Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Directly across the street from the beach and ocean swimming. Welcoming host who went above and beyond to make us comfortable. For example, Gary helped us late at night with the air conditioning controller. Even more, when my husband left his ID card, Gary contacted us within the hour and mailed it to our next stay. It arrived the following day at the front desk of our hotel. The room and bathroom are charming, spacious, and immaculately clean. The bed linens and towels are of excellent quality.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete, blitzsaubere Zimmer (wir hatten Zimmer 201 und 301). Tolle bequeme Betten mit hochwertiger Bettwäsche. Vom Balkon sah man das Meer. Der schöne Strand ist in ca. 3 Min. zu erreichen, man geht lediglich über eine Straße/ Parkplatz). Es gibt einen Wasserspender mit kaltem und heißem Wasser und man kann sich dort Kaffee oder Tee zubereiten. Der Besitzer hat uns Restauranttipps gegeben und war sowohl persönlich als auch über whatsapp immer erreichbar. Ich würde das kleine Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Leider ist Nanwan so weit weg.

Reviewed Oct 16, 2024Location is fabulous. Mattresses and linen were 5 star quality. Room had high ceilings and felt spacious. Doors and walls were insulated to block out noise. Place was immaculate/clean. Provided hot/cold water in lobby (not listed in amenities!). Appreciated the drying racks for our wet bathing gear, as well as outdoor shower to wash off our feet.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2024Helemaal chille kamer met ocean view en heerlijk balkonnetje. Laagseizoen, dus dan is in nanwan niet xo veel te doen. Gewoon in de zon zitten en zee zwemmen. Geniet er nou maar van! Voor feest moet je naar Kenting road.

I would like to have a kettle in my room. There is a hot water dispenser in the lobby, but a kettle in my room would be nice.

Reviewed Dec 21, 2023My sister and I had the most wonderful stay. The hostel is just across the street from the beach and free bicycle station. It’s quiet, with a view, spacious and very clean room and the staff were super friendly. Thank you for the early check in, it was highly appreciated!
Nothing. Everything perfect. Loved the free tea and coffee station. Just bear in mind that the breakfast place is around 1km away and not in-house.

The hotel does not face the sea (contrary to what is advertised) but face the highway. Breakfast included is a false publicity: they give you only 100 yen (3 USD) coupon to eat at a restaurant 1.1 km away.
