Tristar Service Apartments

The best in town, clean rooms, good location.

The stay was very good and the staff behaviour was also nice. The service apartment was cleaned everyday. The location of the property was also in the prime location in Indiranagar

Great Hospitality....Great attitude....Always keen to serve better....you named it they will make sure either you get it or give you idea about it....I have low expectations as got review from many other friends.....but they changed my expectations and just with the attitude to serve good make me feel good. I got the room in which shower area was small but still i like the hotel...have gym, food area, good laundry.... Always recommend to everyone.

Very good experience, had a pleasant stay here

What a fabulous location and service. In the heart of Indiranagar, on 100 ft road, is this property. They have 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms suites. The location of this apartment hotel makes it worth the price. The service is impeccable. Whole staff is very polite n courteous. Food is decent. We are here for more than couple of months and just feel so comfortable like a second home.

Very convenient location. The staff is outstanding- the managers, front desk and chef are very helpful and caring , . Food is very good. They custom made every request in a very tasty and dietary needs’ way- was the best part of our stay. Bed was good, room was ok- hard to open or pull curtain back because of noise. Hard to just sit in the room. Kitchen was convenient but I really did not have time to cook. The Utensils provided were not enough plus the non stick pan was old, not functional and had surfaces coming out and very unsafe to use to cook. The bathroom was not good at all. The Water Taps were erratic with hot water. Shower was so close to wall and on top of the tap, it was impossible to stand or shower properly. Shower stall, door, caulking around shower were all in terrible shape. The bathroom door should have been opening outside as it gets in the way of everything. Closing the bathroom door - it is suffocating. Opening it gets in way of toilet. The towels are old and can be replaced with newer towels.

Nice experience, do visit here.

Quite a decent hotel. Great service. Clean rooms. Great accessibility

Prakash from restaurant service was super helpful and cordial.

Stayed here for 9 days and honestly had a really good experience. Rooms are clean, comfortable and perfect if you’re staying a bit longer. The staff is very helpful and always ready to sort things quickly. Big thanks to Mr. Prakash from the food team. Very humble person and always made sure our requirements were taken care of properly. Overall, very smooth stay. Would definitely come back.

Very nice and good hygiene food. Mr Prakash from Kitchen is very helpful.

This is our second stay at the place. Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. The place has a front desk staffed along with security at the gate. Excellent customer service overall, with special kudos to Mr. Prakash for excellent service at breakfast. The apartments are clean with all the enmities. Only thing is the shower area (tiles and grout) need to be upgraded.

Great service by all staff. Clean. Great location. Well pampered for breakfast(delicious). Spacious room and good privacy.

A True Home Away from Home! We have been staying at TriStar Service Apartments since June and feel so fortunate to have found this hidden gem. The service is truly exceptional — from the welcoming front office team led by Jagdish, to the housekeeping staff who always go out of their way to accommodate every request. The laundry service is spotless, and the maintenance team is prompt and efficient. The property is very well located, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and major parts of the city — making it ideal for both long stays and busy schedules. TriStar combines comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality in the best possible way. Highly recommended!

It was an amazing experience. Clean place, good reception. Good bed. I asked for a studio apartment with balcony and they helped with it. Its wheelchair friendly. My son is disabled and I came by myself to check it out so i could bring him next time. They even offered help getting him in and out or the property due to a a couple of stairs at the entrance. Felt safe as a solo woman traveler. Going back there again on my next visit without doubt. Also the food is amazing. It reminds me of the olden days in Bangalore, my childhood. Which i deeply missed, those flavours living in Norway for so long. Recommend it 100% !

The hotel is good it has normal facilities. It's hart if the town in 100ft road.there are good food places around as well as good fashionable shops . Friendaly staff. Ease of acces to many transport methods. *****************************

Friendly, decent and prompt staff. Very clean and well illuminated room. The room was cleaned every day. It is studio type room with well equipped kitchen. Good food and well served. Situated at a prime location in the Bangalore city - lot of shops and restaurants in the close proximity. What more to expect! Please keep up the good work. Thank you for entire team for present stay.

it was an excellent stay at Tristar, they have a really good environment. the staff are very much helpful. The breakfast quality was really good as good as home. The quality of rooms and the service being provided is top notch. I will book my next stay with them.

I've stayed 3 weeks in two separate occasions in June and August, and each time it was nothing but exceptional. Spacious rooms which includes a small kitchen and a fairly equipped small gym. Wifi is good, and each room has a separate wired connection. The staff was very friendly and helpful and always attained our requests very quickly. I would highly recommend this place for anyone specially for long stays.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with my family for 10 months, and it truly felt like a home away from home. From the very first day, the warmth and hospitality of the staff made our long stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and always well-maintained, creating a cozy atmosphere for my family. The hotel also provided excellent amenities, ensuring that we never missed the comforts of home. The peaceful ambiance, combined with the excellent service, made our 10-month stay an unforgettable experience. I can confidently say that this hotel is more than just a place to stay – it’s a place where you feel truly taken care of.

The staffs are very professional. They are kind and attends to the guest well.

this place is very nice. It has everything that you need. The room is fully equipped. it has a kitchen with induction and water purifier, Study table, dining table, tv, ac and other stuff. you can order groceries and cook your own food. the best thing that i liked was the room service. Workers are so humble and caring. It's a safe location and feels like home. there is Bob's cafe within 100m. The food menu has limited varieties but it's pocket friendly.

It’s homely Staff is excellent Black mold in bathroom and Very bad quality sheets towels Needs paint Job I got bites and could not sleep First night. But over all Nice place

Excellent Location. Excellent service. Property is old. Property maintenance is poor. Staff is very friendly. You may get better rooms for this price.

Ideal location

Good place and in the heart of Indiranagar, right at 100ft road. Spacious Apt with all that you need for a comfortable stay.

This place gets full marks for location, service and breakfast.

Overall experience is very good. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Location is good. Breakfast menu need to include more dishes but served food was good.

The serviced apartment is a good choice if you need to stay a bit longer. It has cooking facilities. The wifi was good. The overall experience of the studio was good but it does need to be refurbished, especially the bathroom and the furniture needs an upgrade. Locationwise, it is centrally located and gives easy access to restaurants and cafés. Since the building is on a busy comemercial road it is quite noisy. The staff in reception were helpful. Good place to stay in.

People are friendly.... but d infrastructure can be much better.... e.g. sofas were pretty old and stinky.

The stay was ok. There was too much of noise from the next room where there were a bunch of college kids drinking and yelling the whole night. The room was clean but the bathrooms could be cleaner.

Size of the Appartment is very sufficient and comfortable for 4 people except that they don't provide 4 single beds for for people, they only have double bed which they count as 2 per bed; which is not applicable in friends situation. Other than we find it good to sta here, even we stayed only one night then we relocate to other part of the city .. Regards

Reached midnight and called hotel for the address... reception staff was sleepy and asked us to come in tomorrow - horrible experience for check in... apart from that hotel was was not so bad... breakfast options were veery less... money is for the location otherwise not worth it....

It was really good

We really enjoyed the location with great restaurants and shops. The best area in Bangalore by far.

Responsive staff and the included limited hot breakfast is very good.

My wife and I stayed at Tristar for 45 days ending Jan 20th and enjoyed our extended stay. The room was truly a mini-apartment with a nice bed, A/C, and a small kitchen with a stove and pots/pans/cups/utensils, and a mini-fridge. The location was amazing....just steps away from Bflat, Humming Tree, and across the street from Starbucks, as well as several dozen other popular neighborhood eateries and bars. The Indiranagar Metro was a short 15 min walk along the bustling neighborhood. The highlight of the stay was the amazing staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. There were always fresh towels and sheets and the room was always nicely serviced each day when we went out for lunch. There's also a nice little gym upstairs, room deck, and complimentary freshly cooked breakfast. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

We booked several nights here spread over two weeks as I was using Bangalore as a hub for travel around Southern India. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The accommodation is a bit old now in the rooms, the hallways and foyers are lovely. The rooms could do with a refurb, but are still quite serviceable and comfortable. The airconditioning and wireless is superb, and the rooms do cut out quite a lot of the road noise.
