Bloom Boutique - Signature Towers

I liked the stay there

This hotel is situated in ally which is very hard to find. The reception is Just interested in telling you about what will you be charged instead of letting you know about their services. The hotel is under maintenance and lots of noise during day time. The restaurant has a very limited menu to offer. The breakfast is just average, nothing to look forward to. The room is aged and needs a lot of renovation. People are non responsive. Amenities for name sake only. All in all a disappointing stay at a price paid.

Food was very consistent all three days, polite staff in cafe and in reception. Especially the chef (Mr. HARISH CHANDRA) was polite in taking feedbacks and helping the guests. To me food was the main highlight of my stay. Did not expect nice food from a small kitchen. But the chef really did surprise me.

It good , very quiet and staff friendly

Good old property but definitely clean and well maintained, Check/in was very smooth the staff Mr. Kuber very exceptional one of the person with a very good smile always Check /in process a bit lengthy slight awkward that you have to give your email id and phone no to access wifi facility but ok room was good clean food was also good overall value for money can be considered in the price what they charge .

It was an amazing experience to stay in here. I was here for business where in they’ve catered at their best level. Astonished by the way they have maintained the overall hotel not just that it had mesmerising corridor view from my room ❤️❤️❤️ Anybody can stay as it’s really affordable too. People there are really welcoming specially when it came to people serving breakfast overalls are amazing ✨✨

My second stay here in 6 months... Staff is very co-operative overall..At the Restaurant - Harish Chandra, Chef Dayal, Mohan, ensure that you feel at home. Was nicely surprised for Harish to remember my food preferences I had during my last visit. The shower areas can be slightly larger, and rooms can be brighter. Overall Bloom continues to deliver value in the budget travel segment !!

Excellent Hotel , Check /in process was smooth, rooms are good but basic rooms not extraordinary as per the cost the rooms are ok cannot say Hotel but a good decent lodge with basic facilities all clean area well maintained food is also good a homely food , Check out was also smooth in short time .

Exceptional Hotel with Quality services, all well managed superb clean Hotel nice rooms as per the price but a small rooms but as per the price ok to go , food is also good best part is their people they are very professional and well behaved, Location quite off on narrow street but if you wana relax it’s good property as there is no disturbance from the street , all staff superb from bottom to top their Chef Dayal always in welcome mode will cater for you always cooks very good food , service boy Mr. Harish like this their all staff is superb and excellent like at such small place finding the kind of service they give is very excellent from so called 5 star Hotels.

Hotel is good with a great location good spacious room peaceful good for a business travelers food is also good buffet breakfast is good with lot of options staff is so friendly and helpful I had a great stay at bloom hotel I definitely recommend that.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bloom Boutique Hotel and it exceed my expectations. From the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in Process. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a perfect night sleep.

This place location is very bad and rooms are very basic. There is cabinet with no cover or broken covers. No toiletry. Old towels ugly. If you need anything you have to use their apps to get the stuff.overall I don’t want anyone to stay here.

I feel so comfortable coming to this hotel, usually when passing through Delhi. The staff are very attentive and Harish from the café even recognised me from my last stay, which gives a personal touch. The hotel is airy and light with a wonderful patio and greenery (and table tennis!). The rooms are comfortable and clean with hot water and everything works. The breakfast is really good and overall it's just a restful place to be before or after a flight.

Excellent clean place, Breakfast was also good nice old property, lush green place if anybody wants to relax in running life of Gurgaon best option to choose for stay staff also very well behaved and mannered

A nice budget business hotel. Good value for money. Neat, Clean and has very young vibes to it. Decent food (homelike), and very good ground staff. I stayed for 3 nights, and staff paid attention to my requests. It is also located centrally at Gurgaon. Peaceful stay

Simple and Clean Hotel , Good Flower pot arrangement nice open corridor as such nothing unique simple and clean nothing as such new and attracting , simple no facility extra only the staff and their people around are like 7 star decent and courtesy staff they are very Good in terms of service and nature

All things excellent well managed nice hotel , clean and clear can take kind of fresh air as you can see ample of flowers round the place , staff is well mannered can't tell anybody name because everybody of them is excellent otherwise basis property as such no big facility simple hotel

Excellent Property, nice open airy property , Good Flower arrangements basic standard room but no doubt clean rooms need to work on provide proper work seating for corporate travel rest room was basic Good bed to sleep food was also good , specially their whole staff is well educated and trained and. Nice staff

Excellent property, nice and clean rooms all services are perfect, things are well maintained , nice rooms good vibrant colours, in such small place fell as if in some 5 star property, they have maintained their rooms and very good overall

great services, good food.. cleaning is also good. Krishna did cleaned room good. Overall nice place to stay for many weeks. I stayed here 14 days days. my room got cleaned daily.. food is also fine. looks great,wiffi.. everything is avail.

Exactly as advertised, no frills, straight forward clean, minimalistic room, super quick check in, breakfast has all the essentials. Perfect for business travellers who value the essentials of a hotel stay. 10/10 for pricing, cleanliness, house keeping. It’s not for luxury seekers and is pocket friendly and well located. Will be back and highly recommend!

Bloom Boutique an antique unique property established in corner which is quite , staff is very professional they take very good care , all services from ch/in to ch/out was in buzz no delays, open courtyard greenery round which makes unique and healthy experience to stay on overall the commander of the place is very professional person and caring one he is Mr. Himanshu

Well managed place , open corridors clean area greenery around the area , unique and antique building has own style , Ch/in and Ch/out was smooth and quick staff is also well managed in terms of all kind of services , Breakfast was also good nutritous

Location was a bit interior Price was high. We could get good hotels in prime locations at the same rates..

The area is quite peaceful and the facilities are the ones which we really required.

It’s a good hotel to stay as it’s really accessible.

This hotel is an oasis... not the greatest location, but close enough to the airport, and super clean and comfortable. Great little restaurant too. Super friendly and helpful staff.

comfortable stay. nice and clean rooms. located about 300 mtrs away from signature towers

the stay was comfortable. the room and bathroom are clean. there is a verandah on the ground floor for hanging out. the breakfast spread has sufficient options. Moderately sized rooms.

Awesome service, good food, decent breakfast. For a solo female traveller, this place is situated in a neighborhood that is quite deserted from the main road. Just be back before the sun sets or hire yourself a legit driver (which is reasonably affordable)

Amazingly good hotel at amazingly affordable prices. The only thing missing was a 24 hour kitchen.

Great, comfortable staying experience

Good people and property.

Unfortunately I must leave a rather disgruntled review. My taxi from delhi airport struggled to find the hotel leading to what should be a 30 minute journey taking 3 times as long. Once I arrived, the front desk informed me that there was no area shuttle as advertised and also they had no record of my breakfast booking. A couple of hours after checking in, I then received a call from front desk advising that they had received notice that I had cancelled my booking. Clearly this was incorrect! Once the issue with breakfast was also resolved, I was however disappointed as it appeared to only be continental breakfast, which I did not feel was worth the extra 400 rupees I paid. If there was other items on offer, these should have been made clearer with menus or written on the boards in the cafe. The final and most distressing part of my stay was on check out and requesting a taxi to the airport. I waited for nearly an hour while the taxi they had called struggled to find the property. This ended up with me having to walk with my luggage 5 minutes to the main road to find the taxi! Then to top it off the taxi driver tried to take me to the cargo entrance! All in all I was very rushed which ruined my last day in India. Some positive feedback is that the hotel itself is very well presented and clean. The room was well decorated and the shower was one of the best I have experienced in India. Dinner was reasonably priced and tasty.

Only needed a 1 night stay but had a lovely comfy bed and great clean room - I'd had bad luck in india before with clean rooms! I have decided to book again before a return flight in a few days time

AC wasn't effective at all Food was above average No toothpaste, no toothbrush While booking, the breakfast was included. At the hotel it wasn't showing in the package. UTTER NON-SENSE, BAD.

Booked a Superior room which was nice, spacious and clean including the Bathrom and shower area. Service and staff is good. Wifi and Tata sky works just fine. Free water dispenser and tea set is placed outside the room which I found unique but convenient as you need not wait for room service and it was luckily placed just oitside our room. Breakfast and food was fine. Free shuttle service is of help. Here are some concerns: 1 Nobody knows the place. Even Uber n Ola drivers sometimes struggle to locate. 2 Neighbourhood and roads are sad. 3 Lizards, Insects and Mosquitos can be a common site as Lobby area is open and we stayed during Monsoon time. Also found Ants on our bed. 4 Bedding and Towels were clean but very old and have started turning grey/black. Overall an average stay. Despite all above somehow our stay was pleasant.

Everyone is very helpful particular in restaurant Manager Amit and waiters are so kind and good, which make us to come back and recommend to others

I really enjoyed my stay there. I had the privacy that I needed, the staffs were helpful & they had delicious meals served on their own cafe. Then only setback was the location itself. It was not easy for taxi drivers (even for some auto drivers) to locate the hotel.

Nice hotel with reasonable price. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean. Nice restaurant, free breakfast. Near airport. I'd recommend.

The hotel is new and located in a residential colony close to Signature Towers. The location is a bit of a problem as it's not easy to find unless you have precise directions. But both the property and staff are very good. The onsite restaurant does a reasonable breakfast but the quality of food, especially for lunch and dinner is exceptional and tastes home made.
