had booked. Price was outrageously high for a Super 8

Stayed at the hot tub room was nice after a day of hiking. Parking was easy as was check in and check out. The continental breakfast was just cereal, toast, waffles. Would have been nice to have eggs and sausages or a protein of some sort.

It served its purpose

Part of a longer stay - 3days here. Room was clean and comfortable. No room service, eg change towels, etc unless specifically asked for it. Not a problem for us. The breakfast was the standard type found.

It was clean and quiet. Two bedside tables would have been more convenient. Lighting not the best. A bit over priced. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Because of the outside renovations there was plastic on the windows so we could not open the windows for any fresh air.

The windows were covered with plastic. Pillows lumpy and bed which was suppose to be a queen was probably a large double. It was ok. Staff however friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is your typical none flavored breakfast , unless you like Fruit Loops, and internet is terrible, needs to be brought up to speed. Otherwise a good stay.

Room was very hot even with the heat turned off. Needed to run the ac in November just to keep it tolerable. The first night parked in their lot my truck was broken into and had about a thousand dollars of stuff stolen... The morning we were leaving I saw two guys in a black truck drive over to my vehicle and scope it out moments after I loaded some things into it. This place is being targeted by thieves and if it only took me a day and a half to figure out who and how, either the management doesn't give a $hit or they are in on it... Anyways... besides that their complimentary breakfast was pretty bs, some hardboiled eggs in a jar and some stale bagels and dry cereal... good stuff... for the cost of the stay I expected more. May as well just catch some breakfast at the nearest gas station... There was some kind of kids hockey tournament going on so for 2 nights all evening long kids were non stop running up and down the halls, banging on all the doors and being a$$holes. Again management gives zero $hits, they want these people coming back.... The place is over priced, and it was easily the worst stay I've ever had in any hotel ever. EDIT: Shortly after posting this review the manager contacted me and informed me that they had been having issues with certain individuals and that while the police had been involved and are aware of the individuals causing problems the justice system itself is unable to prosecute the individuals (makes you really question our government...) Anyways to cut a longer than it needs to be story short, the manager did review the security footage and was willing to work with me and the police to perhaps get my missing items back. Given that I am not a local and the cost and time of coming back to Swan River and the the high unlikelihood of getting my property back it's not overly worthwhile, especially given that I have already had to replace many of the items that were stolen.

This was our first time staying at a Super 8. This location was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

The lady who assists us and working night shift was very accommodating, nice and very friendly.

Clean room and good hotel to stay at in Swan River. Friendly staff and basic breakfast in the morning. When we arrived we inquired about getting into our room early as we wanted to change for a funeral we were attending and the graciously accomodated our request.

Very noisy. Bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy. We were put in a handicapped room which we did not need. Everything was knee size, our clothes hung on the floor in the closet, no iron, the fridge did not work. Inside door to the next room. Hope to never stay here again.

Not happy that I was unable to get a receipt with the amount I paid. Was in Swan River for a medical appointment and need the receipt for Income tax purposes.

It was very comfortable. The hide a bed was not comfortable but we arranged for another room for our daughter. Her room was very comfortable. The general manage Naomi Griffith was awesome and helped us.

For breakfast, was bagged but you had not choices. Picked it up at the front desk. Included two hard boiled eggs, half a bagel with jam and cream cheese, container of juice and yogurt. You can also get coffee. We were on the main floor as we requested. Room was big.. Lots of chairs. Shower was Okay but the pressure was not as good as other places we stayed at. . Air conditioner worked well. Fridge was cold.

Understanding that Covid 19 causes unique problems, I was surprised that there was no housekeeping on a Sunday. We were not told of this so returning to our room late at night to find bed not made and our dirty coffee cups still there was a surprise.( especially for the price we paid)
