Reviewed Jul 6, 2026At first, I was surprised to find that there were no essential items like an extra towel, a bathroom mat, or slippers. I asked them several times, but they ignored me every time. The receptionist was also unhelpful. This might have been my fifth visit to the hotel, but I think it will be my last.
