Lovely warm welcome at this family run hotel. Very helpful at organising tours and transport, excellent breakfast each day with a good range of options. We also took advantage of the bikes available on site which allowed us to easily get around the historic sites. Our host was also able to recommend a very good restaurant just a few minutes walk away. Lovely view from the breakfast area.

Ein sehr großes Zimmer

Terrasse war kaum nutzbar, da sehr viele Mücken dort waren und kein Ventilator. Die Möbel auf der Terrasse waren sehr unbequem.

Lage TOP, alles in der Nähe Zimmer Sightseeing und auch Verpflegung. Frühstück sehr vielfältig, asiatisch erwartungsgemäß.

Nichts - ggfs. wäre zum Toast auch eine Marmelade oder Honig o.ä. morgens hilfreich, war aber sehr reichlich und mit Omlette und frischen Früchten etc auch toll...

Erg centraal en de fietsjes die je mee kan pakken. Aller aardigste mensen, fijne schone kamer en bedden. Heel fijne douche en ruim opgezet. Alles compleet net als het ontbijt.

Eigenlijk niets. Echt een aanrader. Misschien zit je met de fiets een 10 minuten vanaf de gezellige hoek met eettentjes.

脚踏车如果附车锁，停放时会较放心。虽然也许是多虑，在外面停了几次没上锁也没问题。

Very large rooms. Had bathroom, bedroom and living room area. Not far from historical parks. Staff cleans room everyday and brings fresh towels. AC worked great it's in the bedroom area but will cool whole place. Bed super comfortable not hard like a lot of places.

Großes, sauberes Zimmer. Gute, geräumige Dusche, Waschbecken im Raum vor der Dusche, Klimaanlage funktioniert, Frühstück mit diversen Wahlmöglichkeiten. Alles gut. Personal aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Das Personal

Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, die Betten sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, ein Großteil wird frisch zubereitet. Die Zimmer und ihre Terrassen stehen sehr dicht beieinander, es gibt also wenig Privatsphäre, wenn das Hotel gut gebucht ist. Und ins Zentrum ist es zu Fuß ein Stück. Aber für den Preis ist es perfekt. Und das Personal ist bezaubernd.

Auch durch die dicht gelegten Zimmer ist es nachts nicht wirklich ruhig. Und die Stühle auf der Terrasse sind nicht wirklich bequem 😊

De accommodatie was ruim, de ligging was fantastisch en het was erg handig dat we fietsen konden lenen om de tempels te bezoeken.

Distance from the town

All of the staff were exceptionally nice, and helpful with transport options. Don't miss the delicious freshly made roti for breakfast or any time, really. The rooms were very clean and the aircon worked well.

It was located just a bit too far away from the central temple area, about a 30 min walk in the hot, humid weather. I walked everywhere the first day to get to know Ayutthaya better, but then gave up and took Grab taxis between the sites after that.

We werden zeer gastvrij ontvangen. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse en personeel. Het hotel ligt aan de rand van het stadje aan de rivier. Met de gratis fietsen ben je in een kwartier bij de belangrijkste Wats. Echt een perfect manier om de Wats te bezoeken. De huisje met terras was leuk en comfortabel ingericht met aparte slaapkamer en badkamer. Het ontbijt was zeer goed en made to order, zowel het ei als het Thaise gerecht. Daarnaast was er veel fruit en sticky rice met banaan verpakt in bananenbladeren :) Bij het vertrek kregen we er nog een paar mee :)

Q Zone Boutique-Hotel: Genügend große Zimmer, gutes Badezimmer, gute Betten. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, leicht zu regulieren. Internet sehr gut. Kleine Bungalow-Anlage, bei der die Zimmer sehr eng zusammen stehen. Wir waren alleine da, daher kein Problem. In 500 m Entfernung ist ein gutes Hotpot Restaurant (Fisch und Fleisch), hinter der Brücke nach links abbiegen. In der Richtung weiter gehen, kommt man zum Haupteingang von Historical Ayutthaya, da liegt auch das sehr gute Restaurant Malakor.

Very attentive hosts. They helped line up a tuk-tuk so I could see the night lighting of temples. Rode their free bike to tour 6 of the temples - abt a 15-min ride to my starting point. My dinners were delivered by Grab and hosts quickly provided plates and silverware and cheerfully let me eat at the tables in brkfst area. Purified water there to refill my water bottle. 2-3 English channels on room TV. They have a small coffee house next door but I didn’t buy. Location was quiet.

La gentillesse des propriétaires et tout le personnels .ils sont présents pour répondre à toutes questions ,et sont très aidant, c est la deuxième fois et que du bonheur ,comme a la maison . Lit super confort très propres, proche des temples.

Une vue incroyable de la terrasse du petit déjeuner, où l’on peut se relaxer en admirant 1 W bien que a abandonné, il est magnifique. J’ai apprécié le prêt de vélo qui nous ont permis de rayonner aux alentours. L’accueil est tout à fait serviable et gentil. On se sent très bien.

Peut-être que le petit déjeuner est cher, 200 baths pour un plat de riz savoureux et cuisiné

Accueil charmant avec deux verres de boisson bien fraîche. Nous avons eu notre chambre immédiatement alors qu’il n était que 10h30. Cela nous a permis de commencer les visites tout de suite. On nous a prêter deux vélos Le petit déjeuner est parfait avec des plats thaïlandais et des produits plus européens.

Séjour très agréable, les propriétaires sont très gentils, les chambres sont très propres et l’hôtel est à proximité des temples. Des vélos sont prêtés gracieusement si besoin mais tout peut se faire à pied!

Nice hotel located just outside the island. Good location to visit the main attractions. Free bikes to move around the city. The owners were very nice and helpful.

Accoglienza molto gentile e personale molto disponibile. La struttura è particolare e con diversi servizi come le bici a disposizione, le lavatrici, ... Davanti a un tempio con un piccolo specchio d'acqua.

La colazione poco varia e la sala all' aperto per la colazione affacciata sulla strada.

Struttura molto carina, camere spaziose e curate. Il personale è molto gentile. Ci hanno dato le bici gratuitamente, ci hanno organizzato i trasporti e soddisfatto in tutto le richieste. Con le bici si può facilmente girare tutta la zona centrale di Ayutthaya

Fantastische lieve mensen, we voelden ons ontzettend welkom. Heerlijke en zachte bedden, ruime kamer, zeer schoon, gezellig zithoekje voor de kamer aan de tuin. Prima ontbijt. Heel dichtbij de historische tempels, makkelijk te bereiken met de fietsen van het hotel. Aan voorzijde zelfs direct zicht op een oude tempel. We zouden zo weer boeken, dit hotel is echt een aanrader!

Il s'agit d'une petite guesthouse avec des propriétaires charmants le petit-déjeuner est très bon et à volonté cependant je trouve le prix un peu élevé compte tenu des installations. 45 euros la nuit ....c’est un peu élevé pour ce type de prestation.m et de standing

Nice bungalow hotel very near the temple area, night marked and restaurants I recommend you boom a Tuk Tuk via the reception for the temple tour - it’s the same price and will save you a walk and scouting for a driver

Great stay for the price. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and helped us to book a taxi to BKK.

The best part was the friendly staff, who really took care of us during our short stay. We also loved the comfortable garden with each room having a small sitting area along its sides. The front of the hotel features a sitting area with a view of a former temple across the road.

If i could give a 10 star rating, i would. Seriously this is the cleanest accommodation i have ever encountered.. even better than many 5 star hotels! The floor was so clean you really could eat off it. The glass doors were so well cleaned i kept thinking i had left the glass doors open! The host was the sweetest, warmest and most helpful person ever.. the place is on a nice rural road but still only a 20 min walk to the main Wats. Having said that, there is a small wat right opposite the homestay where you can just sit, chill over a very good cup of coffee and enjoy. With free to use bicycles, great shower pressure, comfortable bed, i remain overwhelmed bybthe pleasantness of the stay!

Spacious bungalow with a little patio and a beautiful garden view. Quiet. Very clean upon arrival and also cleaned every day during our stay. Wonderful and helpful owner and staff. This place is family run which makes all the difference. Lots of smiles. Tasty breakfast with a temple view - you order à la carte and also have a small buffet to choose from. Free bikes to explore the sights and also get to the restaurants. There is a washing machine on site you can use for a small amount (plus drying space in the back). This place is a true little gem! Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

Had a fantastic 4 night stay. The hotel is spotless and the staff cannot do enough for you.

Terrific location, with free bikes to explore the temples and ruins. Delicious Western or Thai breakfast. But, most of all, the service was excellent and very friendly.
