Reviewed Aug 10, 2026The location is suitable for our needs, however the GPS takes you to the wrong place when entering the address in Google Maps
We stayed at your hotel one night and we were very horrified by the experience. We arrived and checked in, and paid for the night and breakfast. The first room we were assigned, was dirty, so we were given another room that was even worse and stank of urine. The third room we assigned was not great but the best of the 3. We stayed in room 115 eventually. The receptionist blamed it on one bad cleaner that they have employed. However, the hotel is falling apart too, not being maintained at all. The front door glass is cracked, the roof of the entrance archways is completely broken. Showers are moldy, internal doors have massive holes in them like someone punched it. Door handles of the bathroom was ripped off. Radiators were in some sort of car accident and needed a panel beater. Floors, hallways and walls were dirty. We were travelling with a small child that needed to get to bed, otherwise we would have cancelled the booking all together. We asked to cancel and refund breakfast, but the receptionist could not do it without the manager being there, and the manager never seemed to be around. We would not eat there after seeing the lack of cleanliness of the hotel. In the morning we also could not get a refund, as the manager was not around again. I contacted the manager via email and a also asked for a partial refund due to the cleanliness/ and bad maintenance of the hotel, but was denied it.
