Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Alles. Großes uriges Zimmer mit Bad und toller Terrasse. Hier haben wir jeden Abend gesessen. Schön war es. Alles war tip top sauber. Die junge Frau am Empfang war sehr , sehr freundlich. Frühstück war reichlich und sehr viel Auswahl. Parkplatz umsonst vorhanden. Falls voll kann man gegenüber parken. Im Restaurant essen waren wir leider nicht. Aber was trinken. Alles super. Von hier kann man von Laredo aus mit dem Bus nach Bilbao und Santander fahren. Trotz Saison haben wir ein paar Meter vom Busbahnhof einen Parkplatz umsonst gefunden. Bus klappte kostengünstig super. Am besten im Internet buchen. Ganz einfach. Das Hotel empfehle ich auf jeden Fall weiter

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Antes de reservar en este hotel, me guié por la lectura de las reseñas anteriores y tras mi estancia solo puedo dar fe de lo real de las mismas. La amabilidad del personal, el gran servicio de restauración (tanto su carta como su menú del día, muy recomendable, y los desayunos) la limpieza y ubicación para poder desplazarte a las bellas localidades cercanas de Santoña y Laredo que es lo que hicimos. Buena relación calidad precio.
Por señalar algo, el hecho de que cuando llegamos al hotel, para registrarnos, no hubiera nadie en la recepción, algo entendible, al comprobar después lo familiar del hotel (regentados por varios hermanos) y que su personal realiza varias funciones, y llegando nosotros a la hora punta del servicio de comidas en el restaurante, por lo que aprovechamos también nosotros para comer en ese momento y disfrutar de su ya comentado gran servicio de restauración.

We kregen een kamer die niet overeenkwam met de afbeeldingen en de beschrijving. Geen balkon en geen uitzicht op de binnenplaats maar wel op de hoofdweg. We kwamen met bepaalde verwachtingen en betaalden daar behoorlijk voor, teleurstellend. In die prijsklasse verwachten we ook een receptie die meer dan alleen Spaans spreekt.

Iets prijzige kamer (omwille van last minute om te boeken).

De gordijnen konden niet open. Dat maakte dat het een donkere ruimte was.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026We had a really enjoyable stay at the Las Ruedas. We were given a warm welcome on arrival and showed to our room by the lady on reception. Our room was lovely, spacious and exceptionally clean. It had all we needed too and was very comfortable. The hotel was beautifully furnished with lots of interesting things to enjoy looking at such as antique items and beautiful pictures on the walls. We enjoyed a drink in the bar and a good meal in the restaurant which had a lovely atmosphere with many locals using the bar too. All staff were friendly and welcoming despite their lack of English and our lack of Spanish, communication was friendly and good. We enjoyed a very good breakfast which had a good choice. We walked into town, the area, although pretty is not touristy but we had a good afternoon and evening there. We would stop at the hotel again if in the area.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Teníamos como hora límite para las 11 de la noche, les dijimos que íbamos a llegar 10 ó 15 minutos tarde y nos esperaron diciéndonos que no corriéramos por llegar a tiempo. La habitación tenía un buen tamaño, estaba limpia, etc. El desayuno era de autoservicio pero había una persona atendiendo amablemente. Todo el personal fue muy amable y la relación calidad-precio es muy buena.
Se escuchaba un poco el ruido de fuera en las primeras horas de la noche.
