Sehr freundliches Personal! Es gibt Frühstück oder man kauft sich dort an der Bar was und nimmt es mit aufs Zimmer! Wasserspender mit gekühlten Wasser oder Sprudel!

Parkplätze nicht ausreichend bei der Unterkunft, es darf aber auf der Straße parkiert werden!

Staff molto gentile, struttura pulita e con ogni comfort per una famiglia. Disponibilità di un bar con il necessario per colazioni, pranzi veloci o panini per asporto. Bellissima possibilità di avere sempre acqua fresca tramite un distributore! Siamo stati davvero molto bene!

Box doccia davvero molto piccolo! Struttura non proprio vicinissima alla spiaggia per chi come noi ha dei bimbi piccoli. Ma in 10/15 min si arriva tranquillamente. Sarebbe stato carino che la prima ricarica dell’acqua fosse stata compresa nel prezzo.

La squisita gentilezza di tutto lo staff. L' ottima posizione e tutto l' occorrente per soggiornare con un bimbo piccolo.

Clean rooms, nice staff, close to the beach.

The air conditioning turns off centrally at night between 22:00-10:00, and there's no way to change that according to staff. This made it extremely difficult for us to sleep, and we woke up overheated multiple times per night. This was in June, for reference. The beds are also hard and the kitchen knife was too dull to use.

Alles ist schon etwas älter. In der Küche waren weder Salz- noch Pfefferstreuer, noch ein Geschirrtuch. Extrem modriger, unangenehmer Geruch beim Öffnen jedes Küchenkastls. Das Zimmer wurde in den 4 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt, Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt

Skvělá lokalita na krásném místě kousek od rezervace a hezkých pláží, v dochozí vzdálenosti obchod a restaurace. Majitelé velmi milý a vstřícní. Parkování přímo před hotelem, v hotelu k dispozici občerstvení a káva.

Camera ampia, pulita e con quel balconcino che affaccia sulla pineta è veramente un angolo di paradiso. Si sente il vento proveniente dal mare e gli uccellini cantare..veramente tutto perfetto! Grazie per aver ospitato me e il mio cagnolino! Consigliatissimo!

La stanza: molto pulita, con arredi recenti e di qualità, si percepisce che viene fatta molta attenzione alla manutenzione. Il personale è molto cortese e accogliente

Il parcheggio era esaurito, ma si trova tranquillamente posto nel raggio di 200 metri.

We liked the location and the size of the apartment for a family with 2 kids

Breakfast was a frustrating experience. Instead of a buffet or self-service arrangement, we had to repeatedly ask at the bar for every piece of bread, slice of cheese, or other item. The owner closely controlled food distribution, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere and resulted in long queues every morning. Traveling with hungry children made this especially challenging, as breakfast became a daily ordeal rather than an enjoyable start to the day. Additionally, the property’s dog-friendly policy was not clearly communicated or advertised in advance, which may be important information for guests when making a booking decision.

Tutto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Posizione molto comoda, dietro una bellissima pineta, a dieci minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Appartamento ben organizzato. Bar della struttura con prodotti locali ottimi. Personale gentilissimo anche con la nostra piccola di sei mesi. Consigliato!

Adatto a famiglie con bambini, posizione molto comoda e tranquilla

Das Frühstück war sehr unkompliziert, lokal und regionale Ware. Persönlich zubereitet. Sehr gute heiße Schokolade. Alles, was man für ein kleines Frühstück braucht. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl dort, weil das Personal sehr freundlich ist. Sehr zuvorkommend. Immer ein Lächeln und freundliche Worte auf den Lippen. hundefreundlich preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Hotel hat einen sehr persönlichen Touch. Man merkt es Familien geführt.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal .Gute ruhige Lage.Nicht weit vom schönen Sandstrand mit Strandbar entfernt. Hunde sind sehr willkommen.

Leider kein Deutschsprachiges Fernsehen Programm, auch kein Schweizer Programm.Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und die Dusche sehr klein.

la camera ampia con una bella cucina e un bel terrazzino fornito di stenditoio ,il MarreBlù è posizionato in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi passi da tutto, colazione ottima come il caffè ,la cortesia e simpatia veramente genuina di tutto lo staff ci ha veramente conquistate , ci hanno anche dato informazioni sull'area circostante a Principina a mare rendendoci così anche le giornate lontano dalla spiaggia molto piacevoli e se volete mangiare bene basta chiedere alla reception e ti diranno quali sono i migliori ristoranti della zona

Posto davvero carino! Personale reception e bar davvero simpatico e gentile.sono stata benissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend per visitare la zona in bici. I gestori, attenti a tutte le nostre necessità, ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie sulle piste ciclabili della zona, oltre ad avere a disposizione un deposito coperto per le bici per la notte. L' hotel è a poche centinaia di metri dal mare, di fronte ad una splendida pineta. Le stanze sono ampie, con balcone e angolo cottura. Ottima la colazione.

Il riscaldamento in bagno non funzionava, avevamo gocce d acqua su tutta la finestra e portafinestra che bagnavano il pavimento. Attrezzature cucina non sufficiente. Le strade erano veramente messe male. Il prezzo troppo alto per ciò che viene offerto specie in inverno. Gli ambienti erano freddi

Die Strandnähe, die Lage im waldreichen Ort, bestens geeignet für Jogger und Fahrrad Fahrer. Im Haus wurde an alles gedacht, was Familien den Ferien Alltag erleichtert. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Also wir in die Siedlung zum Hotel eingebogen sind haben wir erst einmal Schreck bekommen, die Straßen sind sehr huppelig. Vor dem Hotel auch, doch das war eigentlich das einzige was negativ war. Das Appartment war groß und mit einer kleinen Küche, der Balkon war direkt am Naturschutzgebiet und super ruhig Frühstück ist für jeden individuell mit dem besten Cappuccino In 10min ist man am Strand. Überall im Hotel findet man ein gemütliches Eckchen und es gibt einen kleinen Spielplatz f5die Kleinsten Es war herrlich ruhig, das Personal ist extrem freundlich und spricht Englisch Wir wollen wieder kommen

Gar nichts

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal im Mareblu. Das Studio ist klein, aber geschickt eingerichtet, sehr sauber, gemütlich und ruhig. Das Naturschutzgebiet hinterm Haus gibt dem ganzen einen zusätzlich erholsamen Vibe. Principina a Mare selbst ist ein schönes, kleines Örtchen direkt am Meer. Vom Hotel aus ist der Strand gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Beste aber ist das Personal. Ich glaube freundlicher kann man kaum behandelt werden, alle sind gelassen, fröhlich und immer zuvorkommend.

Die Dusche ist sehr klein.

Super Standort, nahe am Meer und allen Restaurants/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Apartment bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Pinienwälder.

Il posto è molto bello e tutto il personale del residence è molto cordiale e disponibile.

La colazione è ottima, con prodotti di alta qualità. Staff gentilissimo. La posizione vicina al mare, raggiungibile con una passeggiata su strada in pianura o da sentieri immersi nella pineta. Stabilimenti ben attrezzati a prezzi competitivi oppure spiaggia libera per tutti i gusti.

The entire place was beautiful and peaceful. The room was sparkling clean and had good ac, cooktop, nice size fridge, and a balcony. Nice staff. Parking is a little tight but doable. The nearby Coop is limited but the huge Coop is 15 minutes away. A great place to stay!

9:00 am checkout is kind of difficult.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. There really isn't anything to complain about!Breakfast was very good, the commitment to eco and organic, local produce and product is evident.

To be offered a room, that has not been cleaned properly is unacceptable. Unfortunarely, we had to return the key and leave. We had to search for another accomodation in an extremely short notice. I don't know, if the cleaning standards are so low in this accomodation, or they just didn't have enough time to prepare the room accordingly. Nevertheless, it is unacceptable and upseting to be offered a dirty room upon arrival. The receptionist suggested, that she could ask the cleaning lady to clean the room the next morning. Were we expected to spend the first night in a dirty accomodation? Spiders, dust on floor and furnitures, blue bathing towels that did not look properly washed and non hygienic, limescale on toiletbowl, a lamp with hanging wires. The balkony including sunbeds and table had not been cleaned for months. The desert rain the night before is no excuse. The accomodation, toilet, balkony must be cleaned to a reasonable standard before offered to the guests. If no availability or time to prepare accordingly, they should neither continue selling accomodation on line, nor handling out the key to guests. When we arrived ,noone implied that our room is not ready or suggested to come back later , in order to be cleaned. In contrary the receptionist was happy to announce that we were upgraded and we were given a bigger, better accomodation than what we booked. So my understanding is that this was among the best rooms-appartments Residence Mareblu offers. Facilities very outdated. I could picture an old care home from the 70's, but nothing that reminds me of a holiday accomodation. Severe wear and tear. Furthermore we had paid extra for breakfast . To our surprise, the receptionist advised us ,that we would be given vouchers for breakfast and the vouchers would serve to get us a cup of coffee and a croissant. Our 3 nights booking was unfortunately non refundable, but I would not stay in this property even if it was for free.

Simple studios with sufficient equipment, at reception there is cafe where you can have coffee, cake or drink. Location of residence is in a quiet street, 10min walk to the beach.

Nice clean accommodation near by the beaches. There is a small playground at the site. I liked free bikes which you could rent to get to shops. The apartment had all we needed and was nicely clean. There is a lift and trolley so it is easy to get your luggage to your apartment. Parking possible around the hotel, no reservation needed

The shower needs to be rebuild the doors are quite challenging to close.

The spacious and clean room; well-equiped kitchenette; pretty little garden and the view outside balcony; good location to the park of the Maremma (if you drive).

The checkout time was a bit early. The shades didn't work very smoothly and were noisy.

Das kleine Hotel liegt ruhig, direkt neben einem Pinienwald. Sehr freundliche Inhaber bzw. Personal, die sogar deutsch sprechen. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen und einige kleine Mitbewohner (Ameisen), aber ansonsten war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in der ruhigen Vorsaison.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un monolocale dal 17 al 29 giugno 2017 con la nostra bimba di 15 mesi. L'appartamento era completo di tutto, pulito e funzionale. Unico neo era la doccia in quanto piccola e con le porte che non si aprivano e chiudevano bene. Per il resto il personale dell'hotel era molto efficiente e cordiale.
