L’ETOILE BEACH HOTEL

I’ve read a load of reviews of this hotel and I’ll do mine now staff on desk spot on mixed review on table staff some very good on some no good asked for water and none came ended getting our own bar staff average but he didnt speak much English limited drinks vodka rum whisky Bacardi larger that was it they did try to make cocktails the food was to put it polite cold and un edidble we were all inc and we gave it benefit of doubt and tried 3 times over a 10 day stay and it never change ate out at other places cleaning staff very good water in room every day and to cap it all earth quake not hotels fault but very freighting all in all won’t stay there again gave it benefit of doubt stayed there 3 times with a gang of friends food very bad

I'd like to say from when we were greeted by Kadir @ the front desk our time was great. They do practice service to a high degree which is rare these days. The food was great along with the service in the dining room. I'd like to give a big up to the entertainment team...Tonny & Jimmy who kept us entertained with darts & bingo...& in the evening some great acts. They were both funny & sweet, it was nice to spend time with them. Our room was modern & cleaned daily by some hard working chambermaids, leaving fresh towels, water, etc. Sophie was nice she helped me with my bed issue & was available to us which was nice. All in all I had a great time & recommend Letoile to all.

The hotel is lovely, bedrooms clean, entertainment staff very attentive and friendly Tonny and Jimmy always interacting with everyone. Have given 5 stars however will knock half off for food choices maybe I'm just fussy would definitely comeback.

The staff are all so friendly the animation team jimmy and tonny are great fun rooms where cleaned every day and food was delicious and was different every day could not fault this hotel at all and the location is great too

Everything is fine with nice weather and lovely hotel all staff very friendly and helpful Entertainment very friendly and helpful and full active s allday Jimmy and tony thank you

came with my friend on the 12th october, very clean hotel and hotel rooms, food is okay, wide selection but i’m a picky eater but still something for me to eat. staff are very friendly and helpful entertainment staff (jimmy and tony) kind, funny and helpful, very inclusive, many activities during the day and fun night entertainment. would recommend this hotel also only 30 second walk to the beach

Came on holiday with my friend, beautiful hotel and amazing staff. As we’re both picky eaters I’m a bit skeptical of the food but there’s always something to eat. The entertainment staff Jimmy and Tony were by far the best and made me feel very involved The reception staff are equally as nice The beach is under a minute away And the bedroom is fairly cozy with comfortable beds

It was fabulous! Great staff, very polite. Room was very clean. The food and drinks were excellent, very tastefully. The waiters were very polite and gave full service. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Just back after 10 days at l’etoile. we have been to this hotel many times and must say it was one of the best. Rooms large and clean. Food was very good something for everyone. Staff were excellent so friendly and helpful. The animation team made our stay very enjoyable and a credit to the hotel. Hotel is in a great location near to all the life Icmeler has to offer plus lots of shops. One downside is the sun beds they need replacing. Will definitely be back

Lovely hotel and jimmy and Tommy were brilliant for keeping us entertained and very helpful.Ran and Joseph and George (

Letoilehotel is absolutely wonderful food great pool great and entertainment team fantastic , entertainment is best one ever , we are having fantastic holiday here our room and the view is brilliant, clean spotlessly kept love it here .

Fabulous hotel.. food good. Roomss very clean . Great entertainment team especially Jimmy .location by the beach and nearly the centre we will be coming back for next year again thanks 👍👍👍

It was our first visit to Turkey and we booked this hotel at the last minute. We didn’t know what to expect, but it turned out to be great. Turkey pleasantly surprised us. We were satisfied with everything – the food and the rooms were nice. The animation team was very active and funny, especially Tonny and Jimmy. We also want to thank you for the birthday gift for our son. Many thanks for the professional approach

Our second time at this lovely hotel we cannot recommend it enough! The staff were very helpful and accommodating, in particular in particular the entertainment team excellent choice of activities from water polo to aqua aerobics I would recommend!! who made our holiday memorable ! A great location for beach and shopping,

I came here with my family for the first time. Lovely hotel totally. Rooms were nice, food can be much more delicious. All staff were very friendly. Jimmy Cindy Tonny from animation team was excellent. Especially Cindy was the best one. She is a good friend for our family. Thank you for everything.

Rooms nice, Jimmy Tonny Cindy from entertainment really good. Especially Cindy is a good friend. Food services is good but food is average. Thank you for everything

First time we came here with my daughter. It was so nice to stay here. Nice food and also rooms. Everything was clean. Animation team worked really hard all day. Especially Cindy was the best for me and my daughter, i like her smile. I would like to come back again thank you for everything

I rarely write negative reviews, but our stay at L’Etoile Hotel in İçmeler was so disappointing that I feel others should be aware before booking. The holiday started on the wrong foot after being met by rudeness. On arrival, we were met by Nilgün at reception, who didn’t even look up from her phone. Instead of a warm welcome, she snapped at us for our passports and to sign documents, there were no pleasantries such as “hello,” no smile, no “enjoy your holiday.” First impressions really matter, and this set the tone for the rest of our stay. It’s not my first rodeo Icmeler and I know they’re the kindest and politest souls…not sure why it doesn’t apply to this hotel! When we entered our room, we immediately noticed that the bunk bed was broken. We reported this straight away and were told someone would come in “15 minutes.” Two hours later, still no one had arrived. What should have been a simple fix turned into a two-day battle just to make sleeping arrangements safe. Shockingly, one of the “solutions” suggested by staff was to put my six-year-old child on the top bunk because she was “smaller and easier to lift.” This completely ignored the fact that the bed was unsafe, with a missing step and no proper support, putting her at genuine risk of falling. After getting nowhere with staff, I contacted Jet2 in England. Within 30 minutes, their rep Sandra came to the hotel and personally assisted us. With her support, Sophie in guest relations managed to arrange a mattress on the floor and provide an additional room key. While we appreciated Sandra and Sophie’s efforts, the sleeping arrangements remained far less than ideal. We eventually met the hotel’s rep Ilker, whose “solution” was to ask us to wait another day while the supposedly “fully booked” hotel checked if a further room might become available—or to change hotels, which he warned would be at least a three-day process. That would have meant wasting five full days of our holiday. Even worse, I was told by Ilker not to contact England again with issues, as it created “too many actions” for him to deal with. Completely unprofessional. Through all this, Sophie in guest relations worked tirelessly to help. She was clearly dealing with problems from multiple guests, yet never once made us feel like we were too much trouble. She often went out of her way—finding us at the beach or sending messages—to update us and support us as best she could. Sophie is genuinely a star and deserves massive recognition for the difficult job she has on her hands in that place. Without her, the stay would have been unbearable. The “solutions” offered by the hotel itself were either: 1. Move us to a room meant for three people and squeeze in another bed, or 2. Pay £500 for an upgraded room. After three days wasted, the only option left was to pay for the upgrade, as we were told there were no like-for-like rooms available, which is something extremely hard to believe in a hotel claiming to be fully booked. The problems didn’t stop with the bunk bed. The hotel overall is tired and in serious need of refurbishment. Carpets were stained, décor was worn, and fixtures looked neglected. At one point, we even returned to our room to find the shower literally broken into two pieces, leaving us unable to use it until staff eventually sorted it out. Even more concerning, there were nails sticking out of the wall in the corridor, which we reported but which still hadn’t been fixed by the time we left. A serious safety hazard that was simply ignored. Cleanliness standards were inconsistent, and it was difficult to relax in the room due to the constant hum of the generator outside. The all-inclusive food was repetitive and bland, with little variety, and the drinks were watered down. The overall dining experience was underwhelming. To conclude, The beachfront location aside, this hotel was a major disappointment. From the unfriendly welcome to unsafe sleeping arrangements, broken facilities, visible hazards, poor service, and subpar food, it was far from a four-star experience. The only positive of this hotel is Sophie in guest relations. She worked above and beyond to support us in what was otherwise a terrible holiday. If anyone deserves credit here, it’s Sophie—she is the one shining star in an otherwise failing hotel. We will not be returning and cannot recommend L’Etoile Hotel. Families especially should think twice before booking, as safety, professionalism, and guest care are clearly not priorities here

Stayed here for the first 20 days in August. Hotel is in a great location right on the beach and close to all the action but wasn't noisy in the night from nearby bars.food was ok always fresh and plenty of choice , especially the salads. Rooms cleaned most days, beds were quite hard and rooms a bit dated but all clean . Always got a sun bed if you got down early enough. Pool area nice size . Probably wouldn't stay here again but we all enjoyed our time here. A good 3 star.

I dont recommend this hotel anyone. Their restaurenr service is very bad and personnel are rude. They dont give linch for the last day. Very stingy hotel

Such a lovely hotel with friendly staff, thank you to the animation team Jimmy, Cindy , Tony and Amy for making our holiday the children loved you guys. Tasty food, perfect location and rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels. We will be booking again

Amazing experience at this hotel, the staff went above and beyond for anything we needed. Animation team especially, they made the experience for my little ones even more special.

The hotel was really good - quality and price. Hotel was clean, room was new and clean, food was amazing, there was good choice. Animation team did their best every day. And sea was amazing, so close to the hotel and beach was very clean.

**Terrible Experience — Stay Away** I had an absolutely awful experience here. The behavior from some of the locals was shockingly rude and, at times, completely inappropriate. My family and I felt unsafe — my partner was touched without consent, and our children were subjected to offensive gestures. It was deeply upsetting and unacceptable. The food was also appalling — genuinely the worst I’ve ever had. It felt like no effort or care was put into it. To make matters worse, it seemed like the locals would group together to intimidate visitors. It was not a welcoming environment by any means. On top of all that, the rooms looked **nothing like the photos** shown online. The condition and cleanliness were far below what was advertised. This added even more frustration to an already terrible stay. I strongly urge others to stay away from this place. If you care about your safety and your family's wellbeing, this is **not** the place to go. All I can say is: **no, no, no.**

hotel animation team was amazing always keeping the mood high amy and cindy were amazing making sure people fell welcome and included. The hotel was so clean only thing i can say was the food could have been better and some of the staff memebers/ waiters came across slightly over friendly/ made me feel uncomfortable and especially towards younger girls. however overall i had a lovely time i stayed for 10days and throughly enjoyed xx

HOTEL TO AVOID (booked through Sunweb) We stayed at the "L'Etoile Beach" Hotel (Icmeler/Marmaris, Turkey) from August 5 to 12, 2025. Unfortunately, we encountered several problems from the very beginning of our stay. It started on the day of our arrival, when the receptionist (Nilgun) got angry at us, saying we didn't have rooms because there was a mistake with our names (there was no mistake). A man from the hotel came to calm her down, took matters into his own hands, and we got our rooms. We went to reception one day, and the same receptionist was sitting on a chair looking at her phone. We waited three minutes before her colleague pointed out that there were guests at the reception desk. At that moment, we realized we were disturbing her. Then, the problems started to pile up: - The biggest problem: our room door wouldn't lock due to a problem (the door should lock automatically when you close the door), and so the door remained open to everyone all day long. We first reported the problem to reception as soon as we noticed it on Wednesday. We had to wait over 20 minutes for a technician to "fix" the door. The next day, the same problem occurred (each time after the maid had been). We went to reception every day to report the problem again and wait for it to be resolved until the following day. Since this was happening every day, we went to Guest Relations (Sophie), explained the problems and asked for compensation for the time lost each day. She fixed the problem for the next 12 hours and told us she had to speak with her manager for compensation. We first found her on Friday and have to go back to her every day for the same problem. We're still waiting for a response from her manager, and her response was, "I still need to check with him." Finally, the handle was completely disassembled last night and replaced. My son had to wait over an hour with the technician to fix the problem. - Another problem: the screws on our bathroom handle had been loose since the first day, and my mom found herself stuck in the bathroom with the door handle in her hands (luckily, I was in the room to let her in from the outside). The handle was only repaired on Friday when we explained the emergency, while the maid came into the bathroom every day to change the towels. - We also have a problem with our showers, where the shower head and the rain shower head run together at different temperatures, with no way to turn off either one. The problem is still ongoing. - Meals are also a problem. We are a family of six, including my grandfather and my mother, who moves slowly with a cane. We have to arrive 15 minutes before the doors open to get a seat and eat. In fact, we get pushed around by other customers to get to a table. What's more, if we arrive later, we have nothing to eat. For example, we returned from a trip today at 7:30 p.m. and went straight to dinner (dinner from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.). Although we arrived only 30 minutes after opening, we found ourselves with empty plates at 8 p.m., even though the restaurant was still open for an hour. - The elevator button on the first floor doesn't work; you have to press the button to go up and then back down again. When we pointed this out to reception, they told us that all we had to do was press the button to go up, and that it worked. When you're with a 90-year-old, it's difficult to understand that if I want to go down, I have to press the button to go up. The problem still exists. We spent half our vacation at reception, with Guest Relations or another person from the hotel, trying to resolve the issues and request compensation for lost time. Every day we received the same responses: "We'll see tomorrow," "We don't know how to do better," etc. The result: it's the last day, and they can't do anything anymore because it's the last day. We do not recommend this hotel.

Have spent a week at the hotel with family and friends. Large party of 10. Very warm friendly welcome in the reception on our late arrival. Rooms very spacious and clean with a fabulous view of the sea. Food lovely with lots of choice. No problem in getting a sun bed and parasol . Staff are great and they cannot do enough for you. Animation staff are fabulous, very friendly and they do a great job of getting everyone involved in all activities.

Fabulous hotel hotel is clean and cleaners are around all day in all areas, rooms are clean, beds comfortable and all very modern fridge in room and always water left in. Food is really great salad bar, omelettes, pancakes and eggs being made on a morning. Lunch and evening Great variety and not same all the time staff in restaurant and bar cannot do enough for you. Animation team do a brilliant job tonny, Sophie and my soon to daughter inlaw Amy🤣🤣 work really hard keeping everyone happy and entertained day and night I would definitely return to this hotel

Great hotel traditional warm welcome staff are very helpful excellent entertainment especially Cindy Amy and team great activities for all the family amazing location and free sunbeds on the beac

Clean rooms. Pool area very clean. Lots of staff always cleaning. Animation team working hard to involve everyone, aqua aerobics was a favourite of my daughters. Food different every day. Bar service quick and efficient, no queues. No sunbed wars (2nd week of school holidays) lovely icecream. Parasols for everyone. Staff always polite and helpful

The hotel is amazing with amazing animation team like tonny, Cindy , Amy they are all amazing and friendly. Different types of food everyday and nice rooms.

Absolutely great especially amy cindy jimmy and tony from the animation team best workers i have ever met in my whole entire life .The beds are comfy .The pool is great.

Alles was man sich wünschen kann ,war hier. Aktiviteten, live Musik schöne Umgebung.

Awful hotel and definitely not 4 star. Staff were rude on check in. we booked a standard sea view with balcony/terracw for myself and my 2 teenage sons. No sea view through the filthy windows - the balcony was on the side not facing t he sea and not big enough for 1 pwraa saw on let alone 3 and only had 2 chairs. bathroom was dirty on arrival. headboard was covered in ‘splashes’ Not enough sunbeds around the pool. Spa/gym down a dark smelly alley underneath the hotel felt more like a brothel when you walked in. We left after 2 nights and checked into a real 4 star hotel. Offered a room change after 2 nights but already decided to move somewhere better. Manageress said she would help me with love holidays and also email me regarding our early departure but didn’t. Ended up paying and extra £1800 to move to a beautiful 4 star hotel further along the beach. awful experience and we lost 2 days of our holiday

Animation team it's excellent, Cindy, Tony, Jimmy and Amy. Hotel service 5 stars. And I hope back on next year. Food great. And I can say big thank you to all Turkey

Such a lovely hotel, perfect for families. The food changes every day. Huge variety, deserts are delicious ☺️ Animation team are great with kids, always entertaining them and encouraging them to join in. We would definitely return.

This hotel is very friendly and the staff don’t bother you too much. We met a lovely girl who was part of the entertainment team she had only just started the day before we arrived 9th July her name was Amy she was always very happy and encouraged our grandson to join in as he was very shy and they became best friends. We actually thought she had been there a lot longer as she seemed very experienced in her job. The hotel itself was ok although the food was not the greatest there were too many flies around and on the salad bar area. The staff in the dining area were also very friendly and were quick to clean up. I would suggest when ordering drinks at mealtime that when giving out water it should be left on the table instead they pour it for you and take the bottle away even if there’s less than half left in the bottle. I’ve been to other hotels and if you ask for wine with your dinner they pour out a glass and then leave the bottle. The hotel is relatively clean although the beds are terrible there so uncomfortable everyone in our party said the same so think they must be due an upgrade. My daughter her partner and son were put in a room with 3 single beds and trying to explain that they needed a double and one single bed was a struggle but they got what they wanted eventually. We specifically asked for a pool view when we booked in January and were given a view of Another hotel across the street. The room we were in had only 4 electrical sockets and one was dangerously hanging off the wall behind a chair 2 were for lamps that we needed to use at night and one was for the fridge so it was difficult to charge phones etc. We did not complain as complaining about the bed was stressful enough. The hotel has free air con and safety box. This hotel was not cheap and I would not recommend to anyone as there are other hotels cheaper with better quality. I do not blame the staff as they were all very nice I just don’t think it is good value for money.

Everything was brilliant. The food was delicious. The room was clean and lovely. Workers were so kind. Anomation team were the best, especially Cindy from animation was so helpful for our daughter. Location was close to the beach. The weather is so high I’m dying but we will definitely come back

Lovely hotel, food really good. Entertainment good. Rooms cleaned daily. Right next to the beach. Staff friendly would definitely stop here again

This was our first visit and certainly won't be our last. Everything was perfect. Rooms spotless, maid service everyday with clean towels and bottled water. All Inclusive food option was plentiful with a variety of options to suit everyone's taste, drinks like Pepsi, water, etc self service and cocktails very nice aswell. All staff very helpful and friendly, couldn't do enough for you. Animation team were absolutely fantastic and kept everyone entertained during the day and evening. Jimmy, Tonny, Amy and especially Cindy who worked so hard. We had the best time ever!

Wow..what a holiday in a great hotel. Ive got to say that the staff make this place..a massive thank you to Amy, Cindy and Jimmy from the entertainment team They do an amazing job keeping everyone going. The numerous staff all go out of their way to help and make sure you are looked after but we must thank Semdin is an absolute super star..so much we want to take him home !! The hotels location is perfect..we will deff return next year.

We have just stayed here for 10 nights and had an amazing time. The staff are so lovely, in particular Amy from animation team, she is so lovely and friendly and the kids loved her, also a great singer !! Bar and waiting staff are so attentive and can't do enough for you, we will definitely be back !!!

This is the our first time in Letoile hotel and we have had enjoyed our holiday everything was good specially Entertainment team Jimmy cindy Tony amy they are very friendly and helpful for everyone. Meal was ok not bad .rooms was good all staff very friendly .

Stayed here recently for a week, it's a very clean hotel, everywhere was spotless including all communal areas and toilets. There's a large pool, again very clean with plenty of sunbeds. Our room was immaculate with crisp white sheets and pillowcases on the beds, TV on the wall, fridge with bottles of water, tea & coffee making facilities etc, a lovely modern bathroom with a great shower, a good size balcony overlooking the pool & sea with 2 chairs a table & clothes rack. The food was lovely, plenty of choice, omelettes & fried eggs made to order at breakfast plus a toastie machine to make your own ham & cheese toasties, lunch & dinner were also very good with so much choice. There was a large display of salads & desserts plus the hot food section where there was pizza being made every day along with pasta, chips, spag bol, chicken, fish etc. There was also kebab meat on a stand which the chef would cut for you which was very popular as was the chicken curry & chicken skewers. On the Sunday we had roast beef & yorkshire puddings mashed potato & veg which was delicious. The soups were a must for me, they were the nicest soups I've had, there would be a different one every lunchtime & dinner time. The patisserie was open every day from 2 til 9 serving cakes, biscuits & ice creams, then from 2 til 4 there would be burger & chips on offer! The drinks were all very nice too, Efes, spirits, wines, cocktails, tea & coffees etc plus soft drinks where you help yourself from the machines, Fanta, Pepsi etc. Entertainment was ongoing throughout the day with pool games, aerobics etc plus darts, table tennis or pool if you wanted to join in. The evening would start off with the kids mini disco at 8.30 (which my granddaughter loved!) followed by bingo then the entertainment. The staff were all very friendly, the waiters in the restaurant were lovely & would come to your table to see if you wanted anything also around the pool they would be back & to bringing drinks to your sun loungers. The only thing we found was the sunbeds were very uncomfortable & gave you backache...All in all a very enjoyable stay, we would definitely return & would recommend...Thanks to everyone at the hotel.

Everything was perfect we have had enjoyed our holiday.all staff very friendly and helpful specially 🤩🤩🤩Animation team Jimmy ,cindy, Tony, Amy they are so hard working for making to happy for everyone. Rooms was clean and wide. Meal was delicious we will back again

JIMMY CINDY AND TONY AND 1 MORE ONE I FORGET HER NAME THANKS

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience with a few things to keep in mind. Positives:
The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, especially on the main reception and the canteen. We frequently sat in the section covered by Vessel and Mehmet, and they were both consistently warm, helpful, and made our mealtimes more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach and conveniently close to local shops, making it easy to pop out for anything you might need. Drinks were available throughout the day, which was a nice touch, and the food had a decent variety that changed daily. While the selection wasn’t huge, most of the dishes were quite flavoursome. Negatives:
The entertainment was somewhat underwhelming, with only two people running it neither were particularly engaging and they repeated bingo almost every night.
Only one key card is issued per room, which can be a bit inconvenient, especially if you’re sharing and have different plans. WiFi was another issue: it worked well in the lobby and around the pool, but was almost non-existent in the dining area. On the 4th floor (where we stayed), the signal was patchy at best.
The bathroom also lacked an extractor fan, which meant it got very hot and steamy quickly. Things to Know:
The hotel has its own designated area on the beach, which is great there are plenty of loungers available for guests. However, loungers just next to this area are owned by other hotels or beachfront restaurants, and you’ll need to either pay around £6, buy food/drink, or be a guest to use them. There are also public beach areas, but these don’t offer any loungers. Overall:
Despite a few small drawbacks, the hotel offers good value for its location and hospitality. The staff, really stood out for their friendliness. If you're looking for a relaxing stay close to the beach with decent food and a laid-back vibe, this place is a solid option

Myself and my family have just returned from a week's stay at the letoile hotel in içmeler and we absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The 😘🤣animation team during the daytimes and evening put on loads of great Entertainment and shows perfect for all ages. Rooms is clean and wide all staff very friendly

Had an enjoyable week at this hotel -. Rooms are not the biggest but always clean and we had a problem with the shower which was fixed straight away. The pool is lovely and has steps in which was particularly helpful as one of the group has mobility issues. Never went hungry always something to eat - the roast beef and Yorker pudds, shepherds our and chicken kebabs were stand out meals. The bread, dips salads and puddings are outstanding. Only sight critism is that younger children are not really catered for - need to have chicken nuggets , plain pasta etc available for them. The animation team worked hard - usual games events but not pressured to take part. The mini disco could be longer and does the music need to be as loud. All staff are lovely and really helpful except the tall lad in the patisserie who was as miserable as sin. Went up at 8:50 for an ice cream for my granddaughter he rudely said they were closed - supposed to be open till 9pm but he still carried on chatting to his mate.Would go again once my youngest grandchild is older around 10.

Fab hotel . Very clean . Great entertainment .Could perhaps cater more for someone like myself that is lactose intolerant . Ie don’t cook with butter use olive oil , offer sorbet in place of ice cream or as well as . Offer soya milk for use with cereals etc Enjoyed Tony and Cindy’s exercise in the morning . Great music played

We arrived for 3 weeks on 23rd May 2025 and enjoyed every minute of our time there. The rooms are very clean and cleaned regularly. The food was excellent, a good selection every mealtime and the chefs were always helpful and displayed their food in an excellent way. We would like to mention especially Boran, The food and beverage manager, the waiters Efe, big Yusuf and little Yusuf, Azize on the bar and her sister in the dining room. All extremely friendly and helpful. We have been going to this hotel for over 25 years and we will be going back in August for a month and are looking forward to going back. Thank you Letoile Hotel.

Cindy and Tony the entertainment staff were lovely and great at there job Hotel staff were great and helpful Only downside was food was not the best small beds if your over 6 feet tall

beautiful, clean and well looked after hotel, staff were very attentive, helpful, chatty and very friendly, really made the holiday enjoyable, a special shoutout the the entertainment team, jimmy and tonny! food was delicious with a great selection and the location of the hotel, being on the beach front was brilliant! we will definitely be back!

This is our 2nd time here .Absolutely love it. Cant fault it at all!!!! Jimmy in the Entertainment team was lovely and very funny. Also not annoying or pushy as we have experienced before. Our stay was 10/10 food was good amazing drinks clean rooms all staff very friendly and helpful we will back !!!

This hotel is a true gem, beach front hotel and close to the centre. Staff are amazing and the hotel is clean and very comfortable. Real double bed, not 2 pushed together. Air con and WiFi in the room. The food is excellent for all inclusive, varied and very fresh. Plenty of drinks that are all fine and tea and coffee on tap. The room has a kettle with tea, coffee and herbal teas. Can not fault it. 1st time there this year and we are booking up again for 2026.

It was a hotel where I came on tour with my family and children. Me and my children were very satisfied, we would like to thank all the employees and the business. Tonnye, who took care of my son who is a little shy, thank you very much, she made my son have a good holiday, we didn't forget to leave the moment on the way, thank you TONNY

First time in L etoile hotel. The staff are fantastic can,t recommend enough the food is good. The rooms are clean &serviced every day .The entertainment team they are wonderful team Jimmy, Tony and one more person who is cares for the children thanks for lovely holiday

I have a wonderful time in l'etoile hotel everything it was nice Crazy Entertainment team they are Brilliant full actives all day and night khad enjoy holiday. All staff very friendly and happy face it was important for us we will come back again this year ohhh yesssss baby Jimmy ×××🤣

This is my 2 nd time at this hotel, came back home late last night and what can l say what an amazing 1 weeks l have had. ENTERTAINMENT TEAM amazing keeping you entertained all day and all night.the rooms wide and clean front of the garden and sea Food was nice all staff very friendly thanks for everything

Had a fantastic week here, the hotel is in a perfect location the rooms were great maids came in everyday with clean towels. The food was plentiful always something to eat. The entertainment team was fab especially Mario he was great with all the guests, would defo return here.

The location is good..mario the entertainer is good...the pool is ok...everything else is poor...food...3/10..rooms...4/10...the whole complex needs a full refurb...its 2024 not 1990...the staff on reception struggle with english language...come on...your an international hotel...maybe..🤔🤔...it looks the part but such a let down for the location...the hotel aqua next door is the one to stay in...sorry its an honest review but we pay hard earned money not to be let down...the only staff member smiling was mario...give that lad a pay rise!!!!!

Great holiday at L’Etoile hotel. Clean rooms, good variety of food, friendly, helpful staff, Mario kept us entertained by day and an interesting variety of acts performed in the evening. Only slight problems were that the beds were a little hard and the pool was freezing - but it was the end of season and we still went in! Would happily return for another holiday.

Our second time at this hotel and will be back again! Rooms - are spotless and similar spec to many decent rooms back home but cleaner. A walk in shower, mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. Staff - very friendly and attentive with special mentions for Tanner in the dining room and Azize (Mrs Galatasaray) who are always smiling and go that extra mile. Food - was warned that standards had dropped and quality not as good. We certainly did not find this there was plenty of variety and we never went hungry. Towards the last few days the hotel had a lot of Turkish guests but this wasnt a problem, if you know Turkish people you know they are so nice and friendly. Entertainment - 100% better than last year, Mario now taken over, nice chilled out music now around the pool during the day. At night we had live music, break dancers, traditional Turkish dancers(very enjoyable) Belly dancer oh and of course Bingo! Faults - nothing worth mentioning.

Homophobia!!! Don’t Stay here and here’s the other bits. What an absolute sh1t hole! Food is so bad that we ate out most of the time. What was edible had flies all over it. Never a table to sit down and eat food with flies on. Toilets covered in pi55 and no toilet roll. The rooms cleaned but yet feet dirty! Staff very rude and those who weren’t spent the meal time winking at you. Pool ok but never cleaned. All inclusive bar not a real thing. I can’t put into words how bad this place is. AVOID AVOID AVOID. NOT HAD A SOLID POO IN 8 days. FLITHY

Cant fault the Hotel exept the beds were to hard

- The electric cut out everyday around 7pm - The lifts were broke - The lobby and poolside needs renovating - The food wasn’t nice - They had NO ICE and it was 40 degrees - The staff did not have a care in the world

I have been to Turkey 40 times now. This is the first time I stayed in Icmeler and at this hotel. All I can say is ‘amazing’. The food. The staff. The atmosphere is brilliant. It’s like home from home. Don’t worry about eating as there is so much food available and will suit all kinds of tastes. The bar has all local alcohol (gin vodka rum etc). Efes on tap. There are machines around to get Coke. Sprite Fanta plus orange juice pineapple juice and so on. Entertainment is provided during the day with darts and bingo in the evening. They also have live music and if you like once a week they have a ‘Turkish Night’. The one thing I found was the Turkish bath and massage. Absolutely brilliant. The best I have experienced

Rediculously tiny, uncomfortable shower, badly kept room, no hair conditioner, only fitted mattress sheets, no second sheets, great food, great location, staff is great.

Mrb ailem ile birlikte bayram tatili için gittik otelin konumu iyi fakat gece 12 den sonra çay bile içemiyorsunuz.animasyon berbat tek güzel yanı denize yakın olması.

Öncelikle olayi madde madde girmek istiyorum. 1- Araba park etme konusuna hic girmiyorum. Otelin girisi yok gibi birsey 2- Restorant'a yemege indiginizde yer bulamiyorsunuz. 3- Resepsiyon hizmeti REZALET. 4- Bu oteli asla kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.paraniza yazik.
