K7 Hotel Oslo

I had a very bad experience here. I made a mistake while booking and accidentally reserved a bed in a female dorm. I also arrived late at night. Instead of trying to help me find a reasonable solution, they told me I had to pay an extra 500 NOK. No cancellation was accepted, and at that time of night my choices were basically to pay or leave and end up on the street with nowhere to go. What bothered me most was the way the situation was handled. I have made similar booking mistakes while travelling around the world, and normally staff try to help or at least offer another room at a reasonable rate. Here, there was no flexibility, no discount for another dorm, and I was charged the full amount shown on the screen. I paid calmly because I had very little choice at that hour, but I will never forget how I was treated. In all my travels, I have rarely experienced something that felt so rude, exploitative and focused only on money. I will not stay here again.

La amabilidad del personal, el aseo de las habitaciones y zonas comunes. La posibilidad de guardar el equipaje sin costo alguno y la seguridad para entrar y salir a los espacios de las habitaciones.

Recomiendo que en los baños tanto de las habitaciones como los baños compartidos tengan un espacio-repisa para disponer las cosas de aseo y ropa

Syns det er rart at man legger damer og menn på samme rom når det kommer til og må dele rom slikt. Det syns jeg faktisk ikke er greit både respekt for damer og at det blir blandet rom. Jeg blir ikke og ligge på det hotellet igjen og derfor sjekket jeg ut et døgn før

It was the cheapest options I could find in Oslo. I am well accustomed to hostels and it was on the more basic end of my expectations. The check in was easy process and location was great. Good locker space and a clean bathroom. I would 1000% stay again because the city of Oslo is so good and this was a cheap accommodation option to be able to see it

I had to pay to check in a few minutes early which was ok however it was only around €4 and i just feel like it was unnecessary for the <30minute time. A bad start for guests when room is ready anyway . Then i went to my room and i was quite let down by the dustiness of the room and lack of typical hostel facilities. There were 2 plugs in the room for 6 beds, none were at the top bunks obviously which meant you had to charge phone on the floor during the night for example and i was top bunk, solo female traveller which felt a little unsafe. I pulled the curtains across and i saw a really dusty odd sock on the window ledge. The room was rally cramped and beds really rickety, no privacy measures for the guests like curtains. The bathroom was ok and clean but there was another bathroom in the corridor and the handle fell off on me at one point.

受付でタオルが無料で毎日変えられる。 受付でドライヤーを無料で借りられる。 受付にフリーウォーターがあるため、夕食時よく飲んでいた。 キッチンに電子レンジや調理器具、カトラリー、調味料があり自由に使っていい。 有料のランドリースペースがある。乾かす場所もあった。 トイレは廊下、受付、部屋の中など多い。綺麗だった。 部屋の中にシャワールーム兼トイレが３つあるが、十分な広さがあり、シャワーや脱衣に困ることはなかった。 シャワーも十分な水圧でお湯が出る。 1人一つロッカーがあり、十分な大きさがある。飛行機に預けるようなスーツケースはギリギリ入らなかった。 立地がよく、オスロ市内の観光地ならどこでも歩いていける距離にあった。 ベットは二段か三段のものがある。 枕元にコンセントがある。変換プラグが必要。 カーテンもしっかり遮光してくれる。 Wi-Fiがある。 予約時にチャットなどで事前の質問に対応してくれたり、宿泊時も優しく色々教えてくれた。 部屋の棟に入る際、エレベーターに乗る際などルームキーが必要なのでセキュリティはしっかりしている。 チェックイン、チェックアウトはオンラインで事前に案内が届いてスムーズ。 オスロ中央駅までは大きなスーツケースを持って歩くと15分ほど

キッチンが少し汚かったが、ラウンジで食べた。 ランドリーが少し古そうだったので使用はしなかった。 利用者次第だがトイレが流れてないことがたまにあった。 部屋のシャワールームが３つある中の１つだけ、水はけが少し悪かった。翌日から別のシャワーを利用するようにした。 マットレス、掛け布団、枕のシーツが全部同じ大きさで使い方に少し困った。 受付時、ルームカードの在庫がないため、アプリをダウンロードして電子キーを使用し、少し手間取った。

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Schlafsaal ist geräumig und Check-in/-out geht sehr stressfrei. Die Bäder sind auch sehr sauber.

Alles was zo hygiënisch en de stapelbed had comport.

I stayed in the 14 bed Dorm the first 2 nights and it was great, you have a curtain on the bunk and the dorm has plenty of space, there are 2 showers in that room and staff work hard keeping the place fresh and clean.

Having to move to the 6 bed dorm for my last night ( i added a night and it was the only option) The price was very high for a dorm bed, 103 euros per night, September 2026.

This was a wonderful place in the center of Oslo. The people at the check-in desk were super friendly and helpful, and the entire facility was clean and well maintained. Its central location made it easy to enjoy Oslo, and overall I loved my stay.

EUR 100 for a bed in dormitory seems too expensive to me, but I don't know the typical prices in Norway.

Bra plassering. Fint rom. Glad det var heis opp i etasjene, selv om det var et par trappetrinn før heisen.

Personalet sier romnummer høyt ved innsjekk, selv når det er andre i resepsjonen. Selvom man må ha nøkkelkort for å komme seg inn så er det ikke veldig vanskelig å komme seg inn uten det. Meget lytt både til andre rom og ut i gaten.

This Hostel has great staff, is very clean and in a good location near to the station and the main Oslo high streets full of restaurants and shops

The 6 bed dorm is too small for 6 people and would be better suited as a 4 bed dorm.

All'arrivo delle 16 la camera non era pronta e abbiamo aspettato nei corridoi. Stanza minuscola senza neanche poter poggiare una valigia considerando il prezzo

Los empleados son muy amables, y la ubicación, es perfecta.

No soy de escribir, cosas negativas, en mis viajes. Pero éste comentario lo hago, sin que se vayan a ofender. Necesita mejorar bastante en los Toilet, tiene que hacerse una limpieza profunda, con cloro, para desinfectar los pisos, y en la regaderas también. Al menos piso 5 el drenaje de la regadera, estaba, casi tapado, y el agua, no se va rápido. Eso en los pies, contagio de hongos y pie de atleta. He estado en otros hostales, y la limpieza impecable, y mas baratos. Acá, la noche 100 dolares. Entonces, sugeridamente, supervisor de limpieza, o paguen más al empleado, para qué se motive, hacer su trabajo mejor. Espero no haber ofendido. Gracias

They advertise as a hotel even though it is a hostel and also the beds and rooms have so little privacy there are no curtains for the beds there is also no locks on the cupboards and lockers. Overall the only good thing about this place is the location, nothing else.

Il bagno presentava qualche lacuna come asciugacapelli non funzionante, chiusura doccia difettata, preasoone acqua bassa. Per l'asciugacapelli il personale mi ha gentilmente prestato un fon portatile. I letti singoli sopraelevati troppo stretti.

die lage ist super, das zimmer ok, der frühstücksraum im erdgeschoss sehr nüchtern und wie ein aquarium... alle leute an der rezeption sehr freundlich !

wenn man im unteren bett schlafen möchte, sind sofort 89 NOK fällig, das finde ich nicht ok bzw. müsste es angekündigt werden. die küche/der aufenthaltsraum liegt versteckt im 2. stock und ist nur mit karte zugänglich - sehr befremdlich.

La cuisine est très petite et pas très agréable, ni propre. La lampe de chevet de mon lit était cassée et non remplacée.

Pokój był Bardzo wieloosobowy. Zupełnie chora cena jak za taki standard. Do tego w pokoju było gorąco I była zainstalowana klimatyzacja z wielkim wężem odprowadzającym powietrze. Było to bardzo glosne I działało Całą noc tak, że nie dalo się spać

Tamaño de habitación muy pequeño. Mampara rota. Las ventanas no aislaban y hacía frío. Habitación sucia. No era la de la foto.

Da cama. O beliche não possuía cortina, era baixo ( não conseguia ficar sentada na cama) e a cama rangia.

Great location in the heart of Oslo. Price is good.

Unfortunatelly the hallway was very dusty and the showers quite smelly (wet air, moldy).

It is in a central location and very close to the train station and the port. There are supermarkets nearby. The beds are really comfy and they give you towels. They also have a common kitchen that saves you from eating out every day.

The shower had two broken bearings and my roommate almost couldn’t open it. They don’t have a hair dryer. The check-in is super late, at 4pm but at least they have a room to leave the backpacks so that you can go visit around while waiting

Had everything i needed and expected from a hostel. Pleasant service.

Det var skittent på rommet da vi kom, lå snus i sengen og klister på gulv og bord. Sengene var ikke redd opp. Felles doen i 3 etasje var veldig ekkelt og ikke rent. Dusjen, doen og alt var ikke til standar.

El tamaño de la habitación era apropiado para 4 adultos y las camas son bastante cómodas. La ubicación es perfecta.

La cocina da asco, principalmente el microondas esta indecente. Hay restos de comida por todas partes y huele mal. Los pasillos tambien estan bastante dejados, la habitación y el baño, sin embargo no estaba tan sucia. La chica que nos hizo el check in fue bastante desagradable.

I arrived at the designated check-in time, but my room had not yet been cleaned and the door was left wide open, which was a little confusing. Also, the carpets in the common areas were quite dirty.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Muito limpo e seguro. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestaveis

Pequeno almoço "poucochinho ". O quarto no sexto piso penso que por segurança tinha uma janela que não abria. Falta de ar fresco.

The location, staff and lobby area / inner courtyard is very comfortable

The price for a hostel, probably simply market rate, and one (only one!) unfriendly German receptionist that was working in the night. The fact that some of the rooms come with an in the corridor shower and toilet was not so pleasant.

La situation, l'hôtel est au centre de la ville avec beaucoup d'animation à proximité. Les dortoirs sont avec peu de personnes (4) Le personnel est agréable

Les lits à étages sont bancals, ils bougent beaucoup dès que l'autre personne change de position. Pas d'intimité, aucun rideau entre les lits. Les casiers sont basiques (pas d'étagère ou de crochet à l'intérieur) et un système de cadenas à amener sois même. Les lampes de chevet marchent à moitié et proposent uniquement une prise USB à côté du lit. Dans les douches, des tablettes supplémentaires seraient appréciées pour y déposer les affaires. Pas d'animations pour rencontrer du monde le soir.
