It was very dirty, the rooms were very dirty & dated. In spite of our requests, they were not cleaned properly. They put used bedsheets on our bed. Towels had holes in them. At the buffet counter, I saw one of the staff pick up the medu wada which had fallen on the counter & he put them byin the serving dish. If they can do something like this in the public space I wonder about the hygeine in their kitchens.

Upon entering the rooms, I noticed the bed sheets were dirty, but room service responded promptly and replaced them. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, so they provided a dongle instead. Overall not happy this hotel need renovation.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2025I liked the staff they were very pleasant and helpful. From the security to the room boy , the receptionist and restaurant staff were lively and always smiling.I give full marks for cleanliness and hospitality.
The accommodation for the driver was very bad after a long distance journey of 450km by car the driver couldn't sleep at night due to the continuous noise made by the truck sucking drainage.In the entire dormitory there were only few wall fans and that was not enough to keep the room cool.For a safe journey drivers should sleep well.
