All Staff was very friendly! Kevin was exceptionally attentive and we both felt spoiled with his knowledge and services. Having a keurig in the room was wonderful.

I wish there was a fan in the bathroom. I would have preferred a room without a connecting door but it was ok.

Staff were so friendly! It's always so comforting to be welcomed with friendly and helpful people after a long day traveling. The room was clean and smelled so fresh.

This is one of my favorite hotels that I visit at least once every two months. the bed is comfortable, it always smells so nice and fresh. the pool is very relaxing and the breakfast is really good.

On May 21st, I checked into Room with no issues. On May 22nd, at approximately 5:00 AM, I checked back into the same room with Jessica at the front desk. At that time, I specifically mentioned that I had placed the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door and expressed my hope that it would be respected, as I would not be returning until later that evening due to scheduled meetings. When I returned to my room at approximately 8:45 PM, I was shocked and disturbed to discover that the room had clearly been entered despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign being displayed. The condition of the room was completely different from how I left it: The lights and lamps were turned on, although I left them off. The window shades were fully opened. The bathroom light was on. My clothing bag had been moved from the table to the chair. The nightstand and desk drawers were left opened. The bed cover that I intentionally placed on the floor had been put back onto the bed. I had to go to the front desk, request NEW BEDDING, place the Sheets and all on myself due to the Bed Cover being placed back on the bed which was on the floor! Personal bathroom items had clearly been moved or touched. This situation is extremely disturbing and unacceptable. A guest's privacy, personal belongings, and explicit request not to be disturbed should be respected at all times. To return to a room that had been altered in so many ways without authorization left me feeling uncomfortable and violated. Very disappointed with Charlotte-Burke-Thompson (Front office Manager) and Maguette Loechner (General Manager). This will never be a stay for me ever again, even if it means going to a Marriott Property or others!

This is a very luxurious suburban hotel with a sophisticated design that includes one of the most gracious inviting lobbies I’ve ever seen in a midrange hotel in the burbs.

It’s a bit isolated but close to Wallingford and the major CT highways.

New, clean and large facility with very gracious lobby and lounging areas. Nice bar and staff. Quiet, comfortable room.

Hotel and room were clean. Probably the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in. Loved the blackout curtains. And the bed was very comfortable. Service was excellent. Especially the cleaning staff and front desk associates. A few hours after we checked out, I realized I had left my wedding ring in the room and when I went back to the hotel, they had found it for me! They were so helpful and actually happy to help me!

There were some men working in the hotel. One of them was rude to my son when he was on the elevator. It wasn’t a huge deal, but my son was upset about it.

The stay would have been fine if I was charged for the appropriate number of nights that I stayed. I needed to check out 2 days early, confirmed with the front desk, and then was still billed for an additional 2 days. Then upon calling the hotel to correct the error, I was hung up on and pushed to a general operator. No other way to describe it other than robbery.

our experience was great just the chlorine in the pool was so strong and overwhelming. it discolored the clothes the bathing suits it was so powerful. You couldn’t even stay in the water long enough to enjoy it and also the pool was extremely cold.

The check is staff was professional and friendly, also very knowledgeable of the area and gave wonderful recommendations.

The evening staff were non attentive and mostly talking amongst themselves while guest waited.

We had some extremely questionable food and drinks at the bar which made us sick. The drinks in particular seemed...off, and we won't be staying here again.

I loved the landscaping and the warm welcoming vibe when you walk into the lobby. There are large areas that are well lit and inviting. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is getting old without upgrading. Needs a remodel. We have stayed here many times. This time the hotel is showing its age.

We stayed for 2 nights and our room was not serviced after the first night. We were out all day and upon our return, we had to make our bed. We did not need fresh towels, but some service was expected. I am very disappointed.

We enjoyed a clean room and staff friendly three day stay. The hotel was busy as it hosted members of a least two weddings going on the weekend we were there. The center of Wallingford is about a ten minute drive loaded with restaurant choices. In the hotel itself, guests can enjoy a pool, a basic workout room, very good breakfast (not included btw) and food and drink in a casual atmosphere after 5 pm. There are lots of outdoor seating areas weather permitting. One word of caution should you choose cocktail hour at the hotel bar are the exorbitant prices that can rival 5 star hotels. Yes, a light beer was $9. Mixed drinks, well it depends. In our experience, a certain bartender, Kevin, could be heard asking every patron if they wanted a double. Most people in the spirit of the moment will say "sure". What you get is not a true double but a drink with top shelf spirits like Tito's. Cost: $19 per drink. Do the math, two light beers and two vodka club for example will run you $57. A bit out of line for this type of establishment in our opinion and the only disappointment of our stay.

The stay was good. Staff were friendly. Room was clean but the Pillows were so uncomfortable- way too soft and squishy. You need firmer pillows. I asked for some but the pillows i was given were the same soft pillows - very uncomfortable.

Beautiful Hotel

We needed towels at one point, not enough cups or coffee/tea for the coffee machine and the bathroom needed cups also., No bathmat when the room was serviced the one time. TV audio was quite weak, needs a sound bar. The front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Pool was fantastic.

Excellent stay. The front desk staff were professional, helpful and accommodating-particularly the manager and staff member Candace. The hotel was clean, quiet and easily accessible from the interstate. Will definitely return.

Just off the highway so very convenient. Facilities were nice. Breakfast costs extra; cold buffet option not worth the price.

Toni at the front desk seemed a bit off. She offered a room on the top floor and far from the elevator and I ended up 2 floors down and 5 steps or less from the elevator including walking out of it.

Very nice. Great room, good restaurant, extremely pleasant and helpful staff. I'll be saying there again.
