スクムビット39、プロンポンの駅から徒歩5分から7分。ロケーションは良い

動線が悪いし、セキュリティがガバガバ。フロントに人が居ない事も多いし、カードキー🔑が無くてもエレベーターに乗れてしまう。

冷氣較靠近床鋪，要調整出風口。但這好像是泰國飯店的通病。

Avoir une mini cuisine avec micro-onde etait vraiment un gros plus !

静かでバンコクの割に部屋が広い。周囲の雰囲気も駐在員が多くいるエリアのため、雰囲気が良かった。またスタッフも親切で丁寧でした。

特にないが、敢えて言うならプロンポン駅から少し遠い。徒歩7〜8分です。

The apartment was fully equipped, with a functional pantry and all the essential kitchenware and utensils you might need during your stay. The space was quite decent, with enough room to move around comfortably without feeling cramped. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the bed was clean and comfortable as well. The AC worked really well, which is always a big plus! There’s also a proper dining table with chairs, which is actually quite useful if you’re staying for a few days and want to have your meals comfortably inside the apartment. Overall, a comfortable and practical space with pretty much everything you need for a good stay.

Everything was decent in 2 days stay.

Clean,comfortable and affordable hotel. Within walking distance of BTS,cheap eateries and several bars. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Smaller hotel with more of a family-run feeling vs the big brands. Very simple, basic rooms that were clean and well maintained.. comfy bed and a good shower.. small patio, simple kitchen, and a seating area in the suite room. Staffs were very lovely and took a good care. Nice cafe next door and several good restaurants nearby on Soi 39..

The location was excellent. The room was very clean and pleasant and had everything one needs in it. We were there in peak summer and it was still very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating of our needs. They also gave us great suggestions for things nearby. It is exceptionally located so that always helps.

Das Personal war stets ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet mit einer kleinen Küche mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Tellern und Besteck, etc. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Etwa zehn Gehminuten entfernt liegt die Station Prom Pong. Von dort aus erreicht man sowohl die Innenstadt als auch den Flughafen gut. Hier stimmt die Preis/ Leistung

Location and away from noise - swimming pool is so convenient

In the middle of bustling Bangkok but it's secluded enough to not hear the traffic. Comfy bed. The kitchenette is good. The shower is big and the tiles are beautiful.

We can hear noises from the hallway, from other guests shutting their doors to cleaning crew rolling their carts early in the morning. I asked for a drying rack but they gave a really small one, not even enough to dry our towels. No hooks in the room so the drying rack would be useful to have a dry towel after each shower. We had to hang our towels on the chairs.

phòng tắm có vết nước đọng lại sàn tắm, nên cảm giác hơi dơ một xíu, cách âm không tốt (buổi sáng có khách nói chuyện ở ngoài nghe được hết), vô hẻm nên hơi tối về đêm.

The property was well located for the Sky train and metro to many places of interest and the airport too. Room was clean and well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The staff were lovely.

Minor detail but the area round the pool was very slippery when wet. A warning sign would have been helpful

The towels in the bathroom should be thicker; they feel too thin and look like they have been used for many years. ผ้าเช็ดตัวในห้องน้ำควรมีความหนากว่านี้ เพราะรู้สึกบางเกินไปและดูเหมือนว่าจะใช้งานมานานหลายปีแล้ว

Just 5 min walk from Prom Pong BTS station. And all the staff are very kind and friendly. The receptionists helped me to pick up my parcels.

Ho soggiornato assieme a mio marito in questa struttura a fine gennaio 2026. La zona è perfetta, centrale e vicino ai principali mezzi di trasporto (BTS Skytrain). Questo facilita moltissimo gli spostamenti in città. L’hotel si trova comunque in una strada laterale, molto silenziosa. Avevamo a disposizione una suite, quindi con cucina e salottino, e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La stanza era pulita, il letto era grande e molto comodo. Non c’è il servizio di colazione, ma c’è un bollitore con caffè a disposizione. Nei dintorni sono comunque presenti molti locali e centri commerciali, per qualsiasi pasto della giornata. Lo staff è stato molto gentile, nonostante la comunicazione in inglese sia stata un po’ complicata. Grazie per il piacevole soggiorno!

Inside cupboard under sink smell quite bad even after cleaned & empty bin. Smell might come from the pipe. I don’t like that there is clear glass window in the bathroom. It’s not private. It’s ok for a couple but I stayed with a friend. We need to shut the bedroom door when use the bathroom. Sometimes nobody at reception when needed help.

I loved the location. It was walking distance from the BTS but far enough for it to be quiet and peaceful. The area nearby had plenty of places to try local food, spas, malls and even a night market! The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The hot water and water pressure were perfect! Extra bath mats and towels were freely available. The room included a hairdryer. There was a laundry service. The free WiFi worked well.

The bed linen was only changed upon request. Most hotels change it once in three days even without specifically being asked to do so. My room was on the ground floor and there was little to no natural light from the side door / windows. Although they had made an effort to create some privacy by growing plants between the patio and the walkway, people walking past could easily see into the room if the curtains were open. There was a sewage smell from the drains so it was impossible to open the door to get fresh air into the room. Overall, it wasn’t too much of a problem for me because I was hardly in the room. I was basically out all day and only returned to shower and sleep. However, for those who might wish to spend more time in the room, the limited access to fresh air and natural light could potentially be more of a problem.

Central , friendly staff

I just loved its central location, quiet road and entrance to hotel. Lovely lady at the end of the street who sold us Pomelo, lovely cafes and residential buildings. Very near Phrom Phen transport and buses on main road, lots of shops and restaurants.

It was a very convenient location.The rooms were cleaned Daily and the sheets changed every other day. We had a quiet room. There is a lift in the hotel. The reception staff were helpful and our deposit was returned in full. My friend wanted to extend his stay from the 60 day visa free period and the hotel provided him with the paper work to get a 30 days vias extension. I can't understand why their score is so low. In my case I think they deserve a 10.

Uncomfortable couch. No extra pillows. Washing machine old and rusty. No iron. TV is old, not smart. Small room. Bathroom has internal windows, no privacy.

Big room for one person, with separated bathroom, and small kitchen area with big fridge and microwave oven. Cleaned daily, the service was efficient. Far enough from main street to be peacuful, but only 5min walk to nearest train station that gives you easy access to interesting parts of the city.

The air condition device on the outside wall was to loud, making falling a sleep difficult. The electricity only works with a key card meaning that you cannot use the refridgerator since it will stop working when you go out. The water in the shower needs a long time to get warm.

服務人員很熱情～回來都會跟我們打招呼，清潔打掃也蠻乾淨的。而且地點真的很棒！ 我們的房型是有洗衣機的～很適合會待好幾天的人。 特別想感謝幫我們打掃房間的人員，他們發現我們洗衣服之後，只能吊在房間哩，還幫我們拿了曬衣架，太貼心了！

Central location, easy for trains. Staff were lovely, very friendly snd helpful. Great facilities, room a little tired but value for money. The restaurant next door was excellent.
