Otelin konumu güzeldi, çalışanlarıda çok güzel

Oda çok küçükdü ve karanlıktı, 2 kişi sığmıyorduk odaya nerdeyse. sac kurutma makinası çalımıyordu, tv kanalları tutmuyordu. Terlik yoktu , düştan çıktanda iyi hiss etdirmiyordu. Banyosunda kapısı kırıktı, zaten küçüktü bide düş alınca göl oluyordu.

Достаточно грязные тесные номера, уставшая мебель, в половине номеров не работает кондиционер. Тесный лифт, проблема с парковкой. Завтраки так себе.

Staff very friendly, good breakfast, location very good too.

The A/C wasn’t cooling down enough, just circulating the air. Wasn’t very clean, looks like the recently did some construction work and didn’t had time to clean, specially in the toilet.

I arrived late and the hotel was closed for refurbishment and I had nowhere to go. This is despite booking.com taking current bookings stating that it was open

Only for a passing bar person they were able to locate the owner who turned up late whilst I was on the pavement with my suitcase after travelling for hours and moved me to the reis maris hotel which is not where I wanted to be as the standards are poor

By far, one of my favorite places I’ve had lunch in Dalaman. We stumbled on this one day walking pass & decided to have a look at the menu. We spoke to the host Karem & decided to try. I had the sea bass which was served with fries, a salad and it also came with rice which was extremely filling. Fish tasted very fresh too. My nephew had the mixed meat & chicken wrap which he said was also very nice. The ambiance was also very good.

Rooms good size, good breakfast, friendly staff

The aircon wasn’t cooling enough, but they manage to fix it efficiently. The electronic door keys didn’t work, I have to use the manual keys.

I really love the atmosphere there. The staff is always super friendly and they are very positive. The location of Almena is really good - a short walk from the center, Blue Port is right next to it and busses from and to the city and Icmeler go every 5 minutes. Really good.

It was our second year there and the breakfast selection hasn't changed at all.

The room has a good size fridge, toiletries, slippers and is very clean. Room service is there daily. Staff in hotel and bar are so attentive and cater for anything. I'd say this hotel is quiet and not that great for children but it's central to everything and next to beach.

Pool area is small

This hotel was excellent for couples or friends to go and relax. Near beach and central to all other bars and restaurants. staff are very helpful. The bar staff are outstanding and very attentive Food in bar is gorgeous I will return again

Okay. 1. All Staff, from cocker to receptionist - amazing, friendly, ready to help. 2. Wifi - It’s perfect. Sometimes it’s disconnect, but it’s okay. 3. Place - Supermarket, Shopping centre, Pharmacy, beach, everything is on 2-3 min. 4. Breakfast- Fresh vegetables, best watermelon you ever tried, Tea, and more. 5. Room - nice. Yes, it’s not a new 5 star room. But air conditioner work, fridge, TV, Deposit box, Soap, shampoo, clean towels and bed sheets. 6. Pool - clean and refreshment.

Noise. It’s not about this hotel, its not their problem. All Marmaris is noisy. Every hotel that on the road side.

Номера очень старые, они явно требуют срочного обновления. Мебель выглядит ужасно (везде потёртости). Стены в номере тоже грязные. Ванная комната очень маленькая, в душевой кабине плесень. Очень неудобная раковина — при умывании ударяешься головой об полку. Завтраки каждый день одни и те же: овощи, сыры, джемы, хлеб, сырные булочки, хлопья, сосиски, омлет, чай, кофе, соки, вода. Есть одно и то же постоянно, надоедает… Когда мы только заехали в номер, у нас поставили одну большую кровать и одну маленькую. Хотя большая должна была быть одна king size, но она не соответствует размерам. На следующий день мы возвращаемся в номер, а там уже все выглядит по-другому: нет маленькой кровати, мебель поменяли местами. При этом наши вещи лежат не на своем месте, одежду всю кинули в чемоданы. Было очень неприятно. На ресепшене просто извинись и всё…

This hotel's strong side is location which is right by the beach which is very convenient. The staff was nice. Breakfast OK

I had a problem with my room door lock, it's electronics was malfunctioning and so it would take multiple attempts each time to open and then lock the door. I communicated this to reception but nothing was done about it. It wasn't fixed during my stay. I was given a free access to room safebox which I used.

When we arrived at the hotel there was a pb with our booking and the manager relocated us to almena city in a supposed larger room with seaview...nive..but we feel we paid far too much for a horrible room. Check you don t get those on the fifth floor, they are shabby and quite run down...broken shower head, walls in a disgraceful state, no air con in one room so our teens took their (uncomfortable) mattresses in the living room and slept on the floor, broken window, no curtains, general bad state...only good things are the pool, the ok breakfast and staff is nice...but please don't have clients stay in these kinds of rooms for 95 euros a night, it s a disgrace! And WiFi doesn't work...

Exactly great!!! Highly recommend this hotel. I stayed for 8 days and everything was great. Especially great for the summer season.

Fiyat ve konum olarak guzeldi. Odadaki malzemler , temizlik yetersiz. Kahvalti bekledigimizden kotuydu , 2 gun ust uste çay asiri bulanik oldugu icin calisanlara geri bildirimde bulunmamiz uzerine yeni cay yapildi.

İlk andan itibaren gösterilen tutum ve hizmetten çok memnun kaldık tatilimiz keyifli geçti. Sonraki tatillerimizde de tercih etmeyi düşünüyoruz

It's a nice clean hotel located not far from beach and blue port shopping mall. If you don't mind walking everything is withing walking distance. Staff was friendly there is a mixture of hotel clients from different nationalities. A few negative points is it's a bit out dated breakfast standard Aircondion didn't work properly. It deserves 3.5/5

2nd time at this hotel . Perfect location for the beach and Blueport , both just 2 mins walk away . Rooms are clean and comfortable. Daily cleaning if you want it . Rooms have balcony , air-conditioning, tv, fridge , Would say the majority guests are mostly Turkish and Russian . The staff all work very hard and are very friendly . There is a good buffet breakfast with multiple choices . Bread ,jam ,cereal ,cheese, salad,watermelon , eggs,chips,borek, sausage , hot and cold drinks provided . The pool area has sunbeds and shade was very quiet to relax . Very good price for what you get ..... cheap and cheerful Very friendly hotel , will definitely be back . Downsides ..... a bit noisy if room is on the road side as opposed to the pool side . The pool doesn't get sun until about 11.30ish

The staff of the hotel was super nice. They were all very friendly. Location of the hotel was perfect. The beach was super close and the main street was in front of the hotel. We had a balcony where we could sit and enjoy our evening and watch the street.

I wish the room was a bit cleaner. There was mold in the bathroom and there was a big moldy hole in the air conditioning in the bathroom. The walls were quite thin and we could hear everything that was done in the next room or in the halls. The window in our room did not close properly so all the street noise was in our room.

The breakfast was excellent, the room size was good.

Room cleanlieness was poor, Wifi was very poor. One day we had no hot water.

The hotel staff were really amiable. We've met nice, friendly people here and I'd like to mention Selim, one of their receptionists. This is the nicest person we have encountered in Marmaris. He will go out of way trying to help you out and if it happens he doesn't know it, he will call around people he knows and will come up with the solution. The owner is also a very pleasant and helpful person. I would recommend Almena Hotel without hesitation, to anybody. Great people, great breakfast and great location!

The internet can be a bit slow in some spots inside, but nothing major.

If I was able to put zero I would. Worst experience of my life. Dirty to the point there is mould everywhere.. there are no words to explain how bad this hotel is. Also left some personal belongings went back within 2 hours they told me they binned them .....no way were they binned they stole them without a doubt. Over £200 with of stuff! I Came to Turkey for 22 years and this has put me off ever going back. I've never felt so low. My holiday was ruined staff are rude. It may only be a 3* but cleanliness and health and hygiene should never be this bad. I have lived in cleaner hostels

Great hotel in a fantastic location!! Everything is right on your door step :)) Hotel staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hotel room was very spacious and cleaned daily. Great value for money. I am a solo traveller and felt safe at all times!!! Highly recommended and will definatley book again :)))

Location was great, central to bars shopping and all areas of Marmaris Staff friendly and breakfast was reasonable too

Old and grubby, towels and bed sheet clean but aged, our blanket had holes in it. The towels were aged, clean but not changed very often. End of season so couldn’t been that reason room was grubby. But we found tape holding wallpaper to the wall ! The balcony door looked like it had been forced open at some point . With lots of marks on the walls look like foot prints. The air con didn’t work for the first 2 night, was never great when It did work ! Overall we were not too concerned about the negative points as we felt the room was clean just signs of age mainly

This company is so sh** and tr*** and i'm not even being dramatic, we paid for a holiday to a certain hotel and when we arrive to the country and we are on our way to the hotel they change our hotels, we were not happy but accepted it and tried making the best out of our vacation, we had a friend coming and they almost kicked us out of the hotel, our friend could barley come to the same hotel when we paid because there was no space and he was a child under 18 travelling outside of the eu, we were under stress all the time contacting aliens back and forth when they never give us a good concrete answer. they made us pay 10000 extra to be able to get home because THEY changed our hotel last minute, and even after we pay they can't see our names on the flight. don't know if we are coming home, hello from tunisia friends my new home apparently wow!!!!!!!!!!!

Otel çok eski. Bakım yapılmamış. Odalar inanılmaz kirliydi. 4 kişil oda tuttuk ama biz 3 kişilk odaya yerleştirdiler. Mecburiyetten kaldık.

The staff especially the daily manager/reception staff were so helpful and friendly. Clean, nice breakfast, WiFi was ok in rooms, nice balcony and small swimming pool.

For the price and location the hotel is great, budget hotel and get what you pay for. We had a lovely stay and no issues, friendly staff, rooms dated, but no issues at all, we was happy. Aircon worked really good and at no extra cost. Pool was lovely and clean and nice temp. Only down fall, it’s self catering, yet your not allowed to bring your own soft drink to the pool or even eat your own crisps and get told this when turn up to pool after going to the shop as you have to buy from there cafe.

The hotel is located at the right place but has no facilities at all. This hotel is definitely not a 3 Star. There was no internet facilities apart from the reception area. There is no central air conditioning despite of outdoor temperature was 35c .breakfast was an average without any toast. You have to buy your toiletries. And above all if you need a shower, buy your own towel. Totally scam

Had a great stay , on my arrival I was met by seleem at reception (not sure of the spelling of his name) he was informative, knowledgeable of area, and professional, his English was great and communicated perfectly,we where early for check-in but he did his best and had the room ready for me in 20 minutes, room was as it showed on booking , and perfectly adequate for us, seleem had introduced me to staff at onsite bar, almena gardens bar and was treated very well, the hotel was clean and,had a great pool with loungers and drinks and food available , have no complaints was great stay.

Mr selim is the best in almena hotel. If selim is not there,frankly speaking,i will not come. Because he has solutions to all problems, always with a smile and very good behavior. I have never met a staff member as good as selim even in 5 stars hotels

The elevator need always to be fixed and sometimes is off for a certain period. Sometime wifi is not working. But these problems are not frequent

The room was not clean, even the lobby. There was a hygiene problem in the hotel , and even the air conditioner in the lobby was not working. The breakfast is acceptable but it needs to have some variety of food.

Girişteki lobi çalışanından tutun , otele dair herşey berbattı. 5 dk kendi kendime düşündüm otelde ne iyi diye aklıma hiçbirşey gelmedi. Başta odamızın küçük olması ile dalga geçen birbirinize sarılıp uyursunuz ve eğile eğile yürürsünüz diye dalga geçen lobi çalışanından tutun . Sözde klima koymuşlar klima kendini bile soğutmuyor. Bir ara havalandırma bizim odaya mı açılıyor diye düşündük havalandırmanın yemek kokusu odamıza odamıza geliyordu. Odanın hijyeni hiç iyi değildi. Resepsiyonu aramak için konulan telefon çalışmıyordu. Kahvaltı hiç iyi değildi. Sular sabah kesikti. Anlicağınız hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü oteldi. Hiç tavsiye etmem paranıza yazık .

Air conditioning broken, hear unbearable, ruined our last nights of our holiday

A reasonable budget hotel. The rooms are tired. It was 40° and the air con doesn't work! Breakfast was basic. On the positive side, it was cheap.

Location, staff and value of money

If you're a family, this is not the hotel for you. We requested not to be placed in the attic. We even had the email request translated into Turkish so no errors could be made. Yes we got the attic room. NO AIRCON. Even though it clearly states in the Expedia advert that aircon is included. Although we arrived in Turkey at 10.30pm after travelling for 48 hours from Australia. I still went back to reception and explained we couldn't stay in that room. They put is into 2 different rooms. We had to pay another 810 TL for this privilege. There were no lights in the hallways. The rooms were like walking into a crime scene, there was blood splatter on the wall, bedcover. The card reader was hanging off the wall with wires exposed. The shower head was broken and chipped. The water kept going from hot to cold and just trickled out. There was mould in the shower and on the ceiling. And i havent even mentioned the grime and filfth yet because that was secondary to how unsafe it was. I spoke to the reception staff and asked if I found different accommodation could i have a refund. Yes! Well i found different accommodation but the have refused to refund. Expedia have said they have not answered any of their requests.

Good location, good breakfast but choice very limited, helpful friendly staff.

Very old rooms in poor condition, noisy at times, bed was not very comfortable, poor air con (not able to be controlled within room). You do get what you pay for though, so the hotel was fine for the price.
