Great location in Plaza

It can get very loud at night.

Great location. Clean , comfortable accommodation.

Everything done to a high standard and a great location. Very quiet room and comfortable beds. Very quiet air conditioning. Fantastic breakfast and very friendly, helpful staff. Superb breakfast. We will be returning!

There was no internet connection at first and it took a while to find that there was another Connection available other than the QR Code offered.

Very attractive hotel on a lovely little plaza, right behind the Valladolid cathedral. My room was small but big enough. The bathroom was actually quite large and had beautiful tilework. I went to Valladolid for the 2026 total eclipse. The hotel provided guests with solar viewing glasses, which I didn't need, but I thought that was a really nice touch. Breakfast was great. It was a little bit hard to secure accommodations in Valladolid during the eclipse. I though I hit the jackpot with this choice.

Perfect location right next to the cathedral. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Fabulous underground secure parking. Beautiful breakfast.

Algo polvoroso.

This is a very good hotel located in the very heart of Valladolid. It is within walking distance of the main square. We booked two nights during the total eclipse of 2026. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel, including the room, was spotlessly clean. I would be very happy to recommend this hotel.

Todo

Nada

Molt bon ambient

Res.

Location was great

Air conditioning was poor. The middle of the night is the worst time to find out it was not working properly.

Tudo

L’emplacement. La disponibilité d’un parking. La chambre très agréable

Rien

Ottimo albergo in posizione centrale a Valladolid. Parcheggio sotteraneo, ottimi servizi e colazione.

Todo excelente, ubicación y atención del personal

Nada, todo excelente

Posizione strategica a fianco della Cattedrale. Colazione molto buona!

Beautifully renovated, great location, very helpful staff

We stayed for four nights before and after the eclipse. We expected to pay a premium and had heard on the news that some hotels had doubled their prices. So we were surprised to find that the first two nights cost €189.09 and the nights before and after the eclipse €789.05- an increase of over three times.

Emplacement parfait et très bel hôtel. Accueil très pro et souriant. Calme et spacieux.

Rien

Comfortable beds , good breakfast, quiet but near to bars and restaurants. Friendly , helpful staff

Nada significativo

Remek hely a belvárosban😀 Kedves recepciós fogadott!😀

Super location in the centre, near to very good tapas bars and shops. Lovely staff. Excellent breakfast.

Difficulty finding the hotel’s own parking garage, but plenty of other options nearby so that’s OK.

Remarquablement situé, personnel impeccable, chambre moderne et agréable

L'accueil très sympathique, l'emplacement et le standing de l'hôtel, le garage;

Niets!

Perfect location in the city center. Friendly staff. Parking garage with EV charge!

Beautifully renovated hotel, everything worked.

Small underground car park with very difficult access. Definitely not recommended for large cars.

The location is awesome, near everything in the city center. The staff was very nice and professional. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and well stocked, with even things you may not have thought about. I would definitely stay at this hotel if I go to Valladolid in future.

Pulito, personale gentile, macchine caffè espresso a go go!

Very unique and comfortable.

Tutto

Location was perfect to roam around, the bed was super comfortable, loved the balcony windows and thick curtains to make the room dark.

The shower head in our room was not working properly, but that did not bother that much

El personal y las instalaciones.

Todo increíble.

Quinta vez que me hospedo aqui, tudo excelente café da manhã maravilhoso, equipe ótimo, localização perfeita. Voltarei com certeza.

Ruime douche en heldere verlichting in badkamer Airco Parkeergarage Ligging in centrum

The location is very good however being central can be difficult to locate. The staff where friendly and try to sort any issue's you may have, breakfast was of a good standard but could have been kept a little warmer

My room was very small and the air conditioning was broken. I did ask for another room as the aircon would not be repaired during my stay and was shown several rooms some of which where much better appointed and larger in size but again they had no aircon so decided to stay in the original room as this was only a two night stay!

Staff, place, room, breakfast.

Location and personel very friendly

Nada a registrar

The hotel was in a very center of the city. Very convenient.

I have booked the hotel, on booking.com While I was booking the the description was very promising: "exceptional value with outstanding 40% discount", etc. The price was still quite high, but the expectations very high too. When I checked in it was complete disappointment: room very very small, no widow you could look it. The room was not worth the price (even if it was no discount). My friends booked another hotel near by very similar price and it was a way better. I looked at booking.com and I could see the the same messages "exceptional value with 40% discount", and nice pictures of spacious nice room... I talked to receptionist about my disappointment and complains of "false advertisement", she kind of agreed with my judgement and didn't propose any solution and said I can complain if I want. This is way I do here. I travel a lot and very rarely see such neglect in treatment in the hotel of 4 stars....

Ubicación y atención al cliente.

Location, room, staff.
