Parking service, laundry and small gym are good next to the location close to train station and shopping mall.

Cleanliness could be a bit better e.g. providing the staff a vacuum cleaner for the floor and corners.

We stayed 10 days. Everything was clean and staff was amazing. Good location and price. Shower was great, plenty of hot water, and good water pressure. Big mirrored medicine cabinet which was fantastic.

Beds were very hard, which kept us from getting restful sleep - definitely a big drawback. I'm 56 but my children are in their 20s and still struggled with joint and muscle pain related to the beds. The lounge chair was a tattered at the seams. One small hanging rack in a room that could sleep 4, and no closets or drawers.

I like the location, it's convenient with various shops and restaurants around. My room is called Royal Suite, the largest room in the hotel. I like the spacious size.

Location near the train and many good restaurants and cafes within walking distance.The free WiFi was always reliable and fast. The air conditioning kept the room cool and comfortable. The front desk staff was always courteous and helpful. The room cleaning staff always kept the room immaculate.

There were no shower curtains in the bathroom so water splashed everywhere. The door to room 608 didn’t latch shut easily and.I had to pull it closed several times to ensure it was closed. There is no controlled acccess to the rooms via elevator and the front desk wasn’t always manned so there is risk that non guests could get up to the rooms which is concerning especially with door locks that were sometimes faulty.

Room was clean. Staff was pleasant.

Bed was so hard and uncomfortable, and the breakfast was a bit sparse. Location, was super convenient, so that helped.

Just okay. Furniture in the room was old and the furniture was worn. Additionally, it was too cold in the room… l there was only a small space heater, which did not do much.

The matress was a box spring, an actual box spring - worst night of sleep ever. Sleeping on the floor was a better option however the floor had radiant heating that could not be turned off and as such the room was about 80 degrees constantly.

Needs a needed update on the rooms. The tables and chairs in the room was torn and old. The bathroom had no curtains, so water was literally splashing everywhere on the ground. It says it is a no smoking hotel, but the bathroom always smelled like cigarette smoke. The area is under construction, so you would hear a lot of noises.

Very military friendly for those stationed in Camp Humphreys

Washer/dryer was convenient. Be sure to use the “blanket” setting on the dryer or your clothes will never dry. Nice little gym. Very good location. Rooms were dirty. Staff could have been friendlier.

Rooms were dirty. Filth/dust under the bed and black mold in showers. The sewer smell coming up in the bathrooms was sometimes unbearable. Good thing we were able to open the window. Front desk staff could have been friendlier. They didn’t give a welcoming feeling.

Good for the area snd close to many food and bar options. Bed was comfortable and clean. Wasn’t sure what’d to think about the can of bug spray sitting on the desk, but to be fair, didn’t see any bugs the entire 2-day stay.

The staff went out of their way to assist me and make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The property is close to Pyeongtaek Station and several other landmarks, plus not too far from Camp Humphreys, if you’re there for government business.

Where to begin...we stayed at this hotel because we were in town for work. The hotel itself is within a 5-minute leisurely walk to the train station, and has plenty of dining/social options also within walking distance, but the fun stops there. As I was checking in, I noticed a vending machine right beside the front desk that sold condoms and other options for your 'stay'. A bit odd, but I chocked it up to cultural differences. Unfortunately, things continued to decline from there. The room had a musty smell, all of the furniture was beat up and did not match, the corners of the duvet were black and brown from being exposed through the duvet cover and had clearly never been washed, and the tub basin had a filmy layer of water marks (which means it hadn't been wiped down either). For whatever reason, there was an access hatch directly in the shower. Guess what was conveniently moved by the time I got back from work? One of the guys traveling with us was nice enough to stick his head up there to look for cameras, but what if I was a solo traveler? I asked the receptionist what happened, and he said it was "air pressure from the door slamming". But the door slammed behind me every day, and I also tried my own little pressure test...that hatch never moved again. When we returned from work the next day, my door was wide open. Whoever was changing the routers took a break and never came back. I have no idea how long my door was actually open. There's more, but I'm out of sp

Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is old and dirty. Room is cramped and very dated.

Room condition needs improvement but staffs work hard to meet your needs.

Really great location

Black mold covered the shower, the mattress was actually a box spring, the floor turned my brown socks black in mere moments, the walls were stained with black spots which appeared to resemble bodily fluid spatters, the mini fridge would only hold 3 small bottles of water, the latch mechanism was loose and caused the door to close improperly, the ceiling lights are like spotlights and there are no lamps or sidelights to provide relief when reading or relaxing. On a good note, the property is centrally located so one is able to get out and spend only the bare minimum time in that place.

Came for business for a week. Chose the location for the proximity to the train station and to government facilities. Next time I will stay in Seoul.

Seen better days. Probable this place has hourly “love rate” rooms. Understand it is one of the better places at gov per diem rate in area, so good luck. Service was great, just not nice facility. Close to train station.

Parking availability is subject to the size vehicle you drive, that detail was not advertised. Room had mutiple different body hairs on the counter. Bed sheets and towels had dried bodily liquid stains.

The amenities are not well kept. There are limited services, most are self service carts. There’s one washer and dryer for the entire hotel. The rooms were not well cleaned. Highlight of the hotel is the amazing breakfast, what a wonderful cook. Also the hotel is quiet and close to lots of great coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. The local buses and train station are also only a block away.

Has a gym facility in the basement with some free weights, which was nice. Conveniently located right near the Pyeongtaek Train Station and shopping center. Room was quite dirty though. Light bulbs burnt out, mold in the shower, toothpaste splatter on the windows, etc. Restroom in the basement gym had flooded.

This is second time to stay as its location is perfect to access the public transport such as MRT, bus and express bus to/fro airport. It needs some renovation in the bath tub tab as the present finishing may drop hotel quality.

This is a good hotel. The cleanliness could be better though. Booked a room with free screen golf and when i went to use it the screen wouldnt track the ball. The area around the hotel has a lot of options for food. It is not a bad place if you understand the Korean culture. The breakfast is a traditional Korean breakfast. If you are not used to it then it will be a little bit of a shock but the food was good. As for the room it tends to get a little warm in there. I dont know if they have heated floors but it felt that way. The air conditioner works but doesnt make the room cold. That could be another cultural thing that i wont hold against the hotel. If i were to travel back to the area i would stay here again.

This hotel was the worse hotel I’ve stayed in. It was so dirty and all you could smell is cigarettes. We had stains in our sheets, mold in the bathroom and trash on the floor. I wish i could give this hotel zero stars. In addition, there were bugs crawling out of the hole in the bathroom floor. I would not recommend

The hotel is always affordable and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and convenience stores.

The hotel doesnt offer Netflix or any other streaming devices , i understand they gave us a laptop or a computer in the suite we had once by the hdmi cable is too short or damaged.

Room was not clean. A half-drunk bottle of water was left sitting out. The bed sheets had period blood, hair, and other stains on it. When we told management about the situation, they shrugged and did not offer to make it better. Breakfast was also nothing to write home about.

The staff is top rate: very accommodating [when possible] and eager to assist. I had great fun with Google Lens figuring out the controls on the washing machine and dryer. It worked like a charm! Complimentary laundry services were spot on!

The bathroom cleanliness was NOT up to par. There was hair and yellow stains behind the bidet lid. I'm sure that hasn't been cleaned in ages. In addition the bidet spigot had mildew on it, so I avoided using it.

Everyone in the hotel is very accommodating and helpful, very happy with the stay on the hotel.

Property itself was decent. My room had a couple places that could've been cleaned better, but overall it wasn't horrible. The staff had complete opposites in terms of peiple-oriented staff. A couple of the folks were super nice and helpful. I don't speak much Korean but I try to use the simple phrases. The nicer folks would respond in turn, but could also speak much better English than my Korean, which was appreciated. However, one guy was quite rude on more than one occasion. After two weeks, it felt like if you didn't speak Korean, in this guy's head, you were just stupid. Felt talked down to, interrupted, and generally I welcome with most of the interactions with this guy, to the point where I'd rather just wait until one of the other guys were at the desk instead. Staff issue aside, the area is awesome, with plenty of shops and eateries nearby.

I have stayed at this hotel before COVID clearly different people there now. Would not recommend this place to anyone other then Koreans. So sad.
