一整個超完美！房間風格是很可愛的鄉村風！有淡淡的薰衣草香！有貓貓跟狗狗！風景非常美！早餐好吃！ 重點是有很平價！下次期待住住看帳篷的！

整體來說佈置滿溫馨舒適的，但床較軟睡不習慣，民宿的狗狗可愛，洗澡水壓強，價格親民適中，很棒。

進去就看到房間陽台地上有垃圾未收到(咖啡杯飲料罐...)，天花板角落有明顯的蜘蛛網，整潔度可能要在留意一下。

The owner seemed enthusiastic and helpful. They helped to send our luggages to the tent which is down the hill. We appreciated that a lot.

The tent has the strong plastic smell which is unacceptable. We asked for coffee powder to deodorize the smell, but still very bad. They refused to support us to change to another room without extra fee. We ended up canceling the 2nd night and got 50% refund. In general, we were very disappointed and unhappy with the stay. They didn’t see the problem with the tent and also told us that no one complained about this before. Ridiculous. The tent is also very dusty. Looked like they didn’t clean it . We used the fan to blow the smell away, and it helped just a little bit. Then we had to go to sleep wearing masks.

The breakfast, the amazing view, the friendly dog, bed warmer is a bonus point. Host very friendly and helpful.

No bath towel, no hand wash in the toilet. No proper pathway led to school and out of the area to go find food. Other places need maintenance.

We stayed in the tends and we enjoyed it. In addition to the facility, we love the place because we can view the snowy Qilai Mount from the tents.

I think the bathroom could be directly connected to the tents. This could make us easier to access the bathroom especially during midnight.

The main selling point is the view, it is priceless.

The road to the villa is not conducive for 7 seater and above vehicle

非常棒的住宿經驗，這次是獨旅，可能是女生單獨一人，老闆及員工都很貼心，也很注意我的需求，房間整齊乾淨，尤其是整面對山山景，真的可以躺在沙發床上看書看山放鬆ㄧ整天，是一間很適合想放鬆放空的民宿。 這裡養了6隻貓，其中幾隻很親人，還有一隻哈士奇也很親人。 整體住宿非常的滿意，也感到很安全開心，會再找時間來渡假。😊

帳篷內有很重的塑膠帆布味道,入住時遇到下雨感覺有點悶 地板有些積水不知從何來的,並不會造成困擾,整體來說還是不錯的

位置不大好找，但房間整潔，寬敞；牀褥兩側有點倾斜，但問題不大。民宿郭大哥好客友善，協助房客解決問題。下次再來會再次選擇。

Tent had pleasant decorations and vibes, the mattress and blankets were super comfortable. Beanbags and outdoor sitting area provided.

Breakfast was clearly stated as included, however upon arrival breakfast was subjected to T&Cs. Check out process was unclear

Is value for money n cooling there

Not very convenient at all...no foods at all supply us...we have seen the comment that meal provided then....we did not get the supply...the slope very steep....we walked once..n told our driver to come back to us by next day n we went off by then the next day ....we regrets of staying there so we move down to Taipei....

Good view of the mountains, with sky full of stars at night. Host got a couple of dogs (one was huge) and cat.

Location is not the best if travelling without car. All the attractions and food options are located higher. Walking upslope with kids is not the best idea.

The location view is just amazing, and I recommend the tent option for the glamping experience Also a very nice host that took great care of us on a shirt notice booking - and speaks English very well Ps! First American breakfast I had since I arrived in Taiwan a month ago - it is delicious

很棒有特色，漂亮的房間，晚餐有另外供應好吃極了，早餐也美味豐富，非常棒，服務人員態度很好，房間的景觀超棒的，空間也不錯👍，還會再去，也會介紹朋友去

Inconvenient for traveller without own vehicle to get there as needed to walk uphill and downhill...beware of dog too .. room is spacious and with basic amenities... Only hand towel provided instead of bath towel...water drainage flow is slow..next day morning there is a bunch of ants on the floor out of nowhere... Breakfast is English breakfast set with free flow drinks ..

A pleasant stay with warm welcoming of lovely dogs and cats. Nice natural environment.

The next room was partying loudly till 12 midnite on our first night, that was when we knocked their door and requested them to tone down. After that we still could hear talking till 2am. We figured the sound proofing of the room was not good.

相當不乾淨，睡完起來皮膚紅腫，但最不能接受的是以「升等」之名亂換房型 沒有冰箱，沒有冷氣，非常「環保」 還好有親人的小貓陪伴 不然實在不是個愉快的住宿體驗

山景房風景不錯，建議非爬山的朋友可以住，在陽台享受輕鬆的休假。

環境非常的舒服 民宿還有小狗小貓真的讓人非常放鬆 房間採光也很好也很乾淨 真的太喜歡了～

服務人員-瑋霖非常親切熱心，給與很多幫忙，服務也很到位，是為很棒的員工，感謝此行有你。

床單清潔還要加強，其他環境都很不錯，狗和貓咪都很友善

住宿地點較不好到，但民宿提供路線影片，清楚明瞭，產業道路高低起伏較大，稍不好開開，汽車底盤低的要小心開，住宿環境清幽，房間無冷氣及電冰箱

環境很舒適，去7-11或小花園方便，徒步即可到

旁壁房客到12點多還是一直說話，重低音頻影響我的睡眠～房間隔音非常差，又加上床鋪軟到不行～雖然早餐還不錯，但睡不好，隔日精神不佳，下次不敢住了...

我們是住花屋四人房v3 床墊整個都是壞掉的，躺下去會有彈簧一圈一圈的感覺 而且房子又有傾斜，等於你下床會站不穩，會暈眩的感覺，而且門因爲房子有傾斜所以廁所門無法關，大門也要把門提上來，才能把門關起來 而且我們4個人就有2個人做惡夢 希望民宿業者能重視床墊的舒適度跟房子的安全

山路狹窄會車小心，風景優美，服務友善。

爛透的地方沒冷氣，環境超級髒，跟照片完全不符，第一次看過這麼爛的，還花快6千也沒住，看到地方環境就走了，也不肯退費，感覺問題，也沒要他退全額，超級爛，別讓照片騙了！

床墊老舊，都睡得到（感覺得到）一圈一圈的彈簧

我覺得整體體驗是好的，但房間整潔有待加強，入住在床上發現零食碎片還長螞蟻，讓人覺得床單是真的有過換嗎？

廁所馬桶易堵塞所以不能丟衛生紙這點不是很喜歡,因為丟垃圾桶會有臭味,還好山上溫度不高,房間窗戶有紗窗沒什麼蟲,不過有螞蟻進來找食物,早餐好吃但男生食量大可能吃不飽,沿路有指標不會找不到,但山路很窄又很陡,最棒的就是一整面玻璃窗,可惜下雨夕陽星空與日出都看不到,大白熊因為下雨都沒出來也沒遇到,因為住進是周一幫我們升級四人房非常感謝

如果是寵物愛好者，這裡會是你的天堂 老闆有養狗也有貓，貓都非常親近人，有些貓還會進房跟你睡。 景色的view也超好，晚上看得到大量星星 日出也很美，近小瑞士花園，只不過來的時候路很小太好走，車子要注意一下底盤。

有一隻好大隻的大白熊狗，還有可愛的貓咪一起。感覺是非常溫馨的地方。

服務人員親切好客，房間舒適、景觀很好，早餐好吃。雖然沒有暖氣但是有電毯，非常保暖。熱水很熱，在很冷的寒冷天氣洗澡也非常溫暖。服務人員熱心提供紅酒杯與開瓶器，讓人覺得很美好。 也提供其他餐廳的菜單，可以電話聯繫外送，也可以聯繫外送鹹酥雞，很好吃喔！ 很開心、輕鬆的住宿經驗。

Staffs are very friendly and willing to help if you have any questions. It’s recommended to drive here. It takes probably 10 mins to walk from bus station to arrive this property. Please be aware it’s not a easy walk if you have lots luggages. Mountain View is incredible in the property.

民宿裡和周圍有好幾隻貓咪，都很親人，三花色的小花和有斑紋的Tiger都很乖，能抱著回房間擼，景觀房很推薦入住，景色優美。 民宿的先生服務超好，餐點還不錯。 有電熱毯睡覺不會冷，房間內是蠻冷的畢竟山上。 除了房間的毛巾小之外沒什麼別的缺點了，會想再來，步行前來的可以走小學的門進來經過籃球場斜坡的小路，很快就可以到達民宿。 晚上可以看到很多星星

Good experience staying in Villa Relax! As I am travelling alone, I manage to get the host to arrange transport from HSR to Villa Relax. Long journey with mountainous driveway. But manage to get my direction when I left Villa Relax.

真的很美，服務人員很態度很好，是下次會在去住的一家。

整體感覺良好，員工態度親切，我環境寧靜，景觀優美。

風景宜人 民宿老闆也很nice 喜歡小動物的一定要來！老公說可以在這裡發呆幾個星期！

The place is cosy. Bed is too soft that it affected my sleep. Breakfast is nicely prepared. Can’t expect much for mountain area.

花屋房太棒了! 整片落地窗，外面的風景真的彷彿在瑞士，房間就可以看日出，感動到不行。 服務很好，還可以訂晚餐外送到民宿。 如果想要的話，可以陪睡貓皇，如果是貓奴來一定融化~ 已經在想下次什麼時候可以來住了 : )

Do not drive if you want to stay in this gorgeous view place. You can just ask the owner to pick you up at some point because the driving road condition is pretty scarry. The road is not solid asphalt so your car can be stucked in the mud if it is raining. I will come back to stay here but I will not be driving a car.

第二次到訪,景色優美,天氣好時景色非常壯麗,走路10分鐘內可以到小瑞士,路已經不像第一次到訪時這麼難開(但對菜鳥駕駛來說還是很大的考驗),老闆人很棒,但還是有小缺點希望趕善,獨棟小木屋大門非常難開,廁所門底下木板脫落導致門也很難開關。

民宿像小動物園，貓、狗、兔都可摸，小貓親人，還有白鴿和鵝，數量雖不多，但民宿內的小朋友都玩得很開心。房間整潔，落地窗外景色優美，民宿主人說房間可看到日出，但當日我們去了合歡山日出團，無緣在房欣賞。早餐不多，但有質素，蔬菜新鮮，多士鬆軟。床褥有些過軟，但可能我們都累，所以都睡得很好。

房間看到的風景很美。床太軟，只給2隻小紙杯作刷牙之用，不能用2次。如在此吃晚餐，要5點前訂餐，有點早。

Nice sceneries. Poor road conditions entering into Villa. Narrow road difficult to turn and our vehicle scratched at the base when going downslope. Room no heater ,only heated bed.

這家民宿真的是很爛，要什麼沒什麼，所有的事都推給訂房網，真的是爛到家了。好像一輩子沒見過錢一樣。
