Agroturismo Petit Hotel Son Perdiu - Adults Only

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, man kann sehr gut entspannen und abschalten:) Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Wir liebten den Pool und die Anlage, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstück war ein Träumchen :) Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen wieder :)! Besonders dankbar waren wir für das tolle Geburtstagsfrühstück 🥰

Der Anfahrtsweg ist etwas nervig, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Wir bekamen netterweise ein Zimmerupgrade. Die Suite fanden wir nicht so toll, da die Klima aufgrund hoher Wände kaum kühlte und der Schrank stark knarzte, da sich das Holz ausdehnte. Da gefiel und das kleinere Zimmer viel besser !:)

Als je op zoek bent naar rust en een prachtige locatie op Mallorca dan is dit een aanrader. Kleinschalig, mooie kamers, heerlijk zwembad en uitgebreid ontbijt. Heel sfeervol en smaakvol ingericht. Absoluut een aanrader

Franchement ce petit hôtel est une perle! Le lieu est magnifique, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, le personnel est adorable ! Le adult only est réellement un plus! Le petit déjeuner est une merveille ! Un grand merci à Joan et son équipe !

Seule la route d’accès est un peu difficile… avec un véhicule de location on a toujours un peu peur de l’abimer… 😅

Las ventanas de nuestra habitacion eran un poco pequeñas.

Posizione facilmente raggiungibile in macchina e a 15 min dalla spiaggia, colazione fantastica con prodotti sempre freschi, personale ottimo e il ragazzo che ci ha accolti è stato sempre super disponibile. Non abbiamo avuto molto tempo per utilizzare la piscina ma è stupenda!

Un séjour magnifique : tout est parfait et même plus. Que dire du jardin, de la piscine, de la chambre, du calme, de la décoration et du Pdj : incroyable et qui varie tous les jours. Fabuleux !!! Merci à toute l’équipe et à Juan.

The property is beautiful, like someone’s tasteful country home with lots of quiet corners to sit or lie in, inside & outside. Beautiful & big comfy rooms, with large bathroom (with a shower and bath!), & excellent aircon, with a superb quiet mode The pool area is wonderful - shaded loungers & chairs, with a big clean simple pool with shower, with views across to the mountains. Breakfast is buffet style, but small & classy, with fresh egg dishes & bacon on request. Delicious. There’s a coffee machine available all day, & a separate “honesty bar” with beer on tap, some soft drink drinks, water and bottles of wine. The rooms have a kettle and a small fridge which is incredibly useful, especially as there is no restaurant for lunch or dinner (in high season). As its adults only, it is perfectly peaceful, no screaming or splashing. You’ll need a car here, it’s situated in the countryside, but I think that is a bonus.

I would’ve like some food to be available for dinner, I would’ve loved to just stay on site, but after asking the owners, I do understand why it’s not.

Struttura affascinante a pochi chilometri da Es Trenc, tipica costruzione rurale ristrutturata a residenza di charme, colazione ottima e abbondante con prodotti tipici, ottima la piscina che è rimasta a nostra esclusiva disposizione. Molto rilassante e ci piacerebbe tornare.

I loved everything about this little piece of heaven: staff is super friendly, the finca is situated in a natural reservation with little turtles, olive trees and all kind of birds, the breakfast is amazing, the outside area has a lot of cool spaces to chill and to stay at the pool. Everything is cared with love and protection for their family heritage! Can't wait to be back in paradise!

the location was perfect, so remote and serene and just absolutely gorgeous. The room was so cute and very spacious, with a private terrace. The pool was amazing and the breakfast was sooo good. Joan the host was super nice and very attentive and helpful. A true gem away from all the hustle and bustle.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Joan und seine Eltern sind herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber, die dafür sorgen, dass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Die Zimmer waren jederzeit sauber und sehr gepflegt. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend, abwechslungsreich frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Finca uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Nous avons découvert au bout du chemin un endroit paisible et charmant. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Juan qui nous a conseillé tout au long du séjour. Tout était parfait : la chambre, le petit-déjeûner et le dîner, l’environnement avec une belle piscine. C’est un endroit parfait pour se reposer. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit Keine Möglichkeit sich irgendetwas zum Essen zubereiten, Messer , Gabel, Teller Aber unsere Schuld, nicht vorher genau geschaut. Somit mussten wir jeden Abend wegfahren, aber wie gesagt im Großen und Ganzen war sehr schön

We loved everything. Joan is amazing and super friendly host. His mother cooks like Master Chef or even better! Rooms are perfect and clean everyday and all chill areas - inside & outside are designed in perfect way to keep the privacy of each guest. The style of interior decoration is also beautiful. Breakfasts - we have been 11 days and each day was something new so impossible to get bored. All the staff is super nice and helpful. For sure we will come back! In fact,this place exceed our expectations.

Wir sind einfach rundrum, zufrieden mit dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, und auch die ganze Zeit über waren alle sehr um uns bemüht und außerordentlich freundlich! Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist wirklich gut, zumindest können wir das für unser Zimmer sagen. Das Frühstück ist einfach außerordentlich, und es wurden auch Sonderwünsche erfüllt. Was wirklich sehr sehr sehr zu empfehlen ist, ist das Essen des Abends vor Ort. Die Weine, die in einem Außen Kühlschrank gelagert und für jeden zur Verfügung stehen, sind von hoher Qualität. Sehr zu empfehlen und die Preise sind völlig in Ordnung. Abgerundet hat das Ganze eine wirklich gute Ausstattung der Außen Außenbereich a. Mit Swimmingpool liegen Sonnenschirmen kleinen Longecken, in denen man es sich gut gehen lassen kann. Alles in allem sind wir zufrieden und werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Herzlichen Dank und ganz lieben Gruß von hier aus noch mal an die Gastgeber.

Die Persönlichkeit des Hauses, familiär, herzlich, sehr Serviceorientiert. Sehr ruhig, 100% Privatsphäre. Es wird jeden Abend für alle frisch gekocht.

Wenn überhaupt: dann sollte man vorher gut überlegen, ob die Abgeschiedenheit für einen passt. Wenn ja… perfekt.

Rundum zufrieden. Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem stilvoll renovierten gepflegten Agrotourismo. Freundlich-zuvorkommende Betreuung durchs Personal, reichhaltiges, abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet, absolut ruhige Lage, saubere Zimmer und ein schöner Pool.

Un véritable roman ce cadre est idylique. Calme, la beauté du lieu.

Das Zimmer war toll, das Haus an sich sehr schön und gepflegt, auch der Pool ist toll. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man hört kein Auto, kein Nichts. Das Frühstück ist super lecker, vielseitig und abwechslungsreich.

Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid.

Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt, alle waren sehr freundlich und da wir erst sehr spät ankamen, wurden uns die wichtigsten Details per Videobotschaft übermittelt. Das war sehr entspannt. Das Frühstück ist wirklich großartig mit frischem Obst, Eiern aller Art, frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, verschiedenen Brötchensorten, Wurst, Käse, Joghurt, Müsli..., unser Zimmer war zweckmäßig, aber stilvoll eingerichtet, alles war super gepflegt, sodass wir wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft waren.

El personal el concreto la que parecía ser la dueña, mala cara si ibas al desayuno y movías algo de sitio salía y resoplaba a tu lado con mala cara mientras lo volvía a colocar, igualmente mientras estábamos hablando en nuestra terraza a unas horas más que razonables 21.00 h aproximadamente se asomaba por la ventana y miraba sin decir nada como para que no habláramos, la actitud de la dueña no es muy afable. Al contrario que Joan, es un diez , trato amabilidad disponibilidad. En resumidas cuentas y quitando lo expuesto , recomiendo el alojamiento

Mittagessen/ Service gibt es tagsüber nicht im Hotel, daher hatten wir Obst & co eingekauft und am Pool/Terassenbereich gegessen & dann wurde uns aber gesagt das man das nur im Zimmer konsumieren darf. Wenn’s etwas zu essen gäbe wäre das nachvollziehbar, aber so fanden wir es seltsam. Aber das war auch das einzige! Sonst war alles top!

Schönes, kleineres Hotel mit ganz viel Charme und alles schön renoviert! Toller Service! Das Frühstück ist auch total ausreichend.

Das wirklich einzig kleine Manko-Punkt ist, dass wir am Tag der Abreise schon um 13 Uhr gehen mussten, aber der Flug erst spät ging.

5 stars – A Hidden Gem in Mallorca! Son Perdiu is everything you dream of when booking an agriturismo stay and more. The location is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature, yet still close enough to explore the island’s best beaches and towns. The rooms are spotless, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight every morning fresh, local, and delicious. The pool area is quiet and relaxing, with stunning views all around. The hosts are also incredibly kind and thoughtful. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back!

The location is excellent. Very calm, with beautiful surroundings, and the property itself is well maintained. Joan is a very warm and welcoming host. Breakfast was good quality with fresh products every morning.

A few points to improve: the extra charges felt a bit out of place considering the nightly rate (e.g., 5 eur for a beach towel rental or 1.90 eur for a self-service coffee from a machine). Personally, I'd rather pay a slightly higher room rate upfront than encounter these small add-on costs during the stay. Also, the check-out time at 11:00 felt a bit early given that check-in isn't until 16:00. We asked about extending it, but unfortunately, it wasn't possible. On the positive side, we were allowed to use the pool and facilities after check-out, which was appreciated.

Der Aufenthalt war hervorragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt die Möglichkeit Frühstück und Abendessen im Hotel zu geniessen. Wir hatten ein Mietauto deshalb haben wir nur dort gefrühstückt, was hervorragend war. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Lage ist sehr ruhig was uns sehr gefallen hat. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und werden täglich gereinigt. Wir würden dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen und sicher wiederkommen :)

Sehr ruhig, aber auch abgelegene Lage. Sehr mallorquinisch. Bewusst die ruhige Lage ausgesucht und richtig entschieden. Auto zwingend erforderlich, dann ist auch alles erreichbar. Sehr familiär geführt, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es mangelte an nichts.

The location is idyllic. We look for a quiet, peaceful location and this was exactly it! The breakfast is good as there is a nice selection of healthy food as well as treats. We like to mostly eat well and they even cooked fresh eggs for guests each day too.

The only thing we would have preferred is to have a little more light in our room, our particular room was quite dark but we only slept there mostly so actually was fine for us.

A very friendly welcome. Incredibly relaxing environment. Superb breakfasts and coffee available all day. Our room was cleaned to a very high standard every day and was the beautiful pool.

Wonderful hotel in a family owned finca. The hosts were extremely nice and welcoming, the breakfast was amazing and we will for sure be back! We enjoyed the beautiful garden and pool and admired the lovely rooms and house - it was easy to relax and benefit from the calm area. By car it is very easy to reach and not far from beautiful beaches and small villages.

There was nothing that we did not like!

We stayed for two nights and it was a perfect end to our roadtrip in Mallorca. The room was very clean, comfortable and you could tell it was decorated with love. Joan who seems to do most of the organisation and service is very attentive and flexible. Thank you. Hopefully we will be able to stay again :)

Una decepción. Lugar desatendido. La mayor parte del tiempo no hay nadie para resolver dudas o solicitudes. Cuando si estaban, nada amistosos. Baño de la piscina siempre cerrado con llave, a pesar de haber solicitado que lo dejaran abierto para no tener que ir hasta la habitación. Limpian las mesas del desayuno con la misma bayeta que los cojines de las sillas. Se percibe mucha desgana en el poco personal.
