Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Muy lindo el lugar, igual que en las fotos, y el personal es muy amable y muy atento. La comida es deliciosa y el desayuno es muy generoso. Las habitaciones son cómodas y muy limpias, perfectas para una gran estadía.
Queda un poco lejos de Armenia, aunque cerca hay un centro comercial pequeño donde se puede ir caminando para comer algo.

De douche was moeilijk in te stellen, werd opeens heet maar goed dat was ook het enige minpuntje.

La ubicación es excelente porque te queda cerca del aeropuerto o es muy central para las diferentes actividades que se quieren hacer en esta zona del país. El hotel es muy bonito, con habitaciones muy amplias, con zonas verdes muy amplias donde se pueden apreciar varios animales, que dan un ambiente perfecto para el descanso. La atención de Magaly y James es excelente, personas muy amables y siempre atentos a lo que uno requiera
Las opciones del restaurante son muy limitadas o no tan ricas. Excepto el desayuno, que si es muy bueno. El aseo de la piscina podría mejorarse.

La habitación muy amplia, cama grande y cómoda y teníamos un lindo balcón en la habitación. El hotel queda cerca de un mall y varios restaurantes a los cuales puedes ir caminando.
No había muchas opciones en el menú para almorzar o cenar

El desayuno comenzaba a las 7:30 am, y yo no pude desayunar porq debía estar en un torneo de natación antes de las 7:30. Sería bueno ofrecer opciones huésped. La iluminación del cuarto podría mejorarse. Es un poco oscuro. O tener en las mesas de noche unas lamparitas.

No sé si fue que no escuché bien o qué, pero entendí que lo único que tenía costo en la habitación era el café. Sin embargo, al hacer el check-out me cobraron también el agua. Obviamente la pagué, pero me molestó que al principio no hubieran sido más claros en que todo tenía un costo.

Solo dos puntos que al entrar a la habitación olía mucho a humedad, que se fue disipando con la ventilación, pienso que que hay que ventilar las habitaciones antes de la llegada de los huéspedes. Y en el baño donde se ubica el jacuzzi debería tener un mejor mantenimiento el techo.

Al cerrar la cafetería no era posible comer nada, ni un snack, en la zona tampoco era posible comprar nada pues estaba en una zona preciosa pero algo más aislada al tratarse de una finca. Pese a ello la experiencia fue perfecta.

The room we stayed was big and nicely decorated. At walking distance there is a good typical Colombian restaurant where you can have dinner. It has also a private parking, which is very convenient if you are coming by car.

There’s also a pool table. It gives off Hamptons vibes. Shoutout to Tomas (a worker/waiter?) who was very helpful and kind with us.

I will say it's tough to find staff members sometimes, I imagine it is because we were there during the weekday and staffing was on the lower end but that did not change our experience, it was just something of note. Pool area was great. Our suite was awesome. Great shower area. Parking inside the gated property was a plus.

Reviewed May 30, 2023To start with, the advertised rate is for one person, which in my experience is unusual in hotel booking. That is not disclosed until in the process of finalizing booking. On arrival at the locked gate entrance, thirty minutes before check in time, it took 15 minutes for the gardener workers to find the attendant to open the gate. Check in went smoothly, and staff is very helpful. Desk is not attended most of the time, but again the staff are all helpful, but speak only Spanish. The building and grounds are beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The main lobby has 4 different levels, and steps are not wheelchair friendly. Nor are there handrails on the many steps down to pool level. The pool is good, but the steps down to the pool have no hand rails and are somewhat difficult to see since they are a uniform dark blue color. The restaurant is located on an open porch which includes a sitting area and the advertised pool table. Very surprising is the list of extras shown on the free breakfast menu, including café at 4000 pesos for a small cup, as well as extras for juice, a bread basket etc. Most of the better resorts in Armenia have a breakfast buffet, but there were only two or three couples during the days we were there. The porch included a potted cactus located at the end of a couch, that delivered a nasty scratch, when brushed against. The shower and bathroom did not have any grab bars, and a 1 inch step up into bathroom was not senior friendly.

The sauna did not work on our night of arrival. The WIFI password was incorrect and the staff in the evening could not fix it.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is nice, the restaurant food is very good and reasonably priced, the property has a sauna, steam room, treadmill, stationary bike, pool...would be nice to have a hot tub/jacuzzi, but otherwise great. Very close to the airport, so good for early morning flights...beyond that, not very convenient to the town or much else.
