The bungalows were well equipped and very private from the others with a great alfresco terrace. The pool was lovely.

Creo que la piscina esta muy bien pero estaba sucia con verdin en el perimetro pero quizás ha sido algo puntual.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit Pool. Wir waren in Haus Nr. 1, ein hübsches Häuschen, sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es war sauber und das Personal war super freundlich. Auf Anfragen wurde immer sofort reagiert. Die Parksituation ist ebenfalls sehr gut.

Wir hatten oft Probleme mit dem W-LAN.

Truly living in a small Greek village. Brand-new houses, with beautiful and very comfortable design. All the comforts of home in a location with a stunning view. The pool area is charming and perfectly quiet to relax in. 7-minute drive to Methoni, plus more beaches and villages. Marios is available at all times for any request.

The pool was a bit dirty, and it would have been nice if there were snacks for sale at the pool bar.

The whole complex and the studios(not villas) are very nice, modern furniture, clean, comfortable bed, garden is very well maintained and generally peaceful. Nice spot to relax away from busy areas.

Althought generally all the spaces of the room was crystal clean, unfortunately I had my first experience with bed bug bites which affected the rest of our holidays after. We just stayed there for few hours for the night to continue with the rest of our road trip so I didnt realized that those marks werent mosquitos until the next day. Also the toilet was leaking and water was on the floor of bathroom until kitchen. This would be ok, if the host just let us know about the problem and left us a mob or some towels to deal with it from the beginning. Instead of that he acted surprised like he saw the problem for the first time with us upon checkin, and we had to call him back to bring us something to wipe the floor.

The accommodation itself was very nice, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We really enjoyed the setting and the overall atmosphere of the property. The location was also very convenient. Overall, the accommodation was a very pleasant place to stay.

Unfortunately, the organisation and communication did not match the quality of the accommodation. On arrival, there was nobody available to show us where our accommodation was, so we had to call twice. Later, we discovered that a code was required to exit the property by car, but this had never been communicated to us, so we had to call again. The next morning, we went to the pool bar for coffee and found nobody there. When I politely mentioned these issues, the response was surprisingly defensive. Instead of simply acknowledging the lack of information, we received a detailed explanation of where the staff member had been at specific times and were told that we could have waited, called or sent a message. But that was precisely the issue: as guests on holiday, we should not have to repeatedly call someone for basic information or to access an advertised service. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again on our last day. We waited around 20 minutes for coffee, with nobody at reception or behind the bar. When the staff member eventually arrived and realised who we were, his attitude became noticeably warmer: he offered us the coffees, chatted with my partner, gave us recommendations for the day and came to shake our hands when we left. The gestures were appreciated, although the sudden change in attitude after our previous exchange felt a little uncomfortable. The swimming pool could also have been cleaner. It is a shame because the accommodation itself is genuinely very good. Better communication, clearer information on arrival and more consistent availability would have made our experience much better.

Somos una familia de 4 personas y a los cuatro nos encantó! Normalmente las fotos publicadas superan la realidad, pero en este caso es al revés, las fotos no le hacen justicia. Apartamento precioso, perfectamente equipado con todo lo necesario, la piscina del hotel no es muy grande, pero con el espacio de alrededor muy cuidado. Muy cerca del castillo de Methoni. Muy positivo: El propietario nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos, incluido un problema con el coche. Recomendado 100%, sin duda un lugar para volver. L'appartement est organisé sur deux étages, avec climatisation dans les chambres et salle de bain. La piscine est belle, le jardin bien entretenu, les brebis du champ voisin amènent une petite touche bucolique.

Lors de notre séjour, nous avons constaté qu'il manquait une étagère dans le frigo et qu'il n'était pas très performant, un plafonnier était cassé, comme la pommade douche du RDC, et plusieurs petits détails non traités depuis un certain temps et pas durant notre séjour.

Prima locatie en goede uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen! Aardig personeel waar we ook een gezellige avond mee hebben gehad aan de bar! Groot bed, dat was fijn!

Het voelde erg druk aan bij het zwembad, het ziet er op de foto's iets idyllischer uit als in het echt. Misschien hebben wij ons vergist maar we dachten dat er 4 of 5 appartementen/villa's totaal waren maar dat zijn er veel meer (wij zaten in appartement 10). De airco in het huisje trekt het ook maar net, het was erg warm en koelde eigenlijk net niet voldoende. En het zwembad voelde als theewater en zag er troebel uit.

The location was beautiful and peaceful, and the place itself was very nice, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool and the views from our back terrace.

There was a stray dog who just wouldn't stop bothering us when we were outside and at the pool. Also, at some point goats came to our back patio and pooped on the table, chairs and couches. Unfortunately, but I suppose it couldn't be helped, the gardeners spent a whole morning using their loud machines right in front of our patio- and so dust everywhere.

Traumhafte Lage und sehr viel Platz in der Unterkunft. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen und schöne Ausstattung. Highlight ist der private Pool mit super Aussicht auf Olivenbäume und das Meer.

Wenn man Pech hat, kann man ziemlich laute Nachbarn bekommen, da die Terassen direkt aneinander grenzen und nur durch eine Mauer / Sichtschutz getrennt sind. Das kann aber überall passieren ;)

Petite villa avec piscine individuelle très agréable, jolie terrasse avec très belle vue sur les collines et la mer. Très bon petit déjeuner. Établissement très calme, dans des collines d’oliveraies, prévoir 5-10 min de voiture pour se rendre à Methoni, petite ville très agréable et bien dotée en bons restaurants.

Literie pas exceptionnelle, petit déjeuner non compris systématiquement, penser à rajouter le prix. Présence d’un jeune chien (non agressif) n’appartenant pas à l’hôtel dans le jardin lors de notre séjour, difficile à faire partie.

The villa is the perfect size for 6 people. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Superbly equipped with everything a family needs on vacation. It includes a toaster, coffee machine, and juicer. There's even an oven and a washing machine. The terrace is incredibly large and offers beautiful views of the sea and islands. Perfect for long breakfasts. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The city is a 7-minute drive away. We spent a very relaxing week. I highly recommend it. The photos on the hotel website are accurate.

The unit was comfortable and we appreciated the outdoor terrace and the pool. Staff were friendly and competent.

The kitchen was not well equipped for three guests. As we were out of town we would have liked to be able to prepare food more easily.

Amazing place on top of the hills Overlooking the sea and the bay of Methoni. Staff extremely comprehensive and ready to sort out any problem promptly. Flats clean and fully equipped, big enough to spend your time relaxed.

The place is amazing! It is super calmed and you have great views. Also the swimming pool area is great. The house had every detail, and the bed was super comfortable. We loved it!

The whole complex was a Mediterranean paradise, within olive trees. The property was very spacious, and the en suite bathroom in the master bedroom was an unexpected luxury. Perfect for families with a great breakfast. Host very friendly and happy to accommodate all our needs.

Honestly, we did not come across anything that could be different or better for the money we spent.

Heerlijk appartement met fijn terras. Iedere dag werden prullenbakken etc geleegd. In de week dat wij er zaten 2x grote schoonmaak incl schone handdoeken en beddengoed. Douche heerlijk warm (duurt even). Marios is een vriendelijke behulpzame eigenaar.

Niet goed vermeld dat er nog een Climate Crisis Resilience Fee (klimaatbelasting) betaald moet worden. Wordt berekend adhv verblijfsduur en aantal m2 accommodatie.

Afentiko Pigadi exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a seaview villa and enjoyed the sights and sounds of the valley below. The villa itself was was well-designed, extremely comfortable and offered every convenience.

Super tolle Lage. Sehr ruhig. 3 Minuten mit dem Auto bis Methoni. Tolle Strände in der Nähe.

Great house and private pool, spacious and with a great view on the valley and sea. The house feels cosy in a modern way and is nicely furnished.

There is not really a couch in the living, and the cushions on the bench could be a little softer.

Ήταν όλα τέλεια!!!

Πρόκειται για ένα εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα , λίγα λεπτά έξω από τη Μεθώνη. Υπέροχος ευρύχωρος καθαρός χώρος με όμορφη διακόσμηση, ενώ διέθετε όλα τα απαραίτητα. Διαθέτει ακόμη χώρο parking. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Ruime villa met 2 badkamers Prima bedden. Ruime keuken Heel mooi gemaakt. Luxe privé terras Heel mooi zwembad met mooie ligbedden Ruime privé parking. Onze keukenkraan ging stuk tijdens onze verblijf. De eigenaar heeft supersnel gehandeld en liet binnen de 12h een loodgieter komen. Sterk.

We verbleven er 3 nachten. Een handdoekwissel was wel eens handig geweest. Ook omdat we ze niet tijdig droog kregen. In april kun je niet 100% vertrouwen op de de zonneboilers. Je moet dus hiervoor een alternatief hebben. We hadden soms geen warm water In de slaapkamer zijn er airco's. In de woonkamer niet waardoor dit toch nog koud aanvoelde in april.

Utrolig vakkert sted. Ligger midt i en olivenlund, noen kilometer fra kysten. (Du må ha egen bil). Leilighetene er moderne og godt utstyrt. Ekstra pluss for to soverom og to bad. Hjelpsom og hyggelig betjening. Verdens søteste katter har de også. Vi hadde ikke varmt nok vær til å få prøvd bassenget, men anlegget er flott.

The complex felt like it needed some maintenance. The view we had was of a very dirty property next door. Our villa was very basic and the kitchen doesn’t have enough pots and pans to actually cook. We had one tiny frying pan and a pot. No dishwasher. For the price we had higher expectations

Un endroit idyllique pour des vacances, calme très bien pourvu pour la détente et le farniente. Le décor est magnifique

-Airco installatie(van bovenburen) zat onder 'ons' slaapkamerraam ingebouwd, maakte geluid zodat met openraam slapen te lawaaiig was -keuken had meestal geen warm water (misschien deden we iets verkeerd??) -WIFI soms wat minder goed -Voor de zomermaanden is het overdekte terras van het appartement(nr.7) prima, maar voor najaar en voorjaar zou een een zonnig plekje ook fijn zijn. Bij het zwembad zitten is dan het alternatief - We hadden gevraagd om een appartement dat niet dicht bij het zwembad was, dat verzoek is wel 'begrepen', maar genegeerd 'omdat het een rustige periode was'. Dat laatste klopte inderdaad, maar we hadden graag tevoren geweten dat men andere plannen met ons had dan gevraagd.

Absolutely gorgeous upstairs apartment, extremely spacious, modern, clean and very comfortable with a lovely outdoor covered patio which got amazing sun. Fabulous surroundings in an olive estate, plenty of privacy and very peaceful and quiet. Amazing pool with lovely loungers and chairs. Very nice kitchen which we used for two days to cook our own meals, with everything we needed there (recommend bringing some cooking oil or buying nearby). Excellent air con, everything felt modern and new. Plenty of power points to charge up devices etc. Felt very secure in terms of our belongings when we left to go sightseeing. Good carpark facility for our rental vehicle, close to our room. Would absolutely recommend this property, and happily stay again. It takes about 10-12 mins to drive to town from here, to explore Methoni and its castle. We found two very good local supermarkets not far from the accommodation where we purchased meats, fruit and veg, wine and beer, pastries, snacks etc etc - anything we wanted. We loved this property, even the sound of the bells on the goats as they were herded up and down the road in the morning and afternoon! This place was a highlight amongst our stays over the five weeks we travelled around Greece!

Honestly cannot think of anything we didn’t like about this property at all. Ticks all our boxes.

The manager was extremely helpful.

The rooms looked a little tired particularly the shower and bathroom. No teaspoons to be found and no water was left for us. Having said this the Mgr came out in the evening and delivered water bottles

Staff were exceptional, real professionals who know what they're doing. Our villa with a private pool was just amazing, very tasteful interiors. The only downside the large group of 6 next to is who were very loud thankfully not till late but still enough to annoy. .
