Je n'ai rien contre l'hébergement car je n'ai pu m'y rendre cause de maladie. Mais par contre pour Expédia je n'ai pas de bonnes références, impossible d'annuler la chambre, même à 4 jours d'avis.

Best hotel in a long time! Or ever! Breakfast was included and had a fabulous variety of food, excellent coffee, large breakfast room! Seriously since the pandemic hotel breakfasts have declined a great deal but this one is excellent! Staff member who checked us in was so helpful, friendly and efficient and spoke to us in English when we really needed it. The hotel is beautifully decorated with Indigenous artwork and some rooms have been given Indigenous names. Our room was clean. Bed was comfortable. And best shower ever! Two shower heads, one magnetic and removable, excellent pressure! Seriously so impressed with this hotel ! When we visit cote nord again, we will make this one of our stays again for sure!!!

We were kind of stuck in the city due to bad weather at our final destination. This hotel was the only option avaible at the time and since there was a huge festival going on they charged close to 400$ per night which was an exorbitant amount. Check out time is great and the breakfast was loaded! I would stay here again for the breakfast and clean rooms but only if their nightly prices were more affordable

Was a nice stay, although I felt like the staff rushed me out before checkout. My key was deactivated before checkout hours and while I was closing my luggage, cleaning staff barged into my room wanting to clean, 30 minutes before checkout.

We were impressed with our stay! The hotel is conveniently located, most things are within walking distance. Sometimes the shower water temperature would become too hot or cold, but it was manageable. The hotel was very clean and the staff was pleasant, and the breakfast buffet included in the price was great.

Accueil très froid à la réception. À l'arrivée dans la chambre, température 12 degrés, fenêtre ouverte, mauvaise odeur. Séjour de 5 nuits, la chambre n'a été faite aucune fois. Insecte bizarre dans la salle de bain...

Hôtel remarquable par sa propreté, son petit déjeuner, son confort, la surface des chambres et l'accueil attentionné du personnel. Cet hôtel est situé et géré par la communauté autochtone innue de Uashat. J'ai été séduit par la totalité des prestations.

Bel hôtel moderne sur la R138. Chambres confortables et propres. Il manquait cependant de shampoing dans l’ensemble de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner de rois cependant.

Établissement très propre et situé près des galeries montagnaises. Très facile d'accès. Est situé en entrant à Sept-Iles. Déjeuner très bon et complet; oeufs, bacon et saucisses, fèves au lard.

Il annonce ce déjeuner inclus mais il avait complètement rien pas de personnel et la chambre le couvre lit était pas propre et manquait plusieurs lumières pas de service !

L’hôtel avait promis un déjeuner lors de la négociation des chambres. Il n’y avait pas de déjeuner comme tel, seulement du café, sans tasse propre, et du pain congelé. L’employée à la cuisine était désagréable et s’est volatilisée lorsque les clients posaient des questions. La jeune employée à la réception n’avait eu aucune information ni consigne et ne savait pas comment rejoindre un superviseur. Elle était seule dans l’hôtel qui était à pleine capacité et ne pouvait répondre à aucune question. C’était très décevant pour les clients qui arrivaient des quatre coins du Québec!

Was there for 2 nights in May- No breakfast served during a volleyball tournament although confirmation of breakfast inclusion in price. They opened the breakfast and after 30 min there wasn’t even a piece of bread, coffee cups, etc only yogourts! We were told no breakfast served next morning that we had to do own arrangements. 1 girl only in all hotel . No manager or supervisor and kept saying I don’t know to any question. They often had ‘back in 15 min’. Sign up at reception. We’re told Hotel was sold out at checkin. Person on strength knew nothing unable to answer any question nor resolve any problem. No toilet paper nor Kleenex in room. No room cleaning just 1 towel drop. All customers were upset and had to spend many hours on phone to get choice hotels complaint number. We’re getting the run around at each number called. At the end got message that closed til Monday. Never going there again! Real stain on quality inn chain. Should reimburse customers!!!!

Rooms in front of the boulevard are less quiet because of the cars and truck loud but I consider that I will ask for a rear side room next time.

No one cleaned that room for a long time. There was dust and hair everywhere in the bathroom. There was urine on the toilet. The bed seamed clean, at least.

The Quality Inn Sept Iles hotel looks appealing from the outside. It is a new building in the parking lot of the town's biggest mall. Having a 24-hour Walmart next door was quite nice as I needed a few essentials for my travels. Check in was unpleasant and inhospitable. There was a ‘Back in Five Minutes’ notice on the counter. I waited about ten, but needed a pee, so went to the toilet. When I returned I said good evening to the woman who now sat behind the reception desk, but she was busy playing solitaire, so did not bother to look up. As I approached the desk I said that I have a reservation. At that, an annoyed face looked up at me and uttered, very sharply, “What?” Each question was met with the same, unfriendly, response. What inspires hotel operators to hire such rude, condescending people to manage their guests’ first experience on arrival? The hotel itself is bog-standard. There is nothing special about it. It is functional and clean, but rather dark considering how new it is. at 11.05hrs the cleaner knocked on my door to ask when I would be leaving. Why? Checkout was midday. Another example of employee rudeness! Breakfast was uninspiring, but it was here that I experienced my first smile from a Quality Inn Sept-Iles hotel employee, so that was a plus. I would not stay at this hotel again.
