Very comfortable overnight stay : well equipped, comfortable, with lovely braai facilities and pool

Kitchen area seperated from sleeping area.Challenge at night when you need to unlock living area door, exit and unlock kitchen door to get what you want and do the same on returning to the living area. Not practical Was not mentioned in advertisement or visible in photos that it is 2 seperate areas. Thought you can enter the kitchen feom the sleeping area via a door seperating them.

Grande tente en semi rigide au milieu du parc. Très bien équipée. Douche extérieure possible, petite piscine. Très sympa de prendre ses repas au milieu des phacochères, des gnous et antilopes.

Le lieu est parfait, le personnel est adorable, les animaux viennent vous voir dans votre jardin (on a même eu des girafes !), la literie est confortable et les tentes sont très bien équipées. C’était parfait, nous reviendrons !

The tents were amazing, the property had everything we needed. The place is beautiful and so close to the Kruger lookout. The visits from the animals were an absolute treat!

Spacious tent. Our unit was serviced daily. Staff very friendly. Very close to the Kruger. Close to the shops if you need anything. Saw lots of animals right outside our unit. We loved our time here!

There was a party at one of the units one evening which was a bit bothersome which obviously wasn't the fault of the establishment. Also possibly look at having a different door for the bathroom as a sliding door doesn't really offer any privacy.

I like that it’s close to the shops and I really enjoyed the play area it really kept the kids and I entertained 🙂

Spent our Easter break down here… this place offers the much-needed silence, peace, serenity, and relaxation.

We werden zo onzettend vriendelijk ontvangen. We kregen al een appje voordat we aankwamen en bij de receptie stonden 2 dames die ons helemaal thuis lieten voelen. We reden naar onze tent en daar werden we verwelkomd door impala's en wrattenzwijnjes. We sliepen in een prachtige tent. Mega groot met een heerlijk king size bed en een mooie badkamer. Het privé zembadje maakte het glamping gevoel helemaal af. De tenten staan ver uit elkaar waardoor je veel privacy hebt. Winkels zijn in de buurt en er is een goede slager. We hebben 1 avond gebraaid en toen werden we verrast door een hele groep banded mangooses. De ingang van het Krügerpark is 20 minuten rijden.

Abbiamo incontrato alcuni animali proprio fuori dalla porta. C'era uno spazio giochi per bambini molto carino e il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile!

The shower facility. Can’t get the water mixture right; fluctuates between too hot to extremely cold! Tried several adjustments, but couldn’t get it right…seems like a design flaw…

Beautiful glamping tents. Very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. It is isolated enough from the other tents so that it feels very private which we loved. My toddler loved the interaction with the various animals, from wildebeest to bushbuck. Great location. Only about a 15 to 20 min drive from crocodile bridge. Staff very helpful and sorted any issues we had with immediate effect.

Would be nice if the kitchen was a little bigger. It is only big enough for one person to be in there at a time, which isn't always ideal. Other than that, loved our stay and will be back.

When traveling with a toddler we always try and book a place that can accommodate us all and JBR was a comfortable stay for all of us

A small snake that passed while we were relaxing outside made other people uncomfortable.

We liked our rooms which were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The Kitchen had everything we needed from air fryer to spoons. We enjoyed our very own pool with the outside shower. We had all the privacy we needed. The stuff was very friendly and professional. Not forgetting the animals that kept visiting us, we got to understand and appreciate them more.

The bush atmosphere lets you relax the moment you get off the main road. You feel miles away from the hustle and bustle.

Fans was good, but aircon would make a difference.

Excellent front office service. The units are very clean. Very friendly housekeeping staff. We liked that the tents are positioned in a way that makes everyone feel like they are home away from home. The WhatsApp group is a great initiative in keeping us informed and knowing that help is always just a text away. The person responsible for it is also super friendly.🙏🏿💯

Towel cleaning could be done more frequently. The private pools were not as clean as the main pool.

No towel change for a 3 night stay in a hot humid climate. Sleeping in a hot tent without air-conditioning It was impossible to stay in the tent between 10 am and 9pm. This was in August..Cannot imagine how hot it will be in summer.

The accommodation is absolutely stunning and surprisingly spotless for a bush getaway. The tents are luxurious yet the feeling of being immersed in the Kruger culture is not lost. Waking up to the wildlife and having them surround you in such a quite confidence is exhilarating. The staff, especially Tanya, is an absolute delight. We will definitely be returning for years to come.

Great service from arrival to departure. Tent was super clean and neat, as if it was built yesterday. We were treated like royalty up to the special request for a surprise at the tent. I've stayed in quite a few places in Marloth, and Jackelberry is definitely up there. Lots of animal sightings, they practically sleep next to the tent hahahahahaha. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend 👌

For me, the towels were just a bit too soft... didn't dry nicely. That's literally all🙂

What was not to like! The deck above the tent, your own private pool, a boma with seating, for lunch and dinners spent at the tent, the friendly cleaning staff, the comfortable bed, the clean linen, daily housekeeping, the high-speed fans for the intense summer heat, the EXTREMELY WELL-EQUIPPED kitchen inside our tent (even has an air-fryer!!! :) which we were delighted about), the luxury feel to the tent, the gorgeous and spacious bathroom, the privacy, the distance to one of the Kruger gates, and most of all, Tanya!! Tanya was an absolute superstar!! We had 2 dilemmas' while staying at the resort and Tanya was SO INCREDIBLY accommodating, and that made us feel completely safe and assured! Wi-Fi works in the tent during loadshedding so no problem there. Safe and Secure onsite parking. And once again Tanya :) Loved our stay here and will definitely be back for sure!!

Everything was perfect, perhaps the shower temperature could be regulated but other than that, a very pleasant stay. Not a single thing not to like about this place!

We loved the splash pool. It was so hot, being mid summer, and we were able to relax in the pool , with tame buck and warthog wandering the area, it was fabulous. The glamping accommodation was lovely. A very comfortable King size bed, lovely well appointed bathroom. and 2 ceiling fans which helped us to sleep at night. The kitchen was well appointed and suited our needs perfectly, The staff were wonderful. Tanya was so friendly and professional as was Nellie, and in fact everyone we met, even the pool cleaner was friendly, We will most certainly be coming back to this lovely resort. Thank you to everyone. The whatsapp group was also a nice touch to keep the residents informed of what was going on.
