B&B HOTEL Reims Bezannes

It was ok, you need a car to go to Reims. The property was outdated

Convenient to the motorway

Perfect place, just off the motorway and 2 hours from Le Shuttle. The breakfast is terrible though.

Great for an overnight stop, it's just off the motorway and within easy reach of the city centre by car. Apart from one there were no places to eat nearby, and that wasn't open on a Sunday. As with all the B&B Hotels that we've tried, it was clean and well equipped, and the room here was large. Recommended

Basic. Good internet. Lack of free space to sit in foyer

Nice easy place to stay along the road through France to Switzerland, would use it again for family. Nothing flash but perfect for a no frills overnight, clean, nice staff, all you need.

This property is conveniently near the train/bus station and close to the local tram network.

I liked how conveniently located it was to the train station. I also liked how big the room was. I will say, the room looked a bit outdated and the AC barely worked.

Prima in orde!

Excellent location for travelling back to England from the Alps. Lovely boulangerie around the corner. Excellent and roomy family room with comfy beds. Felt much more upmarket than usual stopover hotel. Thanks

Fantastic sized family room. Convenient for a 1 night stop to split up a long journey

Vi sov 3 personer på et familieværelse. Stort værelse og gode senge. Nem og gratis parkering

The guy on reception is a great ambassador for the company. Very warm welcome and professional service.

Alway a warm welcome at reception on arrival, Especially helpful always at the front desk, breakfast regularly refreshed to ensure adequate for all.

Equipement de la chambre minimaliste

Hôtel très confortable chambre spacieuse sanitaire parfait très bien situé. Je recommande.

Room was very cold and did not warm up much. Pillows and duvets very thin.

Swift and speedy check in, received a warm and informative welcome at reception. Great Breakfast even opened breakfast facility to cover my early morning departure, wonderful service

Good location for transit. Tired and tiny rooms.

Très bien hotel récent. Parking pratique. Personnel aimable et souriant.

Tolle Unterkunft für eine Zwischenübernachtung in Richtung Bretagne. Immer wieder gern.

Very clean and staff friendly in Reims. Would recommend

Absolutely fine for a stopover en route to holiday. Quote basic overall but clean and comfortable.

Comfortable place for short trip

Agréable et correct ! Merci !

There are no nearby shops, but there are lots of restaurants.

Difficult to find as the sign to it was pointing to heaven. Overall very good

Prima kamer, niet groot maar oké. Geen föhn aanwezig. Schoon .

The room was good size for one person. The tram is just basically next to the hotel. takes about 30min to go to the old town.

Secure hotel with gate parking. Rooms small and basic but clean and ideal for overnight stays. Breakfast was included, which was limited in choice but very good quality, so overall deal was great value. No EV charger was disappointing. Overall quite pleased.

Beaucoup aimé……

Satisfait

We only stayed for one night but the service was excellent, room very clean and spacious and the breakfast was all we could have asked for. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Personne a l’accueil désagréable. Odeur écœurante dans la chambre. Poussières dans la chambre. Dommage pour un bâtiment récent.

No instructions or intercom to enter car park so had to wait until someone was leaving. Reception give you a key code that opens everything including the car park gate but still unclear how you get in without it. Having traipsed around the whole building to find the entrance we then discovered there's a door directly from the car park into the hotel. No signage at all. Room basic but clean. Creaky bed and that was just lying in it! Breakfast was a shambles. Everything had run out (at 8.40) and long wait for bread/pastries to be replenished, no cups, one coffee machine not working, the other producing weak brown water. All in all, not worth even the budget price.

We did a quick 2 night 1 day stay in Reims and liked that this was a 2 minute walk from the train station and also inter city busses. Tram stop to go to the city centre and other locations right beside the hotel. Easy access to buy tram tickets on the platform. Grocery store a quick 5 minute walk for snacks/sandwich supplies.

I was very comfortaabble here and felt safe. Clean amd a good place to stay.

Keine Internationalen TV Sender.

It was clean and a nice restaurant. 👍👍

Super nice staff

Friendly staff (especially Monia) who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Comfortable bed and convenient for the train, tram and bus. Breakfast had all the basics and was lovely and fresh.

Only stayed 1 night to break up a long journey but I would definitely use it again.

Good overnight stopover nice welcome and helpful Advised we would get 10% off in restaurant next door if we showed our booking but they said it had finished which was a shame ! Breakfast choice good

Our initial room had a problem with the hand basin drain. We were easily swapped to an adjacent room that was fine.

Excellent hotel. Right next to they tram into Reims. A very good choice. We loved our stay.

Fine for a quick overnight stay.

Clean hotel, good bed, great location for an overnight stay and a good restaurant next door

This was a one night stopover on our way driving to the south of France. It was perfect - clean, efficient and very friendly reception staff.

Common area (rooms’ corridor is very smelly, felt not alright.

Family room was very spacious.

Good location with a restaurant next door and the tram stop outside. Very handy for the motorway if you are heading North or South through France. I’ve stayed here many times and it never disappoints.

Perfect budget hotel great breakfast, great room perfect

The greeting upon arrival was superb and our dogs were welcomed as well. The room was spacious and comfortable and it was appreciated that our request when booking had been implemented. The only criticism is that the shower floor needed more cleaning and the shower chair too. Otherwise all was very clean and Covid rules were implemented well. Whilst the hotel does not have a restaurant, all you need to do is step outside and enter the restaurant next door where the food was delicious and you receive a discount as a hotel guest. We only stayed one night mid travels but for those staying longer the trains and trams are just across the road. :)

A very convenient stop on the way to the alps with a good restaurant next door at a very reasonable price.

Clean, comfortable, easy access, good restaurant.

No hair dryer available. Asked to borrow one but not available. No soap dispenser. Looked like the dispenser had broken and been removed. just a difficult to use container on the

Perfect transit hotel. Modern, clean, comfortable. Easy to get to from autoroute. Good restaurant adjoining. Recommended and will use it again.

Small double bed and tiny room. Curtain-type shower. Crib for child had no matress or sheets. Good position and fair price.

We liked the hotel, as it was easy to find being at the edge of the city of Reims, in a new part of the city which was interesting to see. There is a tram stop right outside which was so handy, but check the times carefully as to the time the last trams come back out from the city. We were here to see the Women's World Cup, so it was ideal to get us to the Stadium, and Fifa's signage was very good. The price of a day transport ticket for up to 7 people is such good value. The TGV station is just 2 minutes walk away, it you were coming by train, you could arrive quite late, so a good stop over hotel. The free parking behind the hotel felt safe & the Poivre Rouge Restaurant attached to the hotel is just great for food and drink, and very stylish. All the staff at the hotel & restaurant were very pleasant and helpful, and could speak English which was very helpful as our French is poor, although we do try !

It was windy when we stayed but the noise of something rattling on the building made sleeping difficult. The curtains aren’t blackout or even reach together leaving gaps. Which would be ok if it wasn’t for the really bright lights outside. The room was lit up so much. Hotel is also next to high speed train line which could easily be heard through the windows. Not a good night sleep. We had a large family corner room so other rooms might have been ok but as they were full they couldn’t move us.

Arrived late and reception very helpful (although communication was through google translation!). Morning breakfast was good but was very busy and had difficulty in getting plates and kettlery.

Clean and in good condition as fairly new but not very nice colours in room or breakfast room in our opinion! Very dark feature wall and rest of colour scheme could have been more cheerful!

Handily placed near to the autoroute, we had a spacious family room that served our needs perfectly. The floor we were on was in the process of being refurbished which was slightly confusing to start with, but even the decorators were helpful and guided us to our room.

We arrived in the room and it was an easy check-in but when we arrived in the room there was two tootbrush in the washroom. Later on there was some people that was trying to get in. I open the door and there was another family there saying that we were in their room and that they were wondering where their suitcases was. They went downstairs and it was the hotel staff that moved their stuff to another room. They apologised and asked for the toothbrush back but the staff did nothing else. Was really a awkward position that the hotel put us and the other family in.

Lovely big clean family room. Convenient location close to motorway links. Idea stop over England route back to Calais.

A convenient overnight stop for us traveling from Italy to Calais.

Decent hotel however didn’t receive code needed to access room and had to contact call centre for help / not what I wanted after 10 hour trip

Very nice and easy to get to clean and comfy.

Very basic room and services (a bit ascetic). Too much savings.

Hotel made me pay again despite having prepaid. The night manager would not let me check in unless I did and was rude. Apart from that nice, modern clean hotel with a good shower and breakfast. The high speed trains whistling past can be disturbing early morning

All good except for the car park being at the rear of the hotel and having no clear signage as to how to get to reception. Access to the car park is through a sort of fire exit - really odd design.

Based on trading estate so nothing near by open, had to drive out to find food.

Well worth the money and one of the best in the chain. An easy stop over on the way south. Take a ready meal for their microwave unless you want to go into town as local eateries are often closed.

Good breakfast. Car park secure. Ok for one night. Rooms basic, kettle and tea would be a welcome

Very efficient and helpful staff

It's new inside, but it is done with fairly cheap materials so in a few years I wouldn't be surprised to find it rather worn. However, as of now it's fine. We did have, early in the evening, two times something was banged against the other side of the wall and the wall actually shook, a lot. However, overnight sound was not a problem so who knows there. The hotel is very convenient to the TGV train station and the city tram line (the TGV a block away and the tram right outside the front door). Not the easiest find by car, perhaps; better with GPS.

This is a very new modern hotel but we fell the have missed the basics, main entrance door is on the opposite side of the building from the car park so during our stay every one used a fire door day and night. Bathroom was very big but we had room 2 and there were no towel rails.

Receptionist was helpful giving directions to city. After that downhill: - sink was partially blocked and leaked at u bend - electrical socket was faulty so it didnt charge my phone - after a long day in Paris we arrived for our second night stay and couldn't get into room as the pin wouldn't work, the reception area is not manned so we called the '24 hour helpdesk' - no reply, this wasn't a pleasant experience; if the front door hadn't been left open we would have been outside and the area is dead at night with no amenities close by - apart from getting the train (note this is not Reims train station), i wouldn't stay again
