Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Exceptional location right on the promenade and close to Playa Den Bossa (you can even walk to the clubs). The staff was very friendly and always eager to help. The post-check-out service is something you don't find easily - they offer all guests safe storage of their bags and even shower/changing facilities and WC if you still have time to spend in Ibiza after check-out. We had our room tidied up daily and they also offered us two complimentary glasses of champagne and ice cream/soda for the kids at the hotel's restaurant - the food there was also excellent.
The only thing that we didn't like was that there were two single beds butted up on the main bedroom, we would've preferred a double bed.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Mooi groot appartement op ideale ligging. Het appartement was nieuw en elke dag kraaknet gepoetst. Dikke pluim voor de kamermeisjes. Mooie keuken met alles aanwezig. Zeer grote frigo met vriesvak. Echt een prachtig appartement.
Het ontbijt kan je nemen bij de zaak aangrenzend Oli’s place, deze bediening was ondermaats en zeer onvriendelijke dame. We zijn er na dag 1 niet meer geweest en hebben zelf ons ontbijt in het appartement gemaakt. Eroski en Lidl zijn om de hoek dus ideaal.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Having stayed at several different accommodations around Ibiza, this was easily one of the most enjoyable and seamless experiences. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming across the board, from reception to housekeeping, and genuinely some of the nicest we encountered on the island. The room exceeded expectations – very clean, spacious and in great condition, with a large balcony and useful kitchenette including a hob, sink and fridge. We also thought it represented very good value for money considering the time of year. Even when we missed housekeeping, the staff were more than happy to provide fresh towels and bath mats. The pool was a good size, there is a small gym, and the facilities after check-out were particularly useful. Having a lounge area as well as showers and changing facilities available after checking out made our final day much easier and is something not every hotel offers.
Very little to complain about. The pool area itself is fairly simple and perhaps not as impressive as some of the nesarby hotels on the island, but it was still perfectly adequate and did the job. Also, perhaps there could be more sun loungers for guests around the pool.

A particular bonus was the shower/changing room available for use before and after check out- enabled us to make full use of our last day before our flight home. Reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for all our holiday plans. Close to the beach, lots of restaurants & cafes. Public transport buses were right outside and ran very regularly. I would definitely recommend and rebook this property.

Nous avions la vue mer, et c’était tout simplement magique!!! Bouteille d’eau de bienvenue et vous avez tout à proximité comme les supermarchés, restaurants et le vieille ville est à 15min à pieds. Pour finir même si votre vol retour est tard le soir vous pouvez profiter de la piscine ou la plage, prendre une douche, et laisser vos bagages sans surplus. Séjour idéal

Walking distance to Ibiza old town. The on site restaurant was a reasonable price and you could take food and drink out and into the pool area which was cheaper than the bar which serves the pool area. Really friendly staff and the apartment was a great size with a view of the sea.

Great touch that you are given beach towels and umbrellas for your stay. Also the check out is 12pm which we loved and they have a shower room that you can use once you’ve checked out. I wish all hotels did this!
The pool closing at 6pm is pretty early 🙁

Anche il servizio di check-out che ti permette di fare la doccia anche tornando tardi, ti danno gli asciugamani ed una stanza di appoggio con le docce. Ci tornerei al volo!
Ma in realtà niente...se proprio devo essere puntiglioso, la pulizia giornaliera potrebbe essere leggermente migliore...ma era comunque buona...forse la vera pecca è che chiudono la piscina troppo presto...alle 18.30...potrebbero tenerla aperta almeno 2 ore in più.
